* TheArtifact: The Avengers elements and the tropers randomly turning into Pac-Man ghosts during Bee's dream in "Do Tropers Dream of Electric Sleep?" were taken from two other dream concepts he had, hence why they feel so put of place.
* DistancedFromCurrentEvents: The revival of Creator/ChrisEvans as a zombie in "The Perfect Storm" after his death in "A Very Special Guest" was motivated by the real life death of Creator/ChadwickBoseman that occured around the same time. The roleplayers decided that the dark humor of a Marvel actor dying tragically young was no longer funny, given the circumstances at the time.
* InMemoriam:
** "Robin and the Clefairy" features a montage sequence with Puma and Clone Barry going to different places based on the lyrics of Music/MichelLegrand's "The Windmills of Your Mind." Puma mentions there being a subtitle dedicating the montage to Legrand, as he passed away less than a day before it was written in 2019.
** The credits of "Bobby Buzzer's Bombastic Bameshow" feature one towards Creator/AlexTrebek, who died in 2020.
* WhatCouldHaveBeen:
** In "Revenge's Day Off", [[WesternAnimation/TheNightmareBeforeChristmas Oogie Boogie]] was supposed to have been in the MassiveMultiplayerCrossover of villains, to be played by [=DrNoPuma=]. However, Puma introduced his first villain NPC, [[VideoGame/{{Undertale}} Flowey]], and grew to like playing him so much that he decided to stick with just Flowey, and Oogie was left out of the crossover.
** Season 3 was originally supposed to be a pastiche of ''Series/TheAmazingRace'', but it was dropped for a less-railroady storyline.
* WritingByTheSeatOfYourPants: When it began, the ''entire series'' was like this, as there were almost no ongoing arcs, no episode planning, and mostly just general wackiness. However, as it's gone on, there's been more structure and pre-episode planning to the episode's plots, and more continuity with multiple multi-episode arcs, two of which even lasted for a whole season.
