* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: Few episodes are known to exist. Pilot #3 is known to have circulated since at least 1994, while the finale surfaced as an audio recording in January 2011. An off-air videotape recording of the June 27 episode surfaced in April 2012, which was followed by the May 31 show in September 2016.
** The surfacing of the June episode was notable not just for being video footage of the series, but for confirming many of the fans' 35-year-old memories of the show. (It also gave another SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome to the uploader, who'd been getting quite a few of those already.) The surfacing of the May episode confirmed more memories, including that Jay Stewart announced for the show and that .
* NoBudget: The money values on the Bonus Board were cut for the series, though pilot-to-series cuts are common in the genre (especially in the 70s) and aren't necessarily indicative of anything. However, by the end of May the values had plunged further, along with replacing two of the six prize spaces with cash amounts.
** By far the biggest change was in the top value for Round 2. On the pilots, this was $5,000, with the first part of the series adding a Free Spin to it. By the end of May, the printed "5000" changed to an Eggcrate display shuffling between $1000 and $5000 in the pattern of "1-2-1-4-3-2-1-5-3-2-1-2-5-1-3-4" - five $1000, four $2000, three $3000, and two each of $4000 and $5000. In other words, generally worth far less than it had been.
*** One fan, Charles Blaquiere, recalled that the sequence was "1-2-1-4-3-2-1-5-3-2-1". Leaving aside his correctly remembering the first 11 digits a good 20 or so years after the show's run, it's entirely possible the show did use that shorter sequence at some point. (The May 31 and June 27 shows use the 16-digit sequence.)
* WhatCouldHaveBeen: Pilot #3 includes a short mesage after the slate which gives a pretty good idea (each line was a separate graphic)...

And then a SECOND CHANCE.\
Now this is our LAST CHANCE.\
Joe Seiter: [while the last graphic is onscreen] [laughs a bit] Yes, our last chance.
