!! This episode provides examples of:

''Overall:''

* CreditsGag: Don't Forget Kids: Recycle!
* GreenAesop: About recycling, deforestation and pollution, respectively.
* ThisIsReality: In the opening wraparound, Babs, as Tinkerbunny, tries to use her magic wand to make the garbage disappear. It instead brings in Buster, who tells her that magic won't clean up the garbage, and it's up to them.
* ThreeShorts

''No Deposit, No Return of the Trash Bag Dispenser:''

* ButtMonkey: Plucky. He gets his pond polluted by Elmyra, treated like a baby doll when he tries to tell her that she is polluting his home, compacted into a cube by Dizzy, and taken to the ACME Recycle Center by Little Beeper.
* TheDiaperChange: Elmyra plays with Plucky as if he were a doll, which includes her diapering him at one point, much to his humiliation.
* TheDreadedPretendTeaParty: Elmyra throws one, roping several animals in and dressing them as babies against their will (one turtle even hopes his family isn't watching the episode). When Plucky (as his superhero alter-ego, the Trash Bag Dispenser) tries unsuccessfully to tell Elmyra that she is polluting his pond with tin cans that can easily be recycled, Elmyra ropes him into her tea party and dresses him in a bonnet and a diaper against his will.
* PetDressUp: Elmyra throws a tea party and dresses several of her pets as babies against their will. Since she is polluting Plucky's pond with tin cans that can easily be recycled, Plucky (as his superhero alter-ego, The Trash Bag Dispenser) tries unsuccessfully to tell her that she is polluting his pond. Elmyra pays no attention to him, instead roping him into her tea party and dressing him in a bonnet and a diaper against his will.
* ShoutOut: The title is a reference to the 1976 film, ''Film/NoDepositNoReturn''.

''Jungle Bungle:''

* BrickJoke: In this short, Buster mentions booking a reservation on Noah's Ark. In [[Creator/StevenSpielberg Steven Spielberg's]] next animated series, ''WesternAnimation/{{Animaniacs}} (1993)'', he and Babs make [[TheCameo a cameo appearance]] in the episode, "[[Recap/AnimaniacsEpisode33 Noah's Lark]]", as the two rabbits that board Noah's Ark.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: Ronald Grump. He owns a scorpion shaped robot/factory that destroys the rainforest to make elevator buttons.
* CueTheRain: This exchange after Ronald plants new trees;
-->'''Babs:''' Hey, Buster, if this is the rainforest, how come it hasn't rained once since we got here?\
(''It begins to rain.'')\
'''Buster:''' You had to ask.
* ForebodingFleeingFlock: When Buster and Babs arrive at the ACME Rainforest, a swarm of animals run past them.
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: Ronald Grump is obviously based on Donald Trump.
* ATasteOfHisOwnMedicine: After Buster ejects Ronald from his robot/factory, he and Babs take control of it and attempt to destroy Ronald's mansion with it. This convinces Ronald to change his ways and plant new trees.
* TreesIntoToothpicks: Ronald Grump has a giant scorpion-shaped robot that harvests trees and processes them into a single elevator button. The rest of the tree is burned to power the robot so it can cut down another tree.
* {{Trumplica}}: Ronald Grump, a Donald Trump parody, is depicted as this short's antagonist.

''Waste Deep in Wackyland:''

* CallBack: Gogo's friends from "[[Recap/TinyToonAdventuresS1E6HerWackyHighness Her Wacky Highness]]" can be seen in this short, including Pen Pal, Private Eye, Pay Dirt, and the anthropomorphic suitcase and football.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: Montana Max. He pollutes Wackyland just so that he doesn't pollute ACME Acres.
* GreenwashedVillainy: Montana Max presents the opening of his new pollution-free factory to the news reporters, claiming to have changed his ways from being the biggest polluter in ACME Acres. After the reporters leave, he reveals to the audience that he hasn't really cleaned up his act, and his new factory is just as environmentally-unfriendly as his previous ones. He just chooses to dump the runoff in the one place no one would think to find it: Wackyland, home of Gogo Dodo and his friends. After dealing with the waste, Gogo finds out Monty was responsible and puts him on trial. Monty is found guilty of polluting Wackyland and his punishment is execution, but Gogo agrees to let him go if he agrees to clean up Wackyland.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: When Monty attempts to clean up his mess, he gets chased by his sludgehammer.
* KangarooCourt: Monty is caught by Gogo and put on trial, where he is found guilty. Not only is Gogo the judge and the baliff, but the jury consists entirely of his clones.
* LaserGuidedKarma: For polluting Wackyland, Monty is put on trial and sent to clean up the garbage. When he tries to pick up a bag of garbage, it is revealed to be a monster that chases him when he pokes it.
* LogoJoke: Gogo comes across the WB logo, which he uses to surf across the garbage Monty dumps into Wackyland.
* OffWithHisHead: When Monty is found guilty, Gogo attempts to behead him with an axe resembling the WB Logo. Monty manages to get out of it by proving to Gogo that he can clean up his mess.
* ShoutOut: Montana Max's motto is "Give a hoot, don't leave garbage lying around", a parody of Woodsy Owl's motto, "Give a hoot, don't pollute!"
