When Scrooge develops an unnatural ailment, Fenton takes him to Tralla-La, a mythical village in Himalaya where the concept of currency, or even scarcity, doesnt exist. But Fenton's plan backfires when he gets the locals to use bottlecaps as currency...
!!This episode contains examples of the following tropes:
* AlwaysNeedWhatYouGaveUp: At the end of the episode, Scrooge decides to live with the pressure that comes with his fortune and tosses his last bottle of nerve medicine out of the airplane. No sooner then he does than the others start bringing up asking for money, causing Scrooge to become jittery again...
* AppleOfDiscord: Scrooge's bottlecap, which quickly leads to the Tra-la-laians fighting among themselves over it.
* ContinuityNod: The scene with the Monk Duck swimming in bottlecaps is basically the scene with Scrooge swimming on money from the [[Recap/DucktalesS1E1TreasureOfTheGoldenSuns first episode]], with even the same line.
* DelusionsOfDoghood: Scrooge's stress makes him begin acting like a squirrel.
* DisproportionateRetribution: One of the calls Scrooge gets is about a woman suing him in one million dollars because ''he didn't greet her''.
* FaceDeathWithDignity: When Huey, Dewey, and Louie face a potential death by drowning, they choose to bravely face it by saluting as Junior Woodchucks rather than panicking. Fortunately, Gizmoduck shows up to save the day.
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: Fenton at his bumbling best; inadvertently introducing the concept of money, and all the problems that come with it, to a land where previously there was none. Though he does put it right later.
* NotSoAboveItAll: The main point of the story. In the end, the villagers are just as susceptible to their human flaws as the rest of us.
* PaperThinDisguise: Despite his best efforts, the villagers see right through Fentons disguises, as he cant really change the fact that Tralla-La is a SmallSecludedWorld and the inhabitants know everyone there.
* {{Utopia}}: Tralla-La is a parody of the concept, a secluded paradise where there is no poverty, hunger or disease because they don't have a concept of scarcity or currency. The second Fenton introduces something that everyone don't already have, it falls apart.
