Some would say "funny", while others would just say "what?".²** Misty basically fit whatever role was necessary (maybe BareYourMidriff by default).²** May had an improbable bust size for a 10 year old, which actually shrunk when she made a guest appearance in the Sinnoh region.²*** "Brave the Wave" has May ''stripping'', and then posing her bikini (one of the skimpiest in the series) for Ash and ''her brother''. This is made even worse by the fact that while it was happening, they panicked because they thought she was about to be naked.²*** In another episode, "On Olden Pond", Ash and his crew go fishing. Ash hooks something that he's struggling with just to keep on the line. The rest of the twerps rush in to help, and May grabs him from the back, clinging to him ''tight''. Again, we're talking about a girl with a questionable figure here... ²** Dawn is probably the most capitalized one, having a very DangerouslyShortSkirt.²*** [[http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Dawn_Maid_Outfit.png This picture of Dawn]]…we'll let the outfit speak for itself.²** Serena is tamer, although she once wore a PlayboyBunny-style Fennekin outfit, which was [[{{Stripperiffic}} extremely revealing for a kids show]] and she kept on [[ShamelessFanserviceGirl flaunting her body to the others]], especially at Ash. That's not even counting [[DistractedByTheSexy everyone's reactions when she shows it off]] ([[http://i3.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/000/720/453/39b.jpg shown here]]).²** Even little Bonnie isn't quite immune to this, as demonstrated once when Squishy (actually a Zygarde Core) jumps into her shirt; at one point, its squirming make her look more, well...''developed'' than a girl her age should be. [[https://knowyourmeme.com/photos/1035418-pokemon See for yourself]].²** 12 episodes into the ''Sun and Moon'' anime and they already have a BeachEpisode with [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/sunmoon/955/DP97.jpg Lillie, Mallow, and Lana in swimsuits]]. Though technically, Lana's always wearing hers…which she shows by [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/sunmoon/955/DP60.jpg removing her]] [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/sunmoon/955/DP61.jpg outer clothes]] [[https://twitter.com/hadenshi/status/824567572553048064 onscreen]] unlike the other girls so far (even including her fellow female co-stars). The scene was even left in the English dub!²*** In Episode 42 of the ''Sun and Moon'' anime, [[TheBusCameBack Misty and Brock reunite with Ash for two episodes]], and the former is quickly shown stripping into her bikini from [[VideoGame/PokemonRedAndBlue the generation 1 games]]. [[https://twitter.com/Cecil_234/status/908437758754115584 And she does it just as quickly as Lana above]]. This was also left in the English dub!²* The lyrics of arguably the show's signature opening song in Japan, "Mezase Pokémon Master," have Ash declaring that he'll look everywhere to find Pokémon - even [[ThePeepingTom up a girl's skirt]]. The accompanying animation in the first OP has Pikachu scurrying between a startled girls' legs, although it's a quick shot and her skirt appears to be of the [[MagicSkirt Magic]] variety. Though the opening song was replaced for the U.S. dub, that scene in the OP animation was retained. ²* Team Rocket are the go-to source for innuendo:²--> "♫ Sceptile's shooting bla-aanks! ♫"\²"I haven't seen this many strange letters since I took out a personal ad."\²"I love a hard rod and good tackle!"\²"So size ''does'' matter."²* Butch's name is never pronounced right. What is the first thing you would think of as a variation?²** Dr. Namba has the same problem, and an equally unfortunate possibility. It's a good thing no one tried to sneak "NAMBLA" or "numb-balls" or similar past the radar.²* Sometimes, Meowth's {{Imagine Spot}}s just go too far.²** One of the more infamous examples of this is from "Some Enchanted Sweetening" ([=DP30=]). It had to do about bug Pokémon and some honey. Basically, Meowth imagines Giovanni covered in honey and running through some areas, while bug Pokémon chase after him and then suck the honey off of Giovanni. The scene was even removed in some places.²** "Just Add Water" has Meowth's idea to capture Water Pokémon to accompany Giovanni in his swimming pool -- though he's going into detail of Giovanni peeling off his robes for his morning dips (while we see Giovanni wearing a speedo). James' commentary? ²--> '''James''': He ''is'' wearing swimming trunks, right?²* A non-canon [[LightNovel/PocketMonstersTheAnimation novelization]] by Creator/TakeshiShudo (one of the main writers of the anime back in the Kanto and Johto days) stated that ten-year-olds are legally adults in Poképan. They have to pay taxes, can get arrested, and yes, they can even get married. The age of consent is also probably ten.²* The novelization also states that Misty has only ever had bad luck with men. And she's ten years old. Not sure how to interpret that line, but it doesn't sound good...²[[/folder]]²²[[folder:Original Series]]²* "Hassle in the Castle" has Meowth say, "What's da big rush? I'm gettin' ta like it down here"...while reclining with his head against James' lap…²** This episode also has the following variation of Team Rocket's motto:²--> '''Jessie''' : To protect us from shafing and itching!²--> '''James''' : It might finally stop all of Jessie's ... [[LastSecondWordSwap complaining.]]²* The original Kanto series in which Ash's team encounters a Snorlax belonging to an old hippie. When the Pokémon was eating vines blocking off the flow of the river after waking from its nap, the hippie says cheerfully, "Chow down, Snorlax; looks like you've got a case of the munchies!"²* Brock, about Giselle, the top student at Pokémon Tech:²--> "She can violate my rights any time!"²** That line was actually cut out of the Kids' WB! version but was uncut in syndication, on international versions, and on the DVD/VHS release.²** Brock's line towards Casey isn't much better in the Japanese version. He says that [[TheJailbaitWait she'll be fun in eight years]].²* In the Johto episode "The Corsola Caper" Brock is telling a girl he's met about his aspirations, and Misty drags him away, telling him "It's time to get your ''aspirations'' out of here.".²* The episode "Sparks Fly For Magnemite" had a Magnemite fall in love with Pikachu. Ash says that it's following him like a "streaker" (According to Brock, Ash meant a "{{stalker|WithACrush}}", which isn't much better).²* Metapod vs. Metapod.²--> '''Samurai:''' Metapod, Harden like his!\²'''Ash:''' Maximum hardness, Metapod! More power, Metapod. Samurai's is weakening.\²'''Samurai:''' Harder! You're the stronger Metapod.\²'''Ash:''' A little more!\²'''Samurai:''' Metapod! Full power!\²'''Misty:''' We could be stuck in this forest for the rest of our lives. Boys can be so stubborn.\²'''Ash:''' Don't! give! up…\²'''Misty:''' You two are more hardheaded than your Metapod!!²** This scene is even more famous for seeing Misty sunbathing in a [[{{Stripperiffic}} super-skimpy red bikini]] while this dialog is taking place. Just think about this combination of imagery and dialog and you should get the entire picture.²* In one episode, Ash gets turned into a Pikachu via a magic spell and lots of strangely colored smoke (ItMakesSenseInContext). Just before he transforms, not only does he mention that he feels kinda funny about it, but the look on his face suggests that he is ''completely stoned out of his mind''.²** [[http://media.photobucket.com/image/ash%20ketchum/somafortytwo/1247981571248.png?o=106 See for yourself]]!²* In the episode, ''The Dunsparce Deception'', two trainers are arguing about which of their Pokémon is the largest. Then, somebody offers to measure it. ²* In Episode 34 of Season 1 (where Ash and co. go to the Safari Zone), they meet a boy who was [[RaisedByWolves raised by Kangaskhan]]. The first thing he does after [[DynamicEntry throwing his boomerang at Ash's face]] is to ogle Misty's chest and ask if he can drink milk from her breasts. [[NotAllowedToGrowUp She's]] [[{{Squick}} ten.]] It was censored in the American version to him asking if they were people or Pokémon, but she [[ArmorPiercingSlap still slapped him]] and told him not to say things like that.²** Incidentally, this is why the boy's father randomly opens up his shirt a few scenes later.²* In "Wake Up Snorlax!", Snorlax's owner, an old hippie, states that Snorlax has the munchies.²* In episode 48, "Holy Matrimony", James follows Jessibelle to the vault beneath the mansion at Jessie and Meowth's urging. When the vault door is opened, the vault is revealed to be a room full of [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything suspicious-looking gym equipment]] that quite closely resembles bondage apparatus. Jessibelle appears moments later in [[HellBentForLeather thigh-high leather boots]], brandishing a {{whip|ItGood}}. The scene cuts to Ash and the gang watching these events unfold, and as the camera pans over their faces, you can see Brock and Misty ''blushing''.²-->''*Sound of a whip cracking*''\²'''Jessibelle:''' You can't do whatever you feel like anymore, now you obey! (…) Let the taming begin!²** And that's to say nothing of James' story about the time he "died" which depicted a young James 'dying' on screen.²* In the first season episode "Bye Bye, Butterfree", Butterfree falls in love with a pink female after seeing her ''backside''. Make of that what you will…²** It doesn't help the pink Butterfree is the only Butterfree shaking her backside first time we see her. Guess Butterfree ''did'' [[MemeticMutation take after Ash.]]²* "A Better Pill to Swallow", the infamous "Shuckle juice" episode in which Team Rocket gets high/drunk drinking undiluted Shuckle juice which causes them to release pheromones. This affects not just Meowth [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0nOqvnUit4&feature=related (who starts ''licking James' face'' and calling him pet names)]], but it affects (almost) ''all'' of the Pokémon around them, including their own, causing them to fall in love with Team Rocket. The icing on the cake is the Shuckle licking Jessie on the belly -- with close-ups. This was all left in the dub.²** Then there's "Island of the Giant Pokémon," which features Ash and friends' and Team Rocket's Pokémon all seated around a bar. Meowth even appears to be passed out drunk. ²* Misty's [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXE_V3l3hxo song]] "He Drives Me Crazy" from the Johto Totally Pokémon album, about Ash. It makes you wonder about ''how'' he's driving her crazy.²* In "Dig Those Diglett" there's a scene where Ash, Brock and Misty apparently went bathing in ''one'' hot spring pool, and it looks like Misty's [[http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v386/Mistylover17/Mistynaked.jpg bathing naked]]! Granted, a moment later they jump up out of the water and it's revealed that she was actually in a strapless bikini, but it's still surprising that none of the censors caught this one.²** The episode's plot involves the Diglett trying to sabotage construction of a dam. "Gaiva Dam" is the name of the structure in the ''dub''.²** There's an episode later when the trio ''aren't'' wearing bathing suits in the Cinnabar hot springs. Gender separate bathing areas obviously, at least until Misty's Togepi activates a switch to a hidden passage that [[http://i3.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/000/940/455/225.gif pulls the dividing fence down.]] There's a [[{{Beat}} short pause]] as it takes the trio a few seconds to realise [[AccidentalPervert the implications of what they're seeing]] before the inevitable [[DistantReactionShot screaming begins]].²*** A towel is visible wrapped around Brock's waist in one of the shots. It is implied that they are wearing bathing towels and they are worried about them coming loose when the divider comes down.²* In "Here Comes the Squirtle Squad", Team Rocket robs a store and James is holding a gun to threaten them. Soon after, Ash comes in the same store demanding for a Super Potion to help Pikachu, and is greeted with ''all of the customers pointing guns at him''. (Keep in mind a later episode was cut out of the English release because of the presence of guns.) ²* In [=EP187=] "Freeze Frame", another radar example From Brock's obsession with Nurse Joy when the gang come across a Pokémon Center in a snowy mountainside. ²--> '''Brock''': Wouldn't this be the perfect spot to cuddle up with a hot cocoa and a warm Nurse Joy (''The others look at him skeptically'') Uh...that's not what I meant! I meant a warm ''fire''!²* In "Sick Daze", Brock (who is 15) has a fever dream of flying into the arms of three beautiful women, he wakes up, but at the end of the episode, he is successful, and it cuts to him with a blush hoping that he doesn't wake up.²* In the Japanese version, Lt Surge got away with cursing because it [[ForeignCussWord was in English]].²* In "The Ghost of Maiden's Peak," Misty brandishes a cross (among other items) to try to beat Gastly. This was left in the English dub, surprising considering the number of conservative Christians who would likely have objected to their religious symbol being PlayedForLaughs. ²* The English dub of "Beauty and the Beach," while chopping out James' inflatable breasts, remains problematic for a number of reasons (not the least of which is ten-year-old Misty's competing in a "beaches and bikini" beauty contest). Moe's dialogue about wishing he could see Misty eight years from now is rewritten to Misty reminding him of his granddaughter, which, considering that the blush on Moe's face as he says this is not censored, opens up a whole other disturbing can of worms and arguably makes the scene even creepier in English than in Japanese. ²** In "The Electric Shock Showdown," Surge's hugging Misty and exclaiming that "[his] next challenger is a cutie" (he at first thought Misty, and not Ash, was there to challenge him) is not censored in the English dub. ²* In "Pokémon Fashion Flash", we get a brief appearance from [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZid46z2FM8 a trainer]] who appears to be a rather blatant CampGay stereotype. What's really funny about this is that he's feminine-looking enough to easily be changed into a woman by the dub, as dubs of this nature often do (and the HideYourLesbians issue might not even be that bad, as the scene doesn't make a big deal about him being gay -- the trio's shocked reaction could easily be justified by them gawking at "her" insane fashion sense). But instead, 4Kids ''kept him in unchanged'' (though it is worth noting that 4Kids was fond of adding in their own gay jokes, as the rest of the page shows).²* Also in "Pokémon Fashion Flash", we have Brock stammering the following when he first meets Suzy: ²--> '''Brock''': My name is Brock and I want to breed like you!... I mean, I want to be a breeder like you!²* James [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzfg0aBE19Y the flaming Moltres]]. With an outfit that came right out of his closet.²* "It's Mr. Mime Time", [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BuBefhp5aNg Brock]] asks Ash looking sly and menacing before it cuts to Ash in the Mr. Mime Costume.²** Something very similar happens in the Johto episode "The Grass Route". Jessie and James decide to into the Grass Pokemon competition. While James enters Victreebel, [[https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/pokemon/images/9/91/JE062_6.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20140508221514 Jessie stares slyly and menacingly at Meowth]] with almost the same ploy. ²-->'''Meowth''': If you're thinkin' what I'm thinkin', I'm thinkin' I'm in trouble!\²(''Cut to Meowth in a Sunflora costume'')²* The Johto RunningGag of [[https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/pokemon/images/b/b3/JE003_5.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20140219111258 Heracross slurping Bulbasaur's bulb]], is hilarious, but it also gives as an unfortunate resemblance to oral sex.²* In ''Pokeball Peril'', Professor Ivy and her assistants' living quarters are shown to be untidy including laundry that needs to be done which shows a bra just dangling from the ceiling.²* [[https://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/2/2b/Misty_Goldeen_outfit.png That's a real cute outfit, Misty.]]²[[/folder]]²²[[folder:''Advanced Generation'']]²* "What You Seed is What You Get" gives us this gem:²--> Jessie: All of that hard work for nothing!\²James: So much for the fruit of our labor!\²Meowth: Guess we're just stuck wit da fruit we already got.²* In the ''Battle Frontier'' series episode "Queen of the Serpentine!", Brock states this about Lucy:²--> "She relies on offense not only in battle [[DoubleEntendre but in love too!]]"²* The ''Advanced Generation'' episode "A Six Pack Attack!" where Team Rocket got drunk. They appear to be drinking water or vodka, but 4Kids did nothing to the scene except change the shape of the glasses from wine glasses to normal cups (only in the Kids' WB! edit, though). Meanwhile, Team Rocket is slurring their speech and blushing, obviously drunk ([[FrothyMugsOfWater the liquid was blue even in the Japanese original, since at the time the producers were "pre-sterilizing" the show to make it more acceptable for foreign audiences]]). Meowth even says "I'll drink 'ta dat!". Now take a look at the episode title again.²* The ''Advanced Generation'' episode "Pros and Con Artists" has a moment in the beginning where a Medicham is telekinetically lifting items -- plus a woman's skirt (all affected items were outlined in blue).²* In "Kaboom with a View", after seeing Heracross attempt to go and feast on Venusaur's tree, Spencer admits that he'd probably be doing the same thing as well, which causes the aforementioned Venusaur to ''blush''. [[FlatWhat What]].²* In "Delcatty Got Your Tongue" where May's Skitty lost its voice from inhaling Torkoal's smoke and they take it to a Pokémon massage therapist (who of course is a young woman), Brock says to her something along the lines of "Give me a massage and we'll be ready to rock and roll.".²* In the Hoenn episode "Love, Petalburg Style!", they manage to actually portray Norman and Caroline's marriage falling apart (although it is all better by the end of the episode). They even have everyone except Max thinking that Norman is cheating on Caroline with Nurse Joy, Caroline threatening to leave, and Brock giving a rather realistic speech to Norman about how he shouldn't cheat (but since he wasn't actually cheating, Norman didn't understand it). This may not be much, but this is way more explicit than what you would expect from Pokémon. Also, an earlier episode has a character named Max who's an almost complete lookalike of the protagonist Max, which could make it seem as though Norman's cheating is a habit and he even had an illegitimate child. The other Max was never seen again, though.²** [[http://dogasu.bulbagarden.net/comparisons/houen/ep069.html Actually]], none of the suggestions of cheating appear in the dub. While there's some vague problem between Norman and Caroline, there's no indication that Joy is part of it, and Brock doesn't accuse Norman of anything more than neglecting her.²* In "Gone Corphishin'", Ash and friends are knocked into the sea, and May spends a portion of that episode with a blanket wrapped around her. Three guesses what happened to her clothes…²** Even better, Ash isn't wearing any pants in the same scene. Combine those two and see what it reminds you of.²* In ''Battling The Enemy Within'', the [[DemonicPossession possessed]] Ash orders Sceptile to block Brandon's Regirock from attacking by using the referee as a HumanShield. While Brandon calls off the attack after this, just the notion was rather [[FamilyUnfriendlyViolence un-child friendly.]]²[[/folder]]²²[[folder:''Diamond and Pearl'']]²* James cops it again, when his Carnivine starts biting his head:²---> '''James''': [[HaveAGayOldTime I'm not a fruit, no matter what anyone says!]]²* When being chased by Gligar, who had clung to Jessie's face earlier, James says "It's behind me and it's not my face I'm worried about!"²* One part in a Sinnoh episode involves Brock saying about Cynthia, "[[CargoEnvy I wish I were in her arms instead of that ice cream]]!". Right after she takes a lick of it.²* The ''Diamond and Pearl'' episode "Faced With Steelix Determination!" has a Steelix -- [[FreudWasRight a long, hard Pokémon with a sizable head]] -- attempting to force its way into a village of Bidoof (a ''beaver''-like Pokémon) headfirst through the [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything thin, vertical slit]] of a rock face. Meowth then comments that it "could use some mood music".²* In this series, the job of keeping Brock's love for the Jennys and Joys and all the girls in general in check has fallen to his Croagunk, who seems to be have taken lessons from Misty's Psyduck about escaping from his Poké Ball as the plot demands. However, the way Croagunk keeps Brock in check is by jabbing Brock with his Poison Jab attack. For some reason, it always hits Brock in the butt...except for when it hit him in the [[GroinAttack groin a few times]].²** On one occasion, we get this line after getting attacked.²-->''Fire burns in other places as well.'' *DONK*²* Pokémon Hunter J is nicknamed (though not to her face) a "Hunter [[DidNotDoTheBloodyResearch Hussy]]" by Team Rocket on more than one occasion. Even the yearly Pokémon annuals and seasonal activity books that are released here in the UK kept those two words in!²* "Hot Springing a Leak" features Jessie in the hot springs...''naked''! True, we only see her [[ToplessnessFromTheBack from the back]], [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/shinou/531ps7.shtml but there is no indication of her having a shirt or anything on top.]] ²* During "The Eighth Wonder Of The Sinnoh World", when Team Rocket are trying to break into Sunyshore Tower again, James suggests "Let's try the back door! Works at home!", which could be taken [[DoubleEntendre one]] of two ways…²* During the Pokémon Summer School arc, the kids are shown swimming at a lake. Dawn swimming close to the surface is all well and good, but then we see Conway submerged ''right underneath her'', watching her every move.²* The episode "Battling A Cute Drama" has the group running into Marilyn, a trainer that loves cute Pokémon, and challenges Dawn to a battle. In battle, she tells her Cherubi to use Protect as the Cherubi pretends as if it's hurting (even though Protect is supposed to offer complete immunity to the opponent's attack), as Marilyn reacts, well...rather ''turned on'' by its "valiancy", similar to a [[CombatSadomasochist sadomasochist]]. It's even {{lampshade|Hanging}}d by ''Brock'', of all people.²--> '''Brock''': You're acting inappropriate!²* In her first appearance, thanks to a rather bad case of OffModel, one frame of Gym Leader Gardenia's movements made it look like she's wearing ''[[VaporWear nothing]]'' underneath her poncho…²* In a not sexual case, the Team Galactic finale gives us the death of Hunter J and her crew, as well as Cyrus's borderline suicide, jumping in the collassing universe Dialga and Palkia created. Nothing graphic is shown, but ''damn''.²[[/folder]]²²[[folder:''Best Wishes'']]²* In ''Best Wishes'' episode 19, we are introduced to Burgundy. [[MaleGaze The camera shows her crotch first, then rises up.]]²* In [=BW041=], Bianca spends the entire tournament arc trying to befriend Luke's Zorua. It gets to the point where she finally thinks she understands who Zorua likes disguising herself as, and then glomps Georgia. Georgia is not amused. While the camera focuses on Iris yelling at Luke, you can see [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/bestwishes/702/DP85.jpg Bianca rubbing her head into Georgia's breasts…]]²* In ''Best Wishes'' episode 47 of the Nimbasa Subway two-parter, when the group gets on the train, Cilan gets way too excited about being on the train. However, the camera pans to Iris who is sitting next to a random kid and her mom. The kid is pointing at Cilan and calling him weird. This might seem normal but the camera is on Cilan's ass and the kid is obviously pointing to his ass. [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/bestwishes/708ps1.shtml And of course, Iris is embarrassed at Cilan's behavior but she seems to be looking at his ass too and blushing]] (the pictures are on the bottom of this page so you'll have to scroll down). ²*** Even the kid's mum is checking him out.²** It's not the first time the camera focused on [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/bestwishes/665ps5.shtml Cilan's ass]] (again scroll down a little).²* [[http://i3.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/000/887/149/512.gif This]]. To make it even worse, Frillish is the Unova region equivalent of the Kanto region Pokémon Tentacool. Which, of course, even has "tentacle" in its name.²* Alder hitting on Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny in [=BW052=]. It's one thing when [[LovableSexManiac Brock]] is doing it (because he's technically a teenager) but Alder is ''way'' older than Brock so him hitting on the ladies [[DirtyOldMan puts him in another trope entirely.]] ²** Also, if you look closely at some scenes, it would appear her Pokémon are looking right up her skirt (they don't react beyond the situation, but still).²* In the third part of the Club Battle arc, after Ash beats Georgia, she and Iris argue. When Stephan and Cilan comment on the situation, the camera is focused [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/bestwishes/702ps1.shtml on a sideboob view of Georgia and Iris]] (once again, scroll down a bit.)²* In the third part of the Clubsplosion arc, there is just such a moment in the battle between Bianca and Georgia. After Bianca's Emboar attacks Georgia's Bisharp, [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/bestwishes/733ps9.shtml there is a focus on Georgia's rear as she chastises Bianca]] (third screenshot on the right, once again, scroll down a bit.)²** Similarly, after she loses to Iris, Burgundy spends the rest of the arc pouting and berating Cilan and the others. During a few of her tantrums, there seemed to be a lot of attention paid to her hips (and [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/bestwishes/733ps11.shtml ass on occasion]] [see the last screenshot in the second to last row]) swiveling.²** Even better, during the entire Clubsplosion arc, Bianca had suddenly developed nothing short of a ''fetish'' for muscles (both human and Pokémon) and, when she wasn't battling, spent most of the arc poking and ''caressing'' some of the Fighting-type Pokémon (and even one of Ash's friendly rivals, Stephan, at one point). Her reactions to all the touching have her being ''extremely'' excited, almost to the point that one would think she was having a mini-orgasm half the time. The sound effects whenever she's doing this off-screen (as well as her cooing) don't help in the least.²* In "Crowning The Scalchop King", Meowth is disguised as a Dewott and needs to show off his rather large scalchops. The crowd goes wild at this. Meowth's comment? [[BiggerIsBetter "Wow! Bigger really is better!"]]²* In the Black and White episode Ash and Trip Third Battle! ''All of it''. Most notably, Penelope, a kindergarten teacher [[BareYourMidriff who should seriously invest in a bigger shirt]], appears to be flirting with Ash (which [[ClingyJealousGirl Serena]] quickly picks up on and {{lampshade|Hanging}}s).²* The XY arc is a lot HotterAndSexier than previous seasons in general. This may only be due to the new animation style, but female characters are noticeably bustier and occasionally show some cleavage for one thing.²* In [=XY050=] Nini's Farfetch'd has its leek [[http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Nini_Farfetch%27d.png in a rather questionable position]].²* In "Mega Revelations!", the groups meets Korrina, who is quick and eager to challenge Ash to a battle in order to reach her 99th win. After the story so obviously allows her to win, it turns out she collects proof by having defeated opponents print the pages of a notebook she carries. Not only can this be considered a really morbid method as it could be confused with a GenkiGirl collecting spilled blood from her enemies, but she also makes Pikachu print it with a ketchup-covered paw. What color is ketchup? ''Red''. And she even went as far as to force him into doing it. [[FridgeHorror Were the others forced as well, probably while downed?]]²* In "Origins of Mega Evolution!", Korrina's grandfather Gurkinn decides to reveal what's written on the Scroll of Secrets, but much to Korrina and the heroes' dismay, the "secrets" are actually common-sense rules for life, and Korrina, her Lucario, and the heroes FaceFault, with Korrina's ass faced towards the audience. See [[http://www.serebii.net/anime/pictures/xy/846ps11.shtml here]] for image.²* In [=XY059=], "Under the Pledging Tree", Team Rocket gets defeated way too quickly even for their own liking.²-->'''Jessie:''' Already?!\²'''James and Meowth:''' WE'RE BLASTING OFF PREMATURELY!!²* An XY episode has Bonnie mentioning how Clemont likes to "let an Arbok coil around him while in his underwear", while we're shown a picture of him doing just that with a [[https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CfkI-PKUEAEWdzo.jpg rather...pleased expression on his face]]. Yes, even in the dub. ²* In "Battling at Full Volume!", Ash gets sick and Serena has to take care of him. Wouldn't be anything out of the ordinary...if it wasn't for the fact that when he walks out of his tent, [[http://i1.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/001/103/905/600.gif he accidentally stumbles]] ''[[MarshmallowHell and falls face-first into Serena's chest]]'', not to mention both of them have [[http://i3.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/001/102/595/bc1.gif facial expressions]] that could've been '''very''' easily taken out of context.²** Serena has to change into Ash's clothes[[note]]cue jokes from the fandom about her "finally getting into Ash's pants"[[/note]] to distract the rocker that was challenging Ash. Either the rocker didn't see Serena carrying Ash's clothes as she went from his tent (where he and his clothes are laid) to her own, or Serena ''changed inside the same tent with an unconscious Ash''. And when he recovers from his fever, Ash wasn't the least bit surprised to see what Serena is wearing. Let that sink in...²* In [=XYZ30=], to catch a rowdy Carbink that's been terrorizing the wetlands, Florges and Floette try to allure it with a couple of berries. Carbink steals it from under their noses. Florges believes that Quagsire, who was nearby, was the one responsible, and whips him several times. Later, Carbink would trip Florges, who again would blame Quagsire for her trouble, and would fire several Energy Balls at him. From the look on Quagsire's face on both counts, he seems to ''enjoy'' it...²[[/folder]]²²[[folder:''Sun and Moon'']]²* The fact that, in [=SM003=], we get confirmation of a HEAVEN AND HELL. Meowth gets sent to a place after looking under Mimikyu's cloak and sees [[MsFanservice three attractive Pokémon (Gardevoir, Glaceon and Lopunny)]] and then almost ends up in ''Hell''. THAT is shocking to see in a kids show of all things. Not to mention the very blood-like ground.²* In [=SM006=], after Pikachu is saved from falling off the windowsill, Togedemaru cuddles with him in a rather [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything suggestive]] manner. And as if that wasn't enough, Sophocles then confirms matter-of-factly that Togedemaru is ''[[ShipTease female]]''! This isn't helped by the fact that Pikachu and Togedemaru are in the same two Egg Groups (Field and Fairy) in the games.²* In [=SM007=], when Ash tries to give the wild Litten a piece of his sandwich, it takes the lion's share of it from him instead and scratches him three times in the face, leaving him with visibly ''bloody'' scratch marks!²* [=SM012=]: Team Rocket are eating from a large pile of berries Bewear prepared for them, and the berry Wobbuffet is delightedly munching on looks suspiciously like someone's rear end.²* [=SM015=]: The training sequence with Ash, Pikachu, And Rockruff just before the latter learns rock throw has them all shaking their asses, with full on rear shots to boot.²* [=SM021=] explores the topic of the death of someone close to you. For this case, [[spoiler:Stoutland's health deteriorated so it eventually left Litten]]. Instead of in-series characters directly explaining what happens, there are [[ShowDontTell scenes that present it]] with RuleOfSymbolism added.²* [=SM032=] has Ash get his pants pulled down by a affectionate Stoutland, to the embarassment of Steenee and Mallow. Mallow however, [[http://serebii.net/anime/pictures/sunmoon/975ps1.shtml appears to be peeking]].²* [=SM039=] has Mallow run away from home after an argument with her father. She ends up in the care of an Oranguru [[http://knowyourmeme.com/photos/1286078-pokemon-sun-and-moon and one scene]] is framed as though she was [[DrowningMySorrows drinking something alcholic]] with the Oranguru serving as bartender. The scene was even left in the English dub!²* [=SM042=] has the gang compare an Alolan Eggxecutor with a Kantonian one, and the Kanto Eggxecutor is [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything visibly annoyed]] by it's overseas cousin's larger size.²* [=SM062=] had two incidents of radar dodging. ²** Alolan Meowth flat-out ''attempts murder'' on Team Rocket's Meowth [[http://knowyourmeme.com/photos/1342887-pokemon-sun-and-moon by revealing to him Mimikyu's true form]], complete with a posture akin to a boy flipping up a girl's skirt. ²** Oranguru the Bartender reappears again, [[http://i0.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/001/342/947/ab7.png trying to tell Meowth to]] stop [[DrowningMySorrows drowning his sorrows]] in Berry Juice after a series of humiliating incidents.²* [=SM068=] has Ash crossdressing. It's not atypical, seeing how every other series sans XY has him do it. Where it gets into this trope is when the camera pans upward under his skirt to give the audience an [[VaporWear image of a ten-year-old boy wearing no underwear]]. It gets worse. The episode leaves why he's not wearing underwear up to interpretation: either Ash removed it while putting on the skirt or Lana, Lillie, and Mallow had it removed during their makeover of him. ²* Tsareena was a case of this in the games, but in the anime, after she finishes opponents off she stomps her foot on them, which is generally portrayed as a fetish in media. [[https://knowyourmeme.com/photos/1397933-pokemon-sun-and-moon She even graphically steps on Kiawe to dominate him.]] The English dub tones some of this down, but the moment of impact is still visible regardless.²* When the crew visit the Pikachu Valley on Akala Island, Pikachu attracts the interest of a female Pikachu that [[https://knowyourmeme.com/photos/1410712-pokemon-sun-and-moon investigates him by sniffing]] in a very intimate manner, causing him to try and lean away awkwardly.²* [=SM114=] Apparently, Pheromosa have a VictoriasSecretCompartment for stolen Z-Crystals.²[[/folder]]²²[[folder:Unsorted]]²* Two episodes have Team Rocket trying to steal water in order to sell it, and when they blast off, we get this little exchange:²---> '''Jessie''': So much for our great bottled water plan!\²'''James''': And all our liquid assets!\²'''Meowth''': Yeah well speaking of that, it looks like it's time for us to kiss ours goodbye!²* And then we have one that's a [[BreakingTheFourthWall fourth wall breaker.]]²---> '''Meowth''': You're giving me a pain, but I can't say where 'cause kids watch this show!²* The song "What Kind of Pokémon Are You?", a song [on the "2.B.A. Master" soundtrack] about ElementalRockPaperScissors, briefly managed to get away with these lines until American parents complained and the song was taken out of rotation:²-->''Good luck with Muk and its Poison Gas\²Make one wrong move and it'll kick your GRASS''²** Similarly, the (''official'', mind you) ''VideoGame/PokemonSnap'' StrategyGuide has, as a tip title for Scyther, "A Pain in the Grass".²** The same strategy guide makes a comment about Muk being naughty (because in the screencap it looks like it's giving us the middle finger).²* Of course, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TEzLbzf2CE 4Kids ARE the devil (along with Leo Burnett)]] so they can't even mention themselves without backmasking...²** Confirmed. Creator/EricStuart included this little line as a jab at 4Kids for not paying him for his commercial appearances.²* During one of Jessie's contest performances, Meowth remarks that "After this there won't be a dry seat in the house!". ²* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72yOgH5ngVE The Pokémon]] [[AudioPlay version]] of ''Literature/TwasTheNightBeforeChristmas''. Before the ten seconds mark:²-->'''Misty:''' Close the door! Did you get more wood?\²'''Ash:''' Oooh yeaaah!\²''*disordered clunking noises of several small objects failing to the floor*''²** Later, Ash mentions his mother and Mr. Mime in the poem, before adding in an aside that he thinks [[ShipTease Professor Oak was there too]].²[[/folder]]²----
