* Wary of: [[Pantheon/VillainousRoles GOLB]] and [[Pantheon/{{Otherness}} Azathoth]]
* In the overarching multiverse of Stephen King, Gan is the creative overforce watching over it. Having spun it from his navel, Gan is the {{God}} who the Dark Tower that maintains the multiverse is his manifestation. Ka is said to be the will of Gan, a subtle sort of DivineIntervention. It's said that he has a wife, Bessa. He was the "Other" that [[Pantheon/FleshEaters Pennywise]] spoke of between him and Maturin the Turtle.
* Almost never directly involved with the Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfGood, but will influence things to help them out. He is somewhat like Eru Ilúvatar, being the god figure of their respective series who function as the GreaterScopeParagon. The two have been seen conversing with each other on the nature of existence, creation, order, chaos, good and evil. Melkor was not pleased to learn another being like Eru had ascended to the pantheon. Link and Princess Zelda occasionally receive guidance from Gan in their constant struggles against Ganondorf, seeing him as a similar entity to the Golden Goddesses of Hyrule.
* Usually found with other TopGod and {{God}} figures who think it's best to help from afar than directly interfere. There is the God known by Bob, The One Above All and The Love That Moves The Stars. TOAA recognizes his style of being a GreaterScopeParagon, with the Living Tribunal serving a similar function to the Dark Tower. He also feels a certain kinship with the Entity, as they are both the source of life as it's known in the worlds they come from.
* Can be found discussing with Mata Nui about what it means to be a benevolent god, as the people of the Matoran universe worship him for his goodness. However, Mata Nui was not a god in the mythical sense and ultimately failed to prevent Makuta Teridax's rise to power. He's also friends with Aslan, a fantastic representation of Jesus, and like to discuss over what it means to be a benevolent god.
* Emerged from the outer dark of the Prim, which makes him as much of an EldritchAbomination as the Crimson Queen or other monsters from that. He can be considered an intelligent and benevolent Azathoth. He was not happy to learn of many malevolent deities of the PrimordialChaos such as the Chaos King, who considers Gan unnecessary intrusion and "a hapless romantic".
* Doesn't want Krona to get anywhere near him since he is willing to tear the multiverse apart in his search for the answers to how everything came to be. And Gan spawned the Stephen King multiverse, after all. However, Amara was much more pleasant, having grown out of her "not liking ordered creation" phase and along with her brother Chuck Shurley the three feel like they can sit down and have a casual conversation.
* Is the most powerful force on the side of "the White", which represents order to the Crimson King's chaos or "the Red". A number of others who represent order consider themselves better fit to be the ultimate representation of order. Eliphas is the entity who's order is at least something Gan could understand but has stated to YHVH and Galeem that he doesn't care for "law" being suppression of free thought and obedience. Order is simply a structured, sensible existence as opposed to void and PrimordialChaos.
* Perceives Dharkon as a major force of the Red that Gan opposes, and the Crimson King champions. The Old Gods' chaotic desires are also part of what Gan considers to be the Red, along with GodOfChaos GOLB. He is less apprehensive on GOLB [[AlmightyIdiot due to not acting with much thought]] [[spoiler:and Betty's merger altering him]]. However, their chaos might actually be less dangerous than Hajun's desire to be utterly alone, the only thing in existence after he destroys everything. He regards Hajun as something worse, the Black or simply "the Void".
** Like YHVH, Gan doesn't consider [[Pantheon/{{Ambiguity}} Lucifer's chaos]] to be the chaos of the Crimson King. It's more social chaos than the cosmic chaos that works against Gan's cosmic order.
* The GUAD considers Gan to be a major block in their plans of bringing the destruction of everything. They are trying to do what the Crimson King failed to do and tear down the Dark Tower, bringing an end to his ordered multiverse. Among those who are most invested with this are Lord English (an utterly determined soul who makes sport of slaughtering Lovecraftian gods), Zamasu (who decries Gan's GreaterScopeParagon status as him [[TheGodsMustBeLazy being lazy]]) and the Lich (who, given similarities to the Crimson King and his relation to GOLB, takes bringing down the Dark Tower as a sort of holy mission).
* Asides from the GUAD, the Anti-Monitor and Barbatos both want to tear down the Dark Tower. Barbatos wishes to spread his Dark Multiverse everywhere, and the Anti-Monitor finds it a possibly easier way to ensure his Anti-Matter Universe is the only one to exist. Don Thousand's desire for chaos to be supreme also leads him to want to subsume the tower.

* He is the White Void. He is the Cold Steel. He is the Just Sword. With blade in hand shall he reap the sins of this world and cleanse it in the fires of destruction! He is Hakumen! The end has come!
* [[spoiler:Serves to atone for his sins committed as Jin Kisaragi]].
* He was the only one not present at the induction of Terumi, God of Trolling, into the Pantheon. [[spoiler:Ironically, nor was Jin]]. His associates, however, report having seen him close the door to his sanctum and roar furiously while swinging Ookami around like a madman.
* Held Sol in great respect [[spoiler:since Hakumen considers him a shining example of redemption]]. He also gets along well with Sanger, occasionally sparing in swordsmanship and competing in "Who can make the more [[BadassCreed Epic Creed]]" contests.
* Gained another WorthyOpponent in the form of Vergil, though their interaction is a bit complex. Vergil views Hakumen as a WorthyOpponent because [[spoiler:he is Jin's future self]]. Hakumen, however, detests him for three reasons. One, because of his lust for power, which Hakumen views as evil. Two, [[spoiler:because he utterly loathes his past self, and he views Vergil's "compliment" as an insult]]. Three, [[spoiler:Vergil reminds him of his past self]].
* Although commonly misconstrued as a JerkAss [[spoiler:(like his past self)]], those who have seen his "Old Man's Tale" scene towards Tsubaki Yayoi know better. Some gods have even ''cried'' when they viewed that particular moment in his history.
* In addition to shivering spines upon hearing the resonance of Nu-13's voice on her ascension, a rumble was also felt within the Pantheon. Hakumen was the cause, due to a combination of his Power of Order and his quiet, but intense rage at realizing she had arrived reaching critical levels. [[spoiler:It should also be noted that Hakumen has a [[ItsPersonal long and personal history with Nu]]]].
* It is for said reason that he is extremely wary of [[Pantheon/{{Mentalism}} Lambda-11]], as [[spoiler:she holds a piece of Nu's soul within her]]. It is only because he understands that there's a difference he didn't attempt to strike her down the moment he saw her.
* [[spoiler:Regained his status as Greater God as a result of him killing Yuuki Terumi for good. In addition to that, since he was able to bypass his legendary {{Mind Rap|e}}ing techniques and kill him easily, Hakumen is able to at least withstand MindRape. This has made Terumi's ally Johan place him on his higher-up shit list, as Hakumen is able to at least withstand and resist against his {{Mind Rap|e}}ing and corruption skills, which were thought to have been irreversible without [[Pantheon/HeroicAttitude Doktor Tenma]] intervening or having what's an overdose's worth of HeroicResolve, and since Hakumen killed Terumi and the former was just at a quarter of his full power]]...
** [[spoiler:It is also said that while he could've done it without help, Hakumen this time slays Terumi because the latter was distracted by [[Manga/SoulEater Excalibur]]'s loony rants. For as much as a stoic man himself, Hakumen can't help but be entertained with Terumi losing his shit on Excalibur's complete lunacy, and that's before he told Terumi to face him and got him killed]].
** [[spoiler:[[VideoGame/BlazBlueCentralFiction However, certain events]] have revealed Terumi ''[[NoSell never]]'' died and instead still lives, [[LivingOnBorrowedTime albeit not without consequences]]. Hakumen's [[TranquilFury rage]] at this revelation was truly something to behold, and he has sworn to finish the job]].
* He discovered that Majin Buu will come back and wreak havoc on the Pantheon once again, even after being defeated by the Z-Fighters, and has placed him highest on his shit list outside of Terumi: The very fact that he will come back even after being killed. As a result, Hakumen has been developing a plan to eliminate Buu entirely. So far, it involves summoning [[Pantheon/{{Anger}} Excalibur]] and a large bag of candy he brought from [[Pantheon/{{Food}} Willy Wonka]] (to respectively exploit Buu's excessively childish personality and his wanting for candy) so he can charge up his Time Killer technique and use it on Buu to erase him entirely from existence.
* Does not like Nui Harime, as her actions remind him of Yuuki Terumi. Surprisingly, she isn't his disciple.
* Some portions of the Pantheon have noted that his vocal filter has been altered somewhat. No one knows how or why this has happened, but the general speculation is that it has something to do with his promotion to Greater God, where he had gained a significant portion of his power back from the Boundary.
* Strangely, sometime after the conclusion of the [[WebAnimation/DeathBattle battle]] between Ragna the Bloodedge and Sol Badguy, Hakumen heard rumors that someone was attempting to create clones in his image. [[spoiler:An injured [[Pantheon/HuntersAndSlayers Dante]] revealed to him the rumors were true, but the clones had been already been disposed of by some super-powered white-coated clone of Ragna, who had disappeared after defeating him in less than a minute]]. He has since been on high alert for more such rumors about the clone.
* Hakumen had a tussle with fellow cyborg-warrior Genji Shimada, where he was rather annoyed with how Genji called out his high ego and rigid code, considering the latter also led a hedonistic life, though no longer doing so. One thing Hakumen has an advantage about him is that he has no "projectiles" to deflect. However, Hakumen was not that pleased on how Genji's organization eventually fell and led the world into chaos... if it was him in charge... well, with his blade in hands shall he reap the sins of that world and cleanse it with the fires of destruction, ''with extreme prejudice''.
* [[spoiler:Unfortunately, despite his efforts to stop Terumi, Hakumen (as in Jin's soul) was killed in an unsavory manner by Terumi, with the Susano'o unit falling into his hands as he took it over. However, in the last moments, that soul was restored with the efforts of [[Pantheon/{{Entitlement}} the actual Susano'o]], who told him that he'd rather have this soul be the representative Susano'o Unit than Terumi. After being tossed back to the Boundary, Hakumen resumed his position]].
* Hakumen was rather glad to see one of his old friends from the Dark War ascend into pantheon. While the two have had their differences, he's both happy and very supportive of how Nine wishes to make [[TheAtoner amends]] for [[VideoGame/BlazBlueCentralFiction what happened]].

* Whatever Link pulls out of his ''bag'' is his weapon. Yes...even a big chunk of meat and a bottle. When forced to choose only one, however, it is usually his SwordOfPlotAdvancement, which is often (though not always) the [[LegendaryWeapon Master Sword]].
* Destined to reincarnate in an endless cycle for as long as there is evil. Over the past two thousand years or so has started wearing a green tunic and pointy hat in each life for reasons he isn't sure about - every time he is born, he forgets very nearly ''everything'', to the point of being surprised every time he learns that he is a god. This is just as well, considering the tantrum he threw the last time he ''didn't''. Growing up and collecting all that weaponry is time consuming!
* Used to hold the title of {{Silent Protagonist}}s, until it was stolen by [[Videogame/GrandTheftAutoIII Claude]]. He is understandably upset.
* Didn't know what to say in regards to how [[Pantheon/{{Workmanship}} the Nostalgia Critic]] dressed up as him during the [[WebVideo/SuburbanKnights quest to find Malachite's Hand]].
* To combat the GUAE's growing power, Link has been training with other deities. Notably [[Pantheon/FightingStyles Ieyasu]], [[Pantheon/CourageAndVirtue Yukimura]], [[Pantheon/FriendshipAndCamaraderie Guan Yu, Zhang Fei and Liu Bei]]. [[VideoGame/HyruleWarriors The results]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOq4IiuRMWk have been impressive]].
* Subject to an equally endless line of prophecies, most of which only apply to one lifespan each.
* The other Prophecy Gods let him in to this house to do their errands. When it comes to [[MacGuffinDeliveryService MacGuffin Delivery Services]], ''particularly'' matched sets, you can't hire much better than Link. And he can get a bottle of milk from the cow to the god paying in two minutes flat, or it's free.
* Finds kinship with Lucina, due to having [[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaMajorasMask once]] also worn masks to impersonate others.
* Link ''has'' had conversations with other gods. While the gods remember the subjects they talked about, no one can ever seem to remember exactly what the hero said or what sort of voice or accent he might have had.
* Never, ''never'', '''NEVER''' put Link into a wrestling match, unless it is a [[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaTwilightPrincess sumo wrestling match]]. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDaOWt3oY5Q He can Body Slam EVERYTHING to death!]]
* Because of his unrelenting heroism, courage and benevolence; Link has proven to be one of the nicest gods in the Pantheon, capable of forming long-lasting friendships with fellow heroes and defenders of justice:
** Link is a good friend of Nintendo deities Mario, Samus Aran and Fox [=McCloud=]. They are always on the look out for any dangers that might threaten the Nintendo realms.
** Has become friends with a kind-hearted ArtificialIntelligence from [[Literature/SwordArtOnline AlfheimOnline]] called Yui, as well as her parents Kirito and Asuna. Yui is very fond of Link because his relationship to Navi reminds her of her own with her father; a Charming Elvish Sword-Loving Bad-Boy and his adorable fairy companion. Link is also warmly reminded of his relationship with Zelda when he sees how close and loving Kirito and Asuna are.
** One day, he started beating the stuffing out of Donald Duck and Goofy without warning. Sora [[WebAnimation/OneMinuteMelee stepped in to knock some sense into Link]]. [[spoiler:He succeeded. Turns out, Link was possessed by Dark Link, who gained more power by combining with the Heartless.]] Link, Sora, Donald, and Goofy [[spoiler:beat back Dark Link and his minions after a long fight]], and now the four are staunch allies after everything they've gone through.
** One of Link's allies is Optimus Prime. They became friends after dicussing their recurrent roles as heroes across space and time. Also, Link can sympathize with Optimus because of his unyielding heroism despite... [[Film/TransformersAgeOfExtinction certain events]].
** Link is also fond of travelling with Ash Ketchum and his trusty Pikachu. Seeing how close Ash and Pikachu reminds the Hero of Hyrule of his companions.
** Link also struck up a friendship with the Master Chief, as they are both green-clad heroes who saved their worlds from unspeakable dangers. John also sees Link’s loyalty and devotion to Princess Zelda similar to his own friendship to Cortana, and wonders how can Link, a legendary hero the same as him, can also function as a regular person. By his own admission, the one time John traveled to Hyrule, he was taken aback by the everyday kindnesses of the Hyrulean people.
** Also finds common ground with [[Pantheon/SoldierActions James Ramirez]], what with them being their universes' errant boys and not saying much. Ramirez considers Link something of a forefather, since he does all the hero work in his universe all by himself.
** The ''Pantheon/SoulSeries'' deities, who he fought once, like to invite him for battle. Sometimes just for kicks he enters the bouts with his [[JokeWeapon Bug-Catching Net]].
* Peeks into [[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaBreathOfTheWild Zelda's diary]] have revealed that the primary reason for Link's reputable silence is to cope with the stress of his many responsibilities.
* It has been [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SSkHixbOms theorized]] that the Doom Slayer is one of Link's incarnations. He and Zelda were both unnerved by the idea.
* Link eventually found out that, [[http://relics-of-hyrule.wikia.com/wiki/Relics_of_Hyrule_Wikia in a separate universe]], Hermaeus Mora was responsible for completely destroying Hyrule in his obsession to find the ancient knowledge that the kingdom held. Because of this, Link keeps a steady eye on the Daedric Prince just in case he feels Hermaeus Mora is about to pose a visible threat to Hyrule.
* ''Really'' dislikes crossdressing, a feeling Ash Ketchum, Shido Itsuka and Lux Arcadia share. He did it [[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaBreathOfTheWild once]] to enter the Gerudo's territory, but a lot of his followers took this particular instance and ran away with it, drawing Link wearing girly clothes. Don't misinterpret Link, he will crossdress for the greater good, but don't expect him to be happy about it.
* Also present in Pantheon/MultiWieldingWeapons.

* Opposed by: [[Pantheon/SourcesOfInformation J. Jonah Jameson]] (only as Spider-Man, has no problem with him as Peter Parker).
* Very much one of the Good Guys, Spidey can range from extreme {{Wangst}} to FunPersonified. He rarely lets up on the comments. Some heroes find him annoying, most villains find him infuriating, but it seems like every time something big happens, he's there.
** Would like everyone to know that his name is "Spider-Man", not "Spiderman"[[note]]"It just looks way too much like 'Superman' in the papers."[[/note]] or "Spider Man"[[note]]"I'm not Tony Stark, guys... no matter how much I wish I was."[[/note]]. Don't even ''say'' it without the hyphen. [[https://i.redd.it/roa5t5jvca121.png He'll know]]. It's ''that'' important.
* Didn't he have a wife? Oh, no, he would be completely impossible to relate to if he did. Spidey and [[Pantheon/{{Commerce}} the Black Cat]] are clearly intrigued by each other and have gone on a few not-quite-dates which Gods affiliated with House of Pantheon/{{Defense}} have disrupted.
** This cost him to reduce his visit to the House Of Love unless necessary as a lot of deities keep giving him sympathetic looks and mumbling "ComicBook/OneMoreDay" with a mix of anger and sadness in their tone.
** Felicia was once an item with Spider-Man, but this is [[RoaringRampageofRevenge no longer]] the case after the events of Superior Spider-Man. She has not only sworn off her love and interest in Peter Parker [[AxCrazy wanting to destroy everything about him]] along with becoming the next Kingpin of crime. He's tried talking sense into her, and yet she does not want to listen or believe him.
* Has found a friendly (?) rival in the form of Albert Wesker. Despite the two being on opposite sides of the hero/villain spectrum, the two find the time to beat [[VideoGame/MarvelVsCapcom3 other superheroes, demons, mercenaries, Eldritch Abominations and planet eaters every now and then]].
* Is heralded as being one of the most skilled heroes of the Pantheon, having beaten many more powerful deities above him. Just ask Superman. Or [[Pantheon/{{Consumption}} Galactus]]. Or Thor. Or Wesker. [[OverlyLongGag Or]]...
** Because of this, he can be more formidable than Batman as long as he does research on his enemies (if they're supernatural.) before he fights them.
* Challenged Batman to a [[WebAnimation/DeathBattle friendly fight]]. Batman thinks it was due to his time spent [[WebVideo/ImAMarvelAndImADC saving superheroes together]], and that he wanted to test his skills against him. Of course, it was revealed to be a little payback for rejecting him from becoming a member of the ComicBook/{{Justice League|of America}}, though the way Spider Man said it ended up casting in doubt whether he was being serious. There was a huge betting pool among the gods over who would win, with the odds before the battle were in Batman's favor, mostly because of the "He's Batman" defense in setting the odds.
** In the end though, due to the conditions of the battle making it impossible for Batman to use his special book, Spider-Man ended up the victor, eagerly bragging to the whole pantheon on how he beat the Batman in a fist fight. Many tears were shed by the gambling losers. The two heroes still have a good relationship, nevertheless.
* [[spoiler:[[ComicBook/SuperiorSpiderMan His mortal body has seemingly be taken over by an old enemy of his, Doctor Octopus]]. After [[HeelFaceTurn setting him to walk the straight path]], Peter's soul left Doc Ock's dying body and is given a backup body in the Pantheon so he can continue being the Pantheon's Spider-Man]].
** In process of [[spoiler:bringing forth his backup body for the Pantheon]], the former Goddess of Heroes With Bad Reputations, [[ComicBook/SpiderWoman Jessica Drew/Spider Woman]], a good friend of Peter, had to sacrifice most of her Goddess essences, rendering her a mortal once again and entrusting Peter with her previous house, making Peter taking double duty. As much as he's going to miss her, Peter swore to take care of her old house, also empowered with the days J. Jonah Jameson berated him as a menace.
** [[spoiler:And eventually he regained his old body from Doc Ock, restoring the majority of his powers... [[Film/TheAmazingSpiderMan2 just in time for]] [[ComicBook/TheNightGwenStacyDied the anniversary of the death of]] [[ILetGwenStacyDie his first love Gwen Stacy]]]]. Peter isn't quite sure if he should be overjoyed or sad on this one.
* While he's become friends with Spider-Gwen, the superpowered alternate universe version of his deceased ex, the Pantheon preferred not to warn him [[Pantheon/MannersOfRevival the original Gwen Stacy was ascended]], given how much [[ILetGwenStacyDie her death molded Spidey's psyche]].
* [[http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/60s-spider-man Is known as something of a meme generator]]
* [[DiscontinuityNod Apparently really, really hates clones]].
* While he ''is'' happy to know he is finally joining the Franchise/MarvelCinematicUniverse, Spidey is also sad his debut will happen in a [[Film/CaptainAmericaCivilWar time of division]]. Considering he is the kind of guy who wants everyone to get along, Spidey is trying to keep the peace between Cap and Iron Man as best as he can. [[Film/SpiderManHomecoming His first solo movie]] made him more weary of [[Pantheon/NamingConvention Beetlejuice]] for [[Creator/MichaelKeaton looking like the Vulture]] (he prefers to ignore the similarity to Film/{{Batman|1989}}, lest their relationship gets strained).
* Sometimes works as [[Film/SpiderMan2 a pizza deliveryman]] for the House of Food. When on the job, he has [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czTksCF6X8Y a jingle]] that accompanies him.
-->''"[[MemeticMutation Pizza time.]]"''
* After a bit of binge-watching of noir films with some of his friends and followers, occasionally Peter's been heard narrating for himself as [[VideoGame/SpiderManPS4 "Spider-Cop"]].
* During a stroll, Peter met and befriended a fellow New Yorker... Leonardo Watch. Much like Peter, Leo was gifted with "great power" and "great responsability" while also feeling guilt toward their loved ones over the circumstances along with living madcap lives in modest conditions. While Peter took care of making sure Leo was safe, he also became fascinated with his eyes and often uses his scientific prowess to examine. Leo is fine with Peter doing this.
* Peter was glad to see his friend and former high school bully Flash Thompson in Pantheon. Especially with what [[ComicBook/GoDownSwinging Osborn did]]. Flash is also happy to see is friend and hero as well.
* Thanks to the events of ComicBook/AbsoluteCarnage, both Peter and Eddie have managed to completely resolve their differences and have become full fledged allies. Peter even went as far as to help ascend Eddie into the Pantheon. [[spoiler:He's also happy to hear that Eddie told Dylan the truth about him being his father and not his older brother.]]
* Peter met Mark Grayson/Invincible while fighting Dock-Ock. They both hit it off pretty good due to their similar personalities, sense of humor, and their taste in redheads. Since then, they became really great friends and trustworthy allies.
* While swinging across the Pantheon one day, Peter was met with another person swinging alongside him on a grappling hook. Said person was Luka Redgrave, who was doing a report on Spider-Man's escapades. The two became friends after that and Luka even proposed that he can disguise himself as the Webslinger if need be, even doing an imitation of Peter's voice just to prove it. Parker agreed, especially after seeing Luka kick ass as Strider.

* Seeing how quickly the forces of the GUAE grew in number and power, Cosmos personally traveled to the Main House to beseech the Holy Trinity for one mortal in particular to be ascended. After much study and review, the gods permitted her request, and brought the nameless warrior into the Pantheon.
* Though in a new world, the Warrior quickly learned that the only thing that changed from their previous situation was the overall scale. undeterred, the Warrior of Light visited the leaders of his goddess' new organization to gain the full scope.
* Upon ascending, the Warrior took to meeting with his fellow Warriors and banding them together once more. No matter how bleak the situation gets, [[{{Determinator}} he will always play the role of]] TheLeader to them.
** What made him the most happy, however, was reuniting with Kain, Tifa, Laguna, Yuna, and Lightning, [[spoiler:all of whom were KilledOffForReal in the 12th cycle]]. He was also saddened to hear that [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyXII Vaan]] and [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyIII the Onion Knight]] had not ascended, [[spoiler:especially since the former was killed by the Manikins as well]], and has vowed to guide them to Cosmos once more.
* The Warrior now serves as Cosmos' protector. He is always by her side, serving as the last line of defense should any GUAE members attempt an assassination. Nothing will pass him while he still breathes, be it an army in the thousands or Melkor himself.
* Met up with Artix von Krieger in the House of Religion and Faith, and was amazed with his abilities with light. Artix then had to tell him the truth: [[spoiler:he's the Champion of Darkness but was trained to using the abilities of Souls to make it ''seem'' like he has light powers.]] The Warrior still treats Artix as a true warrior of light despite that, and is signing up to become a full member of the GUAG Sacred Knights.
* It should be noted that the Warrior's [[NoNameGiven name is unknown]]. The only person what it is is [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyXI an elvaan by the name of Prishe]]. He doesn't seem to mind it, though, and [[HeyYou has little problem]] when dealing with it.
** He now accepts the name Zest, which was theorized to be [[CanonName his real name]] for a long time.
* Arturia and Lancelot were reminded of Diarmuid when they [[Creator/GrantGeorge heard him speak]]. All three of them found that he worked well with them, and they have become steadfast allies since.
** Not long after, he had found out that he also ([[TheOtherDarrin depending on the day of the week]]) sounded like Gilgamesh. The Warrior thinks that he [[LightIsNotGood gives light a bad name]], and has declared him an enemy.
* As a by-the-book KnightInShiningArmor, the Warrior is very protective of the princesses in the Pantheon. Out of all of them, he's bonded the most with Nia Teppelin. Some say that it's because her personality reminds him of Princess Sarah. While he won't disagree with their reasoning, they're only partially right; [[spoiler:it's actually because she's an ArtificialHuman, just like him]].
* Was disappointed to hear that [[Webcomic/EightBitTheater one quest to save Princess Sarah]] was headed by a certain Black Mage. Even more once he learned his counterpart in that journey was a complete moron, but the Warrior has since grown fond of Fighter. Warrior also got along with White Mage, responsible for defeating Chaos in that universe.
** Which made his initial encounter with Vivi awkward, along with Warrior mistaking him for a BlackMage that fought Garland. Zidane cleared everything up for him, and he and Vivi are now on good terms.
* For [[Creator/ToshihikoSeki some reason]], the Warrior was able to hear Senketsu speak. He immediately sympathized with the SailorFuku when found out that [[spoiler:he was created for battle just like him]].
** Then again, the both of them find it also odd in that they also sound the same as two portrayals of [[Literature/JourneyToTheWest Xuanzang Sanzang]] AKA [[VideoGame/SaiyukiJourneyWest Genjou]] [[Manga/{{Saiyuki}} Sanzou]].
* He is the first to ever bear the title "Warrior of Light", a title that became synonymous with the word "hero" in ''many'' worlds. 224* Opposes: Anyone who beats him at djerik
* Chewbacca is a Wookiee from the forest planet of Kashyyyk, and veteran of the Clone Wars. When the Empire rose they used [[FantasticRacism human-centrist ideology]] to justify enslaving a number of species, and the Wookiees along with Chewie became victims of slavery. However Han Solo would rescue him from slavery, forming a life debt and eternal friendship with him.
* Very happy to see his friends in the Trope Pantheon, having previous been relegated to a follower of the former Robins. Ashoka was also glad to see him, since he helped Jedi younglings to fight Trandoshan slavers.
* He's mainly [[TheBigGuy the muscle of the group]], skilled with the bowcaster and capable of ripping off arms from a socket. That being said, he's not stupid, just strength oriented. He plays a mean game of djerik, the Star Wars equivalent of chess. He'd end up getting banned from the House of Gaming when he was beaten at djerik [[SoreLoser and threatened to rip off the victor's arms]], who apparently didn't know C-3PO's advice of "let the Wookie win".
** Likes to give out hugs when he isn't ripping arms off.
* Sometimes mistakes Indiana Jones for Han Solo [[Creator/HarrisonFord since they look really alike]]. Likewise Indiana mistook him for Bigfoot. He's helped Indy with some of his archeology, using the opportunity in the jungles [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qm1OaKO_fzw to mimic Tarzan again]].
* Understandably, he ''hates'' slavers of any kind, particularly when they're an entire culture that enslaves races to do their bidding. The Daleks set him off due to slaving [[AbsoluteXenophobe then exterminating]] strong races, and the Harvesters for their overall destruction. One time he managed to be made captive of Warworld and fought in Mongul's gladiatorial games, but managed to escape with the timely arrival of the Millennium Falcon.
** Is amazed at Ood Sigma for being a key agent in the breaking of his species' slavery.
* Has some issue with [[LizardFolk reptilian]] [[LizardFolk beings]], as his species' arch-enemy, the Trandoshans, regularly hunt Wookiees. This led to some friction with [[Pantheon/AnthropomorphicAnimals Madame Vastra]], though it was short-lasted.
* Resembles [[UrsineAliens some sort of bear]] mixed with a dog. Apparently he was based off Indiana, George Lucas' Alaskan Malamute from the 1970s, who he also named Indiana Jones afterwards. This led to a kinship with the [[Pantheon/{{Canines}} House of Canines]], particularly Fox [=McCloud=] due to being a fellow space dogfighter. He and Jake the Dog also get along. He doesn't seem to like Bashmaster the Unbreakable.
* Whenever feeling homesick, he travels to the House of Pantheon/{{Plants}} and travels through the forests. He got in a spot of trouble when he entered Mordremoth's territory. Other times he tests his meddle in the House of Pantheon/FightingAndCombat, where he got along with Android 16 due to their BruiserWithASoftCenter personality.
* Very close to the House of Friendship, due to how much he values the concept. He and Ed get along as they're the muscles of their friend group, and Tohru for being an OlderSidekick like him. He's also fond of Faye Valentine, feeling bad about how unlike Han [[spoiler:her [[HumanPopsicle suspended animation]] lasted for fifty years and damaged her memories]].
* In the Star Wars Legends continuity he would die helping to evacuate a planet that was about to be hit by its asteroid moon, [[DyingMomentOfAwesome defiant in the face of a]] ColonyDrop. In the modern continuity [[Film/TheForceAwakens he lives thirty years afterwards]], still with Han Solo. [[spoiler:Tragically it'd be ''Han'' who died, by the hands of his own son no less. He's still sobbing over it, and ascended mainly so he could see his closest friend once more]].
* Betrayal in general sets him off, but if one's [[TooDumbToLive suicidal enough]] to see just how angry he can get, see his reaction to those who betray their own family like Scar [[CainAndAbel murdering his brother Mufasa]]. [[spoiler:This is all for personal reasons, since Kylo Ren/Ben Solo committed patricide on his father Han Solo]].
* Was two hundred years old during [[Film/ANewHope the Battle of Yavin]]. [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld You'd never tell his age from looking at him]], since Wookiees have an average lifespan of 400 years.
* Gets really embarrassed at the fact his family first made their debut in the Star Wars Holiday Special.

** Locke: the House of Pantheon/LawAndJustice in general (except maybe Carmelita Fox), [[Pantheon/{{Weapons}} Gaius Van Baelsar]]
* Oppose: [[Pantheon/FormsOfImmortality Yveltal]], Beerus, [[Pantheon/{{Consumption}} Galactus]]
* When it comes to saving the world, heroes come in all shapes and sizes, and that means when enough of them gather together, be it by fate, desperation, incompetence, expectations to be expendable, or any other number of reasons, they aren't going to be a cohesive group. Yet they end up being successful anyway. These are the RagtagBunchOfMisfits.
** Finding representatives for the group proved to be a daunting task, as there are too many to count, many that are known that either already fit other tropes or have all or some of its members as perfect fits for the tropes they already represent, and it's difficult to find one group that is most exemplary/famous of the trope.
** Eventually, the Court decided to look at all the best examples of the trope, put them all in a grab bag, and picked one[[labelnote:]]Incidentally, this was also how [[Pantheon/LoveOther Sain]] ascended in the first place.[[/labelnote]]. Their selection? The Heroes of the World of Balance from ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyVI''. This ''does'' require Terra to surrender MamaBear and Locke to surrender VideoGameStealing, but they were okay with that if it meant bringing in everyone else.
*** For the record, they consist of an amnesiac TykeBomb, a [[LoveableRogue "treasure hunter"]], an engineer king, his BareFistedMonk brother, a defector Mage General, a {{ninja}}, a SoleSurvivor "{{Samurai}}" who lost his kingdom, a WildChild, a gambling airship pilot, a senior [[PowerCopying Blue Mage]], his [[ArtAttacker magic artist]] apparent granddaughter, a moogle, a yeti, and a SecretCharacter mime. Fourteen folks all-in-all, most of which had absolutely nothing to do with each other before the beginning of the game, and only half of them being actually trained fighters.
** Everyone else was overjoyed to be reunited with each other once more after they had since parted ways. Shadow however was mostly shocked, [[spoiler:given he had stayed behind at the collapsing Kefka's Tower to atone for failing to MercyKill his former partner-in-crime Baram]]. The Court told him that [[spoiler:he has atoned for his mistake, and this was his second chance]]. As for whether or not he'll [[spoiler:let Relm know her father's still alive]], that's up to him.
* Applies to all or some of them:
** Part of the ascension package of the entire party is a set of magicite copies for their summons, just like how Bartz can still Class Change even without the Crystal's powers. There are also a Magitek Armor manufactory for most of them to operate (and with a different power source in place of [[PoweredByAForsakenChild drained essence of living Espers]]), even the technologically-inept Cyan. The only ones who don't have are the WildChild Gau and the Yeti Umaro[[note]][[ItMakesSenseInContext though they've apparently operated Magitek Armors while the party was diving in Cyan's nightmares]], but since that operates on dream logic, it doesn't apply in the waking world[[/note]].
*** And for group travels, they still have the ''Falcon'', Setzer's [[spoiler:second]] airship [[spoiler:that used to belong to his girlfriend Darill]].
** Despite everything that is know about them, there are still some things left unanswered. Such as Terra's time as a servant of the Empire, how Celes rose through its ranks at such a young age, and so on.
** As those who have worked to save the world from destruction, they are obviously not happy with those who support it, and have trouble with those who see it as their duty (like Beerus, Galactus, and Yveltal).
*** The same applies to those who can be reminiscent of Kefka, such as the Joker, [=Adam MacIntyre=], Pennywise, Sweet Tooth, Dimentio Champ, and Carnage, especially considering the former's sociopathy. Even more so in Dimentio's case, as he not only is an {{Expy}} of Kefka, but he also tried to destroy TheMultiverse.
** Locke is good friends with Kasumi, Itsuki Myoudouin/Cure Sunshine, Presea Combatir, Cliana Rimskaya, and Tomoyo Sakagami as they [[Creator/HoukoKuwashima remind him]] of his girlfriend Celes. Celes herself has gotten acquianted with them as well and became friends with them, too. That said, not all goddesses are friendly, such as Medusa Gorgon, and her abuse of her child Crona earned the witch their enmity.
** In place of {{Limit Break}}s like [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyVII Cloud and company onwards]], the group (sans Gau and Umaro) have a chance to pull off [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xc3f00xAJFc Desperation Attacks]] that may occur if they're on their last legs and elect to attack rather than, say, heal back up.
** For their opposition to Kefka's Nihilism, they have earned Emperor Calus's respect, even if they might not all return that sentiment due to the kind of person he is.
** [[https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=610781148 They all possess different tents when they use one, though Umaro is somehow able to make an igloo for his tent wherever he likes]].
** When it comes to leaders of factions making a HeelFaceTurn, the group is very hard to get the trust of given the last time with Emperor Gestahl, and they didn't buy his claim for peace either.
** Among their new enemies in the Pantheon are those that were [[ANaziByAnyOtherName like the]] Gestahlian Empire, such as [[Pantheon/VillainousRoles HYDRA]], its leader [[Pantheon/MotivationsForEvil Red Skull]], [[Pantheon/ConquestAndConquerors Wilhelm "Deathshead" Strasse]], [[Pantheon/TyrannicalFigures Palpatine]], and [[Pantheon/ActsOfWar the Zabis]].
* Exclusive to Terra:
** A strong believer in [[ThePowerOfLove love's ability to conquer all]], especially if children are in danger. She's slow to resort to violence, but only because her powers are so immense and can cause her to lose control of her senses, when she ''does'' fight, she's good at it. Her proud and very serious declaration of "I can protect ''everything''!" is often known to be the last words an enemy hears before the impending [[LimitBreak Riot]] [[SwordBeam Blade]] hits them. As such, she gained a consensus to represent a mother's wrath.
*** That said, when she started out, she [[WhatIsThisThingYouCallLove previously had some trouble]] figuring out if she was even capable of feeling love. Nowadays, she is one of the biggest advocates of it. It has made her popular in the House of Love.
*** Though she would prefer that folks stop shipping her with Locke (already with Celes), [[LesYay Celes]] (vice-versa), Edgar, Setzer, Shadow, Kefka, or [[Pantheon/JobsAndProfession Bartz]]. ''Especially'' the second-to-last one.
** Was previously a follower of Kefka during a period of [[MindControl being mentally enslaved]]. [[HeelFaceTurn She broke free]] and ascended to the Pantheon shortly after. Obviously Kefka isn't a fan and loves to berate her for her previous service. And don't get him started on Terra's insistence of love to justify existence.
** When she first ascended, she was surprised to see that her esper powers have returned since she had used all of it to defeat Kefka. These magical properties increased her ranking, though she is fine with her standard one. While many evil gods see this as an opportunity to extract them from her, she is far more experienced with her powers now.
** Is understandably pissed at those who manipulate others to do their bidding. She does not want anyone to suffer the same thing that she did under Kefka. One of her main targets of this is the Liebertarian Movement led by the God of MindRape himself. She has a tendency to help out the Magical Girl Sisterhood in that regard.
*** Is also wary of Aizen and his ability to change one's senses. Aizen claims that it won't even be necessary; Terra decided it was best not to think too much about it.
** Yes, even just after being broken out of brainwashing, Terra did know that Edgar had been flirting with her; she's not ''that'' naive to miss that. It's just that she was troubled by the fact that she had no emotional reaction to it.
** Was confused over some talk from visitors from the [[{{Pantheon/FamilyAndRelatives}} House of Family]] that being an orphan is a benefit sometimes and paid the House a visit. Upon meeting [[AbusiveParents Precia and Ghetsis]][[labelnote:*]]before the former's removal as a result of the latter[[/labelnote]], horrid understanding dawned. She remains an in-frequent visitor to the House of Family as fortunately many of the others there are much less horrible.
** With adequate PapaWolf and MamaBear rage over [[spoiler: YHVH's plot to kill Madoka, her attention was drawn, causing her and Bryan Mills to join "The Pantheonic Rebellion" in the defensive detachment]]. This was a nightmare come to life for her foes. One of them alone can wipe out armies with their wrath; very few things can stop Terra and Bryan working in tangent.
** One can say that Ellen Ripley was a huge candidate for the title before Terra snatched the role, and then surrendered it with her transfer. She went on to work on Terra's behalf, becoming one of her most formidable followers, even though her wrath wasn't on behalf on her own daughter. Ripley's ascension was a joyous affair, with the two hugging it out. The ascension of the Xenomorphs has compelled them to work together more often.
** Met with Raiden to praise him for [[VideoGame/MetalGearRisingRevengeance his rescue]] of many orphans, and offered to help these children when needed. The cyper ninja has had a rough life, but she was glad he was able to turn things around with his latest game.
** Is well liked among the ''Final Fantasy'' community, seeing her as one of the one who went through the most CharacterDevelopment among the protagonists.
** Sees Rio as an interesting case. While she betrayed her friends, it was out of her own free will, which made her HeelFaceTurn even sweeter. Terra was one of the first in the GUAG to forgive her for her actions.
** The followers of Terra (prior to her move) and Hungary work hand in hand, as many a ViolentlyProtectiveGirlfriend end up as {{Mama Bear}}s once they grow older. The two still tend to help each other when there's a prick to beat up.
** Was surprised to see the vampire Larten pay a visit. He offered a proposition; help him to promote platonic relationships between vampires and children. Adding more good aligned vampires to her ranks would certainly help his cause. After some consideration, Terra agreed.
** Finds Sophitia's story to be a tragic one. She respects the mother's love for her children, even when it briefly put her on the side of evil.
** Somehow managed to be one of the few people who can actually get Broly somewhat under wraps. Aside from their fashion sense not being too dissimilar in terms of color and style, there's also their shared experiences with their incredible powers being restrained and then controlled for destruction of a villain's enemies via [[MindControlDevice slave]] [[HypnoTrinket crowns]]. While he gives her a certain degree of respect and tries not to lose his shit around her, he's also interested in fighting her to see just how strong she is. She pities him more than anything else, though.
** Formed a bond with Violet Evergarden for how they both were used as tools of war in their childhoods and felt as a result that they were incapable of understanding love. Violet enjoys how Terra is always patient and understanding with her and they are both willing to admit to their awkwardness or ways they sometimes don't fit in socially with other people's emotional bonds.
*
* Exclusive to Locke:
** Back when they had separate titles, he was is happy to see Terra again in the Pantheon. Locke was one of the people who saved her from the empire. The fact that she was amnesiac at the time reminded of his lost love Rachel.
** Locke is also disgusted to see Kefka in the Pantheon. Being a member from an Empire which killed his girlfriend and also being responsible from the near-destruction of his world was sufficient to make that psychotic clown his enemy.
** Naturally, he is also good friends with all heroic ''Final Fantasy'' deities. Most notable is Zidane, who is also a thief with a huge ChronicHeroSyndrome. Although Zidane doesn't care of being called a thief that much. Also, the fact that Zidane can also use a Trance and becpme "pink" also makes him similar to Terra. Well, Zidane had met an old man named Locke in Lindblum…
*** Is also good friends with Cloud, Tidus and Yuna, given that his thief skills also reminds them of [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyVII Yuffie]] and [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyX Rikku]]. Locke is also good friends with Balthier, given that aside of being a SkyPirate, he reminds him of Setzer, which also drives an Airship.
** Even though he doesn’t like to be called a thief, Locke is allied with all good-aligned gods from the House of Crime. Most notably is his relationship with [[Pantheon/{{Mammals}} Sly Cooper]], as both are very protective of a girl [[AlwaysSaveTheGirl which they always have to save]].
** Although he got over his loved one's death, he is still protective of women.
** In regards to [[Creator/YukiOno his own voice]], Locke is good friends with Josuke. Despite the lack of other similarities, both have one thing in common: They have a mean side in regard to a specific insult: Locke hates being called "Thief", while Josuke is very sensitive about his hair.
** While no longer interested in the Phoenix magicite, thanks to eventually getting over his former girlfriend's death, Locke is allies with other phoenixes such as [[Pantheon/CelestialBodiesAndStars Phoenix Ikki]], Moltres, and Ho-Oh.
** Many gods still discuss if Locke's hair is blond or gray. Many artworks implies that he is blond, but many versions of him are grey-haired. Of course, he is not an old-man. He's 25.
** As a guy with an inability to stop shouting his fiancee's name who is given an encouraging speech by said fiancee… right before she turns into a crystal, someone compared him to [[Pantheon/OpposingFate Snow Villiers]].
** Don't call him a thief, even though he have stealing skills. [[InsistentTerminology He's a treasure hunter]].
*** And as Edgar can attest to, another BerserkButton of his is insulting his style choice, specifically bandanas.
** Given his… performance at the opera, Locke is not looking forward to doing ad-lib if case there's a performance being interrupted and he's required to intervene.
** ''Hey! Call me a treasure hunter, or I'll rip your lungs out!''
* Exclusive to Edgar:
** Edgar was a prince of the Kingdom of Figaro alongside Sabin and had shared the status of heir to the throne with him. After their father died of poison by the Gestahlian Empire, Sabin, upset at the apparent lack of sorrow for his father's death and all the talk of succession, urged Edgar to run away with him. But the elder brother didn't want to abandon their father's wishes, so he proposed a coin toss. Tails, Edgar gets to leave and Sabin takes the throne, heads, vice-versa occurs. Since the coin used was two-headed, Edgar became king while Sabin left Figaro to live a free life.
** As a benevolent king, he naturally opposes evil-aligned kings, emperors, and dictators such as [[Pantheon/FamilyAndRelatives Scar]], [[Pantheon/RoyalPersonalities Joffrey Baratheon]], and [[{{Pantheon/Politicians}} Prine Minister Honest]]. For working with the last, as well as everything else about her, he also opposes Esdeath.
** While lances and auto-crossbows are a default weapon of choice for him, Edgar uses a wide array of gadgets in battle. This has drawn the attention of Agatha Heterodyne, who's technically a leader with a devoted following and a user of self-made gadgets (though most of that following are [[spoiler:stuck in time]]). As a result, he's an occasional visitor of her temple, and she has invited him to the Pantheon/GUAGEngineeringDivision.
** Regarding that part where he says to Relm, "Hope you're still around in eight years.", he denies it being TheJailBaitWait; given what had just happened ([[spoiler:Kefka stealing all the Espers, and the death of General Leo]]), he was hoping that she won't ''die'' very soon.
* Exclusive to Sabin:
** After leaving Figaro, not knowing of Edgar's rigging of the coin toss until much later, Sabin met the renowned martial arts teacher Duncan Harcourt and asked to be his student. Duncan's son Vargas grew jealous as he feared Sabin might take over as master, though Sabin didn't think so. When Vargas apparently killed Duncan, he fled to Mt. Kolts, with Sabin in pursuit. It would be there when he reunites with Edgar, as well as meet Locke and Terra.
** He's most known for '''''[[MemeticMutation suplexing a train]]'''''! A ghost train ferrying the dead, to be exact. And there are several who wish to spar with him in hopes of one day matching this feat, such as Tifa and Undyne.
** As someone who relinquished his claim to kinghood (which he didn't want anyway) (well, he and Edgar wagered over who gets to live free, which the latter rigged so the former could), he despises those who decide to [[CainAndAbel depose their sibling]] to claim the throne, such as Scar and Nightmare Moon. He also despises cruel royalty just like Edgar.
* Exclusive to Celes:
** When she was a child, Celes was one of those who were experimented on and artifically infused with magic. She soon ascended the ranks all the way to general despite her young age of 18. Celes was introduced in the story as a Mage General of the empire who was arrested and readied for execution. The specific reason for her arrest is never mentioned, although it is implied she spoke out against Kefka's plan of poisoning Doma. It was Locke who found and rescued her, and that's how she eventually joined the team, even though there was some friction due to being ex-Empire (without amnesia as an excuse like with Terra).
*** Come the World of Ruin, she essentially became the center protagonist and was responsible for PuttingTheBandBackTogether to defeat Kefka once and for all.
** Prior to her own ascension, she served under the Magic Knights as both their High Priestess and their combat tutor, and she continues to correspond with them even after her ascension.
** Presumably has her own two-headed coin given that she uses one in her bet with Setzer even if Edgar wasn't there to provide his.
** It's true that she happens to have enough talent for opera to stand-in for another, but she's not looking forward to repeating that performance.
** Celes also has a relationship with [[Pantheon/{{Travel}} both Cids]]. But it's more like his name reminded her of her' grandfather figure.
* Exclusive to Shadow:
** Shadow was first encountered by Terra, Locke, and Edgar at a pub in South Figaro. But it wouldn't be until Sabin visited a certain house [[spoiler:owned by Gau's father]] that he would meet Shadow, and join him. He would stay along until they reach Doma and run into Cyan, and then he would take off soon after, or after a trip to the Phantom Train. He would run into the party again and leave them again on several instances, but if the party does certain things correctly, he will eventually join them permanently, [[spoiler:only leaving them one last time during the collapse of Kefka's tower, presumably dying when it crumbled]].
** For reasons unknown, whenever he's found unconscious on the floor, people will address him as female. He has no idea why that is so.
** As for what he does when he isn't with the other heroes, he's usually doing mercenary work or participating in gladiator combat.
** Occasionally shadows Relm when Interceptor wants to hang out with her. The dog will be the only hint that he's present at all, if it's not a case of hanging with the entire group for a GUAG mission.
%% ** As a fellow combatant who also has a canine assisant, Rinoa
* Exclusive to Cyan:
** Cyan used to be a general in Doma fighting against the Empire. And then Kefka poisoned the river, killing everyone else inside the keep, including his wife and his child, leaving only himself and a single Doman scout. And so he vowed vengeance against the Empire, yet he had enough clarity to accept Sabin's (and Shadow's) aid when they offered it when they were also fighting Imperials. After a ride in (and a fight with) the Phantom Train, a trip to the Veldt, and a ferry to South Figaro, he and Sabin[[note]]Shadow left by then[[/note]] and Gau eventually reunite with everyone else and he officially joins the Returners.
** For the record, his name is pronounced ''kai-en'', not ''sai-an'' like you would pronounce the color.
** For some reason, when Cyan is preparing his Bushido techniques, everyone else has to stand by before he's ready. Additionally, only Umaro seems unsusceptible to this pause. However, if Quick is cast on him, he's free to use any Bushido attack twice without harming the pace of the battle.
** One day in the House of Combat, he was set up to a duel against the God of Named Weapons, Owain. In the aftermath of that, as the one younger swordsman talked about his mother (but not by name), Cyan for a moment wondered if this was his son (somehow) all grown up given that he had died amongside his own beau (even though he saw both of them die and board the Phantom Train). And when Owain's mother showed up to fetch him, Cyan was utterly flummoxed and unable to comprehend just how a young lady like Lissa be a mother already. And even after an explanation, it was still hard to comprehend the whole TimeTravel deal. Still, Cyan and Owain continue to see each other and duel at times, sometimes even mixing magic in.
* Exclusive to Gau:
** Gau was born in [[spoiler:a house north of]] the Veldt. [[spoiler:[[DeathByChildbirth During childbirth, Gau's mother died]], and his father went mad as a result. He believed Gau was a demon, threw him out on the Veldt, a place where monsters from all over the world migrate, and he convinced himself that the kid and his wife were all a dream. Gau survived on the Veldt on his own since then]] before joining Sabin and Cyan (Shadow having left them by then).
*** Sometime during the World of Ruin, he eventually met his father [[spoiler:again (though he doesn't remember)]], and Sabin decided they would make him presentable. It was certainly a hilarious sequence, but in the end it was for naught, and the party discovers Gau's origins, with Sabin ready to beat up the old man, but Gau came to his defense, and is just glad that his father is still alive.
** As a WildChild, his speech is pretty broken. That said, it's still impressive that he's able to speak with ''any'' kind of coherence, given that he was abandoned as a newborn.
** In battle, Gau fights using techniques he's learned from monsters at the Veldt, and given his adventures with the other heroes, he's learned a lot. Now in the Pantheon, he can be sometimes found at the House of Pantheon/BeastsAndFauna trying to learn other things, and given [[https://finalfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Rage_(Final_Fantasy_VI_command) every Rage he's learned]], it's possible he can become much stronger with enough time and as more and more unique monsters appear.
*** When Gau emulates an enemy he gains its elemental immunities, weaknesses, and absorptions, as well as their status immunities, and innate statuses, such as Protect or Float. No one has figured out how that works.
** Due to his life in the wilds, Gau doesn't like civilized clothing in general, as he finds it cumbersome and uncomfortable. Still, he won't say no to a scarf, and can occasionally be seen wearing a Snow Scarf that absorbs ice attacks and resists fire attacks.
** As fellow humans who've lived in the wilds, Gau became fast friends with Tarzan, Mowgli (even if he ''has'' returned to civilization, though they're relatively primitive), and George of the Jungle.
* Exclusive to Setzer:
** Setzer is a gambler by nature and pilot by trade. In his youth, he was involved with a girl named Darill who owned the airship ''Falcon''. She was aware of her risk-taking nature as she casually mentioned to Setzer that the Falcon was his sheould she she ever be unable to fly. Mortified by the idea, Setzer said no such thing would ever happen, and that he would only take the Falcon after having won it fairly. After a day of flying, Darill went out on her own and pushed the Falcon to its limits. The ship crashed in a distant valley, and when Setzer found the remains he entombed them beneath the sea.
*** Shell-shocked by the loss, Setzer impressed his desires upon Maria, a wealthy opera star, and eventually threatened to kidnap her in the middle of the opera she was about to star in, "Maria and Draco". But as luck would have it, Locke Cole and his party were desperate for an airship, and so together with the Impresario foiled Setzer's plan by having Celes take Maria's place. When Setzer abducts Celes, Locke followed him back to the Blackjack, and the party sought to negotiate for the airship.
*** While disappointed upon getting the wrong girl, he found Celes more attractive. But she took advantage of his gambling desires with a coin toss; Heads, Setzer would help the Returners reach the Southern Continent to rescue Maduin and the other espers; if it was tails, Celes would agree to be Setzer's "woman". He takes the bet, loses, finds he was duped with a double-headed coin, yet was actually impressed with the trick, and he threw in his lot with the group.
** Thanks to getting an early tenure in the Pantheon by way of being one of their Heralds, Setzer still corresponds with the Cids from time to time.
** [[VideoGame/KingdomHeartsII No, he will not bribe his opponents for victory. That DiZ guy clearly got his character wrong]].
* Exclusive to Strago:
** Strago grew up in Thamasa, a village where Magi live in secret. He looked after Relm [[spoiler:after her father Clyde left to keep his thieving past from catching up to his new family]]. It's not known if Strago knows about [[spoiler:Shadow's past, though]]. He encountered the party when they visited in seach of rogue Espers, and after a night's stay, and saving Relm from a burning house, that's when he joined them.
** While Strago does raise Relm as his granddaughter (and Thamasa believes it to be the case), it's not known if they're actually blood-related, which would also make him [[spoiler:Shadow/Clyde's father-in-law[[note]]As he's not native to Thamasa[[/note]]]].
** Strago is a Blue Mage, a class able to learn techniques used by other monsters. Unlike traditonal Blue Mages, he merely needs to see the skill in action (even if it's an already-copied skill from Gau's Rage), which admittedly means if his vision or mind is compromised, he won't be able to learn the technique.
** One of Strago's Lores that he can learn is Rippler, which exchanges "statuses" between the caster and the target. It can be pretty dangerous as it can lead to him taking away Terra's Morph form, or preventing Shadow's Interceptor from partaking in any more battles.
* Exclusive to Relm:
** Relm is the (probable) granddaughter of Strago[[spoiler:, daughter of Clyde Arrowny a.k.a. Shadow]], and a Magi with a talent in art. She first met Terra and company when they visited Thamasa in seach of rogue Espers. Sometime while they were staying for the night, Relm was caught in a fire while spending time at a friend's house (to play with a Fire Rod). Strago, Terra, and Lock went into to save her, and were almost cornered by the flames until Shadow and Interceptor rescued them. They elected to leave her behind, but she followed them, and soon proved her worth by Sketching Ultros when he ran into them for the third time, and the drawing will scare him off.
** Her Sketch works by painting a portrait of one of her opponents and use one of its attacks on itself. Its success rate depends on Relm's (or Gogo's if they're miming her) Level and the opponent's. If she's at equal or higher Level, then it'll always work. That said, her power doesn't work on allies, invisible foes, or if it's too "difficult" for her to Sketch, and if the ability she's Sketching is affected by [[StatusEffects Silence]], then it won't work. Still, even without Sketch, Relm is still a proficient mage.
*** However, with a unique relic called the Fake Mustache, instead of Sketching an enemy monster, Relm can Control them, making it easy for Strago to learn Lores, among other things.
** For the record, her name is supposed to be pronounced like "real" with an "m" at the end, not like "realm".
** Of course, she's perfectly capable of doing regular paintings, and can occasionally be seen in the House of Craft practicing her art.
*** And that's where she met Eko, another person who can bring art to life. They hit it off well at first, and then things got crazy when Eko wanted a battle. As it was, in response to seeing Kazu , Relm had Sketched Kazu and that offended Eko, but when the Sketched Kazu proved to have a far shorter duration of existence than her own, Eko also felt proud that Relm's copy could not compare. And then the Pictomancer proceeded to fling magic spells. Despite that, they still get along well.
** As someone who uses art as a force of good, Kirby instantly befriended her as she reminds him of [[VideoGame/Kirby64TheCrystalShards Adeleine]].
** Before participating in a battle, Relm tends to [[BreakingTheFourthWall wave at a random direction]] before doing so. If there are cameras in the area when this happens, she always somehow ends facing one of them to do this.
** Despite all the kinds of people that exist in the Pantheon, she was actually hard-pressed to find other painters like herself. Eventually, while checking out rooftops, she did find someone and approached the former holder for StarvingArtist, [[Pantheon/{{Thieves}} Yusuke Kitagawa]]. They got to know each other well over doing paintings, an almost skipped lunchtime, exchanged histories (Relm was terrified at Yusuke's "tenure" with Madarame), and [[Franchise/ShinMegamiTensei warding off a few pesky zealous angels]] (wherein she discovered his Persona powers and he her Sketch and magic). The PhantomThief would shortly recommend other artists he knows such as [[Pantheon/TimeManipulation Taki Tachibana]], [[Pantheon/FormsOfMedia Masao "Mark" Inaba, and Maki Sonomura]].
* Exclusive to Mog:
** Mog first entered the scene when he met Locke tending to an unconscious Terra while Narshe guards were on the search for her, and decided to help protect the formerly brainwashed Imperial with the aid of his other moogle companions, after which they parted ways. As for why, it's because he had received dream from the Esper Ramuh to aid the Returners, of which Locke was a part of. It's also through these dreams that Mog was able to speak the human language. He would meet them again while they were chasing Lone Wolf the Pickpocket to claim some treasure he stole, who shortly holds Mog hostage. Some things happened, and when the two end up clinging onto separate ledge for dear life, and have to choose between rescuing Mog, or claiming Lone Wolf's treasure.
*** Whether or not Mog is rescued then and there, he would appear again later at the World of Ruin, as te last moogle alive. If the party finds him, he will join them, and bring along Umaro as well.
** Like every moogle, Mog doesn't like being touched or pulled by the pom-pom top.
* Exclusive to Umaro:
** Umaro is first found somewhere in the Narshe mines, and challenged the party when they stormed his cave and took his precious stone (the magicite Midgardsormr). Upon their victory, he allows them to pass through, but if Mog is present, the Yeti will be convinced to join the party.
*** As for why a yeti is following a moogle's orders in the first place, it's because Umaro has a strong sense of honor and feels like he owes a debt to Mog, because Mog shared some food with him when he had collapsed from exhaustion.
** While unable to don much in terms of armor, weapons, or accesories, he has a Snow Muffler, which absorbs ice and resists fire.
** With the Rage Ring, he can toss allies or himself (with no damage to either) at foes, and if the ally is asleep or confused, they immediately recover from it, and he seems to prioritize on those when he's tossing. He also absorbs fire and blocks lightning with it on.
** In places where one is prohibited to performing regular attacks, Umaro is ideal since he doesn't tend to listen to those limitations anyway.
* Exclusive to Gogo:
** Found inside a Zone Eater at Triangle Island, upon encountering the party, they decided to join up. And that's all there is to them.
** As a Mime, Gogo is capable of imitating any ability the other party members have, including Gau's Rages, Strago's Lores, Cyan's Sword Techs, and so on, but can't equip Espers.
** Bartz recognized Gogo when he ran into them, as he and his group found them at a sunken ship and the party had to stay still with Gogo for a long while before the Mime bestowed them the Mime Class. Gogo for their part, is not answering if that was indeed them.

* Much battles where he kept on a standstill with Sol has proven enough to get him elevated. Now Ky devotes to preserve righteousness in the Pantheon, working well with the house of Justice.
* Is married to an entity known as Maiden of the Grove. [[spoiler:Also known as Dizzy. Family reunions are a tense affair.]]
* Is also a father, through Sin is known to hang out with Sol more than him.
* Unfortunately due to his naivety, Ky is often the butt-end of Terumi's trolling, since he's so easy to manipulate due to his devotion to justice. This doesn't sit well on Ky, knowing full well on how evil Terumi is, and even he has a hard time trying to keep his goody-goody face if the topic is about him.
* He considers Siegfried a steadfast ally, although Siegfried is kinda put off with Ky's optimism, which Ky is trying to adjust with the much more realistic world.
* Is a member of the GUAG Five Sacred Knights.
* Like Sol, he has also been seen smiling in relief, uttering 'Finally...'
** They still wonder how he suddenly came with the idea of a hairstyle change, now sporting a ponytail. Eventually Ky reveals that it just kept growing no matter how he cuts it.
** This event also yielded one surprising event... [[spoiler:Ky gains a red eye, hinting that he's had some elements of a Gear.]] For the moment, he kept this piece of information a secret.
** This event was also one way for him to help the ascension of a longtime friend: Leo Whitefang.
* In contrast to Ragna's and Sol's relationship, Ky's opinon on Jin Kisaragi is about as low [[CorruptedCharacterCopy as you'd expect]]. Jin thinks Ky is overly naive to believe in 'the goodness of other people' whereas Ky sees Jin as being little more than a [[ItsAllAboutMe self-centered]] MisanthropeSupreme who refuses to see such. He does have a much better opinion with Jin's LoveInterest Tsubaki Yayoi though.
* Like Sol, prefers to not think of his family situation too much. [[spoiler:Having a longtime rival as father-in-law tends to get pretty awkward, as well as having A LOT of alternate suitors for his wife due to her popularity.]]

* After the whole mess between Ma-Ti and the Nostalgia Critic, Planeteer!Gaia figured it was time to bring in the rest of the Planeteers to the Pantheon to help him out of this funk.
** As for their chosen trope, they would ascend under RecruitTeenagersWithAttitude, since she had specifically chosen them for her mission, as their generation will be inheriting the Earth, and so they needed to be taught to take care of it.
** However, [[Recap/OKKOLetsBeHeroesS1E33ThePowerIsYours given certain events]], the reunion was… not quite as happy as most thought it would be. Still, thanks to Gaia meeting them personally, as well as other environmentalists being present in the ascension ceremony, the Planeteers decided to give the Pantheon a chance. With more friends by their side, and powerful ones too, perhaps they can be successful this time. As for what exactly had happened, check Kwame's section for details.
* Applies to all or some of them:
** In regards to how their rings operate now that Captain Planet is a bonafide Pantheon God, their powers still work, and with other users of {{elemental powers}} in the Pantheon, they can learn to do more with it, even do finer control with them. They can still summon Captain Planet, though it comes with the unfortunate side effect of [[InconvenientSummons removing him from wherever he's currently at]], so the kinks are still being worked out on that.
*** That said, they still have the other following conditions that can make them not work: the ring has come in contact with pollution, pollution level in the area is high, or if the user's mind is polluted.
*** Their rings have also been modified so that simply calling out one's element in passing won't trigger their powers, in order to avoid such cases like when Wheeler offhandedly said "fire" and a small fire broke out. Now, intent to use its power is also required.
*** The rings aren't even "locked" to their chosen user, as Wheeler can attest to, so in case of an emergency, an ally can use the ring, though probably not to the same extent as the Planeteers.
** As manipulators of the classical elements, Ma-Ti's friends have been approached by various element-users in the GUAG to help better defend themselves and learn to use their rings' powers in better ways, [[MisappliedPhlebotinum after seeing them barely tap into the full potential of their powers]]. On top of the list are the Avatars ([[{{Pantheon/Nature}} Aang]], [[Pantheon/{{Despondency}} Korra]], and sometimes [[{{Pantheon/Destinies}} Wan]]), second are their friends ([[Pantheon/AvatarTheLastAirbender Katara, Toph, Zuko, Iroh, Mako, Bolin, Lin, and Tenzin]]), third are the elemental representatives ([[Pantheon/FireAndHeat Recca Hanabishi]], [[Pantheon/WaterAndMoisture Percy Jackson]], [[Pantheon/WindAndAir Fujin]]), fourth are [[Pantheon/{{Bionicle}} the Toa]], and further down are any other element-manipulators willing to give them a hand.
** There are some concerns with the Planeteers [[FreeRangeChildren out fighting evil with no comment on their parents' thoughts on the matter]] (though Ma-Ti's an orphan, Wheeler explicitly ran from his parents, and Kwame's father is implied to be dead). Of course, with the Pantheon having several kids as deities (one even representing the trope), this is not much of an issue here.
** As protectors of Earth, they're naturally in opposition to not just those who pollute it with little thought to the consequences or just for the hell of it, but those who actively desire to [[KillAllHumans destroy all humanity]], [[OmnicidalManiac all life]], or even [[EarthShatteringKaboom the planet]]. Subjugation is no better, and neither is making life a living hell for all.
*** That said, they've also heard of some truly despicable people who in spite of it hold sort-of environmentalist goals, such as M. Bison (at least in the animated series) and Ra's Al Ghul.
** They were also automatically signed up in the Grand United Alliance of Nature, and have befriended most of those under Pantheon/NaturePreservers.
*** That said, there were a few the Planeteers weren't happy with and those not quite happy with them. For one, there's the hyper-violent Battra, the nature princess San (though she eventually warmed up to them thanks mostly to Ma-Ti), and the anti-arsonist Smokey Bear (though only against Wheeler; he admits this would've been less so if he was able to quench existing fires).
** As a friend of nature, they've become fast friends with Ash, as well as the Life Pokémon Xerneas. They do have reservations in regards to Yveltal, but ultimately understand that the Destruction Pokémon's role is necessary for their world's continued survival.
** They've also become allies with the Legendary Warriors, whose powers are similar to those of the Planeteers. Susanoomon, the Legendary Warriors' ultimate form, is created through the combination of their powers, much like Captain Planet. Of course, this also led to them becoming enemies with Lucemon, who destroyed his version of the Digital World in order to regain his full power.
** Due to their actions against Earth and the hostile terraforming of several planets before it, the Planeteers have extreme difficultly in dealing with the Diamonds, and it's only through Steven that they know they're turning things around, even in their own Homeworld. Because of how aliens once abducted them in a zoo for their own preservation, they have it hardest against Blue, who has done the same thing.
** While they've actually rarely met any [[CruellaToAnimals pelt-wearers for the sake of the animals' suffering]], they find Cruella's desire for fur coats (to the point of having a zoo captive hunted, and outright ''abducting pets'') repulsive and needing to be stopped.
** They oppose those who use technological advancement for evil [[YouCouldHaveUsedYourPowersForGood despite potential to do good]], just like how Gaia did while body-swapped with Dr. Blight. There are those who call them out for not sharing their environment-friendly tech to the world, but Gaia vouched for them, stating that the world would them become ''too reliant'' on Planeteer tech otherwise;
** There was a moment of confusion when they encountered Duke Nukem, given one of the Eco-Villains shared the same name. Fortunately for them, this Duke is merely egotistic though is nominally still a hero.
** [[Pantheon/{{Travel}} Ms. Frizzle]] has noted that they bear strong resemblances to some of her students (Tim for Kwame, Arnold for Wheeler, Dorothy Ann for Linka, Wanda for Gi, and Carlos for Ma-Ti), and has occasionally requested for them on field trips covering environmental protection.
** Although [[Pantheon/DivineRoles Orion]] largely stays out of conflict, he would probably like the Planeteers.
** There was an awkward time when [[Pantheon/LocationsAndSettings Rick and Morty]] showed up at their temple one day. Morty said he was interested in meeting with "Planetina" to see if she'd changed. After a long, difficult conversation, the planeteers were shocked and disgusted by how Morty's version of the Planeteers had [[FaceHeelTurn become no different from the greedy and shortsighted people they'd sworn to fight]]. While Morty expressed a bit of disappointment that these planeteers summon a different captain planet, they are more than happy to partner with Morty by convenience, since as a teenager with heart, Morty's exactly the kind of teen they were meant to help inspire.
** Rick was a bit more of a mixed bag thanks to his coarse, apathetic attitude, or that time he accidentally caused his timeline's version of Gaea to destroy her own rock children out of some petty disputes about parental rights.
** One thing the planeteers were quick to point out to Morty is that their group has an important thing his planeteers didn't: Ma-Ti. Because HeartIsAnAwesomePower and the thing they should've kept to keep everything sane.
* Exclusive to Kwame:
** Besides manipulating the earth (up to creating small islands from the ocean), Kwame's Earth Ring can also generate plant life, reverse soil degradation and erosion done by others or its own power. However, it can't affect polluted soil or anything in the air.
** There was that time when he [[Recap/OKKOLetsBeHeroesS1E33ThePowerIsYours took a trip to Lakewood Plaza Turbo]] in pursuit of Dr. Blight. He was on his own since [[HappyEndingOverride the infighting and the near-hopelessness of their crusade]] [[BreakingTheFellowship caused the band to split]] "and get regular jobs". During his trip there, the substitute Planeteers were Kaio (Heart), Radicles (Fire), Enid (Water), and A Real Magic Skeleton and Brandon (Wind). Ultimately, while her plan was foiled, Blight was able to escape, and her plot did manage to permanently affect the world.
*** Becuase of that alliance, Kaio reforged his friendship with Kwame and befriended the rest of the Planeteers.
** Has a strong affinity for trees and is the most vocal in their preservation, earning the respect of fellow forest protectors, as well as the treants Treebeard and Rooftrellen.
* Exclusive to Wheeler:
** Besides creating fire (but never seen manipulating existing flames), Wheeler's Fire Ring can also heat, melt and/or weld targeted surfaces and objects. It can also shoot laser-like fire beams that usually incinerate anything they come into contact with, and can be used as a light in dark areas. Naturally, it's ineffective underwater.
** Despite [[TheComplainerIsAlwaysWrong starting on the wrong end in regards to ecological issues]], there are those even among environmentalists [[StrawmanHasAPoint who do see his point]], especially when it came to transplanting endangered animals, and the "air conditioner episode".
** Coming from an abusive father and a mother passive to it, even ordered by the former to buy alcohol for him, [[OpposeWhatYouSuffered he naturally loathes parents like (or worse than) that]], and is also averse to all forms of liquor (unless perhaps when used for medical purposes).
** Is apparently a Catholic.
* Exclusive to Linka:
** Despite coming from the Soviet Union, given her name, a few people [[FakeRussian doubt she's actually Russian]]. On the other hand, the Soviet Union covered more than just Russia; it included a lot of Eastern Europe, too, which the opening retconned her continent of origin to ([[WildMassGuessing some believe she's actually Ukrainian]], from the Donbass region, or from Kuzbass).
** Linka's Wind Ring has the standard powers associated with the element, though never to tornado or hurricane levels, and it can be disrupted. While she can lift others with it no problem, it's very draining if she engulfs herself with wind to do that. Aang's contemplating on whether she can emulate an "air scooter", or otherwise help her use her powers in conjunction with a glider.
** Having been subject to the vices of drugs once before, and losing a cousin to said drugs, she has it out against all drug dealers.
** Linka enjoys bird-watching (a bird even brought her ring to her) and playing music on her electrical keyboard. She also admits to enjoying dancing.
** Being technologically-minded and even known to be a hacker, she's one of the few members of the GUAN who correspond a lot with the Pantheon/GUAGWhiteHats and has made friends with some of the division to keep up to date with the current cyberspace.
* Exclusive to Gi:
** Besides manipulating water, Gi's Water Ring is also capable of soaking terrains without any prior water, though in all other cases, she can't create it. She also can't manipulate ice or polluted water.
*** By water, this also includes in the human body. Due to the one time she once attempted to drown a crook who almost killed a friend of hers, Katara isn't sure if she should let the Planeteer learn about Bloodbending, especially since she doesn't need a full moon to do it. True, the waterbender was slightly younger than the Planeteer at the time, but that's precisely why.
** Holds a lot of love for Pantheon/{{aquatic life}}, and thus has made fast friends with the non-hostile residents there such as Ecco and the resident Pokémon (plus nearly every other Water-type, which got her favor from Misty). She also holds a lot of sympathy for the Orca even as she's unable to quell the rage in his heart and him being distrustful of humans still.
*** That said, he at least acknowledges her dedication to protecting his kind when she came to blows with Captain Ahab when he was trying to hunt the Orca. She doesn't like his single-minded obsession with hunting Moby Dick.
*** Of course, not every aquatic denizen has become friendly with her. Others were even hostile, such as Moby Dick himself, Monstro, and the Kraken (and Davy Jones by extension).
* Exclusive to Ma-Ti:
** Before joining the other Planeteers, he had inherited Aquaman's former portfolio. His initial reason for ascension was so that the others could summon Captain Planet.
** Many of the other gods have done much more with much less. But just ''try'' telling him that…
** [[WebVideo/SuburbanKnights Proved his worth when he defeated the seemingly invincible sorcerer Malachite.]] Ma-Ti won, at cost of being put in a deep sleep.
** Being bitter over his treatment by others (Especially the Nostalgia Critic) and having merged with the cosmic anomaly known as [[WebVideo/ToBoldlyFlee the Plot Hole]], [[spoiler:Ma-Ti tried to use the Critic's heartlessness to bring about the destruction of the Pantheon. The Critic eventually proved he's no longer as heartless as he once was and convinced Ma-Ti to pass on]].
*** During this time, the House of Technology was closed off to all but a select few as many of the computers began to act strangely. It was reported that some of the computers started displaying various messages and images. Other computers suffered malfunctions and there were even cases of explosions. Attempts to fix this by [[CutTheJuice cutting the power]] proved futile.
** Linkara has noted that Ma-Ti's powers are actually more powerful than it's seemed. The only reason he hasn't used them is because he's too nice. Thus the only reason he isn't a higher ranked deity prior to his team's rework is due to his own choice, not because his powers suck.
*** As a refresher, this is what Ma-Ti's Heart Ring is capable of: It can be used to communicate with Gaia and the holders of the other four Rings as long as they're all conscious. It can deliver mass warning messages to nearby citizens, be used to locate any magic ring separated from its owner, or any person that's close to a ring holder. It can sense the presence of any animal, summon them for help, and read their thoughts if they need help. It can influence the decisions of people and animals. Inside the human body, it can summon antibodies to heal and also recharge the other rings. The Heart Ring can illuminate dark areas, expose the true identity of disguised persons and makes the owner immune to mind control.
*** That said, it does have its weak points: he cannot use the ring's power to locate or gather information on someone doing evil ''all the time'', as was the case on Hoggish Greedly. It cannot communicate with other ring holders if that holder is unconscious or if an extremely evil being is in the presence of that holder. It has no effect on inanimate objects, artificial animals (like genetic clones), organisms with no heart (this includes synthetic/artificial beings, and forces of pure evil), organisms not native to Earth, or extremely evil humans such as the Eco-Villains. It will also not tame extremely frightened or agitated animals.
*** Interestingly, on rare occasions, Ma-Ti has demonstrated telepathic abilities even without access to his ring power. Given that Ma-Ti's grandfather (a Kayapo shaman) was unambiguously shown to have telepathic abilities of his own, it's likely that Ma-Ti may have inherited this power from him.
** Due to his aptitude for the Heart Ring, Kaio befriended Ma-Ti as well since he seems to appreciate the usefulness of this attribute and takes the environment's health very seriously.

* Enemies: He’s a guy who finds it really hard to hate anybody, but there are (to the shock of the Gems) exceptions, namely [[Pantheon/{{Toxicity}} The Lich]], [[Pantheon/{{Villainy}} Melkor]], [[Pantheon/ComedyGenres Eric Cartman]], [[Pantheon/CrueltyAndSadism Monokuma and Junko Enoshima]]. Even then, while the former three really do earn his hate, he only finds discomfort around Cartman and Monokuma.
* Ambiguous relations with: '''''[[Pantheon/CharacterRoles Rose Quartz/Pink Diamond]]''''' (his mother), [[Pantheon/HairStyles Marge Simpson]]
* Ascended after the gods saw his powerful love and friendliness, which could soften even the hardest of hearts. They realized that he's ''why'' the Crystal Gems are able to stay together for so long after their leader Rose Quartz [[DeathByChildbirth passed away to conceive him]] despite their differences (''especially'' [[OrderVersusChaos Pearl and Amethyst]]), thus it was decided that he be the holder of TheHeart. He also made a new friend in [[Pantheon/{{Passion}} Heart Aino]], who was the herald of the trope he now holds.
** Unfortunately, the other Crystal Gems saw it as a hostile kidnapping attempt and managed to find their way to the Pantheon. They ended up fighting many gods before Steven stopped them and told them what happened. Pearl was highly against the idea, Amethyst simply thought it was awesome, but Garnet was just glad to see him okay, and congratulated him on getting here. The other gods are wondering if they should ascend them as well, mostly since they're his adoptive mothers. Eventually, the three managed to obtain positions in the Pantheon.
* Due to his unaggressive, friendly nature, many gods find it hard to hate or even get mad at him (with the exception of villains). Many find themselves hanging out with him without even realizing it.
* Though he doesn't share the same title with Megumi and Yusuke any more, he still hangs out with the two.
** With Megumi, he's already used to hanging out with {{Action Girl}}s. He tells her many of the adventures he and the Crystal Gems have been on.
** Meanwhile, Yusuke in turn tells him many of the stories of his adventures. Steven's always loved hearing about all the amazing different techniques of other gods.
* His kindness helped Fluttershy warm up to him very quickly. Steven hangs out with her a lot, helping her take care of her animal friends.
* Steve Rogers came to him about training his combat abilities with his shield when he manages to start summoning it successfully. The Gems have stated that they don’t see a problem with it since none of them are experts with a shield. And he's even learned how to throw it like Cap does, made more useful when he can make copies of it.
* He gets along with Sora very well. Steven often says that the two hang out eating ice cream and fry bits (he’s been ‘introducing’ them to everybody and the House of Pantheon/{{Food}} just goes along with it, even setting aside a warm batch for Steven every day). He's been on the pursuit for Cookie Cat Ice Cream Sandwiches, but alas, his search as been a failure so far.
** Naruto is a similar case. They usually talk about their mothers. Steven even plays with his kids when he comes to visit. He even started hanging out with his much less sociable friends like [[Pantheon/BeastOther Kurama]] and [[Pantheon/CharacterArchetypes Sasuke]]; both of them begrudgingly admitted that his presence was not…‘unenjoyable’.
* Like with many ''Cartoon Network'' gods, he’s had a run-in with the Lich. Unfortunately for him, he had little experience in fighting at the time and would’ve been killed by him had it not been for the shields his gem produced as a defense mechanism. They held up long enough for help to arrive, but Steven hates the Lich now due to his complete disregard of life, love, and many other things.
* Cartman is an interesting case for him. He isn't really riled by his verbal assaults, even when they involve his mother, and he just thinks him to be a kid that doesn't know any better. Despite that, the fact that he emits so much hatred, even for a kid, still discomforts him, and he does his best to avoid the 9-year old.
* Visits the House of Pantheon/{{Gaming}} a lot, as he's a big fan of Sonic. The same goes for Cloud and Sailor Moon, whom he visits in the Houses of Pantheon/{{Weapons}} and Pantheon/MagicAndSorcery, respectively. He also visits the House of Pantheon/{{Musicality}} as he is a pretty good singer and ukulele player.
* Often hangs out with Bart Simpson and Dennis Mitchell for a few (harmless) pranks. One even got Homer's attention, and he approves of Steven's friendship with his son. (Marge doesn't, though.)
* Steven once thought Deoxys was a Gem after reading [[http://i0.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/000/995/189/f4f.jpg this theory]]. While it isn't true, Steven still hangs around the DNA Pokémon. In fact, Deoxys sometimes use his psychic powers to levitate Steven and two are known to fly around the pantheon. It always gives Pearl a panic attack.
* If anyone ever gets worried about him, the other gods simply remind everyone to '''Believe in Steven.'''
* For some reason, Steven has been mistaken for a Stand user with the Crystal Gems being his Stands. He does correct the misconception.
* Has gone into a crisis after encountering Homeworld Gems. Now, he has a sort of identity crisis on whether he is his mom or not and whether the Crystal Gems blame him for her being gone. Thankfully, this hasn't hindered Steven's still being one of the more cheerful deities.
* Turns out Steven likes robots. So it came to no surprise when he got excited when he met [[http://milagrosen.tumblr.com/post/130818668250/me-too-steven-me-too Optimus Prime]], a GIANT ROBOT.
* Gets along really well with Gentaro Kisaragi. Might be the fact that the two are really friendly people who wants to be friends with pretty much everyone. This also lead him to befriend the other Avatars of Friendship (Elena and Pinkie Pie) and has become an honorary member of the group, sealed with Gentaro's handshake, a party from Pinkie Pie, and a friendly fight with Elena.
* Has a noted affiliation with cats—he notably has his own lion and has also been associated with the WesternAnimation/SWATKats, whom he immediately visited upon hearing they ascended.
* When it's been found out that as a Crystal Gem he's also capable of fusion, and that he can even ''fuse with a human'', some gods wonder what kinds of fusions would result if he were to get close enough to any of his Pantheon friends.
** This has earned the attention of [[Pantheon/TimePlacement Trunks]], who invited Goten and demonstrated their mastery of the FusionDance to introduce Steven to Gotenks.
* Over time, Steven has improved in terms of combat skills, like spikes in his shield constructs to double-summoning shields.
* If there is one thing that can actually anger Steven that deities are capable of, it's betraying his faith.
* Steven's AstralProjection powers not only allows him to project himself into any of his Watermelon Stevens or enter dreams (earning himself a friendship with fellow DreamWalker Princess Luna), but even outright possess ''other people''. Thankfully, his good-hearted nature prevents him from exploiting this.
* While his spit is what he commonly uses to heal others, his tears [[spoiler:[[BackFromTheDead can actually revive people]], though there can be certain side effects, like a pink complexion and hair color like Lion, and the hair can serve as a PortalNetwork between themselves and Lion, allowing Steven to go in one and out the other. Thankfully in the Pantheon, this is reversible]].
* Due to her experiences, [[Pantheon/HeroicActions Elphaba]] feels that Steven is one of the few allies she truly has, and he has been trying her best to improve her attitude. Elphie can't help but appreciate his efforts.
%%* Compared to other humans, thanks to his half-gem heritage, he has a [[BatmanCanBreatheInSpace longer ability to hold his breath]].
* Was glad to find a fellow KidHero in K.O. after hearing about how teamed up with Garnet in regards to the Crossover Nexus incident. Seeing as TheHeart for the Avatars of Friendship needed feeling, he requested K.O to be that heart until Bayley returns. K.O. agreed and he was hugged by the Avatars of Friendship in return.
* Many had heard of Steven's mother shattering one of the leaders of Gemkind, Pink Diamond. However, some had noticed that the story of Pink's shattering had holes, and combined with Rose having more, different powers compared to fellow Quartz Gem Amethyst, speculated that Rose was actually Pink Diamond, and that her "shattering" was just her faking her death. These deities were mocked because of the utter insanity of the idea. [[spoiler:When the news of Rose, and by extension, Steven, actually being Pink Diamond finally spread through the Pantheon, many were shocked beyond belief. The ones who came to that conclusion ages ago simply shouted, "{{I KNEW IT}}!"]]
* [[spoiler:Finally, he did it. He managed to talk to the Diamonds, make White Diamond see the error of her ways and ''heal all the corrupted Gems.'' Almost every single hero in the Pantheon was heard cheering]].

* Sweet, compassionate, and pure thanks to her grandmother’s teachings, Tikal is a young female echidna who wishes peace and unity among all races. However, after her grandmother’s death, her father took over her clan and with his leadership, they became warmongering and want to gain power to defeat the Noctornus Clam by collecting the Chaos Emeralds and the Master Emerald by invading it’s altar. It was her days staying in the altar and befriending the local Chao that she became good friends with their guardian, Chaos and promised them that she would protect them, convince her father that violence is not a solution and that peace should be chosen. However, her efforts were ignored as her clan try to destroy the altar and collect the Chaos Emeralds and the Master Emerald. Seeing that the Chao Chaos protected are hurt, it triggers his wrath and try to kill them. Wanting to stop the destruction that is happening, she sacrificed her own life to seal Chaos so that no more violence could be fulfilled. It was this incident that made Angel Island into what it is today and from that day onward, the Echidna Clan have now dedicated themselves to protect the Master Emerald so that no more incidents could be happened until that duty is bestowed to it’s only survival, Knuckles.
** About 4000 years later, Dr. Eggman would eventually destroy the Master Emerald to control Chaos and use him to take over the world. With her spirit freed, she tried to convince six heroes, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Big, and E-102 Gamma, by showcasing them her memories about the origins of clan and how their warmongering ways trigger Chaos’s wrath and desire to destroy the world. Unfortunately, Chaos eventually became Perfect Chaos thanks to absorbing the Chaos Emeralds and has flooded Station Square. She tried to convince Sonic that the only way to do it is to seal herself and Chaos again into the Master Emerald, but the hedgehog knew it’s not an ideal solution since Chaos’s anger wouldn’t be put to rest and so he transforms himself into Super Sonic and used the Chaos Emeralds’ positive energy to heal Chaos from his wrath. Realizing that the Chao he had protected are well taken care of, Chaos and Tikal eventually reconciled and move on to somewhere unknown.
* Traveling somewhere unknown in spirit form, she was visited by Chaos who told her of how he ascended in the Pantheon and hopes to reunite with her fully there by requesting her ascension. Their case was eventually reached to the Court of Gods and saddened by Tikal’s story, her ascension is commenced and as a result, she is given a physical body all of her own, but she can still have access to her spirit form if she wants to. Now that Tikal is now in the Pantheon, she made it her duty to continue to advocate for peace and become Chaos’s MoralityPet to make sure that he wouldn’t be in rage ever again.
* Hearing about her ascension, Sonic, Tails, Amy, Big, and E-102 Gamma have visited her to congratulate her. She is very happy to see them again (especially Sonic for purifying Chaos), willing to become their companion on their adventures in the Pantheon. She is sadden to hear of Gamma’s fate and is happy to see how he has been recovered in the Pantheon.
** She is ecstatic to hear that Knuckles has continued his duty to protect the Master Emerald from any threat even if he’s a bit gullible on trusting people. She makes it her duty to guard the Master Emerald with Knuckles as she doesn’t want to see the Master Emerald being used from personal gain lime what her father did last time. She is annoyed of Rogue constantly stealing the Master Emerald due to her love for jewelry, though she’s willing to become her ally if the circumstances have required her to do so.
** On the other hand, she absolutely gets along with Shadow the Hedgehog, since the former reminds the latter of Maria in personality. Tikal who was interested in his use of chaos energy, is extremely proud that he has come a long way from his vengeance and has now dedicated himself to protect his planet from evil threats. The two have become close friends as a result and the hedgehog introduced the echidna to Maria Robotnik. Of course, the two have got along really well and Tikal is happy to see that some of her family members have changed from the better because of her.
** Hearing about Cream’s love for Chao to the point and owning one, Tikal became fast friends with Cream because of it. The young rabbit is happy upon hearing the friend of the guardian of the Chao and promised her that she’ll take good care of her two pet Chao, which pleases the echidna. Cream also occasionally asks Tikal if she could ever be in her tea gardens, which she gladly accepted every time.
** She’s still mad at Dr. Eggman since he is the one who freed Chaos in the Master Emerald and that he never changes his way of wanting to dominate the world and using violence to do so. Her beliefs and friendship with Sonic and his allies caused her to also become enemies with all of Sonic’s enemies, never condemning of their actions and how they have hurt people for what they have done.
* Thanks to her actions and having a sweet personality, she is welcome by the good-aligned deities in the Ghosts subhouse. She gets along with Casper the most since they are both pretty friendly and she pities him for wanting to interact with humans but scaring then away instead. Casper would then introduced her to Erma whom she also got along with though she’s freaked out over the fact when she becomes angry and Erma feels bad for her former life and promised her that if her father and his clan will come to the Pantheon, she’ll scare them to death. She also became friends with Rotom and when she hears what they can do, she frequently asks them if they could help her disable Eggman’s technology, which he accepted since they want to get payback on Eggman. King Boo is one of the few ghosts to earn Tikal’s hatred thanks to his reliance of destruction and sealing people in paintings. As a result, she became allies with Luigi, whom she admires for his kindness and bravery despite his cowardice and has been aiding him on ghost-hunting activities while in spirit form.
* Tikal has a fondness of animals and loves to take care of them, which is why she is often seen in the House of Beast, who adore her for how she took care of them. She got along with Fluttershy, praising for using her house as a animal sanctuary and often visits her home to cure the animals and taking care of them along with the Chao she decided to took along the way. She has opposed Cruella [=DeVil=], disgusted at her cruelty to animals and wanting to kill dogs to use their fur as coats, having no remorse for their actions. She pities Red Gyarados since he is a vengeful Pokemon and wants to calm him down, however, because of how destructive he is, she couldn’t find a solution for his problem as much as she wants to.
* While traveling around the travel, she saw Pocahontas singing and speaking to some spirits. Intrigued, she introduced herself to the native woman and the two began to their story to the other. Pocahontas could see how similar she is to Tikal, yet different, since the latter never got to stop her clan’s warmongering ways until after her sacrifice, causing her to pity the echidna, yet she’s happy that Tikal could now be in peace now that Chaos’s rage is pure, resulting in them becoming good friends and the two conversing with each other of the stories and teachings of their respective tribes.
* Due to her hatred of violence, she has opposed the concept of the House of War and Vengeance, the former believing that she is just a naive woman for not knowing why the concept of war exists. She became enemies with Khorne, for embodying the worst aspects of mankind and using violence in bad ways and the latter thinks she is just a foolish woman. She also opposes Madara Uchiha and Lord Voldemort for causing a war that killed thousands, hating the former for his narcissism and not seeing the error of his ways, though she does pity him that his way of life is what led him to his current path and is surprised that he’s doing this for the greater good, knowing that what he is doing is not right, and doesn’t like the latter for his pureblood supremacy and his hatred of muggleborns. She also doesn't like Atrocitus and his Red Lanterns due to keeping the hate of past lives burning, though does feel sympathy towards him for his backstory.
* Hearing about how Frank, Casey, and Athena stopping a catastrophe on Earth, she went to their temple to simply thank them of stopping it. Wanting to hear their story, she is horrified of what the Monitor did to the people of their planet and supports them of wanting to recruit other humans to make the world a better placd. After hearing their cause, she started supporting them whatever way she can to stop events like that happening ever again.
* She gets along with Nausicaä, being sweet and compassionate girls who befriended different beings alike. Tikal is sad to see the state of the world Nausicaä lives in and wishes her the best she could offer. In spite of Nausicaä’s TeethClenchedTeamwork with San, it doesn’t stop Tikal from befriending San and the two indeed become friends, talking to each other about their shared love of nature and animals. She was eventually introduced to Ashitaka, who became friends because of their hatred of violence even if they reluctantly use it and San’s adoptive mother, Moro for being a protector of nature and loving her daughter unconditionally, something that Tikal didn’t experience for her father.
* She has also befriended Ophilia and H'aanit. The former for being a cleric and reluctant warrior who hates violence and the latter for being a huntress who has a deep respect to nature and a connection to all beasts that lets her being able to understand them. In addition to that, despite the fact H'aanit understood that Tikal never wanted to use violence unles it’s necessary, she still wants to train her on using different styles of combat in fear that she’ll get hurt, which Tikal refuses every time she asked. On the other hand, Tikal has accepted Ophilia’s proposal of teaching her non-combatant spells that could help her defend herself against enemies and help her heal herself.
* Being a young woman who willingly sealed herself to stop Chaos’s wrath, she feels bad for Naruto Uzumaki and Gaara since they’ve housed beings that hate humanity unwillingly and being shunned by the people for it. She’s proud to see that they have come a long way, being now leaders of their own villages and beloved by the people and befriending the jinchuuriki and having them set aside their own hatred towards humanity and willingly helping them. She feels much more bad for Abigail William, since the being she house sis much more dangerous that could kill and corrupt more people and not being able to understand the power she got from what she sealed inside of her. Together with Naruto and Gaara, they try to help her as much as possible and getting her to enjoy her childhood as much as she wants.
* She befriended Relena Darian for being like her, supporting pacifism despite their family’s hatred of it and due to being a princess, Tikal became her biggest supporter of advocating for peace. Relena has also befriend Chao because of her and wants to take a pet Chao of her own. She also befriended Shoto Todoraki, pitying him for what his father did to him and is proud that he decided to follow his own path and dismisses what his father has expected of him. As a result, she stood beside to protect him in case his father arrives despite the fact she doesn’t want to fight.
* Hearing about the trauma one Suzu Houjou has suffered because of World War II, she went to her temple to soothe her pain. She is happy to see that Suzu has since then recovered from it and decides to remain with her husband’s family despite the dangers of staying in his home because of the war. This resulted in Suzu teaching Tikal on how to cook and the chores that a housewife is expected to do, wanting her to take care of herself. Tikal has also become a babysitter of her adoptive daughter since she wants her to spend quality time for the rest of the day, something that Suzu is thankful for.
* Due to guarding the Master Emerald, she occasionally had encounters of Rin Tohsaka and Biscuit Krueger wanting to steal the Master Emerald yet are afraid to do so because of Knuckles. She is annoyed that they are just stealing it due to it being a gem but doesn’t have the guts to fight them as usual, which is why she mostly lets Knuckles to do the job as much as it pains her to do so since it’s the only way for them to stay away from it.

* Tommy wasn't amongst the initial lineup when Zordon formed the Power Rangers, but in fact a 'late-comer', having been brainwashed by Rita Repulsa to be her enforcer. However, once that was taken care of, he went to become a helper of the Power Rangers... too much of a value that eventually he got promoted into a mainstay and eventual legend of the whole Franchise/PowerRangers, allowing him to ascend.
* He wasn't the first to do so, however, [[Series/KyoryuSentaiZyuranger his first Japanese counterpart Burai/Dragon Ranger]] did it first on different circumstances, but Tommy apparently had more 'tours' and 'staying' power. He nearly got killed out of jealousy by Burai himself for this, but after convincing from friends of both sides, they managed to turn it into friendship.
* Tommy does not get along well with [[Pantheon/MilitaryAndWarfare Char]], due to constantly wanting to sacrifice all giant robots [[OmniscientMoralityLicense for the greater good]]. However, while Heero agrees with him on this point, [[Pantheon/MachineryAndTechnology Primus]], as a god of living machines, considers Tommy a genocidal maniac. As all are "good" aligned and know it, they are contractually forbidden to fight about this, and restrict themselves to ''very'' stern looks.
* In the Toku Base, he's the High Saint of the Power Rangers. Unfortunately, he had learned that both Katherine ''and'' Kimberly were there. The House of Love have been trying to figure out who Tommy eventually marries. Tommy... won't really comment on it.
* Was originally going to fight Leonardo of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in a Death Battle, but Zitz wanted to prove his worth so Tommy stepped back (hint: Zitz lost). However, Wiz and Boomstick have announced that Tommy has finally been chosen for battle as the White Ranger, along with the Tigerzord, to fight off Heero Yuy's rival and [[Pantheon/PowerLevelsAndAppearance Char Aznable]]'s former High Priest [[Pantheon/FictionalExpies Zechs Merquise]] and his mecha the Epyon. Tommy is now training with his fellow Toku Base members for the big day. [[spoiler:Unfortunately, he lost]].

*** Upon learning how Jason Lee Scott was heading off for Death Battle, he helped trained him and the other Rangers so that they would achieve victory. [[spoiler:History repeated, and the Power Rangers got defeated too]].
* Is returning in his Green Ranger form to fight in the Power Rangers "Legend War", to help the Megaforce Rangers against the Armada (Although ''most'' of his followers wished he was Black Brachio Ranger).
* Is not fond of [[Pantheon/{{Weapons}} Lord Deimos]], whose physical appearance reminds him a little too much of Lord Zedd.
* Tommy had a rather mind-scarring experience or 'dream' of sorts when he learned about [[FanFic/SuperSentaiVsPowerRangers a realm]] where he and the rest of the Power Rangers looked like they constantly overpraise the Super Sentai, with him acting too much like [[Series/JAKQDengekitai Big One]]. While he acknowledges the importance of the Super Sentai, Tommy ''really'' doesn't like what was seen in that realm...
* When he's not in his temple, he teaches Science in the Elysium Academy. Many gods are trying to scratch their heads as to how he even became a teacher in the first place with speculations that perhaps that brainwashing meddling in his Zeo things could've been what got him on that path. He was ''not'' happy to find Mesagog in the Pantheon though. Being a paleontologist, he has been seen alongside Alan Grant and Ross Geller, with the former noting he had weirder experiences with dinosaurs, and the latter grateful that their field has such a badass representative.
* Was surprised to find former bullies Bulk and Skull in the Pantheon and even ''more'' surprised to learn of something known as [[IAmSpartacus Angel Grove's]] [[Series/PowerRangersInSpace Last Stand]] which ''they'' lead. He's respected them more because of that. There was also another time where they were Power Rangers for a day and beat the monster, despite everyone's expectations that they would fail.
* Now that his EvilCounterpart, Lord Drakkon arrived, Tommy called in every Ranger, warning them all of Drakkon’s power. [[TheDreaded All took it to heart]].

* The Makuta had ascended. Mata Nui's brother was a threat once more - and now to an entire multiversal Pantheon of beings, not just to his own people. The Great Spirit, knowing the danger that Teridax presented, decided that it was time that more beings from his own universe receive the gift and duty of ascension - and who better than the Turaga of Mata Nui, guardians of the Matoran for a thousand years, having faced the Makuta of Metru Nui in the course of doing so, and those who guided the Toa Nuva? It was thus that Mata Nui brought Vakama and the others to the attention of the Pantheon at large, thus that it was decided that they were worthy in their role as PrecursorHeroes - and thus that they ascended.
** They were, of course, more than pleased to find first the Toa Nuva and then Mata Nui himself upon their ascension - though they were similarly unhappy to find the Great Beings absent. Seeking to work once more for Unity and to protect and guide their new domain as they did Mata Nui, they have joined both the GUAG and the Pantheonic Toa in an advisory capacity.
*** They were even happier to find that Lhikan had come with them as their Herald after his sacrifice to save Vakama a thousand years before and were more than pleased to tell him that they had indeed managed to save the heart of Metru Nui. After hearing their full story, Lhikan for his part informed them that he was proud of them, for they had in their time as Turaga surpassed anything that he had done as a Toa.
*** One being that they were not happy to find in the Pantheon was [[TheMole Ahkmou]], who had been appointed as Teridax's Herald after being his agent amongst the Matoran while they were on Mata Nui and acting as 'Turaga of Metru Nui' while Makuta was in control of the universe and the actual Turaga were locked up. They mean to corner him at some point to have words.
*** Though the journey that the soon-to-be Toa Inika undertook was against the orders of (the majority of) the Turaga, they are still more than pleased to have the Mahri in the Pantheon with them; the majority of them, in fact, were their aides as Matoran. In particular, Nuju is overjoyed to see [[TranslatorBuddy Matoro]] again.
* The Turaga are noteworthy in their victory over Teridax as the Toa Metru in two respects: first of all, they had been Toa for only a minute amount of time when they did so; secondly, and perhaps more shockingly, they managed to divert [[TheChessmaster Teridax]]'s Plan to rule over the Matoran. Not only that, Vakama, through threats to destroy the Kanohi Vahi, managed to secure from the Makuta a year-long peace with the Matoran so that they could rebuild!
* At one point in their time as Toa Hordika, they discovered evidence that [[TheUnchosenOne they weren't destined to be Toa at all]]; instead, Lhikan had originally planned to give six Matoran from their pasts who had discovered Metru Nui's six [[PlotCouponThatDoesSomething Great Disks]] the [[UpgradeArtifact Toa]] [[MineralMacguffin Stones]] that transformed them into Toa Metru but decided against it at the last moment, instead choosing the six of them after their names appeared in his mind - and that the deception was Makuta's doing. As it turns out, Teridax had in turn been deceived; [[BatmanGambit knowing that Makuta would try to disrupt the process]], the [[TheOrder Order of]] [[TheUnfettered Mata Nui]] had convinced him that the other candidates were meant to be the Toa Metru so that he would give the names of the [[TheChosenOne ''actual'' destined Matoran]] to [[TheChooserOfTheOne Lhikan]].
* While they can adopt their Toa Metru or Hordika forms in the Pantheon and, if it is threatened, fully intend to do so, the Turaga spend most of their time as…well, [[BroughtDownToNormal Turaga]]. Upon being asked about this, Vakama answered that [[OlderandWiser they prefer to rely upon their wisdom rather than their strength to solve problems these days]] - and, after all, [[BrokenAesop what would the sacrifice of their powers to return the Matoran to consciousness be worth if they simply took them back now?]]
** That said, one thing to note is that their masks' powers (invisibility for Vakama, animal speech for Nokama, shapeshifting for Matau, body control for Onewa, telekinesis for Nuju, and night vision for Whenua) ''still work even as Turaga'', as Whenua and Vakama can attest to, so it's not like they're completely helpless.
* The Turaga have become particularly good friends with Tassadar after meeting in their shared sub-house and subsequently discovering that they had both mentored the foremost beings of their respective races and had a history of defying corrupt authorities. They frequently visit one another's temples to discuss leadership and threats to the Pantheon and to reminisce on their pasts. For the former reason they are also friendly with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda.
* Vakama can often be found wandering the House of Heroism, seeking inspiration from Mata Nui and talking to those who he meets to dispense advice and discuss the matters of the Pantheon. It was on one of these walks that he bumped into Peter Parker. After talking with him for a while, he realised that he had discovered something of a [[ClassicalAntihero kindred]] [[{{Angst}} spirit]] and resolved to keep him from making the same mistakes that he did as leader of his Toa Team.
* Nokama is known to get along well with Princess Zelda, admiring her in particular for her wisdom and kindness, and was even more pleased to discover that [[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaBreathOfTheWild her latest incarnation]] has scholarly tendencies. She has also struck up a rapport with Azura given the common ground in their roles to Vakama and Corrin respectively; given Nokama's [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld long]] experience in using her now-limited Water manipulation, she is teaching the Vallite some of her techniques so that she needn't expend so much of [[CastFromLifespan her power]] at once to be effective in combat.
** She is now putting her experience as a Ga-Matoran Teacher to use at the Pantheon/{{School}}.
* Nuju's disinclination to use a language that most of the Pantheon can understand does somewhat limit his ability to engage with the vast majority of the members of the Pantheon. Fortunately for him, the Sub-House of Birds exists. In particular he enjoys spending time with Anivia due to their similar dispositions and Elemental affinity. On the other hand, he considers some of them to be [[NoisyNature something of an annoyance]].
** That said, given that he feels that only those willing to make the time to understand him are worth his time, he's rather miffed that some of those people just use translation devices (which is rather difficult as the language of bird Rahi isn't exactly a common tongue). While they can say they ''did'' put effort in by taking the time to acquire them (by way of purchase, invention, etc.), he still feels like it's cheating somewhat.
* Whenua, after expressing significant interest in the Pantheon's equivalent of the Archives, was given the role of leading research on the artefacts there, taking over from the SCP Foundation's teams. He fully intends to put the skills that he learned as Turaga and, thus, administrator of the often-fractious Onu-Koro to use.
* Onewa, former Carver and Turaga of a village of craftsmen as he is, spends a lot of his time in the House of Craft and, as a fellow LEGO deity and embodiment of a lot of the better traits that he can now say he wishes he had as a Toa, has gained significant respect for Emmet. He has also taken to holding and judging contests of artistry there, putting his reputation as 'The Referee' to good use. He, Pohatu and Takanuva are also attempting to introduce Kolhii to the House of Sports.
* Matau is known for his pranks, particularly on the overly serious Nuju, and the Pantheon merely offers more opportunities for this. In particular he has made himself known to John Egbert, hoping to pick up some new tricks; needless to say, he expects his Mask of Illusion to be getting a little more use soon...
* Like the Toa Nuva, they have elected to grant Hata no Kokoro use of their Kanohi should she need them. That does not mean that they are not concerned about her emotional instability, however; Matau and Nokama in particular have decided to take it upon themselves to take the girl under their wing, the latter because she thinks that she can help her as she helped Vakama and the former because he sees a little of his old self in her.
* Due to their experiences with the Visorak, the Turaga are inclined to distrust the various biological manipulators and swarms of the Pantheon. Meeting with [[Pantheon/SpeechAtoM Abathur]] has convinced them that he is mostly harmless, if a little disturbing. They are far, ''far'' more worried about the potential alliance between Phazon, Grima and the Gravemind - Vakama has even had visions detailing the horror that the Pantheon might come to be if such an alliance is formed - and are considering forming a coalition to combat it should it ever come to fruition.
* Of the Pantheonic Alliances, it is not actually the Grand United Alliance of Evil that they worry over most; as they and other Toa have proven before, evil can be triumphed over with surprising frequency even in the direst of circumstances, not to mention the fact that they have been able to exploit infighting in [[DarkIsEvil Shadow]]'s ranks in the past through temporary pacts. Instead, it is the growing power of the Grand Unified Alliances of Machines and Destruction that the Turaga fear beyond the others; both are united in purpose to a degree that is unmatched by the GUAE, though it is a perverse Unity in comparison to their own. To counter the latter, Vakama has been working to craft [[MaskOfPower Masks of]] [[{{Technopath}} Biomechanics]] for distribution in the event of a machine assault.
** However, [[GodzillaThreshold they were eventually forced to]] turn back to their Toa forms temporarily for the first time in the Pantheon when [[Pantheon/CommonColors Null Sector]] caught wind of that plot and mounted an assault on their temple. The six were only barely able to hold them off, even with their restored powers, but nonetheless demonstrated the efficacy of the Kanohi in the process, slowing down their forces significantly and forcibly shutting down their weak-AI auxilia. This failure has pushed Null Sector into an alliance with Teridax, an old enemy of the Turaga who has promised them a way to counter the masks’ power.
** They are actually highly sympathetic to Lucifer and the Grand Unified Alliance of Chaos, since a great many of its members remind them of how they were during their time as Hordika; as such, they are more than willing to speak to those deities within the Alliance who, should they suffer from similar afflictions, wish to be cured of them as they were.

* Commonly, the leader of a team has to be an experienced one. Sometimes though, due to circumstances pertaining to power levels or other reasons, a rookie takes the mantle, and has to prove their worth to the rest of the team.
** Enter Wesley Collins, a well-mannered ShelteredAristocrat from 2001, whose only initial reason for being part of the team of TimePolice from 3000 is because of his DNA being a match for the previous Red Ranger, his distant descendant Alex. Still, he managed to prove his worth and eventually leads the team on the field, [[PlayingWithATrope though leadership in general is still handled by Jen, the Pink Time Force Ranger]].
* It's true that the rest of his team are in the far future, but that's nothing the Pantheon can't get around. And so in addition to Eric/Quantum Ranger and the Silver Guardians joining Wes as heralds, the rest of the Time Force Rangers also came, and a happy reunion was had with all, especially with Jen. And his Morpher was returned as well courtesy of Zordon.
* No, he's not [[Series/PowerRangersSPD Sky Tate's father]]. Officer Tate was serving in SPD around the same year as Ransik's attack on Silver Hills, ergo they cannot be the same person.
* Even prior to joining the Rangers, he's learned karate.
* As a rich kid who had estranged relations with his father, Wes was acquainted with Weiss and Haru, who both envy the fact that he made up with his old man, whereas Jacques Schnee (who ''married'' into the family) is unrepentantly looking out for himself, and Kunikazu Okumura [[spoiler:was killed by psychotic breakdown from the death of his Shadow courtesy of Goro Akechi]].
** There were also others like Pacifica (whose parents were highly abusive ''[[CardCarryingVillain and proud of it]]''), Mitsuru (while her father Takeharu was distant, he still loved her [[spoiler:though eventually died in her arms]]), and Nanjo (he was never close to his parents, and his steward Yamaoka all but served as a ParentalSubstitute).
* In an [[ComicBook/MightyMorphinPowerRangersShatteredGrid alternate timeline]], where he joined the rest of his team to the future, a mysterious rift in time/space did a number on them, which resulted in his death, and the rest of his team sans Jen getting sucked in, and their Zord destroyed with him caught in it.
* It's true that canonically he never really travelled through time, but his association with it by way of the Ranger team he's in, he got acquainted with the Pantheonic Time Police, and is sometimes requested to aid against time-related villains such as [[Pantheon/TimeManipulation Lord English and Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash]].
* Yes, he and his team has battled mutants, but he still remembers the one that didn't really wish to fight at all, so he took the initiative in befriending [[Pantheon/MarvelComics the X-Men]]. And given Ransik's nature as a villain, he's tried to appeal likewise with Magneto, but only reached FriendlyEnemy terms with him at best.
