* Interested in: [[Pantheon/{{Luckiness}} Judai "Jaden" Yuki]]
* Conflicting Opinion on: [[Pantheon/LawAndJustice Eiki Shiki]]
* When Doctor Fate first ascended, he attempted to usurp Doctor Strange's position in the Pantheon, which resulted in an [[WebAnimation/DeathBattle epic clash between them]], which spanned multiple dominions across the Pantheon. [[spoiler:Although he managed to defeat Strange, the battle was difficult and the victory incredibly narrow]]. Fate realized it was Strange's destiny to be a guardian of the House of Pantheon/MagicAndSorcery, not his, and instead chose a more suitable position for himself.
** Though Nabu can [[https://i.pinimg.com/originals/27/3e/44/273e44d32ee98f512a6f0d951946f220.jpg operate by himself]], doing so takes great effort and cannot be accomplished indefinitely. As such, he needs a host to function perpetually. Since he has taken on numerous hosts over his various incarnations, there was some debate about who the titular "Man" should be (assuming he was to be a man at all). Some deities in the Pantheon were wary of forcing anyone to do the job, as it would require possibly being bound at the mercy of the Lord of Order. Although any number of magical solutions were tried, none of them succeeded. Luckily, the problem was solved when Kent Nelson, the original Doctor Fate, volunteered for the task. When asked why he made that sacrifice, even though he could have stayed with his beloved wife, Inza, he said, "[[WesternAnimation/YoungJustice2010 Don't sweat it. I'll spend a few millennia here, and then see her. That's the great thing about eternity. It's eternal]]."
** It's also been shown that years of experience with the Helm of Fate has made Kent "[[https://2.bp.blogspot.com/KNX93Zoe4scgA3v9pEG_wj3qU_7G86DU832Q28fyI_tNAzyT-rJJmaDgbqdA4x9Qa3OwrsLv_EsJ=s0 more than a mortal man]]", giving him the ability to share the Helm's power with others without even needing to wear it himself. Due to this, other hosts of Nabu besides Kent—both old and new ones originating in the Pantheon and out—may be seen throughout the Pantheon at times, most notably Egyptian-American medical student Khalid Nassour, Kent's grand-nephew and most recent successor as Doctor Fate.
* Nabu is a member of the Lords of Order, beings obsessed with maintaining Order in the universe who have been in a constant battle with their opposites, the Lords of Chaos, since their creation. In 3500 BCE, Nabu descended to Earth and became an advisor to the pharaohs of Ancient Egypt, earning him the title, Nabu the Wise. However, the magic that Lords of Order and Chaos harnessed became too powerful for their bodies to handle, and they were forced to find another way of existing. Nabu created the Helmet of Fate and sealed his soul within it. Anyone who dons it, along with his two other creations, the Amulet of Anubis and the Cloak of Destiny, is bestowed the power and identity of... Doctor Fate.
** Doctor Fate wields the Amulet of Anubis, which, amongst other powers, possesses the souls of all previous Doctor Fates, including Kent's wife, Inza. Nabu can combine himself with the souls of Kent and Inza, creating the TRUE Fate, an entity with power great enough to overpower other reality warpers and destroy the universe. However, this is a dangerous procedure and could end up killing them all, so Fate only uses this power when he absolutely has to.
* Spends a lot of time in the House of Pantheon/ProphecyAndFate, where he works tirelessly to keep the influence of the sub-house of Pantheon/OpposingFate under control so that it doesn't LogicBomb the Pantheon out of existence. He's allied himself with many of the deities there, primarily Nozdormu, who shares his belief that YouCantFightFate. His presence there often leads to unintentionally hilarious conversations [[WhosOnFirst due to the possible confusion caused by his name]].
** During one of their conversations about the nature of destiny, Fate learned of the person named Jaden Yuki. Though not quite as interested in his abilities as the dragon was, Nabu still found him an intriguing, if somewhat alarming, anomaly.
* While as a general rule, Doctor Fate considers most heroes from his old universe to be allies, he feels uncomfortable around former JSA associate Carter Hall and his wife, Shiera, due to them being the parents of a former Doctor Fate, Hector Hall, [[ParentalNeglect who did not have the best relationship with them]].
** Was pleased to hear that one of his colleagues from the JSA was in the Pantheon. Unfortunately, he was mistaken, as the Atom he remembers was Albert "Al" Pratt, who is completely unrelated (other than living in the same universe, of course) to the pantheon's Atom, Ray Palmer.
** Hates his former teammate, The Spectre, as he was the final casualty in his rampage against magic, but will work with him so long as he's bonded to a human.
* As a Lord and Champion of Order, Doctor Fate's main duty is to serve the cause of [[OrderVersusChaos Order]], superseding the cause of Good, if necessary. This has, at times, [[OrderIsNotGood caused him to take anti-heroic or even villainous actions]]. This commitment has put him in the service of the Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfLaw, who he equates with the other Lords of Order, putting him in conflict with The Emperor of Mankind, but this opposition is not personal on either end. Fate respects him as a powerful force of Order, and when Fate is not working directly for YHVH, he is more than willing to ally with The Emperor, especially against the Four Chaos Gods. Obviously, his status as a Lord of Order has him opposed to the Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfChaos by default as well.
* Has had to fight Raiden numerous times since his ascension. Raiden has a personal hatred of Fate, as he sees the Lord of Order as a reflection of his time when he served the Elder Gods of his world, whom he has [[VideoGame/MortalKombatX lost complete faith in and renounced]].
* Whilst exploring the pantheon, he stumbled upon an old enemy of his, Anubis. Or at least, he thought it was. It turns out that while the Anubis he knew was evil, the pantheon's version is different, and actually much like himself. Though he is cautious of Anubis, he does not consider him a threat.
* Has developed animosity towards Ganondorf Dragmire, who reminds him of his ArchEnemy, Wotan. Both are [[AmazingTechnicolorPopulation green-skinned]] people with tremendous mystic power (especially with the Triforce of Power) who {{reincarnat|ion}}e, although unlike Wotan, Ganondorf prefers to [[BackFromTheDead revive himself through other means]], and does not retain his memories when he does reincarnate. For this reason, Fate has become his main adversary (aside from Link, of course) in his quest to capture Princess Zelda and the other pieces of the Triforce.
* Overheard people talking about "an Egyptian who possessed a host using a magical golden artifact" and thought they were talking about him. He was introduced to Yugi Muto and Yami Yugi soon afterward. Though the bond between Kent and Nabu is not as strong as that of Yugi and Yami, they all got along pretty well, especially Nabu and Yami, who are both powerful magic-users who have strong faith in destiny. Fate now serves as an advisor to The Nameless Pharaoh, as he served the Egyptian Pharaohs of his universe when he was the mortal Nabu the Wise, and they are now investigating a possible connection between the Helmet of Fate and the Millennium Items.
** Fate was intrigued when Yugi told him of a similar duo to himself in the House of Pantheon/{{Gaming}}, Mario and Cappy. Kent was interested in whether Mario was an actual doctor, since he himself is, [[NotThatKindOfDoctor despite what many others may think]], a qualified medical practitioner (he also has a Ph.D. in Archaeology). Nabu is fascinated by Cappy's capturing mechanics.
* Zatanna Zatara was uneasy about Doctor Fate's ascension, due to [[WesternAnimation/YoungJustice2010 a version of him possessing her father in order to spare her]]. Kent Nelson taking on the role has prevented that scenario (for now), but she still doesn't know how to feel about him. Fate is at odds with her due to her assuming the role of "DC's magical representative" in the Pantheon, which he feels he rightfully deserves. Unfortunately, everyone likes Zatanna more.
* His temple is the Tower of Fate, which exists outside of conventional Space and Time, but it's been magically joined to the Houses of Pantheon/MagicalItems and Pantheon/{{Hats}}.

* Special Relationship with: [[Pantheon/{{Philosophy}} Default Oda Nobunaga]]
* For the longest time, everyone would have known that [[VideoGame/SengokuBasara Tadakatsu was a robot, a very badass robot nonetheless, under service of Tokugawa Ieyasu]]. That is, until the arrival of Hattori Hanzo, which caused Tadakatsu to have 'dreams' or sorts where he's actually with a humanoid flesh, but still an uber badass. Investigation led to his mechanical antler helmet, and when the House of Technology tried to solve this problem, the helmet brought forth ''that'' Tadakatsu, the humanoid one. After a bit explanation by Hanzo, he then realized that he's ascended because of how his helmet was very distinctive to lure any poor schmucks trying to beat him, yet he always beat them without suffering major injuries, or it could be used to scare enemy soldiers off with his presence. With honor, Tadakatsu accepted the position.
* He had a lot of re-adjustments when he arrived in the Pantheon, though, he had to get used that the Ieyasu here wears yellow instead of blue and has a much more younger, slimmer build than his old Ieyasu. Still, appearance mattered not, because the spirit of the UsefulNotes/TokugawaIeyasu is still there, so Tadakatsu still put his loyalty to him, and this means bad news for those who threatens the Tokugawa, because now the house has two extreme badasses, one humanoid, one robot, guarding it. Anytime they arrive on battlefield would be considered a MookHorrorShow for those who face them.
** Though he does wonder what would his daughter Komatsu/Ina would say if she saw his robot self... It wasn't to his shock that he saw her fainting in shock when she thought he was permanently roboticized, it was the logical act. Regardless, he's glad that the rest of his family are in the Pantheon.
** Other adjustments includes getting used with how UsefulNotes/SanadaYukimura yells way too much right now, or UsefulNotes/DateMasamune spouting Engrish all day. But most importantly, to his shock, how the other two Unifiers, Oda Nobunaga and Toyotomi Hideyoshi, took levels in evilness that he will have to face them, demonic or super strength and all. He did, however, breathe a small bit of relief with the rise of the more normal Nobunaga, but he's still wary of him, because he's unpredictable.
* Whenever he makes an appearance, his grand music blares through and overrode every other musics there. It seems that he learned that from [[VideoGame/SuperRobotWars Elzam von Branstein]].
* On his arrival, he once again issued his challenge to Lu Bu, but was surprised with how much Lu Bu has improved, apparently having fought his alternate self in his absence. Tadakatsu's response is merely 'I just have to train harder!'.
* Had a surprise meeting with [[VideoGame/{{Dota 2}} Sven]], in which the two bonded after a spar and the realization of both their helmets being really awe-inspiring, and Tadakatsu's style also [[HerdHittingAttack are pretty good in clearing a bunch of crowds]], possessing similar [[SuperStrength inhuman Strength]] and sharing the same ideals of honor about what a warrior/knight/samurai should be. Tadakatsu has been considering to invite Sven to train his men, he's pretty sure that the latter will pump his soldiers up good.
* Notes that his helmet was modeled after a deer that helped him find his way back home from hunting via following its movements, which is a popular piece of folklore.
* Finds it odd and disturbing that [[Creator/AkioOtsuka his voice is the same]] as the [[Franchise/KingdomHearts adult]] [[Pantheon/VillainousAppearances Xehanort]] and [[Manga/OnePiece Marshall D. Teach]] of all people (as well as [[VideoGame/StreetFighterIV Seth]]). However, another person sharing his voice seems to feel the need to ally with Tadakatsu, that said person being Solid Snake.
* [[VideoGame/{{Onimusha}} Fortinbras]] once concocted a plan where he collaborated with the demonic Nobunaga to have Tadakatsu assassinated. Fortunately for him, all of the sudden, Tadakatsu rose once again and kicked Genma ass. Apparently around that time he also made contact with [[VideoGame/{{Nioh}} the Guardian Spirit Shin-roku]] that gave him rapid regeneration that patched his wounds. Henceforth, Tadakatsu has also stood to oppose the Genma.

* Allies: The House of Pantheon/LawAndJustice in general especially [[Pantheon/{{Officers}} Robocop]], [[Pantheon/SingersAndPerformers GiIvaSunner]], [[Pantheon/{{Detectives}} Inspector Clouseau]], [[Pantheon/{{Cultures}} Marge Gunderson]], [[Pantheon/InvestigativeWork Richard Castle]], [[Pantheon/{{Celebration}} Nicholas Saint North]], [[Pantheon/ClothingStyle Castiel]],
* Rivals: [[Pantheon/CritiqueAndParody The Nostalgic Critic]]
* Enemies: '''[[Pantheon/TheatricConvention Dr. Claw]]''', [[Pantheon/CrimeAndTransgressions James Moriarty]], [[Pantheon/TimeManipulation Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash]]
* [[Pantheon/LawAndJustice Judge Dredd]] wasn't sure on bringing this man to the Pantheon. Sure he has constantly defeated Dr. Claw at every turn and has a fairly successful win rate. On the other hand, one couldn't figure out who he was capable of such a thing at first glance. The man trips over himself at nearly every turn and causes a mess wherever he goes. It was under further investigation that it was actually a team effort; while Inspector Gadget wrecks havoc, Penny and Brain save the day. And there is the occasional time when Gadget [[LetsGetDangerous gets serious and lets loose]]. Thus Dredd decided to let him in on the condition that Penny and Brain join him as his herald.
** He may as well be '''the''' comedic version of Robocop. Actually, Gadget has the supercop beat by four years. Officer Murphy may not show it, but he holds a deep sense of respect for the man, clumsiness aside.
* Moriarty didn't think much of the man at first. It seemed that it was only a matter of kidnapping Penny and Brain, leaving the inspector to wallow in his own incompetency. Instead, it spurred Gadget to go on a RoaringRampageOfRevenge throughout the House of Crime with terrifying efficiency. The gods there practically begged him to release the two, which he reluctantly did. He will have to find another way to foil Inspector Gadget. Moriarty is in talks with follower Dr. Claw on how to deal with him.
* The other detectives are hesitant to work with the CluelessDetective. Richard Castle has had the best luck working with the group, being able to use his GenreSavvy knowledge to make better use of Gadget's abilities.
* Marge has also done a good job tolerating the man. She has done it by talking to Penny on what to do. Turns out it was easier to let Gadget do his thing while they do the rest of the work. It helps that he is [[InvincibleIncompetent extremely hard to damage]], making him especially handy in a gun fight.
* [[WMG/InspectorGadget Several theories abound when it comes to the dynamics between him and his heralds]], like Penny and Brain probably being the ''real'' agents, with Gadget just being the loud diversion (and whether or not he knows this, given his ''always'' successful rescues of his niece). Of course, none of them are going to confirm these theories, and Gadget always brushes them off.
* [[Pantheon/SingersAndPerformers GiIvaSunner]] is a huge fan of the show, so he was elated to meet Inspector Gadget in person. He was so delighted with his ascension, he celebrated with a new remix at Gadget's minted temple.
* One would think that Gadget is the lost brother of Inspector Clouseau. While that wasn't the case, the two remain good friends. But woe be anyone who is involved with a case with the two working together. [[HilarityEnsues It would definitely not end well for anyone, including those just trying to help.]]
* Was one of the least pleased people at seeing Dr. Claw's ascension, specially since Gadget's nemesis can now join forces with dangerous criminals instead of the bumbling henchmen that Gadget usually defeats with no problem.
* Lupin III doesn't see him as much of a threat. The PhantomThief is usually good at hiding his tracks. That doesn't mean he is complatent; Gadget would easily defeat him if caught so it is in his best interest to keep at bay.
** Koichi appreciates the help he gets from Gadget in capturing criminals, even when it usually amounts to bumbling their way to solving the case. It at least makes them slightly more competent.
* Actually knows a thing or two about time travel. For one, a villain named Thelma Botkin has tried to erase him from time on a few occasions. Some sleuthing revealed her patron to be Eobard Thawne, aka the Reverse Flash. While the group doesn't think they can beat the speedster, the Flash has promised to protect them from any time anomalies that the Reverse Flash may cause.
* The Nostalgia Critic ''may'' have been more receptive of his arrival... [[Film/InspectorGadget1999 if not for the existence of his films which he described as a disgrace to the source material]]. Gadget himself thinks it has its charms, including its kick-ass rendition of his theme song, the animation and the way the second movie stuck close to the original. (Gadget learned [[Creator/MatthewBroderick his first actor]] has other characters in the Pantheon, but prefers to keep his distance, as [[Pantheon/SchoolActivities Ferris Bueller]] has little regard for peacekeepers, and Gadget thinks [[Pantheon/{{Felines}} Simba]] will scare Brain)
** They can at least agree that the Christmas Special was... odd to say the least. Santa Claus was at least grateful to give Gadget a ride on his sleigh.
* The angel Castiel thought he looked good with his Trenchcoat. He just can't see the man as part of his followers. He was at least supportive of his ascension.

He's becoming more heroic later however, since thanks to the Magic Gun he's come to realize he was at risk of a FaceHeelTurn. Still, this doesn't stop him getting stressed out from having to keep fighting monsters and super-villains despite being an internet reviewer.

Somehow he managed to catch Pyramid Head in a Pokeball, though after [[MultiversalConqueror Lord Vyce]] killed it his control of the beast in the pantheon remains unclear.
* Says that when debating, solve your problems not with an argument but screaming "I AM A MAN!" [[TalkToTheFist and punching them in the guts]]. Tends to use this as a punchline when reviewing comics, which can cause some weird things to occur. When using this seriously, results can vary. He was interested with Saitama due to his one punch, and more due to his position as a critic; he was impressed he could [[InvincibleHero beat his foes with one punch]] [[Administrivia/TropesAreTools yet come off]] [[ComicallyInvincibleHero as well-written]].
* Big fan of Anime/YuGiOhGX, believing it to be underrated. He was happy to meet with Judai Yuki, though reminded him he associates with Obelisk Blue rather than the "Slifer Slackers". Can be seen with other Obelisk Blue members Asuka Tenjoin and Jun Manjoume. He insists that AncientEgypt is the source of all evil considering how many ancient evils seem to come from there. While he's justified in seeing beings like Zorc and Apophis this way, a lot of Egyptian deities get annoyed at his accusations.
* ''Hates'' ''ComicBook/OneMoreDay''. Granted [[Horrible/ComicBooks it's almost universally reviled]], but he hates it especially and has sworn to never buy a Spider-Man comic set afterwards until its properly undone, which he'll then buy ''every'' one released afterwards. Despises Mephisto for making it possible, which in turn pisses the demon off [[NeverLiveItDown because he's trying to live that one down]]. He refuses to make devil deals to magically reverse it on principle, despite his hatred.
** Because of his hatred for ''ComicBook/OneMoreDay'', he's allies with Mary Jane Watson as he wants her relationship with Peter Parker to be restored. However, he has issues with Spiderman, [[AlternativeCharacterInterpretation seeing him as a manchild who never truly takes responsibility]]…though doesn't hold it out too much for him since he knows ExecutiveMeddling is a problem and he's a jaded fan. Has a much more positive view on Captain America, considering him awesome no matter what the universe or iteration.
* Has it out for Creator/FrankMiller, making it clear he considers him a massive {{Jerkass}} and his ideology being antithetical to his own. Still, he will give credit when credit's due with his good writing. He would rather stay away from the gods of ''ComicBook/SinCity''. Not for considering them badly written exactly, but they aren't to his taste and believes Frank Miller's decline in quality may be due to spending too much time on it.
* On of his arch-enemies is Mechakara, a RoboticPsychopath inspired by the Terminator. As such, he opposes Skynet and its forces. He also opposes the Black Lanterns due to his fight with Black Lantern Spoony. He has also been fighting [[EldritchAbomination Lovecraftian horrors]], however has only had much success in tricking them or getting lucky. He opposes cosmic horrors on principle, wanting them to know that humanity has meaning.
** Superboy-Prime has declared Linkara an enemy for life due to constantly making fun of him using a whiny voice.
* [[OldShame Doesn't like to be reminded of]] Webcomic/{{Lightbringer}}, though if someone wants to trash it in a review they're welcome. Doesn't like to be reminded of [[https://www.fanfiction.net/u/29348/PsyWeedle his teenage fanfiction]] either.
* Given the story of his holographic duplicate named Holokara, and how [[spoiler:Linkara had to fight him when Holokara was tormenting and threatening to kill his friends]], and after hearing of the [[Pantheon/TVWorldPersonas Persona-acquisition service]] "hosted" by the Investigation Team, he admits having interest in getting one himself, and managed to do so.
* He isn't quite sure of what to think of the ''ComicBook/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicIDW'' comic books, mostly because he isn't a brony himself. Granted, he admits that the comics have interesting storylines, though doesn't understand how the ponies are able to build a society very close to what humans have made with working technology... yet they have no cars. Then again, given that magic exist and is in abundance, he mostly let it slide. At least until he found out that [[Franchise/StarTrek Bat'leth Swords]] exist in Equestria. Que nerd rage.
--> ''"Oh, for crying out loud! A Bat'leth is specifically designed for fingers to grasp it! Why would horses design it like that?! No, I'm not being pedantic about the show featuring the magical talking ponies! THEY BROUGHT IT UP!"''
* A huge fan of ''Film/TheThing1982'', whose events had some resonance when the Entity showed up in Linkara's ship, he has since offered his services to ascended protagonists of the movie, and made clear he is a fierce opposer of the title monster. Even if his temple has [[https://external-preview.redd.it/1VDMJfP2ql7N5alML5BWKLh2HYwJPHSP1aML3pfCNus.jpg?auto=webp&s=f2cdbdcf712e5c6054e74fb1762964a056c2fa30 a plushie]] inspired by [[http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-923fE3pwOuw/TV7DhfbXi6I/AAAAAAAAe6w/PkhOLezcCsA/s1600/page30.jpg a particularly goofy interpretation of the Thing]]. 170* After helping Kirby [[VideoGame/KirbyStarAllies defeat an interstellar cult]], Marx has come to the Pantheon for unknown reasons. Whatever he's in it for, it can't be good.
* Strangely, he seems to see Dimentio as a rival to his possible victory, mostly because of [[EvilVersusOblivion Dimentio's wish to erase and recreate the multiverse]] conflicts with Marx's wishes to rule over Popstar.
* Surprisingly, he seems to be allied with Frieza, with the two of them being able to find a sort of common ground in how they live. Both do know that neither can be trusted, however, and may turn on each other at the slightest notice.
* Marx seems to want [[Pantheon/ExtraterrestrialAbilities Star Dream]] all for himself, mostly because the last time he used a clockwork star, it almost ended in him winning. Everyone already knows that he mustn't be allowed anywhere near it, no matter what happens.
* Strangely, Kirby seems to have found a way to pacify him, at least by giving him a good supply of food. This at least keeps him out of Kirby's way, but he's still as evil as ever without the food.
* [[WildMassGuessing There seems to be some facts linking Magolor to him, namely to the fact that Magolor has some knowledge of all the Galactic Novas in the world, and him in return being told about Kirby from a friend]]. The two tend to ignore each other, either to keep any secrets under wraps, the two genuinely not knowing each other, or [[{{Troll}} just to screw with everyone]].
* Upon hearing on how there was a Nova in the Pantheon, he quickly tracked them down and wished on the spot to take over the Pantheon. The bad news was that this Nova was actually a {{Fembot}} who was in a relationship with a human called Kosmo. [[KickTheDog Marx blasted Nova to bits as a punishment for wasting his time]]. [[DeathIsCheap While she did get better]], she and Kosmo wish to never encounter this creepy jester again.
** Of course, with his evil plan [[NiceJobFixingItVillain accidentally being spoiled by that by himself after blurting it out]], the existence of Star Dream actually being Nova is to be kept a secret to him, let alone banning him from even being in a 5-mile radius of the House. Another countermeasure in the testing phase is that if he ever realizes there are multiple Star Dreams, [[MemeticMutation show him countless videos of Novq]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ENQNKnyjxj8 being blown up by and try to pass it off as those Novas actually getting destroyed]]. [[MassOhCrap This caused a great amount of fear with Kirby's other allies as well as himself,]] and they are more than willing to team up to put Marx in his place once he strikes.
** Despite being an ally to Dharkon, Marx decided to join up with the Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfChaos instead, if only because he wants to rule over Popstar instead of destroying it outright. 196* Sally Whitemane was one of the many victims of the onslaught that befell Lordaeron, where the Undead Scourge ravaged the land, murdering any living being on their way. While she survived the conflict, the young Sally swore that she would destroy every single undead and became an adept priest of the Light. She eventually became one of the Heads of the Scarlet Crusade, who like Whitemane seeked to purify Azeroth of all creature that would taint it and the Light and Whitemane eventually attained the title of High Inquisitor. Her rule and methods where ruthless and violent, eventually growing mad with power and fanatism but unknown to her she and her peers were being manipulated by the Dreadlord Balnazaar and eventually the Scarlet Crusade where taken down by the Alliance and Horde who believed their methods were getting out of hand. Whitemane herself was killed much later by a former member of the Scarlet Crusade turned undead and her power of resurrection was nullified. However, her services were required once more after the Ebon Blade revived her and turned her into one of their Horsemen. However, her ascension to the pantheon brought a much different Whitemane.
* While flattered over being chosen as a deity, Whitemane was brought back as a human to the Pantheon and that caused her to become a light devotee again and so her dedication towards the Light and The Scarlet Crusade also returned. It's implied that the behavior is due to her [[Videogame/HeroesOfTheStorm counterpart in the Nexus]] still being the High Inquisitor instead of the Death Knight and so her goals of purging the world of all that would oppose the Light returned.
** However, she was utterly baffled that the only reason she ended up ascending is because of her chapeau given the significance of her position in the Scarlet Crusade. That hat made her a big target to adventurers looking to take it for themselves and she is very tired of their constant meddling just for a hat.
* Her organization opposses the undead and seek to purge every single one of them. The High Inquisitor has the same idea for the pantheon and has embarked in a quest to do that but was met by a lot of opposition in certain cases, since she cares little for the morality of the undead deities and sometimes she goes after those who are actually heroic. Whitemane scoffs at the idea that the mindless undead can actually be morally correct and she only cares about their destruction, ironic considering that in Azeroth she is eventually risen as a Death Knight by the Ebon Blade and she is a lot more reasonable as an undead.
** Her biggest enemies are by far the Scourge, who are responsible for ravaging her home and turning her into what she is today. She holds Arthas with nothing but contempt and has sworn to punish him with the power the light has given her.
* Many of the deities associated with the Light have wondered why a force that is considered benevolent as the Light would consider lending its power to someone so ruthless as Whitemane, not to mention that she is considerably powerful for a priestess and her resurrection spell is infamous among adventurers. It's been theorized that the Light isn't too picky when it comes to giving power to those that would carry their will but aren't [[LightIsNotGood morally right]] while other believe that the entity that lends power to Whitemane is none other than YHVH himself.
** This in turn made her be in conflict with the draenei Paladin Yrel and fellow user of the light, who can't believe that Whitemane uses its power for the atrocities the Scarlet Crusade has commited, prompting the High Inquisitor to scoff at the beliefs of the young draenei and that the Light is more vengeful that the Draenei would like to admit.
* As a religious figure, Whitemane is quite involved in the House of Pantheon/ReligionAndFaith, even trying to bring her fellow comrade Renault Mograine and the rest of the Scarlet Crusade. She even got involved with other less than savoury fellows like Frollo or William Stryker who like her are TheFundamentalist. Stryker even shares the same [[FantasticRacism racism against any creature that isn't human]].
** She hates that most deities brush off the Scarlet Crusade as nothing but a CorruptChurch, claiming that they can't see the true purpose of the organization and that they will pay for looking down on them. Oyashiro felt pity for such a misguided soul believing the lies she was told by her superiors but Whitemane completely ignored her, refusing to listed to someone whose blood is tainted by demonic energy.
* She hates demons too, moreso after finding out that a Dreadlord secretly manipulated her order for his own gain. However, she has retained her faith in the Scarlet Crusade and so she also is very adamant in exterminating demons, Sargeras being her top priority.
* Whitemane has a reputation of being a very effective healer, even if some people think she is a bit [[CombatMedic aggressive sometimes]]. Her HealingHands have reminded people of Asia Argento, who besides holding the title also used to be an important church figure with healing power that also fell victim of a demon manipulating her and making her life worse. Whitemane finds said comparison laughable, since she stated that she will never steep as low as Asia and become a demon like she did, even though the latter had no choice. Asia, while not really fond of the High Inquisitor herself, only felt pity for her because in her eyes she was as much of a puppet as she used to be and finds it ironic she would criticize Asia's transformation into a demon considering that Whitemane would eventually be revived as an undead, making the both of them not so different.
* She considers the world of [[Videogame/{{Diablo}} Sanctuary]] to be a place of sin and would undoubtably purge the demonic entities that plague the land. She had the displeasure of meeting a few of its demonic denizens [[Videogame/HeroesOfTheStorm during the conflicts in the Nexus]], with the Lord of Hatred Mephisto being the one she found the most repulsive, [[ThePowerOfHate unaware that the demonic overlord feasts on her hatred for everything]]. Meanwhile, she looks down on the crusader of the Nephalem because she refused to work under the Scarlet Crusade and Johanna herself considers Whitemane an insane fanatic whose beliefs could bring more harm than good.
* Noticed [[Creator/EricaLindbeck that a few deities sound a lot like her]], but she paid no mind to most of them except for a couple few. She was intrigued by Farnese de Vardimion given her past as a member of the Holy Iron Chain Knights and was dissapointed when she eventually foregone her beliefs after her experiences in the battlefield, but Whitemane has been careful with provoking her too much since Farnese's tools are similar to those that ultimately caused her death. Then there was Sophitia Alexandra, whose dedication to the Greek Gods could match that of the High Inquisitor efforts in the Scarlet Crusade, but Sophitia doesn't want to be associated with such an evil person such as Whitemane.
* A bit of a {{Dominatrix}} in both clothing and attitude, preferring to punish heretics over aiding her allies. One would say that she would easily get along with the likes of Bayonetta and Ivy Valentine but she refuses to be associated with a witch and a criminal.
* Surprisingly enough, Whitemane managed to make a good impression on Father Elijah and vice versa. While the High Inquisitor could care less about technology, she did find Elijah's dedication to make a "quieter" world to be an useful asset in the Scarlet's Crusade purge against anyone that dare oppose them and so decided to strike a deal with him. Elijah at first didn't really want to bother with her but he also saw some use in her even if she can be a bit overbearing with her devotion to the light, nevertheless they agreed to work together.
* For someone with a reputation of being ruthless and unforgiving like Whitemane, some people find it hilarious that her first name is [[TomTheDarkLord Sally]], which [[FluffyTheTerrible paints a huge contrast with her usual demeanor and attitude]]. She isn't bothered by her name but is so more annoyed at the people that poke fun of it.

* [[VideoGame/SuperMarioOdyssey Mario's Odyssey]], a trip taken during a particularly ambitious scheme of Bowser's to finally marry Princess Peach, took him to many lands that haven't been touched by the plumber before, from prehistoric lands and thriving metropolises, to food-filled volcanoes and underwater civilizations. Mario wasn't alone, however: accompanying him was Cappy, a resident of Bonneton, which is a land inhabited by spirits who looked and can shapeshift into hats. Since his sister was also kidnapped by Bowser to serve as Peach's Tiara for their "wedding", he joined Mario to rescue her, replacing his destroyed hat and giving him the ability to [[BodySurf "Capture"]] others and use their abilities. This powerful was crucial for Mario's adventure, with the two possessing various creatures and critters to beat puzzles and other enemies, even managing to capture Bowser himself to escape his crumbling lair and rescue Peach. After tackling a few other challenges, like locating the rest of the Moons and conquering [[BrutalBonusLevel The Dark Side of the Moon]], the two parted ways amicably, both their quests finally completed.
* Cappy came up to The Pantheon very shortly after the adventure, as a request from Mario himself for him to take LivingHat due to his appearance and abilities. After reuniting, the two celebrated by once again going off to save the princess, who was once again kidnapped by Bowser, also bringing his attention to the fact that the hat has returned to The Pantheon. Cappy has since had more adventures with Mario in The Pantheon, mostly whenever he charted off to unfamiliar lands and needed someone to help adapt, as Cappy proved to be immensely useful for that. He also made sure to read up on how The Pantheon worked and its notable locations, just like back in his home realm. Cappy eventually noticed that his database was slightly outdated and sent out a suggestion to update it, as he's had more adventures over the years since he first arrived, a request that needless to say was granted.
* If anyone's wondering how Cappy's Capture abilities exactly work, here's a quick rundown: all he needs to do in order to Capture someone is be placed on a target's head to posses them, often in the form of someone throwing him at said target. How well he can posses them depends on their height; if they're around Mario size or shorter he can stay on indefinitely, but if they're an especially big or powerful target they'll eventually tire him out and be uncaptured after a short amount of time. By Pantheon standards, pretty much anyone small enough can be captured by Cappy. While this unsettles a fair amount of deities through [[FridgeHorror Implications alone]], Cappy is wholly benevolent and has only used his abilities on either non-sapient creatures and objects, or deities that really have it coming, and on the rare occasion he's forced to posses sentient people he keeps it short.
* Cappy's powers came with both good news and bad news; the good news is that Cappy is far from the only one who can posses others, but the bad news is that most others are often evil folk who use it for their own selfish purposes. Take The Mage of the Beginning for instance, a nihilistic sorceress that wanted to end all human suffering... by destroying the world before the negative emotions do. She possesses anyone that manages to kill her, breaking their wills in the process. Meanwhile, Dante is a vain, manipulative alchemist that steals the bodies of others to keep her self young, having done this thousands of times before being stopped. There are plenty of others with his abilities, but these guys are the ones that Cappy's most against due to them actively harming their hosts, something that Cappy tries to avoid as much as he can. He eventually did find someone with possessive abilities that was also a good guy in the form of Abe, a timid Mudokon that had the ability to mind control others and used it exclusively to fight and ruin the Glukkons operations. Both were glad to find someone with their powerset that wasn't a narcissistic megalomaniac and quickly befriended each other.
* Cappy also wasn't the only living piece of headwear in the Pantheon either, and this time he was able to make friends with some of them. One time was when he accompanied Mario and Crash Bandicoot on a quest to beat Dr. Neo Cortex, where Cappy discovered that Crash's won headpiece companion, Aku Aku, could "Jack" various monsters and have Crash control them to beat various challenges, just like Cappy's abilities. After they stopped the scientist, Aku Aku admitted that he doesn't use it much do to it being fairly situational, and was impressed with how creative Cappy's own abilities were. Of course, the whole conflict also had Cappy encountering Aku Aku's evil brother Uka Uka, who had the same abilities as him but chose to do evil with them, resulting in a brief monster fight with him which Cappy ended up winning. On the subject of people with sentient headwear, he ended up under the radar of Dr. Fate, a man wearing a helmet housing the strict but benevolent being Nabu. Both of them were interested in his capturing abilities and requested that Cappy shows them some examples, something that the spirit was happy to demonstrate every now and again. That said, he doesn't trust the similarly possessive Terror Mask because of its highly manipulative and crass personality, but while the Mask finds his abilities hilarious he otherwise doesn't care much about how the hat feels.
* As mentioned before, Cappy comes from Bonneton, better known as the Cap Kingdom, a land filled with other hat-shaped spirits that can also shape-shift into other hats and travel around in airships. Despite the land's gloomy atmosphere it's a perfectly peaceful land with friendly locals. On the subject of his ghost-like appearance there's been some debate if he's a proper ghost or he just looks like one, but generally he tends to be lumped in with other spirits from Mario's world, and he doesn't mind too much as long as they're not too spooky. It did allow him to befriend other, more traditional ghosts, such as when he encountered the friendly spirit Casper, who was thrilled about meeting someone that didn't find him scary for once, which confused Cappy but he was otherwise happy to give the little guy some much needed company. He also befriended crime-fighting half-ghost Danny Phantom, first helping him thwart a gang of thieving ghosts that Cappy happened to stumble upon, and since then has occasionally helped Danny in stopping other ghosts using his capturing skills.
* Of course, while Cappy's abilities are certainly desirable, some deities are more interested in the fact that he's a living hat that can shape-shift into other hats, and by some we mean the Mann Co. Mercenaries. Notorious for their obsession with cosmetics, especially hats of any kind, the thought of a hat that can become any hat was simply an irresistible opportunity, and so the Mercs have occasionally chased after Cappy to get ahold of his abilities so they can have a hat that can become anything. Cappy naturally didn't want to be kidnapped by a bunch of psychopathic mercenaries and so has to avoid or fight them off, some being more tricky to ward off than others. It was one of these incidents where he was briefly claimed by another hat enthusiast, Hat Kid, who quickly discovered his abilities and used them to fetch some Time Pieces that were missing. After a bit of discussion between the two, Cappy was happy to help her find her stuff as long as she didn't cause too much trouble, which she agreed to. Cappy was glad that she decided to give him back to Mario after she was done, albeit reluctantly as she was growing attached to him.
* At one point, Cappy was just minding his own business when he stumbled upon some sinister looking deities ganging up on him, seemingly radiating a strange, dark energy. Before Cappy could ask what's happening they charged at him, apparently ready to beat him up. He tried Capturing them so he can fight them off, but for some reason it wasn't working and the beings would just throw him off. Just when it seemed like Cappy was about to be ripped apart, in comes Kirby to fight off the dark figures and save Cappy, revealing that they were Dark Matter possessing random deities. Cappy was glad that Kirby came in to save him and Kirby offered to walk him home, during which they became fast friends afterwards. An interesting thing that Cappy discovered by accident is that his capturing abilities didn't work on Kirby either despite him not being possesed; apparently he was just naturally immune to any type of possession, which intrigued the spirit plenty.
* During when Bowser briefly broke The Odyssey, forcing Mario and Cappy to search for Power Moons in the Lost Kingdom, Cappy was abducted by a vulture, briefly derailing their quest in favor of Mario saving him. Since then he hasn't had a high opinion of thieving birds, an opinion only enforced by the Murkrow, and ascended gang of avian pokemon obsessed with stealing stuff. Cappy ended up on their radar once, and as soon as he was placed down one of the Murkrow swooped in and stole Cappy, forcing Mario to give chase and eventually rescue his friend from the thieves. This repeated a few more times, with Cappy growing more and more paranoid about encountering them again until they eventually lost interest and found something else to try and steal. Cappy has remained wary of them returning ever since then
* One incident that happened while Mario was on vacation was Cappy joining Link on an adventure, appropriately to stop the insane mask Majora from destroying the Pantheon. While Majora was a more intense threat than Cappy was used to, he was still dedicated to helping Link stop him and once again proved invaluable to stopping him. This time it wasn't just because of his powers, but also that Cappy was very good at identifying the land and serving as a guide to Link, pointing him to where he needs to go and giving him tips, basically acting like his usual companions who'd do a similar thing. The final battle with Majora was tense, but with Link's skills and Cappy's abilities the two were able to banish its powers once again, with the two leaving on very good terms. That night, he was visited by the spirit of the Master Sword, Fi, and was asked how he knew so much about the Pantheon's landscape. Cappy sheepishly responded with a simple answer: he just read whatever guide he could get his hands on and observed his surroundings. The spirit was impressed nonetheless and thanked Cappy for helping her master before leaving.
* Cappy is very protective of his little sister Tiara, and will go to any lengths to save her. Considering the crux of his worldwide trip was to save her from the clutches of Bowser, who was planning to use her as a crown for his and Peach's "wedding", it doesn't come as much surprise. As such, he's got a good opinion on those that would risk life and limb to protect their loved ones. Of these, he ended up befriending Princess Anna, who went on an entire quest to save both her sister and Arendelle from being frozen over by her powers and ended up succeeding in doing so, albeit with plenty of road bumps, and admired Cappy's dedication to go on an even longer trip for the sake of his sister. He also visited Elsa on a trip and ended up befriending her as well, feeling bad for the circumstances of her abandoning Arendelle and why she needed to be saved in the first place.

* Cerebella -- real name Cassandra Veranos -- is the acrobatic star of the Cirque des Cartes, admired for her strength, dexterity, and beauty. Sadly for any would-be suitors, she only seeks the attention of one man: Vitale Medici, one of the most important members of the Medici mafia, who took her in and became the closest thing to a father she’s ever known. Cerebella is a good person at heart, but her heart is misguided; when not performing in the circus, she is the leg-breaker for the Medicis. Vitale keeps her at an arm's reach in order to give her a goalpost to work towards, and thus keep her on his side.
** Someone in the Pantheon must have noticed Cerebella's control over her living weapon, a hat named Vice-Versa (though, of course, it's hard NOT to notice something with arms THAT big). This being approached Vitale and explained their interest in Cerebella and her hat. After some discussion, Vitale agreed to allow Cerebella to have a place in Pantheon, so long as she isn't kept away from the Medicis for too long. Cerebella, for her part, was eager to meet new people, especially when she heard there were professional wrestlers in the Pantheon! Now that Cerebella is in the Pantheon, it would seem that the entire original roster of Skullgirls has been ascended!
*** To go into detail on the reason for Cerebella's ascension to this title, Vice-Versa is capable of sprouting a pair of very large, very strong arms. She uses it for tricks that require great upper-body strength (i.e. lifting elephants over her head) and, of course, for combat. It's not known how Vice-Versa is able to do the things it can do, but there is no denying its strength.
** When not in use, Vice-Versa can be found in a much smaller, rounder form, as can be seen in [[https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/95/fb/1d/95fb1d13745a2a6bd200377b378d666a.jpg this picture]].
* For those curious, her birthday is April 11th; she is eighteen years old; her blood type is B; her likes include [[CompetitionFreak competition]], [[BoisterousBruiser showing off]], [[KindheartedCatLover cats]], {{professional wrestling}}, [[HiddenDepths sudoku]], [[TheTease flirting]], [[PerkyFemaleMinion pleasing Vitale]], and [[VitriolicBestBuds teasing her roommate Feng]]; her dislikes include badmouthing of the Circus, badmouthing of Vitale, angry people, quitters, and [[CreepyCockroach cockroaches]].
* Several good-aligned members of the Pantheon are rather exasperated that Cerebella, the one pure-hearted character among the Skullgirls cast, works for a seedy mafia group, although they understand why; the mob boss, Vitale, who took her in and became like a father to her. As such, no one is sure how to address the issue, if it even CAN be addressed.
* Cerebella had already gotten on good terms with Filia when they met, mainly because they are both kind characters, but their bond only strengthened when she discovered that, though she had somehow forgotten, Filia [[spoiler:is actually a part of the same mafia family that 'Bella is devoted to.]]
* Cerebella had been given a view of different timelines she was involved in, and thus discovered what would have happened in each of them. [[spoiler:She was killed by Eliza in one timeline, by Peacock in another timeline, and worst of all, in a third timeline, Cerebella herself ended up murdering Ms. Fortune for the sake of the Medicis.]] She hopes to never be forced into the latter position in this timeline, and she's also now very distrustful of Eliza and Peacock.
** Who was it who showed Cerebella these timelines? Why? How? All that anyone knows, including Cerebella herself, is that this person came out of the House of Pantheon/TimeAndTemporality to show her this. She can't seem to remember what they looked like; for this reason, it's suspected that this person either had connections to the Men In Black (or at least to its ascended members, [[Pantheon/PlainNeutral Mr. K and Mr. J]]) or somehow managed to swipe one of their pocket neuralizers.
** Of course, while 'Bella doesn't want to kill anybody, Ms. Fortune, with her hatred of the Medicis, makes it quite difficult for the acrobat not to repeat what happened in ''that'' timeline. Still, Ms. Fortune doesn't seem to have anything against Cerebella, and that may be the one thing keeping their Teeth-Clenched Teamwork from turning into something ugly.
* Cerebella already hates cockroaches; the Terraformars in the House of Beasts' Insect sub-house terrify her to the point of never wanting to set foot in there again.
** She is perfectly willing to explore the rest of the House, though, especially wherever she can find cats. This love of felines allowed her to bond with Sakaki.
* Other deities involved in other (potentially-rival) mafias, such as [[Pantheon/OrganizedCrime Vito Corleone]], have decided to keep tabs on her, so as to make sure she doesn't start an unnecessary war between mobs. They know it seems unlikely for a kind girl like her to start a fight, but you can never be too careful. Cerebella is are blissfully unaware of these mobs watching her, but she may not be for long. After all, some deities have the word "mafia" as part of their official title; she's sure to notice.

* Ika Musume originally wanted to be in the House of Nature however the only position that would suit her was taken by Davy Jones so she decided to join the House of Food instead.
** This hasn't stopped her from becoming allies with said sea god.
* Ika likes to hang out with [[Pantheon/{{Nature}} Fluttershy]] because her kindness is on par with Kiyomi's.
* Everyone in the House of Food was reasonably surprised to find out how good food tastes when it is covered in Ika's ink.
* When she was told that Kiyomi had ascended to the pantheon her reaction was nothing short of:
--->Ika Musume: Are you [[{{Pun}} squidding]] me [[StealthPun janai ka?]] That's so [[PungeonMaster kraken]] awesome [[VerbalTic de geso~]]
** Ika however became very disheartened to learn that Kiyomi was sent back to the mortal realm and one of the first thins shedid upon Kiyomi's removal from the pantheon was go to the house of style to beat up her replacement.
** Ushio didn't like this very much and made Kiyomi her high priestess, now Ika hates Ushio slightly less but still resents her.
* Ika often goes over to the house of villains to talk with her friends: Dr Drakken and Team Rocket over the lack of a success rate of their plans and to come up with new plans.
* Ika recruited the Kraken into her army so that she would be taken somewhat seriously when she invades.
** However, Ika needs to be careful whenever she goes back to the House of Beasts so that she doesn't run into Bruce or Moby Dick.
** Her recruitment of the Kraken eventually made her meet up with [[VideoGame/SenranKagura Yagyuu]]. Even though Yagyuu doesn't thinks he is the best person to hang out with (especially due of the whole "world conquest" thing), and Ika is bit nervous for the fact that Yagyuu's favourite food is dried ''squid'', they still get along somehow, even if all what Yagyuu really does is to make sure that Iku doesn't succeed with her plans.
* Has become enemies with Raiden due to Ika's constant use of children in her plans. Until he saw that the kids actually pity her instead of actually being used.
* Ika has become substantially more relaxed due to the lack of Chizuru, Sanae and Cindy in the Pantheon.
* Ika and Nepgear spend a lot of time together because [[Creator/ChristineMarieCabanos they sound alike]]. Though she does find her strange she can be seen with Mako Mankanshoku as they too share the same voice
* Sharuru became friends with Ika due to the fact that they're both too cute and are both subjugated by someone to taken as a threat.
* Ika, Ricotta, Jaune and Makoto are friends because they all look very human despite being animals.
* Befriended Haruka and Yayoi due to sharing the [[Creator/HisakoKanemoto same voice]] and finding out she's not a bad person thanks to some mind reading.
* Ika will often be seen helping Viridi fighting Lysandre as they both believe [[HumansAreBastards humans are destroying the beauty of the world]] however Lysandre is also trying to make Pokemon ('''Read: animals''') extinct.
** She has an alliance with [[Pantheon/PowerAndAbilities Elpizo]] for similar reasons, though in his case he objects to the destruction of any technological gods that might happen in the process as well.
* Ika looks up to Zant because he was able to conquer the Twilight Realm and Hyrule very quickly, however despite his calm and collected demeanour he is in reality very unpredictable and dangerous when he [[SanitySlippage loses it]]
* One time, Ika went to [[Pantheon/OtherEmotions Murakumo]] to tell her about her plans of world domination due to [[Creator/HisakoKanemoto Murakumo sounding like her]] and Murakumo didn't see her as a threat so she unintentionally insulted her. This made Ika really mad so she spat ink on Murakumo's mask. When she was seen later in her temple, Ika refused to talk about what had happened.
* With the arrival of the [[Pantheon/OtherPowers Inklings]] in the Pantheon, Ika has been seen participating in the [[VideoGame/{{Splatoon}} Turf Wars]] that have sprung up.
** In addition to this, Ika has also zealously recruited many Inklings to her cause of invasion, believing their advanced weaponry to be the trump card in taking over humanity. Nobody has the heart to tell her that the Inklings' ink-based weapons are little more than an annoyance to anyone who aren't themselves ink-based.

* The message of ''WesternAnimation/MeetTheRobinsons'' is one of the moral "keep moving forward". And the Bowler Hat Guy is when someone just can't move forward; falling asleep during baseball [[spoiler:due to Lewis keeping him up]], he obsessed over his failure and stewed in his resentment. His hatred was directed to Cornelius Robinson, [[HarmlessVillain but it didn't amount to anything]]. This changed, however, when the far more competent DOR-15 showed up. A rogue and failed creation of Robinson, she's a living, literal DastardlyDapperDerby [[DastardlyWhiplash that complimented Bowler Hat Guy well]]. Though the "complimented" part proved more "making him her UnwittingPawn" so they could go back and thwart Lewis [[spoiler:or Cornelius's]] potential, [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness then eliminate him]] and TakeOverTheCity". Ultimately she was thwarted, and Bowler Hat Guy [[AndThenWhat was left to be lost and reflect on his actions]]. Fortunately, Lewis stopped the initial failure that made him bitter from happening.
* Applies to both
** The fact that either Bowler Hat Guy or DOR-15 even exist in the Trope Pantheon confused them and Lewis since they figuratively[[note]]Bowler Hat Guy[[/note]] or literally[[note]]DOR-15[[/note]] [[RetGone were removed from the timeline]]. Bowler Hat Guy wanted to know what was going on, and Lewis informed him that while he doesn't understand it himself [[DeathIsCheap no-one seems to stay dead]] and even DeaderThanDead beings can exist if they have the right trope. Being walking, talking paradoxes has caught the attention of the Hounds of Tindalos, [[EnemyMine forcing them to team up once more]] to escape their hunger.
** The two are unique in terms of [[DastardlyDapperDerby their trope]] as the actual derby hat is also evil...well, more like it was truly evil and Bowler Hat Guy was just a big jerk who only wanted to get back at Lewis [[EvilIsPetty for petty reasons]]. However he was still dastardly in the consequences of his actions [[DastardlyWhiplash and attitude]]. Nowadays Bowler Hat Guy tends to keep to himself and keep his eye out for DOR-15's genuine evil. The two were intrigued by Cappy due to being a good LivingHat who can possess people like DOR-15 hopes to do. He was rather creeped out by DOR-15 using it for mind control rather than brief possession for Mario, but Bowler Hat Guy told him not to as he considers his powers much better than DOR-15.
** Despite severing their alliance Bowler Hat Guy still likes to wear derby hats to hide his bald spot, and for pantheon photo shoots. He wants to try and get the same kind of hat Linkara has, and funnily enough so does DOR-15...specifically steal Linkara's hat because she heard it has some magic properties. Also the Magic Gun/Margaret, despite the fact that it wouldn't work for her anyway. Naturally, the Bowler Hat Guy doesn't want this to happen. Linkara appreciates the effort, though he snarks [[DisappointedByTheMotive his motive for being a bad guy is rather lacking]]. Of course [[AntiRoleModel it doesn't stop him from being a good antagonist]], [[SelfDeprecation and the Bowler Hat Guy let him have that one anyway]].
** The two of them [[MakeWrongWhatOnceWentRight tried to change history for their selfish ends]], however Bowler Hat Guy is repentant about the whole thing and has promised not to try again. And just to be sure, he showed his hands to show he wasn't double-crossing. The Reverse-Flash considers Bowler Hat Guy's past actions utterly laughable [[{{Hypocrite}} despite being even more petty in his motives]], [[HypocriteHasAPoint though to be fair he was right that Bowler Hat Guy could've just cut out the middle man]] [[StatingTheSimpleSolution and prevent his younger self from missing the baseball catch]]. Naturally, Bowler Hat Guy is horrified by how evil Eobard Thawne is. DOR-15 respects him despite being a human, but he couldn't care less.
* Applies to Bowler Hat Guy
** Bowler Hat Guy is no longer interested in undermining Lewis [[spoiler:aka Cornelius']] life, but that's left him to realize that [[AndThenWhat he never planned what to do afterwards]]. Lewis said that he doesn't have to find out immediately, but should still try to move forward. [[TheAtoner He's chosen to thwart beings like DOR-15]] and evil A.I, though as an out of shape and frustrated man [[FailureHero he's about as successful at that]] [[HarmlessVillain as he was a villain]]. Instead he's decided to speak out against bullies due to his own background of being bullied for his past failure, especially Biff Tannen since [[TimeTravelingJerkass he tried to do the same thing he did]] but had more success, [[BadFuture which was terrible for everyone]] ([[HoistByHisOwnPetard including]] [[KarmicDeath Biff himself]]).
** He and Rex Dangervest are good friends, which is seen as rather ironic as the latter carries himself in a cool manner while the former is a pathetic "stew in your own self-pity and loathing" kind of character. It's probably due to them being twisted versions of a once optimistic person yet haven't completely shed their good qualities. [[TheCorrupter They also attempted to get said early selves to keep on the path to become them]]. Both were semi-reformed before [[RetGone the new timeline supplanted them]] too. In short, their relationship is the CoolKidAndLoserFriendship. Bowler Hat Guy is also pals with fellow reformed villains Gru and Megamind, as he can relate to their own past issues.
** Some have compared him to Robbie Rotten as they're LaughablyEvil [[HarmlessVillain harmless villains]] ruled by the sin of sloth; It's more traditional laziness in Robbie's case, and catastrophizing/dwelling on the past in Bowler Hat Guy's case. Together they're like two peas in a pod and he'll even let Robbie call him [[spoiler:by Goob]]. While sympathetic and happy [[ReformedButNotTamed he's trying]] to be a better person, Barry has chided Bowler Hat Guy [[FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse for letting his misery define him and not letting go]]. Bowler Hat Guy was polite enough to not bring up the ''ComicBook/{{Flashpoint}}'', as "I guess we should both remember to [[IronicEcho keep moving forward]]".
** [[EvenEvilHasStandards Though he wallowed on his own loathing, he only attempted to ruin one kid's future]]. And he was never as disgusting in his self-pity as Shou Tucker or Shinji Matou. [[spoiler:Being an orphan himself]] what Tucker [[AbusiveParents did to his daughter]] [[EvilIsPetty for the sake of a research grant]] makes him want to retch, and while he can kind of understand [[FreudianExcuse that Shinji's background was far from ideal]] [[FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse how he reacts is despicable]]. The fact [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil he has no regard for consent]] [[VillainousIncest even to his adoptive sister]] is absolutely horrifying to him.
** Despite being a loser, he considers Hal Stewart a creep, not helped by his friendship with Megamind. On the flip side despite being semi-reformed Bowler Hat Guy still palls around with some villains, though said "villains" [[HarmlessVillain aren't any better at evil than he was]] or [[AntiVillain tend to be sympathetic]] like the Team Rocket trio; he can relate to them wanting to win. He also feels bad for the Professor and the Amoeba Boys for never managing to succeed. Another HarmlessVillain he gets along with Satania, who's pranks fit his original idea for revenge against Cornelius Robinson (that being egging and [=TPing=] his house). Lewis doesn't mind all that much since this time any PokeThePoodle actions are encouraging him to be an extrovert for once.
** He's protective of Anne-Marie given his past as an orphan. He also has a soft spot for Butters and thinks his Professor Chaos supervillain identity is adorable. Bowler Hat Guy and Tomoko also get along given his background.
* Applies to DOR-15
** Though Bowler Hat Guy tried to claim she didn't want to be a slave to humanity, DOR-15 (or Doris as he calls her) simply rebelled out of a desire to be the master and seeks to dominate humanity. [[HateSink There is nothing sympathetic about her]], and she couldn't care less. She identifies with Ultron in that they were created by good people but went hostile immediately after becoming self-aware, along with SKYNET...or more accurately she looks up to them for their power and success when she had to resort to time travel just to TakeOverTheCity. They see very little in Doris as she is now, but like the idea of mass-producing her as different types of hats that act as Trojan Horses.
** She has taken a liking to Frost, [[HatedByAll which isn't something that happens often]]. DOR-15 isn't fond of humans [[{{Cyborg}} even with machine parts]], but she likes her attitude and ambition to be something greater than what she really is. [[PsychologicalProjection Frost figures it's for the best to not say the same to the hat]]. Of course, Frost is the exception to the rule to Doris' interest in humans as she usually targets them to be her pawns. She wants to exploit the Professor's desire to beat Felix in order to steal and incorporate his bag of tricks, but the Bowler Hat Guy had already informed him of her wickedness. She has more success with Peter Pettigrew by [[DirtyCoward exploiting his cowardice]], but she's yet to figure out just ''what'' she wants from his magic beyond "it being useful".
** Outside of "meatbags" and already mentioned robot allies, DOR-15 has become fond of the Magician and the robot Ares. The latter likes to use trickery [[ImpersonationExclusiveCharacter with the Justin Pin replica]] and [[LaughablyEvil he has enough of a sense of humor]] to find Doris [[BadassAdorable cute like Bowler Hat Guy did]]. DOR-15 likes him, but she doesn't understand [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist why he even bothers pretending to have good intentions]] as she simply couldn't care what people think. The former [[TurnedAgainstTheirMasters likes her rebellious spirit]].
** Due to her potential in controlling whoever wears her or especially her Mini-Doris, DOR-15 has compared herself to SCP-035. More specifically she considers herself superior as a) she doesn't kill her host and cause them to slowly decay and b) [[Pantheon/{{Otherness}} the SCP Foundation]] hasn't locked her up. [[SmallNameBigEgo The mask considers this posturing laughable]] as her lack of containment is down to her not being anomalous, and outside of being a fancy robot she doesn't have the kind of mental manipulation he has. Undeterred, she's mentioned interest in stealing Hat Kid's hats and forcing herself to be her hat to control. So far, it hasn't gone anywhere. Doris also wants to control Earthworm Jim, mainly because she wants the suit and it won't work if no-one's in it.
** Despite her competence, DOR-15 failed to consider that by trying to kill Lewis she'd be compromising her existence [[spoiler:as he'd goes on to create her]], nor did she consider he could defeat her [[spoiler:by deciding never to make her]]. Time paradoxes [[BerserkButton drive her to murderous rage]] and she almost never travels to the House of Pantheon/TimeAndTemporality. SKYNET's own troubles with getting time travel to work in its favor is probably why it has at least a little interest in the bowler hat anyway.

* Conflicted about: [[Pantheon/OutlooksOnLife Jon Snow]]
* Robert Baratheon was the son of Steffon Baratheon, and elder brother to [[PrinciplesZealot Stannis]] and [[TheUsurper Renly]]. He was the first of his House to be the King of Westeros, having overthrown the Targaryens in "Robert's Rebellion." An avid hunter and renowned fighter in his youth, as king the man has become a fat cynic who'd have abdicated the throne if it wouldn't cause things to fall apart. With his own death, he's been proven right. It's worth noting that he never wanted to be king; he started a rebellion because his betrothed Lyanna Stark was kidnapped by Rhaegar Targaryen, and it snowballed from there. The kick in the teeth is that after all the effort, she died and [[LovingAShadow he never truly got to know her]]. Because of this, he can sympathize with Artanis.
* Having overthrown the [[TheCaligula insane]], PyroManiac King Aerys Targaryen, Robert is understandably disdainful towards deranged members in the House of Royalty, such as Caligula and Luca Blight (Caligula in particular unnerves him, due to his resemblance to Joffrey). He also hates Rangaros the Firelord, Deathwing, and Kane for being crazy pyrophiles, ''especially'' the latter for being the kind of psychotic dragon Aerys would ''love''. Suspects that the Pyro and Firefly are surviving pyromancers of the Mad King.
* Though not without some claim to the throne(his grandmother was a Targaryen princess), he is nonetheless a usurper to the position and as such finds Daenerys Targaryen to be a dangerous enemy. Ned Stark talked him out of trying to assassinate her shortly before his passing. After a couple years from his death, Robert declared his Hand "full of shit" and is now opposing Dany in the pantheon. The Mother of Dragons is no fan, given he usurped her family's position and got most of her family killed.
* Was unsure how to feel when he found out his Best friend Ned had been [[spoiler:''lying to him for all these years about his supposed bastard Jon Snow'', and his true parentage as the child of his greatest enemy Rhaegar Targaryen and his greatest love Lyanna Stark]]. After days of questioning whether he should feel angry, shocked or betrayed he just decided to do what he seems to best. Drown himself in Fighting, Fucking and Feasting.
* As he expected, things fell apart (though not the way he expected). His "son" Joffrey [[TheCaligula was a complete lunatic of a king]], his best friend Eddard Stark was killed and his family enemies of the Lannisters, all while Westeros falls into civil war. Now having ascended, he's working with Ned to trying and bring order to all this madness, starting with Tywin for controlling the throne and Littlefinger for fanning the flames of the War of Five Kings.
* Much of the SuccessionCrisis that fuels the War of Five Kings can be blamed on his wife, [[GodSaveUsFromTheQueen Cersei Lannister]]. She would cheat behind his back with [[{{Twincest}} her own twin brother]], Jaime Lannister. As such, the three Baratheon children have no right for the throne, giving his brothers reason to rebel and it just escalated from there. While ''furious'' at Jaime for this, he has proven himself reformed and it's for the best that they don't go at it less the civil war worsen. Also, while a Lannister, he has nothing against Tyrion since [[HonestAdvisor he's actually doing his job for the crown]].
* Moped around about how everything went to shit after his death, which annoyed the Emperor of Mankind. he stupidly asked "oh, like you'd know", leading to the Emperor lecturing him on just ''how'' [[CrapsackWorld ABYSMALLY GRIMDARK]] things went and how he was [[AndIMustScream stuck in the deepest of Hells]] in his un-life. Robert went several days just repeating "I'm sorry" before drinking a literal keg of the strongest wine he could find.
* Is considered [[ReallyGetsAround one of the greatest manwhores of Westeros]], beating even Tyrion Lannister in women he's slept with (though Oberyn Martell may have him beat); thus earning the title of "The Whoremonger King." As such, he's gotten along well with a number of [[LovableSexManiac lovable sex maniacs]] in the pantheon. This consistent cheating on his ([[UnwantedSpouse admittedly unwanted]]) queen has put him on Hera's hitlist, and conversely in Zeus for being such a player, [[KavorkaMan even as he grew fat and bitter]]. Robert is seen in the House of Lust, comparing sexual exploits to James Bond.
* Much of his dour attitude comes from having lost Lyanna, the one women he truly loved (something Quagmire can relate, given his relationship with Cheryl Tiegs). While most believe he would've still slept around even if they married, it wouldn't be as loudly and excessive as the Whoremonger King we know. Has fathered a total of sixteen bastards[[note]]two acknowledged, five identified[[/note]], all who share [[StrongFamilyResemblance the Baratheon's signature black hair and curls]], along with their stubborn temperament. They're also [[HeroicBastard good-hearted]] and capable(or were killed). The Demon of the Trident naturally found it unfortunate that his "legitimate" heirs [[TheCaligula turned out]] [[PuppetKing poorly]]. He has shown interest in Alister Theirin, in hopes of trying to figure out how to legitimize his more worthy bastards without causing another Blackfyre-esque Rebellion. He also seems to [[TheGoodKing just]] [[WarriorPrince plain]] [[AccidentalPornomancer like]] [[HeroicBastard him]].
* Given his experiences with love and marriages, he pities the likes of Princess Anna, believing she's damn lucky it wasn't merely [[spoiler:the opportunistic Prince Hans]] who she fell for. On the flip-side, he can't help but feel envy to Sanada Nobuyuki and Inahime since their PerfectlyArrangedMarriage is almost the exact opposite of his own. As they have to deal with an UnwantedSpouse, Aphrodite and Robert are really good friends. And much to their spouses' mutual dismay, they're FriendsWithBenefits and can often be seen as each other's bed partner; something Tyrion hopes to get details on.
* His other two loves in life are hunting and drinking. Though the two ultimately got him killed, he stills enjoys participating in them in the pantheon. You can usually see him either drinking with Bacchus or going after game in the House of Beasts. With the latter, he's been humiliated on a number of occasions by Bugs Bunny. He's very good friends with Andre the Giant, a fun, kind-hearted drinker. At first, [[TheGiant due to his size]], he thought he might be related to the Cleganes, but it turned out there was no relation. He and Ned seem interested in Andre the Giant being the GoodCounterpart to Gregor Clegane.
* Once got in some trouble with Leonidas, who thought he was sleeping with his wife. Though they figured out [[Creator/LenaHeadey their wives' look-alike is a coincidence]], the Usurper still regards the Spartans as a threat; their [[ProudWarriorRaceGuy Spartan ways]] come off too much like the Dothraki for his tastes, and as with all Westerosi [[SlaveryIsASpecialKindOfEvil he considers their slavery practices barbaric]].
* He's noticed that Brian Blessed looks likes him. After getting to know him for some time, Robert has gotten to like him due to the merriment and happiness he's brought into his life. And given Given his sigil is a stag, Robert gravitated towards Xerneas; he's awed at TheMarvelousDeer.
* He knows not to trust the likes of Lady Macbeath or Jafar. Lady Macbeth especially, since she reminds him of Cersei.
* While he doesn't consider them a threat, he considers Prince Charmless and Belarus frustrating due to his experiences with [[RoyalBrat Joffrey]] and Cersei. The latter hasn't said much, but the former feels insulted since [[EvenEvilHasStandards he considers him just as awful as everyone else]]. He does see Ganondorf Dragmire a grave threat, and while [[MagnificentBastard easily understandable]] it might be more because [[PigMan he reminds Robert of]] the boar that killed him.
* In his younger form, he hangs out in the House of Blunt Weapons to test his hammer skills. You can see him spar off with Amy Rose and King Dedede, the latter of which invites him over for dinner.
* Was pissed off the learn that his brothers Renly and Stannis would go to war for the succession after his death. He immediately berated Renly for not accepting his brother's better claimant, and called out Stannis for never trying to have Robb Stark work with him as the three have a common enemy in the Lannisters and Balon Greyjoy.
