* The infamous hallucination trip scene is a [[DerangedAnimation deranged]] display of NightmareFuel. This includes, but isn't limited to, Butt-Head's skin melting off, demonic versions of the duo eating and deep-frying little monsters, and an undead version of the two literally headbanging their skin off. Considering this was Music/RobZombie's contribution to the film, none of this should be surprising, but still, ''damn''.
* The video footage of the X-5 unit's test subjects.
** In order, we are shown: One subject vomiting repeatedly on the floor, the next writhing in pain, and the last subject already dead and having the covers pulled over his face by a person in a hazmat suit. One of the agents watching the video then runs off to vomit.
** But there's more. According to agent Bork, the X-5 virus is the deadliest known to man, as it can wipe out ''[[ParanoiaFuel five states in five days]]''. And the worst part? The X-5 unit wasn't finished, as its biggest flaw is the casing. If the unit is hit hard enough, the unit would '''break open''' and release the virus. Cue the very next cut being Butt-Head kicking the unit sewn into Beavis's pants.
** And it ends up right outside the goddamn '''White House,''' nearly breaking open after being ejected from Beavis' pants. It's probably best not to imagine what would have happened if Butt-Head didn't catch it like it was no big deal.
* The opening sequence wherein a gigantic Butt-Head ravages through the city has traces of this, considering his intent with the screaming woman he abducts.
* Muddy Grimes is pretty damn creepy when he's enraged. He's definitely the KnightOfCerebus for the movie, big time. Hell, he even manages to briefly ''scare'' both Beavis and Butt-Head into silence when he [[KickTheDog shoots]] [[ShootTheTelevision the TV]], considering how the two teens normally are, that's something.
* Beavis bursting into the cockpit of an airplane while in Cornholio mode, causing the plane to ''nosedive'' until the very last second.
* The fact that in the desert, Beavis and Butt-Head were ''on the brink of death'' from dehydration, collapsed and accepting their imminent death, being hungrily eyed by several vultures. Immediately becomes a funny moment when Beavis smacks one of them away, saying "Cut it out, butthole!"
* Once again in Cornholio mode, Beavis somehow manages to sneak into the Oval Office and make bizarre, nonsensical phone calls to the top brass at the Pentagon, scaring them badly enough to trigger a DEFCON 4 alert. For those not in the know, DEFCON 4 means that all of the United States Armed Forces are above normal readiness to prepare for war. The last time America was at a higher alert than this was in the aftermath of ''9/11.''
* Let's sum up the whole film, shall we? While the two are no strangers to causing absolute havoc and grief wherever they go, they cross a serious line in this film. They get involved in a murder-for-hire conspiracy, end up smuggling a top-secret biological weapon, almost killed everyone on an airplane, nearly destroy Hoover Dam, cause a freak traffic accident on a major freeway, trigger a DEFCON 4 alert, put countless world leaders in grave danger, get an innocent man arrested and end up as the most wanted men in the country by both the FBI ''and'' the ATF. And, to the surprise of nobody, [[MikeNelsonDestroyerOfWorlds are completely oblivious to it all.]] All because their ''[[ButterflyOfDoom TV was stolen.]]''
