!!Tropes associated with ADTR:

* AudienceParticipationSong: They have a lot of these.
* CarefulWithThatAxe
* CoverVersion: Of "Cable Car" by Music/TheFray and "Since U Been Gone" by Music/KellyClarkson.
* DarkIsNotEvil: Pretty much a given for any morally upright artist in a genre famous for SexDrugsAndRockAndRoll.
* EpicRocking: "I Remember" is 9:04
%%* GenreMashup: It certainly is something.
* HonorBeforeReason / RevengeBeforeReason: In spite of being outnumbered and outgunned, the protagonist in the music video for "All Signs Point to Lauderdale" takes a piss on his soon-to-be-stolen sandwich just to tick off the bully.
* IWantSong: "All Signs Point to Lauderdale," which is about the narrator wanting to get out of a bad situation and find something to stand for.
** And, of course, "All I Want".
%%* LoveNostalgiaSong: "If It Means A Lot to You"
* MetalScream: Jeremy [=McKinnon=], when he pulls them off, is types 1 and 3.
* MinisculeRocking: "Intro" (0:42) "You Already Know What You Are" (1:28), "Fast Forward to 2012" (1:33), "Sound the Alarm" (1:49), "Why Walk on Water When We've Got Boats" (1:54).
* NeverMyFault: In "You Be Tails, I'll Be Sonic": "You killed what was left of the good in me--I'm tired, so let me be broken..." soon to be subverted, however, by "look down at the mess in front of me, no other words need be spoken. I got nobody else to blame though I try..."
* TheNotRemix: In 2008, they re-recorded their debut album, ''And Their Name Was Treason'', under the name ''Old Record''. They later admitted that they were forced to re-record it by Victory in only two days, leading them to reuse the original vocal tracks.
* SeriousBusiness: PlayedForLaughs in the music video for "I'm Made of Wax, Larry, What Are You Made Of?" with the guys playing kickball against little kids. And it guest spots Mike Hranica of Music/TheDevilWearsPrada being a LargeHam.
* SelfParody: The ''Homesick'' and ''What Separates Me From You'' web series. The former is a parody of ''Series/TheRealWorld''.
* SexDrugsAndRockAndRoll: Averted. They're straight edge.
* ThisIsForEmphasisBitch: The ending of "Right Back At It Again":
-->Don't wanna hear about it
-->Don't wanna hear about it
-->Bitch
