* Roger and Ray's friendship. Ray often acts as the father figure that Roger seems to be missing. He does this by giving him dating advice, letting him help with household chores, and just being there for Roger when he needs moral support.
* When Tamera wins the first Casey Kasem award from season 3 finale, "The Audition", thanks to her stunning performance of "I'm Going Down", not only Tia, Ray, Lisa, and Roger are happy for Tamera, but even ''the studio audience'' rejoiced Tamera's victory with wild cheers.
* The final 5 minutes of "You Are So Beautiful", where Tia and Tamera wonder who their birth mother was. Her name is Racelle Gavin, and she spray-painted a huge mural on a wall.
** How about the ''entire'' episode is this? Throughout the episode, Lisa was focused on what she wanted for her birthday, and then saw how much Tia and Tamera wanted to know who their birth mother was, or how she looked like. She ends up being the one to finding the spray painted mural at the end.
** How about near the end, Lisa goes to Tia's bedroom and watches her sleep, before giving her a loving kiss goodnight. While she felt a but heartbroken and feeling like she isn't a good enough mom for her daughter, ''she still loves her so much''...
** The song that plays during the scene, as well as the when the mural is found and in the ending credits fits ''well''.
** The final moments of the episode has Lisa telling the girls that even if their birth mom isn't here anymore, they should be proud of her, and that the spirit of their mom still lives right inside of them both. Tia, Tamera, Ray, and Lisa then share a [[GroupHug group hug]] (Pictured above). What makes this moment sweet is that even if Ray and Lisa couldn't stand each other, they still show their soft sides to one another. Heck, even Ray's last line in the episode is him wishing a happy birthday to Lisa after the latter thanks him for his help. Seeing the four in an embrace really shows viewers they are a family, no matter what.
* The episode "Father's Day", where the girls finally meet their father, who is white, where they (although one of them takes ''time'' to accept it..) accept him for who he is, regardless of his race.
