* He's singlehandedly responsible for roughly 75% of everything heartwarming that happened in the band's history. (The remaining quarter is about 15% song lyrics and 10% "[[VitriolicBestBuds Paul and John admitting that they didn't entirely hate each other's guts]].") Music/JohnLennon even confirmed that Ringo was TheHeart of the group.
* His tribute song to Music/GeorgeHarrison, "Never Without You".
* As detailed on the main Beatles/Heartwarming page, Ringo's solo induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Especially [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TEGwjAKK5z4 the first half of the Superjam.]]
* If you check the years, you realize that Ringo began to play [[Series/ShiningTimeStation Mr. Conductor]] the year ''after'' he and his wife entered rehab for their frightening, decades-long drug and alcohol addictions. Meaning, Mr. Conductor was the beginning of Ringo's recovery years, and one could arguably think of Mr. Conductor as Ringo's personal [[Creator/RobertDowneyJr Iron Man.]]

* His close relationship with George Harrison is very heartwarming. It was George who was most forceful in pushing for Ringo to join the band, he was the one who tried to refuse to tour Australia with replacement drummer Jimmie Nicol when Ringo was in the hospital, and George was the one who most regularly collaborated with Ringo after the band broke up. The reason they bonded so closely were in George's words that they felt the public viewed them as sort of "Discount Beatles", not as important as John or Paul, so it caused them to stick together even closer.
