[[folder: History Summarized]]
* In the "The Viking Age" video, there's a random meow when Blue is talking. He then stops the video so he can coo and dote on his kitty, Cleo.
* In "Blue's Dumb History Tales #2", Blue recounts how the eighty-man army of Liechtenstein came back with ''negative'' casualties- namely, they saw no conflict and were apparently so friendly and welcoming that they made a friend who wanted to come back with them to live in Liechtenstein. A lot of times in history, the gory and bloody can overshadow the moments of genuine camaraderie, so it's nice to remember times when friendship was the most defining moment.
* "Antique Antics: The Doge's Palace" was the first video to be released after Blue and Cyan got married, and Blue spends the first few minutes of the video just ''gushing'' about how happy he is. You can practically hear him smiling the entire time, especially when he declares he's dedicating this particular video to his ''wife''.
** Especially as per the gift, Cyan could choose anywhere in the world she'd been for a video, and picked ''Venice.''
** When Blue extends his hand towards the camera, you can see the wedding ring on his finger.
* The "Rulers Who Were Actually Good" History Hijinks is one big, long [=CMoH=], but the crowning moment of crowning moments has to be the Battle of Arsuf. When Richard the Lionheart lost a horse and fell ill, his enemy Saladin gifted him two horses from his royal stables and sent his royal physician to treat him. And once his conquest of Jerusalem was officially recognized in the treaty that ended the Third Crusade, Saladin allowed Christian pilgrims to continue visiting the city.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Miscellaneous Myths]]
* The ending of "[[Myth/{{CupidandPsyche}} Eros and Psyche]]" is one big collective heartwarm. Eros resurrects Psyche and carries her up to Olympus to properly be married. Zeus is completely on board with it, and tells Aphrodite (who'd been harassing Psyche nonstop for most of the story) to back the hell off. Psyche is given ambrosia which makes her into an immortal goddess and she and Eros are married as equals.
** This is immediately followed up with the birth of their daughter Hedone (which roughly translates to "Joy") and Red's beautiful acoustic rendition of [[Theatre/CinderellaRodgersAndHammerstein "Ten Minutes Ago"]] playing over the credits.
--->'''Hedone:''' I'm symbolic of the union of the soul and love! Yay!
* The "true end" to "Hou Yi and Chang'E," where neither of them is willing to leave behind the other to return to godhood, so they put away the immortality potion and successfully adjust to their mortal lives.
-->'''[[ShelteredAristocrat Chang'e]]:''' ''[leaning out the window]'' Hey! I finally figured out how ''cooking'' works!\
''' Hou Yi:''' ''[hunting birds]'' Nice!
** This version also has it that, rather than living on the Moon because she's still barred from Heaven, Chang'e chooses to live there to be closer to her husband.
* A small moment in the "Heracles" video, when Hades is (accidentally?) shot by one of Heracles's arrows, Persephone is seen tending to her husband when the titular hero returns with Cerberus.
** Speaking of Cerberus, when Heracles first arrives at the gates of the Underworld, two out of three of Cerberus's heads are snarling at him, but as soon as Hades shows up, they immediately lapse into [[PreciousPuppy adorable puppy dog mode.]]
* Red's take on [[HappilyMarried Hades and Persephone's relationship]] in general. While it doesn't get much focus, the two are often portrayed as being very supportive and loving towards each other.
** Hades is also shown to be extremely protective of his wife. This is best exemplified when Theseus and Pirithous try to kidnap Persephone so the latter can marry her, Hades responds by fusing them to their chairs with snakes and siccing the Furies on them.
*** When Hercules journeys down there, he's able to save Theseus from the chair - but an ominous rumble keeps him from freeing Pirithous, likely due to Hades holding a ''far'' stronger grudge against him than his accomplice.
* Hades squeeing over baby Zagreus in the Dionysus video.
* In the King Arthur video, Morgan le Fay's redemption. After not having seen her for a few years, Arthur stumbles upon her castle and she cheerfully greets her former ArchEnemy as her brother. While the reveal itself is tragic, Morgan revealing Lancelot and Gwynevere's tryst is also sweet in its own way. She doesn't reveal it as a sadistic act of vengeance, but because she thinks her brother deserves to know the truth, and she looks on with a sad expression when Arthur learns the truth.
* The lumberjack taking a running dive into the spider-yokai woman's waterfall basin at the end of the Jorogumo tale. He was willing to risk having her ''eat him alive'' on the off-chance that their friendly relationship wasn't just a ploy to devour him. And because of the [[AmbiguousEnding ambiguous]] NoEnding, the reader is free to assume the yokai was touched by his devotion, and they did have a HappilyEverAfter. The ending art shows the yokai in her spider form giving a cuddle-hug to the lumberjack.
* In his titular video, Nerites is a total sweetheart who manages to win the love of two of the Olympians. Even though it gets him [[ForcedTransformation turned into a shrimp]] (twice!), his sister manages to find and rescue him both times, giving him a rare happy ending.
** Just like in "Eros and Psyche", the pure love felt between Poseidon and Nerites is enough to produce a whole new god- Anteros, god of, specifically, requited love.
* A blink-and-you'll-miss-it example from the Perseus video: when Danaë and Perseus' chest is washed up on shore and they get found by a fisherman and his wife (Dictys and Clymene, their names aren't mentioned in the video), the very first thing Danaë says is "[[GoodParents prioritize the baby]]".
** Perseus proceeds to grow up with [[ThreesomeSubtext three parents and an absentee god-father]]. Both the shot of Perseus as a child and the shot of the happy-ever-after include a smiling Danaë [[IntimateHairBrushing combing Clymene's hair]].
* Pwyll (pronounced Pwush, by the way) turns out to be a great role model when compared to most mythological heroes:
** While spending an entire year as the fae-king Arawn, he refuses to even look at Arawn's wife naked, [[BedTrick because that would be sexual assault at best and straight up rape at worst]].
*** Arawn's surprised reaction seals it. One gets the feeling he would expect ''anyone else'' to lack restraint, but Pwyll proved to be bigger than that.
-->'''Arawn:''' Pwyll, you paragon of self-control, I would ''die'' for you.
** Rhiannon married him out of her own initiative, not out of obligation or his advances.
** His marriage to Rhiannon was, as far as we see, mutually supportive. When he's forced to give her up to her asshole former fiancee, they work together to find a way around it, and he (at least in Red's depiction) acknowledges that it was totally his fault.
** He refuses to leave her, even when she's (falsely) accused of eating their baby.
** Pwyll doesn't even kill a single named character in the entire story, not even Rhiannon's asshole former fiancee.
** In another heartwarming moment, the conveniently childless couple that takes in Pwyll and Rhiannon's child (later named Pryderi) realizes that the missing prince might be the mysterious kid they took in, and resolves to reunite him with his real parents. The adoptive dad even calls the reunion between the Pryderi and Pwyll "the cutest thing [he's] ever seen".
* In the legend of "Kali tries to kill Everything", how did Shiva stop Kali from destroying the universe? Simple: he [[HeroicSacrifice thrust himself just beneath Kali's deadly dancing feet]]. It works and calms down Kali when she realizes [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone what she's done]]. Granted Shiva's all right, it's somewhat sweet that Kali ([[OmnicidalManiac who exists to kill everything out of ruthless wrath]]) [[EverybodyHasStandards draws the line]] at hurting her husband.
* In the Robin Hood video, Red summarizes the version of the story where Maid Marion dressed as a dude, defeated the also disguised Robin in combat, and recognized his voice as her beloved's when he yielded. The next scene is them patching each other up.
* Red's telling of Atalanta shows she did like Hippomenes and was trying to dissuade him from trying to race for her hand in marriage because she didn't want to have to kill him. When she tries to return the first golden apple and he tosses a second, she says, "Oh I see where this is going." She realized his ploy and just so happened to go along with it. The last shot of the video is Atalanta introducing her "[[GuileHero awesome smart husband]]" to her family - which includes both the bear who raised her as a baby and the hunters who raised her the rest of the way.
** Atalanta's friendship with Prince Meleager is also really sweet, for as brief as it is. When the hunters refuse to go hunt the Calydonian Boar with Atalanta [[StayInTheKitchen on account of her gender]], Meleager sticks up for her and convinces the others to let her come along. When the two manage to kill the boar, Meleager gives Atalanta the boar's skin as a prize and full credit for the kill. And when his jerk uncles try to bully her into leaving so they can take the credit, Meleager stands up for his friend, killing the uncles in her defense. It's likely the two would have remained close friends had Meleager's life not been cut so tragically short.
* Typhon falling in love with Echidna and giving her flowers. The latter reciprocates his affection. Typhon is a lot of things, [[AffablyEvil but he is not without romance]].
* Literature/TamLin has some pretty cute dialogue when the title character and his lover Bonny Janet are planning to get him free:
-->'''Tam Lin''': She's going to transform me into an array of dangerous, scary things, but I could never hurt you. You'll just need to keep holding on.\
'''Bonny Janet''': Don't worry, I'm a very determined hugger.
* At the end of "The Minotaur" we have Ariadne grieving on the shores of the island her boyfriend abandoned her on. But her pain is eased when a sympathetic Dionysus approaches her and kindly offers her a drink. This leads to them getting married!
** This becomes sweeter when you bear in mind that in "Theseus and Pirothous", the scenario was PlayedForLaughs. Here, we see that while Ariadne [[TearJerker took the abandonment hard]], Dionysus treated her grief [[SincerityMode sensitively]] and was a relative gentleman to her.
* When talking about the Wild Hunt, Red briefly goes into the Einherjar, Odin's army of the dead, and mentions a poem composed by the followers of Haakon the Good. In the poem, Haakon, after his death at the hands of Erik Bloodaxe, is welcomed by Odin himself into Valhalla, who tells him that Haakon's Christianity isn't an issue. He had a warrior's heart.
** There is also something strangely sweet about the Wild Hunt and its various leaders being responsible for taking care of the spirits of those who have no place in Heaven, such as unbaptized children.
* In her opening to her Zodiac video, Red describes the utter awe and wonderment she, a city kid, felt upon leaving the city and getting to see the full majesty of [[StargazingScene the Milky Way]]. She was apparently so mesmerized by the sight that she stayed there long enough for her group to leave her behind and another group to pick her up, but she didn't notice for hours, simply enraptured by the beauty of the night sky.
* "Hades and Persephone". At last, we get a look into the most [[HappilyMarried loving and functional relationship]] in Greek Mythology. Although Persephone is initially homesick for her mother, before she leaves the Underworld, Hades takes a minute to ask his wife not to be sad. He [[ThePromise promises]] she will rule by his side as his Queen and equal, and in turn, he will be a faithful and loving husband. If the legends are anything to go by, he fulfilled his promise very dutifully.
* In "Enki and Ninmah", even though it's a competition, there's something incredibly wholesome about Enki giving good lives to whatever crippled human Ninmah creates. A guy with damaged hands? Enki just makes him trustworthy and the king's adviser. A blind man? Make him a skilled musician. A woman who can't have children? Give her a mean talent for weaving. Every time his wife makes someone who seemingly can't function, Enki just finds a way they can live a fulfilling life despite (or rather ''because of'') their condition.
** Red comments that this story ''could'' be read as a JustSoStory about why disabled people exist (because the gods are dicks, apparently), but she prefers to read it as AnAesop about how everyone can find their niche, even if they are incapable of doing certain things.
* In "Loki", Red eventually addresses the argument that Loki might have been a mischievous but overall benevolent protector of the house and home, which would fit with his many children and his role in fixing the many problems of Asgard. This is backlit by a gorgeous illustration of [[https://imgur.com/gnkyX6Q Loki standing watch over his home]] with a warm smile on his face. For all his mischief, it seems like Loki did have a soft spot after all.
** There's something oddly fitting about Loki's history and evolution as a character being so dang confusing- namely, that making scholars constantly get into fierce and heated arguments about what his "true" nature is would probably make Loki, a trickster and troll infamous for stirring up trouble, very happy indeed. It's what he would have wanted.
* In the story of "Medea", there's the fact that Jason was one of the few Greek heroes Hera liked, given he's that rare breed of hero not born from Zeus's infidelity. Also, she warmed up to him when he passed her SecretTestOfCharacter by helping her (under the guise of an old lady) across a river. From then on, Hera liked being Jason's patron. At least, she ''did'' until [[ForegoneConclusion towards the end]]...
** Aside from all the murders, Red aptly comparing the first half of Medea's story to a fairy tale, all the way down to hers and Jason's love story being the linchpin of their adventures. It doesn't hurt that she uses a most gorgeous visual of Jason and Medea getting married in a sacred cave under a beautiful full moon. ...again, it's only sweet until [[ForegoneConclusion the second half of the story]].
** And even after the fateful moment Medea is essentially betrayed, she finds an unwitting ally in Aegeus, the king of Athens, when he finds her [[DespairEventHorizon downtrodden]] by Jason's earlier words. Not only does he sympathize with her when she shares her plight, but Aegeus comforts her by saying she always has sanctuary in Athens. When the day is done and Medea has gotten her revenge against Jason, she goes to Athens knowing she'll be safe. In some tellings, she actually ''marries'' Aegeus. (Though it's negated by her incident with his son Theseus.)
* In "The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl", Red sharing how she coped with the quarantine of 2020 by taking up star-gazing. It's always heartwarming to hear how anyone made it through those times.
** The love story of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl, full stop. Although the Cow Herd seemingly follows the same story formula as the protagonists in "Animal Bride", his taking the Weaver Girl as a bride was actually ''consensual''. She requited his love for her because she too fell in love with him at first sight. So while her sisters returned to the Heavens, the Weaver Girl [[IChooseToStay chose to stay with the cowherd]]. And the two got married, lead a happy life together and started a family.
** And even after the Queen Mother of the West creates the river of stars that separates the Weaver Girl from her husband and children, [[BittersweetEnding it doesn't separate them for good]]. Every year on the seventh day of the seventh month, a bridge of magpies allows the two parties to reunite. So for one day, [[EarnYourHappyEnding the Weaver Girl can be together with her beloved and their children]]!
* "Midas" has our titular king, after losing his golden touch, contently decide he's had enough of gold and have a small vacation in the woods where he can appreciate what he has.
** The reason he even ''got'' the wish is because he recognized the random Satyr he found as Dionysus' dad, and so threw him a feast, Dionysus is even seen ''apologizing'' to Midas.
* In Red's Halloween Special about "Werewolves", there's the story of Bisclarvet and how he was saved from his treacherous wife's betrayal when he found his king and bowed whilst changed into a wolf. If his dialogue ("Oh this rules") is any indication, the king was instantly on board with befriending this polite wolf, as opposed to seeing it as a mere beast. Later, after exposing his wife, Bisclarvet makes it a point to give his king a grateful hug for sheltering him.
** Red narrating how one man, Adolph Murie, ultimately changed the fates of wolves in America by studying them and learning they weren't the [[SavageWolves savage monsters]] society had painted them as. Instead, he learned they were gentle creatures who avoided humans, never hunted them unless sick or starving, and who lived in packs of close-knit ''families''. While it didn't change society's opinion of them overnight, it did change the course of human history with wolves in the long run. If it weren't for him, who knows where wolves would be today.
** According to Red, there are some folklore about people astral-projecting as werewolves in order to ''[[GoodAllAlong fight]]'' demons and witches in their dreams. It's strangely one of the few (if not only) wholesome werewolf myth where werewolves are heroic instead of inherently evil or bloodthirsty.
* Red takes note that, in the myth of the Wrath of Demeter, Demeter and Limos seem to have a good relationship, despite being divine polar opposites, as goddesses of feast and famine respectively.
** When Erysichthon's daughter Mestris is sold into slavery for more food, she calls upon Poseidon for a favor he owes her. Now whatever his flaws (and he's got [[ReallyGetsAround plenty flaws]] to go around), Poseidon is honorable enough to repay her with a [[{{Shapeshifting}} superpower]] that makes her cursed dad situation relatively more manageable than if she had been without it.
** Although it's framed as [[PlayedForLaughs funny]] (under the context she's sharing the story of how she [[HorrorHunger punished Erysichthon]]), there's something sweet about the illustration of Demeter having tea with Hades and Persephone one spring day. It's one of the few moments where the three parties aren't struggling in a custody battle and instead, can enjoy an outing as in-laws.
* While they don't let him off without some ribbing, the myth of Ares' Kidnapping still shows that Artemis and Hermes care about their sibling, being the only Olympians who go to rescue him when they learn of his whereabouts. The final shot of the myth is of the three walking into the sunset, with Ares asking Artemis if she could tell Aphrodite something less embarrassing, and Hermes ruffling his hair (or helmet-hair) and telling him he missed him.
* In the midst of declaring her regret and hatred from her experience animating "The Illiad", Red also admits (if [[PlayedForLaughs begrudgingly]]) that this video in particular ''did'' kick-start her gig of animating her stories, so some good did come out of it.
** There's something surreally adorable about seeing Clytemnestra (Agamemnon's future wife who kills him to avenge her daughter) depicted as a [[UsedToBeASweetKid cute little baby]] alongside her siblings and demi-god half-siblings.
** When Red narrates how the story "Cypria" has one depiction where Helen was adopted and actually the biological daughter of Nemesis, Greek Goddess of vengeance against hubris. Cutely enough, while her adopted mother lifts her in the air, baby Helen has a view of her biological mother Nemesis waving to her, as though letting her infant daughter know she'll always be watching.
*** The "Cypria" shows up again when Red recounts an alternate telling of Agamemnon sacrificing his daughter to Artemis. In it, Iphigenia was actually spirited away and made immortal by Artemis herself just in time, which is illustrated by a crying Iphigenia being safely held by Artemis.
** In a way, Odysseus is the reason Helen's marriage to Menelaus was possible. He was able to advise her father to make the other suitors swear a divine oath to protect her marriage. Otherwise, the King would still be stuck trying to decide between so many suitors who would've gone to war in retaliation for not being chosen. So Odysseus is unwittingly the reason Helen and Menelaus are together! Heck, in some variations of the story, it's ''Helen'' who willingly chooses Menelaus.
-->'''Helen:''' (casually, warmly) The Redhead is cute.
** Odysseus being a LovableCoward when it comes to his own oath - [[GoodParents because he doesn't want to leave his infant son Telemachus without a father]]. He's only forced into the war when [[JerkAss Agamemnon]] [[PapaWolf literally threatens said son]].
*** On that note, Odysseus trying to avoid going to war isn't ''just'' him being a LovableCoward. He's try to avoid this because he's been HappilyMarried to Penelope and they just had a son together. He just loves his family that much. If only [[ForegoneConclusion circumstances hadn't made him go]], he would've stayed home with Penelope and raised their kid together.
* Although "The Saga of Grettir" isn't exactly a happy tale that ends well, there's one part where the titular Grettir finds sanctuary in an idyllic valley hosted by a friendly giant. It's a lovely place with lots of food, beautiful scenery, and plenty of the giant's daughters who become his friends. [[VillainProtagonist Jerk]] that he is, there's something relaxing about how Grettir got a bit of reprieve from his hardships. The ''only'' reason it didn't last forever is because [[TooDumbToLive he left]] when [[ConditionedToAcceptHorror he got bored]].
** Also in the same video, Grettir taking his grieving mother's hands and promising her to avenge his father and brother on her behalf. Regardless of the consequences, there's something to be said that a protagonist as trigger-happy as Grettir [[EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas cares about his mother]].
* "Hera crashes Zeus's Wedding" has a ''considerably'' rare instance of AwLookTheyReallyDoLoveEachOther between Hera and Zeus. After Hera angrily declares she's had it with Zeus for some reason and will break it off for good this time, the latter looks to King Cithaeron for advice. Said-King sets up for Zeus to get "married" to a mystery bride. When a livid Hera crashes the party to take out her wrath on this mysteriously cloaked bride, it's revealed to be a wooden statue that's essentially wearing a sign saying "You're the only bride for me". As Red puts it, "they say that the heart of the queen grew three sizes that day". Zeus and Hera made up so happily that it created a new tradition for the Daidala Festival to celebrate the one time they made it work. Granted Zeus will probably [[StatusQuoIsGod go back to his usual thing]], it doesn't change that with anyone else, a declaration to your loved one that they are the only one for you has a certain romance behind it.
-->'''Zeus:''' I know I've had my share of flings, but you will ''always'' be my queen.
* "The Epic of Gilgamesh" has Gilgamesh and Enkidu's friendship. If anything, Enkidu was such a [[PositiveFriendInfluence good influence]] on Gilgamesh that his death set off a chain of events that would lead to the king's CharacterDevelopment, from [[EvilOverlord abusive chad]] to [[TheGoodKing a ruler worth immortalizing]].
** When Enkidu curses Shamhaut and bemoans all the bad stuff civilization has done to him, Shamash comforts that some good ''still'' came out of leaving behind his "peaceful, ignorant, wild existence." At realizing it would be [[UngratefulBastard unappreciative]] of him to curse Shamhaut for essentially making his life better for it, he rescinds his cursing her and instead asks Shamash to make her beautiful for the rest of her days.
-->'''Enkidu:''' (sobbing) She ''lured'' me with bread and boobs and stuff!
-->'''Shamash:''' But did you like the bread?
-->'''Enkidu:''' Yes.
-->'''Shamash:''' And the boobs?
-->'''Enkidu:''' [[PlayedForLaughs Oh for sure]].
-->'''Shamash:''' Then it sounds like [[{{Reconstruction}} she helped you make a life worth living]], huh?
-->'''Enkidu:''' As thanks, [[PetTheDog please make her even hotter]].
** Unto itself, Enkidu's relationship with Shamhaut, instantly turning over a new leaf for her. And when he [[PapaWolf takes offense]] that Gilgamesh would dare have his way with his beloved, he tenderly and protectively holds Shamhaut to his persons.
-->'''Enkidu:''' How '''DARE''' he ruin the [[SincerityMode wholesome fun of consensual boning]]!
** Red notes that the fact people are ''still'' talking about Gilgamesh thousands of years later proves that he did achieve a kind of immortality. This is especially touching if one believes that Gilgamesh was based on a real person who did worry about what would happen after he died.

[[folder: Journey to the West]]
* Mixed with {{Tearjerker}}, Sun Wukong's reaction to failing to rescue Tripitaka in Part 6 of Journey to the West. He cares more about getting to his monk friend than the fact that he was ''nearly killed''. The same monkey who left to spite Tripitaka near the beginning. He really does care about his new human buddy.
** In Part 5, Sandy reminds everyone of how much of a badass he actually is when he holds off an entire demon army so his friends can focus on fighting the larger threat. Sun Wukong is suitably moved.
-->'''Sandy''': Don't worry, guys! I'll handle this! You just concentrate on the big guys!
-->'''Sun Wukong''': We don't deserve him.*
* In Journey to the West Part VII, Red notes that, as a monkey, Sun doesn't really like cooked food. So when he, Sandy, and Pigsy go to mess with the Daoists by eating all their offerings, and most of said offerings are cooked, Sun just eats what little fruit there is and has fun just hanging out with his friends. Pigsy also finds Sun's prank of peeing in a jar and claiming it's holy water to be hilarious.
** As well as the fact that suicidally impulsive Sun Wukong, who earlier in the pilgrimage would have wrecked the entire city by himself, decided to get Pigsy and Sandy with him to play a prank on the Daoists, really goes to show how much he's grown to appreciate his friends. He probably would've invited Tripitaka and the dragon too, if Tripitaka hadn't been so by-the-book and the dragon hadn't been... a horse.
** Further, when the Deer Strength Immortal sends a bedbug to torment Tripitaka, Monkey not only swats it, but gives Tripitaka some 'calming scritches'.
** Tripitaka returns the favor during the boiling oil test, as when he thinks Wukong perished the monk gives what even Red considered a touching and sincere eulogy before being sent off for execution.
* In Journey to the West Part VIII, Kuanyin drops her usual image of stoic grace in her determination to get her pet goldfish back.
** Later on, Monkey manages to remain stoic to a demon lord's insults and taunts until he threatens to [[AndYourLittleDogToo kill Tripitaka and the others]], at which point Monkey [[ThisMeansWar immediately drops the act and goes for blood]].
* In Part 9, Tripitaka is very polite and gentle when turning down the Empress' marriage proposal to him, insisting that even though his vows prevent him from marrying, he still likes and respects her as a person, and urges her to not be upset by his rejection. The Empress, while still clearly heartbroken, understands his situation and takes his rejection in good faith, and is oddly reassured when the scorpion demon's shenanigans whisk the party away, as it reinforces her views of him as an honest, virtuous young man, and also reassures her that he wasn't lying to her.
** Later on, when Tripitaka is abducted by the scorpion demoness [[AndNowYouMustMarryMe who also wants to marry him]], he snarks that if he really ''did'' want to get married, he would have stayed with the empress, since she actually respects him and his boundaries.
* In Part 10, Sun Wukong shows that he actually has been growing up a bit, when his [[HotBlooded reckless attitude]] gets Tripitaka to banish him for a bit, which seems to cause a backslide into his cold pre-mountain trickster behavior and outright scheming to steal Tripitaka's identity...except when Sandy goes the Quan Yin to show that Monkey has gone outright evil, [[WhamShot he finds Monkey right there]], with a perfect alibi, as he made good on his promise to just wait out Tripitaka's temper, showing a level of patience far beyond he was even ''considering'' at first to show he is willing to change for the monk - Monkey only breaks his temporary vow out of rage the [[CriminalDoppelganger Six-Eared Macaque]] used his face to manipulate and use his friends and fellow monkeys.
** As well, when Sun is kicked out, he is depressed as he feels that there is nowhere he can go, nowhere he fits in... until he remembers Kuan-yin, who is always willing to help. The fact that his opinion of her has gone from her being the woman who helped carry out his punishment while he was trapped under the mountain and gave Tripitaka the headache spell to being someone he deeply respects and trusts, going to her for comfort and advice, says a lot about how he has grown. Similarly, while Kuan-yin points out that he shouldn't have killed the bandits (which he readily agrees with, but notes that old habits die hard), she is honestly more annoyed with Tripitaka, as she knows Sun wants to change for the better and is getting tired of Tripitaka either punishing him or kicking him out whenever Sun does something like this rather than trying to help Sun become a better person.
* Part 11 has Sun's [[FriendlyEnemy growing sympathies]] for [[WomanScorned Princess Iron Fan]], clearly taking her seriously as both a fighter and as a person with sincere problems [[NiceJobBreakingItHero he contributed to]], even flying into a rage at Princess Jade Countenance for insulting her, and commenting that the Bull Demon King (his blood brother) didn't deserve a woman as good as her. About the only reason he is even antagonistic towards her is because he needs her titular artifact to fix a ''different'' problem he made that affects more people.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Fables and Folktales]]
* In "The Lindwyrm Prince", the royal shepherd's daughter and the titular Prince getting married (a second time) with [[MeaningfulEcho more feeling]] than even the first wedding. The sweetest part is, the prince's younger human brother has, until this point, attended his dragon brother's wedding with apparent impatience (as he'll only be allowed to marry after his older twin marries). But this time around, he's sincerely happy for his now-human brother that he found true love first.
* "Urashima-Taro" kicks off with introducing how Urashima is such a NiceGuy that his FriendToAllLivingThings status makes it hard for him to be a fisherman. In fact, the reason he met his divine wife in the first place was when his fishing hook snagged her while she was in the form of a turtle [[WhatYouAreInTheDark and he let her go free]]. If only he had known how to find the Dragon Palace again or at least abstained from opening the box like he was warned, it could've been a simple fairytale about two lovers.
* "Tokoyo and the Sea Serpent" ending with Tokoyo earning Hojitakatori's respect when she unwittingly saves him from the sea serpent's curse. As such, he rescinds Oribashima's banishment. Father and Daughter have a [[BigDamnReunion meaningful reunion]], finally allowed to [[EarnYourHappyEnding resume their lives in peace]].
-->'''Oribashima:''' [[SoProudOfYou That's my girl]]!

[[folder:Di-Vine Deities]]
* The De-Vine Egyptian Gods video has a surprisingly adorable moment between Set and Anubis:
-->'''Set:''' (Intimidating and gravelly) ''We have ways of making you talk''...(Anubis tugs on his sleeve to show him a picture) Timmy, Timmy, Daddy's working right now-- Oh my gosh, did you draw this? [[SoProudOfYou That is so good!]]
* De-Vine OSP 4 has Persephone being late for the return of spring because Cerberus was trying to follow her. Even as she's trying to convince him to return to the Underworld, she can't help but giggle in amusement as she scratches his chins.

[[folder: Classics Summarized]]
* In Frankenstein, when the titular character has an ImagineSpot about the worst case scenario of making the monster's bride, the latter is (in a twisted way) wholesome. It depicts the monster and his bride not only [[HappilyMarried happy together]], but beaming upon their offspring of monsters so proudly. As twisted as the scenario may be, it's nice to see the monster happily enjoy his wife, home, and family.
* From the retelling of ''The Odyssey'', Telemachus's reaction to seeing his father finally return home safe and sound: [[ManlyTears he starts crying]] and [[TheGlomp bear-hugs Odysseus]], giving an adorably sweet cry of "DAAAAAAAAD!"
** In the same vein, Odysseus finally, FINALLY, reuniting with Penelope, his beloved wife.

[[folder: Modern Classics Summarized]]
* Surprisingly, Red's Lovecraft Horror" video has one such adorable moment where we see Wilbur and his twin as [[CuteMonster innocent, adorable babies]]!
** Red's commentary that if there was such a thing, she would gladly buy a plush toy of Wilbur's brother, claiming he's a "potato with eyes".
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Trope Talks]]
* In the [[AfterTheEnd Post Apocalypse]] trope talk, Red has nothing but good things to say about the [[Creator/StudioGhibli Ghibli]]-apocalypse, calling it her favorite kind. She goes on for a long time about how the villains in movies like ''Anime/CastleInTheSky'' and ''Manga/NausicaaOfTheValleyOfTheWind'' are those who refuse to let go of war, and desperately try to win despite the cost, while the heroes are those who live in harmony with nature and leave the past and the horrors of war behind them. [[AuthorAppeal Also, the heroes will use flying machines.]]
** Similarly, Red's speech about the nature of hope and idealism in her Grimdark Trope Talk, where she notes how necessary hope is and how much she dislikes the large amount of works that try to paint it as [[SillyRabbitIdealismIsForKids something childish or on the same level as delusion]].
-->'''Red:''' Hope is the ultimate motivator. On some level, it's the ''only'' motivator. If it seems like I have personal beef with Grimdark as a genre, it's only the same beef I have with ''everything'' that treats hope like a dumb childish concept rather than the fundamental core of human experience. Hope makes us ''believe'' things can be better. Once we stop believing that, we ''stop trying'' to make things better--and guess what? Then things ''don't'' get better! Pessimistic nihilism is the ultimate self-fulfilling prophecy, and maybe it's the 2020 talking but ''man'' I have straight-up run out of patience with people who give up on a better world and then have the ''audacity'' to tell other people that they're naive or stupid for still trying.
* In the trope talk on {{Doomed Protagonist}}s, Red ends the talk by stating her dislike for ShootTheShaggyDog stories where the heroes struggle heroically but ultimately it's all for nothing, and comparing it to HopeSpringsEternal stories like ''Film/RogueOne'' and the Calamity arc of ''WebVideo/CriticalRole'''s Exandria Unlimited series. Stories where the heroes may die at the end, but where their struggles did succeed in accomplishing something good in the grand scheme of things. Her closing statement is illustrated by a man drowning in the sea, but casting a light into the sky.
-->'''Red:''' While we spend most of our lives caring for ourselves and driving our own narratives, at the end of the day, no matter what the night holds and what secret tragedies might be lurking for us, we can always chose to be kind. And that will always matter.
* A small one in her talk about "[[BecomeARealBoy Pinocchio Plots]]". Although she points out that making a non-human character into a human can be cliché or contrived or even [[{{Deconstruction}} detrimental to the chracter in question]], it can be compelling if [[{{Reconstruction}} done right]]. For instance, while an immortal being can be miserable at experiencing pain and old age, alternatively, it teaches them to appreciate life and change. What's more, though an emotionless being may not like negative emotions, sometimes having emotions will give them a new beautiful perspective on familiar things. Both examples are respectively demonstrated with the once-immortal character [[HappyRain savoring rain]] while a previously emotionless character marvels at [[MundaneMadeAwesome a glass of water catching the light]].

[[folder: OSPlays]]
* During [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=As43cyANvqc Red and Blue's playthrough of Shadow of the Colossus]] charity stream, a donator from Hong Kong leaves a message to remind them to stay hydrated (what with all the talking and yelling and fictional deserts) along with their donation. Blue takes a moment to express his admiration and support for Hong Kong's months-long protests at the time of 2019 (while Red, in control of the player character, [[FunnyBackgroundEvent freaks out in the background at the colossi she was fighting.]])
* Cyan said [[https://twitter.com/OSPyoutube/status/1242823661217857536 yes!]]
** When the Part 2 of the Breath of the Wild charity stream went live, the chat immediately exploded with congratulations for Blue and Cyan on their engagement.
** Blue goes into further detail about the proposal, and mentions how Cyan surprised him with a ring of her own ''while he was mid-proposal.'' At this revelation, [[ShipperOnDeck Red and Indigo immediately start squeeing.]]
* From the third Uncharted 4 livestream, a commentor makes note of Blue's [[PrettyBoy charming appearance]] and says that Cyan is a lucky lady, to which she instantly agrees.
** Blue and Cyan detailing their first meeting is a mixture of this and funny. The two first met while practicing fencing drills, and Cyan accidentally shattered Blue's fencing blade in his hand. While Cyan was incredibly apologetic, Blue was actually impressed with her skill, if mildly confused. And he still has that same blade from the day they met. ''Awww!''
* Red taking up the controller for a Breath of the Wild charity stream for the National Park Foundation and proceeding to have so much fun doing so she decided to keep streaming the game the entire way through while continuing to keep them as charity streams, pivoting to providing Direct Relief funds to assist with the aftermath of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
** This is followed up by her streaming Tears of the Kingdom to raise money for Doctors Without Borders in response to the attack on Gaza.

[[folder: Other]]
* In Blue's "Finals Survival Guide", at one point Blue is curled up on the floor surrounded by notes, clearly stressing out. Then one of his friends comes into frame and proceeds to wrap him in a blanket and give him a cup of hot cocoa. She leaves frame for a quick minute, then returns to give him a hug. Aww!
* The artwork on the main page, which graces their website is mostly just cool and funny but the detail of Achilles and Patroclus [[OfficialCouple holding hands and smiling at each other]] is really cute.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5X_fUOvREaY The 2021 April Fool's episode]], which is nothing but Blue (and implicitly Cyan) doting on Cleo.
* The podcast has a sweet moment of Red and Blue talking about their respective experiences in discovering their asexuality, saying that everything made more sense once they realized it.
** Later, in episode 45, Red recounts how she and Blue immediately clicked upon first meeting each other because, unlike a lot of guys she knew at the time, [[PlatonicLifePartners she never felt that Blue wanted anything more than to be friends with her]], so she was more comfortable around him.
* The Detail Diatribe on [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_50968MO0PU Satirizing Superman]] is essentially one big KirkSummation about Superman and [[SillyRabbitCynicismIsForLosers how caring is a good thing,]] and that while parodies/deconstructions of Superman and other classic heroes do deserve to exist, the only ones that ''work'' are by people who fundamentally ''understand'' how those characters work.
