5	* The entirety of the scene where the Galactic Councilwoman has Lilo and Stitch summoned for their civic duty of capturing all 625 experiments and finding a place where they belong. It's a nice BookEnds to the very first movie, where Stitch was summoned as a criminal. As opposed to that, Stitch arrives four years later as a civic hero with his friend Lilo, and even the atmosphere is much warmer than that first meeting.
6	* That Jumba, Pleakley, and Stitch are all awarded their dreams come true at the beginning of the movie but all give up them so not to leave Lilo alone. They then try to keep the fact that they wanted the prizes at all from Lilo. The only way Lilo finds out is them daydreaming about it, they don't even seem sad about staying with Lilo, they just act like one would imagining what Christmas is going to be like rather than dreaming of what could have been.
7	* During the battle against the Leroys, Angel takes down four Leroy clones to save Stitch. After she takes down the Leroys, she blows a kiss at Stitch.
8	* The scene where Lilo ''finally'' names 625 "Reuben" (the sandwich reference making it even ''more'' adorable), starting his HeelFaceTurn, is this mixed with funny.
9	** When she first shows up at Gantu's ship, Lilo brings Reuben a peace offering; a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich. He's both surprised and genuinely touched by this, saying that nobody's ever made a sandwich for him before.
10	** When Reuben fixes the videophone on the ship for Lilo, she gives him what's most likely the first genuine hug he's ever received.

18	** It's even more heartwarming if you consider the photo Lilo has of her family in [[WesternAnimation/LiloAndStitch the first movie]]. Lilo and Nani have lost both their parents, have had fights and called their family broken. But by the end of this movie, they have ultimately gained over 625 new members of their family.
19	* ''Mertle'' shows up in the ending scene and is standing next to Lilo in the photo ''smiling''. Considering how terrible she acted towards Lilo in the beginning of the franchise or even this movie, it's a big change. Sure, Gigi may have told her she wanted to go, like Mertle claimed, but the fact that she even showed up and didn't say anything insulting to Lilo when they came is huge. Even Lilo was surprised Mertle was there.
20	* Despite all Hämsterviel has done to him, Jumba considers being forced to brutally disregard Pleakley as the moment Hämsterviel crossed the line.
