3	* Colonel Star and Stripes' BadassCreed about how everyone should get what they deserve, which is a lot more heroic than it might sound.
4	* Dave and Night Bitch/Miranda hugging in the hospital after she got attacked by the Motherfucker and his cronies.
5	** Also Dave and Mindy hugging after his father gets killed, doubles as a Tear Jerker.
6	** And Dave comforting and hugging Mindy when she shows up to his house in tears after getting humiliated by AlphaBitch Brooke and her cronies.
7	*** It also contains a nice CallBack to their earlier conversation about Dave suggesting he'd be Robin to Mindy's Batman, which she dismissed, when Mindy suddenly stands in his room in the middle of the night and he asks what she's doing there:

9	** Dave inadvertently convinces Mindy to get revenge on her bullies. Before she does so, she sees that they're conditioning another girl into their group to make into their new victim. Mindy gives the new kid a wad of cash, tells her that she's better than these girls, and should get out while she can. The girl takes the money and runs.
10	* The heroes rescuing the women from sex traffickers and giving them 50,000 dollars(which they stole from the bad guys) and the women thanking them for saving them.
11	* Dave's father taking the rap for him by pretending to be Kick Ass - later turns into a TearJerker, because he is killed as a result.
12	* Mindy kissing Dave at the end.
13	* Colonel Stars telling Kick-Ass that being a hero doesn't just mean going out & fighting muggers or patrolling the streets, as Justice Forever are seen working in a soup kitchen.
14	* Justice Forever, out of their costumes, showing up at Dave's father's funeral to comfort him.
15	* A villainous example with Chris calling Javier his only family left. Quickly turns to a SugarWiki/{{Funny Moment\|s}} as both are missing the point about Javier being the Alfred to Chris' Batman, assuming it meant Javier being the butler rather than his parental figure.
16	* The ending leaves us on an uplifting note of hope, in that they may have been forced to retire their costumes, the heroes of Justice Forever don't need them anymore, and openly help and protect the innocent and fight for decency. Like Doctor Gravity in his everyday role of just another businessman, who nonetheless drops everything to chase the purse snatcher with a smile on his face.
17	* Colonel Stars and Stripes, who is a born again Christian, is perfectly okay with Insect Man being gay and welcomes him to Justice Forever along with everyone else.
18	* From the comic, the public cheering for the superheroes who put their lives on the line for them.
