* Wes' speech to Annalise explaining why he lied about being a lawyer to get to see Rebecca. He says that the justice system was supposed to protect the innocent, not serve the interests of the wealthy and powerful at the expense of stigmatized individuals. It's enough to get Annalise to take on Rebecca's case.
** Annalise echoes this sentiment in a later episode when she defends a man who's spent over two decades in jail over a crime he very likely didn't commit. She accuses a state senator of framing him for the murder of his girlfriend because she wanted to stop his development projects and gives a ''very'' powerful speech about how corporate greed destroys communities.
* In a pretty morbid way, Wes cleaning the blood off Rebecca after he killed Sam Keating to save her life, and promising to dispose of the body for her. He kisses her when he gets back and swears to never let anyone hurt her again.
* Rebecca goes to a convenience store after sleeping with Wes. Why? To get him Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream because he told her it was his favorite.
* Asher is a straight, white, privileged male that's never been around an LGBT person. His nickname is ''Doucheface''. So naturally, he'd be homophobic, right? Wrong. While occasionally asking a too-personal question, Asher doesn't think anything less of Connor, and actually seems to want to be friends with him. It's actually pretty sweet, in it's own way.
** In the same vein, him telling Bonnie they shouldn't hook up because she's drunk is pretty sweet. He may be a douche, but he's not a bad guy.
* During the night of the murder, Connor calls out Michaela for pushing Sam over the second story railing in the Keating house, and while Michaela justifies her actions with the fact that she was protecting Laurel, Laurel herself defends Michaela.
* In Episode 10, Michaela starts crying after she gets a text from the bridal shop asking to confirm a fitting because she knows she's going to lose Aiden if she confesses and lets everyone find out about her involvement in the murder. Connor immediately tells her that if Aiden doesn't want to marry her because of ''that'' then it's a sign that there's someone better out there for her.
* In Episode 11, Connor playing with his sister's children in a flashback during the Christmas holiday, and in the flashforward, bonding with Oliver even after he fails to take him out to dinner. Plus, Oliver has appeared to warm up to Connor a bit more as well.
*** Connor and Oliver starting to talk things through at the end... especially Oliver's admission that he "more than likes" Connor. There's even a BigDamnKiss!
*** Speaking of Connor, the relationship between him and his sister is genuinely sweet. She went out of her way to bring a guy for him and, upon learning about Oliver, resorts to teasing him about a wedding. There's also that, when she thinks something is wrong, she immediately asks him to tell so she can help him out.
** Rebecca comforting Wes after he suffers a nightmare.
** Laurel hugging Wes after the Keating Five (minus Asher) reunite after their holiday break.
* In Episode 14, Annalise's mother Ophelia pays a visit to the Keating residence per her daughter's request. While at first abrasive and demanding Annalise get up and take a shower, Ophelia realizes just how distraught her daughter is, and holds her close, delivering the episode's TitleDrop "Mama's here now."

** Annalise taking the Keating Group (minus Asher) to a dance nightclub.
** Connor moving in with Oliver to prove to him that he's taking things seriously.
* Episode 2:
** Asher's concern that Oliver is HIV positive and Connor is planning to have sex with him. Not because he's homophobic, just simply because he's afraid Connor could die.
*** While it indirectly led to Connor and Oliver fighting, Asher comforting Oliver over being HIV positive is rather sweet.
** Michaela and Oliver's small moments together. Most notably, her telling Asher to "shut up" because she didn't want Oliver to know they knew he was HIV positive.
** Nate giving a hug to Eve after he's acquitted.
** Annalise telling Eve that she was "the most beautiful thing to happen to her".
* Episode 3:
** Eve sending an email to Annalise and the latter's warm smile in response.
** Wes threatening Levi to stay away from Micheala.
* Episode 4:
** Connor attempting to comfort the new client.
** Nate's wife telling Annalise that while she's disgusted with the lawyer for having an affair with her husband while she's dying, she's more upset of how the hell Annalise put Nate through.
** Nate encouraging Michaela is pretty sweet, even if the context may be creepy.
** Throughout the episode, Annalise has been giving a numerous amount of KickTheDog moments to Michaela, but in the end? She doesn't berate Michaela for thinking that Caleb might be innocent and that it's actually a positive trait.
* Episode 5:
** Annalise defending Bonnie from Connor, Michaela, and Laurel when they think Bonnie told their DarkSecret to Asher. Also counts as a SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome.
** Connor telling Oliver, for the first time, that he loves him.
** Some bonding moments between Michaela and Connor -- Connor telling Levi to stay away from Michaela after they and Laurel find out the Levi is "Eggs 911". The next moment is Michaela hugging Connor's shoulder when Wes opens up a suitcase that had Rebecca's body in.
** Annalise not being the least bit upset with Catherine after her outburst to the judge for not letting the video recording of their aunt into the trial despite the aunt's possible prejudice against them due to her racist rants. She even agrees with Catherine that someone needed to the judge that.
*** And, in a strange way, the judge's reaction to Catherine's statement. The judge tell her she ''understands'' what it's like to be victim of racism and sympathizes with Catherine and Caleb's plight in that sense.
* Episode 6:
** Bonnie trying to keep Annalise's earlier promise to Asher about keeping his father's crimes from the public.
** Michaela refusing to investigate Catherine and Caleb's biological parents not only because they asked, but she because she is also adopted.
** Annalise dropping everything about the twins' case to go help her lawyer friend and defending her friend against the transphobic remarks of a cop.
*** In the same vein, she drops everything to go to Nate's house with a peach cobbler to express her condolences about his wife's death.
* Episode 7:
** Annalise telling Oliver that his help is a great asset to her cases and that she appreciates him. A major PetTheDog moment.
** Connor's protectiveness over Oliver.
** At the end, Annalise tells Laurel that the reason she doesn't bother with her is because she doesn't ''need'' to worry about her.
** Every interaction between Annalise and Eve.
* Episode 8:
** Annalise sending a greeting to her mother and telling her that she misses her. Considering their past and what's going on now, it's good that the two have developed a stable relationship and Annalise has found a moment of solace.
*** Her calling Bonnie and leaving several messages, admitting that revealing the latter's rape survivor past was definitely wrong and she's willing to give her space if that's what she wants.
*** Annalise deeming Laurel her "new Bonnie" definitely confirms that she has confidence in Laurel's capabilities and sees a lot of potential in her.
*** Having Nate initiate a missing person search for Oliver and reassuring Connor that everything will be fine when everyone else is practically being nonchalant about the matter. Oliver turning up at the Keating house counts as well.
** Caleb and Catherine agreeing at different times to take a plea offer in order to save the other.
* Episode 11:
** The entirety of the case of the week, which involves Annalise's client, Jason, being accused of killing Joyce's son. It may also double as a {{Tearjerker}}:
*** During the hearing on the plea bargain, Joyce demands a restorative justice hearing, which the judge grants. Joyce tearfully tells Jason that, after the death of her son, she researched everything about Jason, particularly his rough childhood, and says that, assuming he didn't lie about the killing being an accident, she can't stay angry anymore and hopes that the two of them can help each other heal.
*** Jason confesses that Joyce's actions have given him hope and that he wants to do anything in order to earn her forgiveness. He confesses that the killing wasn't accidental, and that her son's last words to her (through text) were actually from him.
*** In spite of this, Joyce walks from the hearing believing that the restorative justice system works, and demands that Annalise do her job and prevent Jason from receiving the death penalty.
*** Annalise succeeds in convincing the judge and the ADA from seeking the death penalty, but the ADA demands life imprisonment instead. Jason immediately accepts over the objections of Annalise and Joyce, saying that he wants to take the deal.
*** Just before Jason is taken to jail, Joyce gives him her number and tells him that they're linked into each other's lives now, and they will get to know each other more.
* Episode 13:
** After Oliver slips out that Connor applied to transfer to Stanford, Michaela pointedly notes that Stanford accepts very few transfer students. She quietly asks Connor not to leave since she can't handle all the things they've gone through alone; he comforts her by saying he probably won't get accepted.
* Episode 14:
** Asher making a heartfelt apology to the others for causing more trouble for them by killing Sinclair and thanking them for having his back.
** Eve immediately coming to Annalise's side after she was nearly attacked by Philip.
** Doubles as a TearJerker: Annalise looks at the picture of her, Sam, and their baby.
* Episode 15:
** Upon learning from a distraught and angry Annalise that despite her family's jeering about how she sacrificed her family for her career, she ''did'' have a baby, it just died, Annalise's mother eventually takes her out to the yard in the middle of the night to write a letter to the baby and then bury it to help her find closure. It works.

[[folder:Season 3]]
* Meggy, Wes's new girlfriend and their relationship is this, due to being the most positive influence he ever had in the show's duration. Unfortunately, it doesn't last.

* Episode 3:
** Laurel's father making an effort to reconnect with her. Unfortunately, it derails when she refuses.
** Connor giving a TheReasonYouSuckSpeech to a guy who dumps Oliver to go to him, stating he does not like Asians.
** Arguably Frank killing Bonnie's father as retribution for what he did to Bonnie when she was a child. It's probably still morally wrong, but Bonnie is very grateful to him for doing it.
* Episode 6:
** Asher genuinely gives Wes his condolences about the death of his biological father, after he and the others are told about it by Annalise.
** Asher tells Michaela (who's in denial that their relationship is more than sex) that she is his family, moving her to tears.
** Connor and Michaela's ice cream scene when Oliver texts to Michaela about his date, she comforts Connor it's healthy that doesn't know about his ex-boyfriend's (he still loves) dating life.
* Episode 9:
** Bonnie taking care of Annalise after she slides back into alcoholism.
* Episode 10:
** While it's tinged by the emotional trauma of Wes being dead, there is something sweet about the flashbacks scattered (Wes with Annalise and each member of the Keating Five separately) throughout the episode, showing that all the fighting aside each member of the group cared about him and saw him as a friend.
*** With Annalise, it shows their kind of mother-son relationship as Annalise congratulating him for his internship. With Laurel, they have a sweet moment in a bathroom talking about [[spoiler: an eventual pregnancy.]] With Asher, Wes helps him in an embarrassing situation at the Law school. With Connor, they had a conversation about Connor's love life as Connor confides to Wes he was at a therapy. And with Michaela, Wes confides to her he has a romance with Laurel and she helped him to find a good gift for Laurel.
* Episode 14:
** It's subtle. But Michaela's drive to find out what Connor isn't telling them is hinted to at least be partially motivated by their close friendship which she explains to him while they're in the bathroom. And, when she drags him outside to tell everyone else, she assures that him that she believes him and everyone else will too.
* Episode 15:
** Asher and Michaela confess that they are in love with one another.
** Out of relief that he is okay and they are both safe, Oliver asks Connor to marry him.

[[folder:Season 4]]
* Episode 1:
** Despite the TearJerker of it all, Annalise gave letters of recommendation to each of her employees after firing them. She says Asher refuses to let his family name dictate his life and has forged his own path in life, Michaela possesses an unbelievable level of confidence that Annalise envies, that Laurel is one of the most morally-upstanding and resolute people to work for her, Connor has the potential to overcome anything thrown against him (And has consistently met that potential, and that Bonnie possesses unbelievable UndyingLoyalty.
* Episode 2:
** Annalise agrees to take the case of her old prison cellmate, and the two both express nothing but happiness to see each other again.
* Episode 7:
** Michaela apologizing to Asher and showing how much she cares about him by [[ItMakesSenseInContext squirting ketchup all over the ridiculously expensive wedding dress that she had from when she was with Aiden]].
* Episode 15:
** Laurel finally reuniting with her son, Christopher, whom she spends the latter part of Season 4 trying to get back. It's a very sweet moment, even if it's immediately followed by the unpleasantness of her conversation with her father.
** The ending in general, which shows Laurel with her baby back, Annalise having won her class action lawsuit, Michaela helping Connor with his letter to get back into law school, Oliver helping Asher move into Wes' old place, and Asher enthusiastically agreeing to be Oliver's best man at their wedding. It's bittersweet as it's intercut with a lot of ominous plot threads for the next season, but leaning much heavier on the sweet than any other season finale so far. It ends on the note of Annalise rocking Christopher for Laurel, singing to him the lullaby her mother sang to her while she was cleaning her up.
