The Battle Cats has plenty of these, surprisingly.
----
!!Uber Super Rares
Even among the Uber Super Rares, there are a couple who stand out as being incredibly powerful.
* The Dynamites
** Baby Cat's true form deals massive damage coupled with the ability to summon a small shockwave to compensate its low standing range, and also has over 100k HP. This can be used to clear most close-ranged enemies on the field. But what truly makes it powerful is how absurdly cheap and spammable it is for all its power, the recharge time only a minute, and the price as cheap as that of Valkyrie Cat.
** While Lesser Demon Cat normally isn't Game Breaking material, even in his True Form, it's his Talents, specifically his Strengthen Talent, that are. The nature of his Strengthen, assuming it's maxed out, is that when his HP drops below 33%, his damage/DPS gets multiplied by 3x. This makes his already high-but-not-overpowered DPS rise up to insane levels and allows him to deal a ton of damage in just a few hits and while the HP trigger means he won't last long, his fast cooldown means that you can easily replace him when he dies and continue to barrage enemies with another Strengthened Greater Balrog. Investing more on his levels and Stat-increasing Talents just makes him even more powerful. While he does still have his limitations due to his status as a CloseRangeCombatant who can only attack one enemy at a time, in the right stages, he can absolutely demolish it.
* Tales of the Nekoluga
** Tesalan Pasalan. Despite his single attack, if he can get a hit in, it's going to hurt - with some of the highest damage of anything that can target all units, a deceptively fast attack speed, incredible range, and the ability to deal a CriticalHit 10% of the time to double his already high damage and crush any Metal unfortunate enough to be standing in front of him. His true form makes him even better, further increasing his range to a whopping 720 which safely outranges most enemy backliners, and boosting his crit chance to a more respectable 20%. He can't be used on swarms, but when supported well, he has enough range to take on a lot of annoying threats that aren't reliant on waves, surges or long distance.
* Sengoku Wargods: Vajiras
** Sanada Yukimura has incredible speed, deals high damage (which is tripled or quadrupled against Black enemies), and resets his attack animation after getting knocked back, allowing him to immediately retaliate should he be hurt enough. His True Form gives him one of the fastest speeds of any cat and almost doubles his damage, making his utility even more apparent. While he has short range and is rather fragile, he's still one of the best suicide attackers in the entire game, up there with Awakened Bahamut; further exacerbating his talent as a rusher is his unusually short cooldown of ~50 seconds with maxed Treasures (roughly half that of the aforementioned Bahamut), letting you very quickly field another one after the previous kicked the bucket. Like Balrog before him, his Talents can grant him the Strengthen ability, which makes him even more terrifying should he survive long enough to activate it.
** While Maeda Keiji might be lackluster to start with, once you manage to get his True Form (Immortal Keiji), he unleashes his true battle fury. In his True Form, his much faster attack rate boosts up his DPS to around 6000 which, in combination with his newfound 320 range, makes him a powerful mid-ranger. All of this means that he can now take full advantage of his damage-doubling Strengthen ability, which now activates when he is at 50% health, and have his DPS boosted to monstrous amounts. If that wasn't enough, Keiji is also immune to waves, allowing him to take down enemy wave attackers like Kory, Dober P.D, and Berserkory with ease if he is supported well. This is also not mentioning his 68 second cooldown, making him disposable, the essence of many black-heavy stages due to them being spammed. And just to help him out even more, he also gets a slight health boost, meaning that he can take hits if necessary especially vs Blacks (which he takes only 1/4th of their damage; 1/5th with Max Void Fruit Treasure). Think that wasn't good enough? Then with a hefty amount of NP, you can, along with his attack and defence (i.e. HP) stats, improve his Strengthen through Talents so that it gives you a 2.5x damage multiplier instead of just 2x.
* Cyber Academy: Galaxy Gals
** Kalisa has low health and short range, but delivers huge damage at a rapid rate, further bolstered by her speed and triple damage to Angels. Her true form is even better, increasing her stats and range enough to deal with close-ranged angelic powerhouses that would normally kill her quickly. Being able to also nearly permanently slow down Angels through Talents adds a nice little bonus against the Angel swarm.
** Kai's true form, Divine Kai, deserves special mention. Before her True Form, Kai was nearly unusable due to her slow speed, HP that, even against Floating, wasn’t enough to stop her from getting killed quickly, cooldown which wasn’t enough to compensate for said hp, and not being all that good generally. Her true form fixes this by more than doubling her HP and movement speed while giving her absurd attack power (over 110k at Lv. 30). Her short range is offset by her massive tankiness and newfound immunity to knockback, and her attacks will now shave off enormous chunks of HP. And that's not even getting into how easily she deals with Floating enemies, which she resists (effectively quintupling her HP if you have all Sky Fruits) and can effortlessly wall. If you're willing to invest some NP, then Kai's Shield Piercer talent can turn her into one of an elite few units with guaranteed Shield Pierce when fully leveled, which combined with her gigantic health pool and attack power will let her get up close to dangerous Aku threats, before blowing a hole through them with a single hit.
** Windy was already a solid anti-Floating nuker in her True Form, but her Ultra Form, Ultimate Windy, turns her into an outright win condition for any map with primarily Floating threats. Her buffed speed lets her close distance faster, and she gets an appreciable reduction to her attack interval and animations to let her sneak hits in on powerful foes. Most importantly, her Massive Damage trait is upgraded to Insane Damage, along with her range being increased to a hefty 510 that outranges most floating threats, turning her into a backliner in her own right. For anything unlucky enough to have the Floating trait, this turns being grazed by an attack from her cannon from being the equivalent of being run over by a jet plane to the equivalent of being hit by a nuclear device, and she retains her Strengthen Talent that gives her up to 50% more attack below half health, upon which Windy will start to do so much damage that she can erase the game's bulkiest Floating threats in 1-3 hits at most, with a peak performance Windy being able to easily deal over a million damage in a single hit. Even when facing non-Floating foes, Windy's enormous range and powerful attacks make her a surprisingly good generalist on top of being the single best Floating counter in the game. The only cost is that it'll take a significant investment to even get her to that point, but it's easily worth it considering how many stages she can break in half.
* Lords of Destruction Dragon Emperors
** Ganglion has rather low range, but compensates with over 100k health in its true form, 6 knockbacks, a whopping speed of 40, a minor long distance around 200 to 550, and being strong against Aliens and Zombies, making it a rush attacker who trades recharge time with lots of health and survivability. It also acts as a counter to Tackey and Dolphina, able to snipe them while still being in their blind spot.
** Sea Serpent Daliasan has everything a super backliner could ask for. In addition to a high 510 range with LD from 310-710, it has a whopping 68,000 HP with 7 knockbacks, making it almost unkillable if properly defended. It's no slouch on offense, either — its 4430 DPS seems average at first for its standing range, but it also has a 20% chance to land a Savage Blow for 3x damage, bumping its DPS up to around 6000, which is immense for its range. As if all this wasn't enough, it also slows Floating and Angel enemies for 4 seconds out of its 7.67-second attack speed, packing excellent damage and status support into one unit — and it even has Colossus Slayer, countering most baron bosses well, but especially Mega-Mooth and Archangel Exiel.
* Ancient Heroes: Ultra Souls
** Kasa Jizo is an infamous example, and during the earlier stages of the game's life was considered one of, if not the strongest Uber Rares a player could get. As an Ultra Souls unit, he follows their usual StanceSystem of a cheap, spammable ranged damage dealer in his first form, and an expensive backline nuker in his evolved and true forms, with his specialty being nuking Black and Angel foes with his Massive Damage ability. Unlike the other Ultra Souls, Kasa Jizo's base form far overshadowed his other two due to his unusually high HP and damage for his cost and cooldown, making it very easy to stack him up and obliterate any unfortunate Black/Angel that didn't outrange his decent range of 320 (slightly below Gross or Salon Cat); Black and Angel enemies also tend to be two of the more dangerous enemy types, so a lot of levels can be made significantly easier just by having him on the team. Even when outside of his specialty, his base DPS is extremely high for how many you can have at once, letting him serve as an amazing generalist as well. Unlike other Ubers which may be too expensive or impractical to field early on, Kasa Jizo's spammability makes him just as useful early on as he is later, and he notably obliterates most of the XP stages due to them being almost entirely made of Black enemies, streamlining the process of farming XP to level up the rest of your roster. While his evolved/true form is often overshadowed by his base form, it's still a powerhouse on stages where base Jizo's range won't cut it, as it boasts tremendously high damage and durability at a very good range of 485 in true form, only held back by its slow attack rate and only having 2 knockbacks to reposition.
* Justice Strikes Back: Dark Heroes
** Catman has great all-around stats and the ability to deal massive damage to Aliens and Floating/Angels (depending on his form). Considering that the former are extremely common (many bosses have Floating as a secondary type) and the latter are considered extremely strong, one can imagine why he's such an invaluable asset in most situations. His true form lets him target Relics and Aliens instead, which makes him incredible on select Uncanny Legends stages.
** Warlock and Pierre only attacks Aliens and Floating/Angels (depending on form) but has incredible stats against them. His normal form deals quadruple damage to the enemy base (which can actually be exploited to cheese certain stages by destroying the base faster than the boss can come out), while his evolved form can get rich quick off of any enemy it kills due to its double money ability (especially useful in Alien-heavy stages where they don't drop a lot of money). Meanwhile his true form, while limiting his attacks to exclusively aliens, is possibly the most competent anti-Alien cat in the game, possessing incredible stats (over 150k HP and 160k damage at Lv. 30, boasting the highest base damage of any cat) and immunity to a good amount of more common debuffs (though not all of them). In addition, while his normal non-stat increasing Talents aren't too crazy, as they simply give him even more things to be immune to, his Ultra Talents are where he really gets the most impact as one of them simply gives him the ability to target Traitless, allowing him to bring on the pain on another trait that also barely has any powerful non-Epicfest counters to it, should you go the extra mile for Klay.
* The Almighties: The Majestic Zeus
** Radiant Aphrodite has slightly below-average stats, but engages foes at a range of 600, which is longer than the maximum range for most cats considered to be long-ranged fighters. Her attacks strike from 450-850 (a longer range than most LD units, which can also outrange most bosses at its max range), deal heavy damage, and do massive damage to Aliens, allowing her to easily snipe powerful bosses from behind their meatshields and make short work of most long-ranged bosses, especially if they're Aliens as the trait tends to have a lot of powerful backliners. If one is willing to put in the extra investment to unlock her true form (which only provides a minor HP buff) and get her to level 60, her Ultra Talents can further increase her attack and attack speed, giving her almost 50% more DPS to make her already powerful attacks even more devastating.
** Shining Amaterasu attacks moderately fast and uses attacks which deal massive damage to anything with a trait. Combine this with her above-average range of 455, and she can rapidly deliver deadly attacks to any traited foes while staying moderately safe behind her meatshields. While she is rather weak against traitless foes, Amaterasu's versatility makes her a force to be reckoned with, and she fits into pretty much any team composition outside of extremely traitless-heavy levels. Her True Form further improves her by giving her a hefty 37.5% boost to DPS, which is a simple buff that gives her all she needs to rip apart traited foes even faster — and her Talents make her even more holistically powerful, letting her break Barriers and permanently kill Zombies while boosting her stats even further.
** Splendid Ganesha deals high damage at a moderate rate, and has a long distance attack that hits from 275-725, hitting an enormous area with an extreme maximum range. While he engages foes at a rather low range of 400 and has a blind spot below 275, his damage will increase by 50% if he drops below 80% HP - which is far earlier than most strengthening cats and leaves him with 3 more knockbacks to reposition if enemies push into his blind spot. If he gets hit even a bit, then his DPS will go through the roof, allowing him to flatten huge groups of enemies from a safe distance. His True Form makes his Strengthen have twice as much of an effect and boosts his HP, letting him crush enemies even harder once it's active, while his Talents can let him increase his base attack even more and buff his Strengthen to have three times the original effect at +150%.
** Empress Chronos stands at a decent range of 450 and has an even greater LD range to boot, and while her damage is just average even by the standards of LD units, she makes up for it with her ability to freeze all traited enemies. While the timing to freeze each enemy is short, this is, again, compensated for with multi-hit, which allows her to freeze enemies consecutively. She can be used as a crowd controller against an entire horde of traited enemies, and is a staple to fight against Growing Strange.
* Frontline Assault: Iron Legion
** Mighty Rekon Korps cannot attack traitless enemies, but delivers incredibly powerful, nonstop strikes at long range. While it does have its faults, such as a long foreswing that makes it prone to missing his attacks and the aforementioned inability to attack traitless foes, its insane DPS will usually make short work of anything that it decides to attack provided it's protected enough. Its True Form is even better, packing higher damage, extended range, and Omnistrike to deal with burrowed zombies, while his Talents can further improve him with a LastChanceHitpoint and Curse immunity to deal with its WeaksauceWeakness to Relics.If a unit with the "Attacks Only" ability is inflicted with Curse, this will leave it unable to attack enemies at all.
** When it comes to powerful anti-Zombies, Mighty Thermae D-Lux is considered to be one of, if not the best one out of them all. Their high HP and DPS, above average knockback count of 5, 425 range, and Zombie Killer already makes them a formidable force, but this then get taken even further through their Strong ability, Freeze, and Omnistrike; Strong boosts their stats even further and allows them to tank a lot from and deal a ton of damage to Zombies, their Freeze allows them to greatly distract any Zombie that they hit, and the huge negative range that their Omnistrike grants them means that not even Zombies that burrow past them can escape their wrath. As a bonus, their slow speed allows them to take care of any Zombie that has managed to burrow past your main frontline. Talents can take him even further, mainly his Strengthen and Soulstrike specifically, which can boost his already high anti-Zombie DPS even higher and allow him to see and attack Zombie corpses that other units will normally ignore, respectively.
** CAT-10 Gigapult, the Ultra Form of Mighty Kat-A-Pult, quickly elevated what was otherwise a below-average unit into an absolute powerhouse that combines offense, defense, and support into one heavily armored package. It gets a whopping 75% more attack power and has its blind spot reduced, meaning that it not only deals gets a massive increase in DPS which is made more devastating by its already gigantic area of effect, but now has one of the most extreme long-distance attacks in the game in terms of safety, with a blind spot of 100 units being so small that it might as well not exist. The only enemies that can reliably get into its blindspot are burrowing Zombies, which Gigapult has no trouble walling due to its resistance giving it over a million effective health against them. On top of that, it's now guaranteed to Weaken on hit instead of it being a 50% chance, with his debuffs now having an almost permanent uptime as a result, giving it unprecedented team support while also effectively doubling its own already humongous bulk. Gigapult also gets Relic targeting and Curse Immune to go along with its anti-Zombie capabilities, which combined with its extreme range allow it to weaken and wall even the toughest of Relic threats, no matter their range. As the cherry on top, Gigapult even gets Toxic Immune to let it wall dangerous Toxic users, some of which it isn't even effective against.
* Naturally, all the unique Uber Super Rares from the limited-time pools (Red/Air/Metal Busters, Uberfest/Epicfest are this even more than the others.
** Red Busters' signature Uber, Pai-Pai, is the ultimate Red killer: she takes 1/4 damage from them while dealing 3x damage back. In addition, she has long range and is immune to the Weaken status. A well-leveled Pai-Pai will make an absolute joke of any Red-heavy stage, even the likes of Realm of Carnage.In fact, she can actually beat Realm of Carnage easier than most stages since she resists Weaken, the debuff that the stage's boss spams. Her true form increases her Red resistance to insane resistance (letting her take up to 1/7 damage from Reds) and buffs her attack rate to let her deal even more damage.
** Uberfest brings Baby Gao to the table, but most of his merit is in his evolved form Mighty Lord Gao. He has long ranged area attacks that can outrange many annoying backliners, good HP and damage, a decent 4 knockbacks to reposition, and a decent attack rate, with his main merit being his Strong trait against all Traited enemies. His fairly high base stats multiplied by Strong giving him both more damage and more resistance makes him one of the most powerful generalists in the game, able to handle a lot of situations by himself and fit into virtually any lineup, and his excellently rounded stats make him able to hold his ground for a while even when facing one of the rarer enemies he doesn't have advantage against. He's also Wave Immune, letting him shut down powerful Wave attackers like Kory's variants, Elizabeth, and Two Can. On top of this, he also has a chance to land a CriticalHit which, although unreliable due to its measly 5% chance, is still an occasional massive boost to his already high damage along with a chance to completely obliterate any Metal unlucky enough to be hit.
** Once Miko Mitama was added, she quickly proved herself to be just as overpowered as Gao. Her evolved form, Mitama the Oracle, has the ability to slow down any traited enemy she hits for 3.33-4 seconds which, combined with her attack rate of 5 seconds, barely gives enemies any time to breathe before being slowed again. What's more, her high piercing range allow her to inflict said Slow to a large group of enemies and getting knocked back instantly refreshes her attack cooldown, allowing her to retaliate instantly with her Slow even if something infiltrates her blind spot. She also has top-tier survivability thanks to her 15 knockbacks that allow her to repostion herself to safety, slow speed that prevents her from outrunning her protection, and high HP vs traited thanks to her Resistant ability, which makes her take 1/4 - 1/5 damage against them. If that wasn't enough, she also sports immunity vs Weaken, Stop, Slow, Knockback, and Waves and despite being support focused, can dish out some damage as well. While she does run the risk of being Cursed, disabling her Slow and Resistant abilities, and is lacking vs. traitless foes, her capabilities, as well as being able to contribute greatly in most stages you use her on, make her the best cat in the game by many.
** D'artanyan, the third Uberfest exclusive, is just as powerful. His evolved form, Meow-sketeer, has blazing speed, fast attacks, and Massive Damage to anything with a trait; he can easily crush traited enemies under his DPS. He can also NoSell shockwaves and warping, and although he has a minimum range, it also means that he can strike enemies from behind their meatshields.
** Kasli the Scourge, the 4th Uberfest exclusive, excels in both support and offence, especially in her evolved form, Ritual Saint Kasli. She has far-reaching Long Distance attacks that have a 50% chance to knockback any enemy with a trait as well as unleash a Surge Attack that attacks enemies at a maximum of 2 times, which always spawns beyond her standing range. This allows her to potentially knockback enemies 3 times, knocking them back far away from your cats and the way her Surge spawns means that she can knockback backliners alongside the frontliners, removing the risk that your attackers would wander into a backliner’s range with the exception of super backliners (Sunfish Jones, Director Kurosawah) and traitless backliners (Camelle, THE SLOTH). Her DPS is bad at first glance, but if her Surge manages to land all of its attacks on an enemy, which is usually the case, her DPS skyrockets to levels that few can match and surpass without the help of damage-boosting abilities, making her a fierce attacker that can also snipe any mid-ranged backliners with ease. She also sports immunity to Wave and Weaken, along with Curse Immunity to make her much more effective against the Uncanny Legends saga.
** In both their unevolved and evolved forms, Phono is a force to be reckoned with. In their unevolved form, Child of Destiny Phono, their combination of the Massive Damage ability vs non-Traitless, good standing range, their capability to hit enemies somewhat farther ahead of where they stand, and a surprisingly fast cooldown allows one to make a good stack of them and easily handle any traited that they outrange. Their evolved form, King of Destiny Phonoa, takes it up a notch as instead of a spammable and stackable attacker, they're now a single, powerful unit with the stats to boot, most notably their 600 standing range, which is enough to outrange most enemies in direct combat while being able to hit all but the longest-ranged enemies thanks to being able to hit up to 1000 range away from him, which is paired up with an average damage output The way his 3-hit multi hits operate makes it so that he won't be able to unleash his full DPS outside of a very specific spot, but even just landing two hits, which is a common occurrence, is already powerful enough. that rivals even specialist nukers while still having the versatility of targeting all traits. Finally, he has immunity to Waves and Surges, allowing him to find even more uses.
** Epicfest has Shadow Gao/Diabolic Gao, who is Gao's polar opposite. Instead of targeting all traited enemies, he only targets traitless ones... and deals 3x damage to and briefly freezes them, in addition to being immune to Shockwaves and Knockback and having higher stats than the regular Gao. While he is considerably less versatile than his counterparts, his high stats make him extremely good in most situations, and he absolutely crushes traitless bosses such as the Crazed/Manic Cats.
** Then Dark Mitama came along. Take everything that made Mitama so powerful, give her the ability to always weaken targets, change her target type to traitless enemies, give her better attack, HP, and range and you have Dark Mitama. With resistance to and a guaranteed slow/weaken on traitless foes, and the ability to NoSell debuffs and waves like her counterpart, she can easily stall out and massively cripple any traitless foes.
** D'arktanyan follows in the footsteps of his brethren. In addition to dealing massive damage to traitless enemies with fast, long-distance attacks, he's fast, immune to Shockwaves, and cannot be Warped. Traitless foes usually lack many counters, but D'arktanyan is capable of shredding them with his overwhelming DPS; the kicker is that he can double his damage at 60% HP, meaning that any traitless enemy that can't outrange him is basically dead from that moment onwards. His high base damage even lets him fight quite well against enemies with traits, making him a borderline MasterOfAll.
** Considering how powerful she is, it's no surprise that Kasli's Epicfest version, Kasli the Bane, is also just as powerful if not more so, and is in fact a good contender for the strongest Uber in the entire game. In her Evolved form, she has above-average survivability thanks to her hefty amount of HP and 5KB that allows for frequent repositioning, has a good range, and an attack area that allows her to hit most backliner enemies behind their protection easily, but what really makes her stand out is that her Surge hits 3 times compared to her original's 2 hits, which makes her Long-Distance DPS even higher than the Uberfest's Kasli's already very high DPS. What's more, she also has a guaranteed chance to inflict Curse on every enemy type as well as it being able to permanently Curse her targets as long as all of her attacks hit them which, while not as useful as Knockback due to being more situational, can help out on stages that rely on status effects for their difficulty as long as the enemies don't outrange her. Finally, she also has the immunities that her Uberfest self has, that being Curse, Wave, and Weaken Immunity, along with her gaining Warp and Surge Immunity, the latter of which gives her an upper hand in the very-late game, where Surges start appearing more frequently.
** King of Doom Phono trades off a bit of his infamous standing range and damage output in exchange for becoming an ungodly powerful crowd-control unit, with the ability to briefly Slow all enemies on hit, an exceptional rarity as even top-tier controllers tend to have a least one trait they can't target. On top of still retaining his original self's attack pattern, letting him damage and cripple a gigantic area of effect with each attack, Phono's multi-hit also now works in his favor even more due to gaining a guaranteed Mini-Surge, which can let him hit an even wider area, extend the duration of his Slow, and potentially skyrocket his DPS if the Surges happen to overlap. In addition, his "lowered" stats still tower over most other units at a high 500 standing range and an exceptional average damage for someone who engages at such a long distance, along with having even higher health to improve his already good survivability. He also has Wave, Surge, and Curse immunity, meaning he can nullify some of the only things that can even snipe him beyond 500 range, and laughs in the face of Relics who will be unable to disable his Slows.
** Li'l Valkyrie. Although she's one of the most elusive Ubers in the game, she is tremendously powerful. Her only real weaknesses are her short range and average HP - she packs extremely high DPS, the ability to NoSell all debuffs and shockwaves, an incredibly fast recharge time for an Uber, fast speed, and packs both the Zombie Killer and Barrier Breaker abilities. All of these combine to make an incredibly powerful unit that can be fielded on almost every stage, just because of how versatile she is.
** Li'l Valkyrie Dark is nearly identical to Li'l Valkyrie except she has the ability to do a 3-blast Wave Attack in exchange for her only having half the damage and lacking her immunity against StatusEffects (though she still has her Wave Immunity). While this sounds bad on paper, in practice she’s very powerful as when compared to other units who do Waves on every hit, her Wave DPS is nearly identical to that of Cats in the Cradle, who is the strongest Wave attacker in terms of DPS, while being to hit backline enemies much more easily. Her half damage doesn’t matter if the enemy takes both her main attack and her Wave, meaning that she’ll deal the same amount of damage to them as her normal counterpart unless they're immune or get knocked back, and the StatusEffects that she’s now susceptible to either don’t affect her (Curse), can easily be avoided (Slow and Stop), or help her survive for longer by repositioning her to safety (Knockback and Warp) with the only one that can pose a problem to her, Weaken, can be worked around depending on the situation thanks to her Waves. All of this means that Li'l Valkyrie Dark is just as good as, if not better, than Li’l Valkyrie.
** Goddess of Light Sirius from the Colossus Busters set is slightly non-indicative - her true power lies not in her prowess against Colossals, but her sheer versatility as a generalist matching or even surpassing the already strong Mighty Lord Gao. She's Strong against every trait to give her powerful offense and defense right off the bat outside of Traitless matchups, has every single immunity except against Surges and Waves, and has a long distance multi-hit that increases her effective range from 430 to 550, with all of her hits overlapping in a fairly large area to ensure that she can consistently land all three. Naturally, she also has Colossus Slayer which stacks multiplicatively with her Strong ability, so she can wall and decimate nearly any Colossal while still having value against any traited support. On top of this, Sirius has an unusually short cooldown of 77 seconds, about half that of a usual Uber, meaning provided you can afford her somewhat expensive cost, you can easily replace her if she dies, or even stack multiple at once.
%%** Metal Busters brings in Sakura Sonic. A 5% crit chance doesn't seem impressive, but Sakura can weaken and slow Metals at a 100% rate (while being immune to weaken and slow herself), in addition to being resistant to them. With this combination of abilities, Sakura can single-handedly wall almost any Metal in the game (even Metal Cyclone and Cyberface!), even if she can't kill them herself. Paired with another crit-hitter, most Metal enemies will be crippled to the point that your crit hitters will be able to easily crush them. Her true form takes her strengths and amplifies them - not only does it increase her Metal resistance to insane resistance to let her tank even better, just by being in the first row of a lineup, she'll activate a Cat Combo that buffs all crit chances by 1%, increasing the effectiveness of all crit-hitters just by being there.
* Collab-Exclusive Cats, as limited as they can be, are no slouch either:
** Evangelion Collab
*** Eva Unit-00 is an absolute counter to Wave attacks due to having much higher range than most Wave Shields at 350, which outranges most enemies that use Wave attacks while still blocking their waves, leaving it free to safely stand behind meatshields and protect the backlines or reinforcements almost indefinitely. Its base health is also very high (127.5k HP at Level 30), and it also resists Floating and Angel Enemies, letting it hold its ground even if enemies push into it.
*** Eva Unit-01 is a very well-rounded and powerful unit, with a range of 460 to counter Master A and THE SLOTH, unusually high health that lets it hold its ground in a brawl, and decent DPS alongside a good number of knockbacks. However, it can also multiply its strength by 2x when its health drops to 50%, is strong against Aliens and Zombies (with the Zombie Killer trait for the latter), and is even guaranteed to break alien barriers, making it an absolute powerhouse against them, in particular making it one of the most dangerous units one can field in Future or Cosmos Zombie Outbreaks. Its True Form, while expensive (costing an Aku Catfruit and an Epic Seed), amplifies its power further by upgrading its strengthen to 2.5x, giving it a LastChanceHitpoint to keep it in the fight for longer, and adding a Mini-Surge which, while not doing much on its own, can serve as a source of passive chip damage along with being a great [=AoE=] barrier breaker.
*** Eva Unit-02 began as the most mediocre out of the three Eva Units, until its true form came out, Code 777, which doubles her attack power when her health goes down to 1/3 and raises its attack speed, while still keeping the LD attack and massive damage against Red Enemies. It can now snipe backline enemies with far more damage than most other LD units, and is a powerful counter to Professor A, Hannya and Hackey as even one hit in rips a large chunk of their health, only needing another enemy to be in front to act as a stepping stone.
** Fate/Stay Night Collab
*** Saber's true form, as Saber Alter, is very powerful, with an absurdly fast attack rate (almost as fast as Balrog Cat), many knockbacks, and also the Long Distance trait, but with an extremely small blind spot, which allows Saber to hit long-ranged enemies like Master A and The SLOTH, while also not needing to fear of much enemies entering her blind spot. Especially against Floating Enemies is Saber ridiculously powerful, dealing Massive Damage (3-4x) against them. She is also much cheaper and quicker to recharge than most other Ubers of the same caliber.
*** Matou Sakura has 122.4k HP, is resistant to three types of enemies on top of that (Black, Alien and Zombies), and with decent speed, damage and knockbacks to boot, making her stand out from regular Defensive Units. She is also unharmed by waves, which is especially useful to combat Bun Bun Symbiote and Two Can.
** Madoka Magica Collab
*** Madoka Kaname works the same way as Aphrodite, with extreme long distance attacks, but also trades some standing range for faster attacks and movement speed, is strong to Floating Enemies and can slow them as well, instead of dealing massive damage to Aliens. Not only can she attack at long distances, she can even rush into enemies who outrange her standing range and land a hit.
*** Mami Tomoe is a long-distance attacker with an exceptional standing range, very long maximum range, and massive damage against Angels. While she's still decent as a generalist, Mami utterly lays waste to angels, dealing astonishing damage to them while outranging just about every angel in the game. Sure, she has an ArbitraryWeaponRange, but if you protect her properly, all angels on the stage are effectively dead from the moment you send her out.
** VideoGame/StreetFighterV Collab
*** Blanka is an extremely powerful anti-Alien rusher, serving as a variant of Yukimura, covered above. While his DPS and speed are lower than Yukimura's, he has much more HP and more knockbacks, giving him better longevity and letting him land more hits in the long run. His attacks also have Omnistrike that reaches up to twice his attack range, preventing him from being blocked off by peons. Blanka even has the ability to always break Barriers in one hit, so starred Aliens aren't safe from his devastating hits.
!! Legend Rares
Cats of this rarity are extremely powerful and even outclass some Ubers at times. Almost all of them can well qualify for Game Breaker status.
* For the Galaxy Gals, we have Headmistress Jeanne, who not only deals x5 to x6 against red and floating enemies but also attacks very fast as well as having the exact same range as Lizard Cat. Due to this, she is able to out-dps the likes of Windy and Thundia (who are already very strong against the enemies they target) while also keeping herself safe from most red and floating typed enemies and, while it does mean that she can’t hit anything near her, her long-distance ability means that she can hit any enemy support units, such as the annoying Professor A. and Capy. What's more, while her power against her target traits doesn't need to be questioned, she absolutely dominates her Floating targets as the combination of her fast attack rate, super-high DPS against them, and her Long Distance's splash damage allow her to effortlessly keep up with and take down the aggressive Floating pushers, especially against enemies like Brollows, Li'l Bun Buns, and Pigeon de Sables.
* Against angels, the Ultra Souls Legend Rare, Ushiwakamaru, is an absolute monster against them. For starters, his unevolved form has the damage of Kasa Jizo and the Resistance of Ramen Cat against angels, improving said stats (the former has been improved thanks to using Insane Damage instead of Massive Damage, the latter has been improved by simply having more HP) while still having the spammability of an Ultra Soul. His evolved form is no slouch either as he deals damage that’s almost equal to a level 30 Jizo’s Moving Castle but he attacks faster and has the health (and ability) to back it up.
* Wonder MOMOCO is an absolute beast at crowd control. Her first attack always releases a long shockwave, that clears most of the lesser peons on the field to allow other units to advance, and even if the more durable enemies survive, if they are Red, Black or Angel Enemies, they will get frozen for 3.33-4 seconds which hinders them from advancing. And any enemy who still attempts to reach MOMOCO will taste a final, and the most powerful attack up close from MOMOCO. Adding to that, MOMOCO is immune to waves.
* Mighty Kristul Muu, while absolutely slow, is also absolutely powerful for that matter, especially against Zombies. It has absurd health (153k HP) and damage, and on top of that deals 5-6x damage against Zombies, while also only taking 1/4 to 1/5 damage against them as well. Its Omni Strike can potentially catch enemies behind it too. But what really takes the cake is its Wave Blocker ability, which works well with its high range. However, it is too slow to properly cover units on the frontline if a wave attacker suddenly arrives.
* The Elemental Pixies has Lumina, who has 136k HP in its evolved form, yet moves at an astoundingly fast speed for a defensive unit, and has decent standing range, high DPS, and an extremely short recharge time on top of that. It also not only takes 1/6 to 1/7 of the damage from Aliens, but is also guaranteed to weaken them for a long time, and also break barriers, and resists Slow and Warp, countering Queen B and Super Cosmic Cyclone.
* The Dark Heroes have Doctor Heaven, who has 187k health, and with two separate forms, can either become insanely resistant or deal insane damage to Alien and Black Enemies, choosing to either serve as a shield or as a damage dealer to the two types. Even if you chose the damage form, Doctor Heaven’s high health can still serve as decent defense.
* The Almighties Legend, Gaia the Creator, can deal insane damage against ALL Traited Enemies, and the resultant DPS against them, should all 3 of her hits connect, is about 28.5k, far more than other anti-trait units like Gao, D’Artanyan and Amaterasu, and almost as much as an Awakened Bahamut and Yukimura. Yet, instead of being a suicide attacker like the aforementioned two, she's an LD Unit, and with decent health to boot. Even if 1 or 2 of her hits miss, it doesn't matter too much since even landing just one hit would've dealt a ton of damage against the enemy; managing to land 2 or all of her hits would tear their HP to shreds. Not only that, she also has an average attack rate of 5.43 seconds and the timing of her individual hits makes it so that enemies that have been knocked back by a hit of hers could wander back into the range of her attacks and get hit again. Her only weaknesses lie in her blindspot, which is large enough to fit a ton of different enemies inside (especially ones with short range), and the area between the range where she starts attacking and the start of her blindspot being almost non-existent, making direct confrontations against rushers extremely difficult. However, because most support cats are ridiculously effective at stalling their targets, the weakness isn’t even that big of an issue most of the time.
* For the [=GirlsMons=], we have Kyosaka Nanaho. She is a Long Distance unit that has a 2-hit attack animation and on the second hit, she has a 50% chance to deal a Critical attack. Combined with her fast attack rate and wide attack area and she can quickly damage a whole group of Metal enemies despite having lower critical damage than most critter Ubers. She also Insanely Resists metal damage, which allows her to withstand metal attacks. Unlike most CriticalHitClass units who are only good at killing metals and nothing else, Kyosaka Nanaho also has good general use. Standing at 400 range, an attack area of 300-750 and a piercing range of 350, she is able to be used and be effective against a wide variety of enemies, her high piercing range allows her to easily hit any enemy in the backlines and her 7 knockbacks allows her to reposition herself to safety and become able to hit enemies that were in her blindspot. Her DPS is also good; including her critical attack, her average DPS comes up to around 5200, a good number for the Long-Distance standard. Helping her out even more in this regard are the extra abilities that she has at her disposal; Barrier Breaker, like her Critical, only occurs at the second hit but has a 100% chance of occurring, making her destroy Star Alien Barriers with ease, her Zombie Killer might be able to cancel out a Zombie's revive should she manage to deal the killing blow, and her Survivor's 100% chance to activate gives her a pseudo eighth knockback.
* Even though he is only obtained in an Uber Set that's filled to the brim with some of the worst ubers in the game, the Dynastyfest Legend Rare, Emperor Cat, is a powerhouse of a generalist. For abilities, he can Slow, Freeze, Knockback, and Weaken traited enemies with each ability occurring at a 30% chance. While it sounds unreliable, the chances of him inflicting any status effect is around 76%, meaning that, while getting a specific status effect might be unreliable, as a whole, he’s a very reliable crowd controller. For his attacking role, while his DPS at first is somewhat below-average for the Uber/Legend Uber standard, he makes up for it by having an above-average range of 551, outranging most common enemies that aren’t ridiculously long ranged like Sunfish Jones and Director Kurosawah. This allows him to hit hard from a range where most recurring enemies can’t reach him, in addition to inflicting status effects should they be traited. In addition, his 4 knockbacks allow him to reposition easily and he has a good chunk of health that allows him to take hits if need be. Overall, Emperor Cat acts as both a long ranged support and attacker whose good stats and ability quality for his range allows him to carry you to victory in a battle. Even if a specialist is more desired, he'll still be able to help out a good amount.
* The Legend Rare for the Bikkuriman Collaboration, Black Zeus, is a powerhouse on par with the PurposelyOverpowered Epicfest Ubers. He deals insane damage to traitless enemies, and reaches an astonishing 22,000 DPS against them at level 30. Although Black Zeus has a minimum range, the range on his attack doesn't make it much of an issue, and lets him hit traitless enemies from a massive distance away in exchange. Although he's more balanced against traited enemies, his DPS is still decent for his range, so he doesn't suffer from CripplingOverspecialization.
* Daybreaker Izanagi, being the Legend Rare from Uberfest, made a splash as a traited DPS unit whose sheer damage output is unmatched even in the already powerful echelons of both Uberfest and the Legend Rare pool. He has an unusual, 3-hit disjointed attack like Naala, with each hit being a single-target attack, and his attack power initially seems merely decent at ~30k per hit at level 30, especially since each hit only damages one target. However, Izanagi shares Gaia's ability to deal Insane Damage against all traited enemies, which turns that 30k into almost two hundred thousand damage per hit; even with only one hit connecting per enemy, this equates to a monstrous ~25k DPS per hit, matching and surpassing that of powerhouses like Gaia, Balrog, or A. Bahamut without suffering from the usual setbacks like melee range or a blind spot. Each attack from Izanagi is effectively picking three targets in a huge area to tear a chunk out of, and if he continues to attack, just about any traited foe will fall in moments; much like Naala, he can also abuse his unusual attack pattern to strike down foes from behind protection, with him being able to hit enemies up to 800 units away despite his moderately short engage range of 350, letting him skewer squishy backliners. He's not wanting for survivability either, packing ~125k HP at level 30 to let him get hits in on even enemies that outrange him, and a Conjure ability which not only knocks back and slows everything in a wide range to keep foes away from Izanagi, but also deals enough damage to wipe out most frailer or weakened fodder in the area, clearing a path for Izanagi to land a direct hit on a key target. On top of that, he also has immunity to Waves, Freeze and Curse, the latter of which makes him even more lethal against Relics as they won't be able to shut down his monstrous DPS. While he does have his weaknesses, like his single target attacks and low 3 knockbacks holding him back with stages with heavy amounts of fodder or enemy pushers, and the fact that he can't be stacked as a Conjurer, they can easily be mitigated by supporting him with any sort of splash damage or crowd control - not that it holds back his monstrous damage potential too much anyways.
%%* The Tales of the Nekoluga set brings in Legeluga, a rusher unit that differs heavily from its humongous brethren. While a little slower than most other rushers, it more than makes up for that with its comparatively good range, tremendous DPS, and being able to take a lot more punishment thanks to its good life and tons of immunities. Especially of note is its Wave Immunity, which covers a weakness that plagues a majority of rusher units and gives him much more use against Wave units like Berserkory or even SNKBoss Hermit Cat.
%%* Despite having a single-target attack, if Musashi Miyamoto lands a hit, and especially if you are a Black enemy, it will HURT. Firstly, this single-target attack is compensated for well with Multi-Hit (2 times per attack) and an fast attack rate for a Legend Rare, attacking even faster than Balrog and Awakened Bahamut Cat, and standing at the same range as a Dragon Cat (400). For Black Enemies, he deals 5x damage to them (6x with treasures; and his base damage is already very high), and also takes 1/4 damage from them as well (1/5 with treasures). No Black enemy, not even in hordes, will stand a chance.

!!Other
* Bombercat, Flower Cat's true form. While the method of attaining the cat (and true form) in question is incredibly obscure (its stage occurs on the 2nd and 22nd of each month at 2:22PM for only 2 minutes after Into the Future 3 is cleared, while Flower Cat is unlocked by repeatedly dragging the cat-paw door knob in the Cat Base screen in any chapter), Bombercat can freeze any amount of Black enemies for long enough that stacking two is enough to permafreeze anything, has a fairly fast recharge to aid said stacking, and unlike [=iCat=] (who is superficially similar but targeting Red) has enough range to stay away from these aggressive pushers. This one Cat allows you to curb-stomp the majority of Black foes, and makes the otherwise-notorious Razorback into a joke. Bombercat is so powerful that, as an ObviousRulePatch, some later-introduced Black enemies (such as Black Okame, Ragin' Gory, and Casaurian Darkjo) have freeze immunity solely to counter it.
* Sanzo Cat is basically the go-to cat for any short-ranged Floating enemy thanks to its decent range, quick recharge, Area Attacks and the fact that the duration of the slow inflicted is much longer than its nearly-every-second attack rate, meaning that even a small stack of them can permanently slow down any Floating enemy. Combine this cat with Cameraman and even Teacher Bun Buns and Shy Boys will be an absolute joke. Its only "weakness" is its low 20% chance at a slow, but its fast attack speed and cooldown time make this a non-issue. His Talents are no slouch, either — they can allow him to affect Angels (of which there are nearly no non-Uber Rare cats that can control them as effectively as he can), give him the ability to lower enemy attack by 30%, and a 50% chance to survive a lethal strike.
* Rocker Cat is moderately cheap, deals deceptively high DPS in large numbers, is spammable, and has incredible durability for its cost and rarity, especially against the Angelic foes it resists. Its true form Ramen Cat is even better due to the large stat buff it gives him - with all Treasures, a level 50 Ramen Cat has over 140k HP against Angels, and that's before plus-levels come into account due to the ease to get dupes of him. If you want to go even further, his Talents give him resistance against the Knockback, Slow, and Curse abilities along with the standard stat-boosting Talents.
* Cameraman Cat, the True Form of Mer-Cat, is ridiculously strong for a Rare Cat and a massive improvement over the basic form. She has a short time between attacks, deals and takes a lot of damage to Floating enemies thanks to being strong against them, has an Area Attack and deals a surprisingly decent amount of damage against anything else, especially if stacked, which is easy to do thanks to her quick recharge. She also has great survivability thanks to her decent range, which allows her to outrange enemies that are spawned in groups or any CloseRangeCombatant and even if she gets hit, she has a chance to survive a lethal strike, thus keeping her alive for longer and potentially saving your stack. Her Talents are also very strong: one of them, at max level, can make her LastChanceHitpoint guaranteed. Another can give her the chance to do a Critical Attack; while it has only a 2% chance of happening, a huge stack of them can potentially heavily cripple or kill groups of Metal enemies without any problem.
* Should you manage to hatch Ancient Egg: N101, you'll end up getting Courier Cat, one of the most powerful non-Gacha units in the game. While his role as an anti-Red damager through the use of his Massive Damage ability isn't anything new, his combination of his high 13k DPS vs Reds, Long Distance attacks that can pierce ahead of his attacking range, area attacks, and high spammability, thanks to his surprisingly low cost and fast cooldown, allows him to tear apart Reds like no other unit before him can do, provided that he is supported by cats that can cover his ArbitraryWeaponRange. He also does well at taking down many Behemoths thanks to his Behemoth Slayer ability despite the lower effective DPS he has against them, and outright deletes any Behemoth unfortunate enough to also have the Red typing as both his Massive Damage and Behemoth Slayer multipliers stack multiplicatively with one another (resulting in an effective 10x damage increase with maxed Blood Fruits), with only his low standing range potentially holding him back. As the cherry on top, he even works as a decent general attacker. Since he's unlocked relatively early at 5 Behemoth Culling clears and has a relatively cheap True Form cost for his worth,5 purple and red Behemoth Stones, which are accessed the earliest Courier can become a DiscOneNuke for mid-game players patient enough to farm for him, and is powerful enough to be considered by many as the single strongest anti-Behemoth unit even well into the lategame.
* Slime Cat may have a pitiful amount of HP, but it more than makes up for that with its attack power — not only does it deal huge amounts of damage, up to 40,500 at level 50, but it creates a level 5 wave attack with every attack, letting it hit huge amounts of enemies with that damage while effectively doubling the damage on the first target if they weren't knocked back or immune. What makes it more unbalanced is its cost and recharge — only taking about 13 seconds to recharge, and only costing $450. If you're good at timing them to get past enemy attacks, you can have a powerful source of damage that can hit even the longest-ranged of enemies. Unfortunately, you'll have to take down Queen Mother V if you want to get your hands on it - although the advent of Courier Cat has made it possible to beat the stage considerably earlier than you're supposed to.
* Supercar Cat, the evolved form of Ancient Egg: N004, is the single-target equivalent of Slime Cat. Although it's somewhat slower and lacks Slime Cat's huge splash damage from its waves, it makes up for this with double its damage, 81,000 at level 50, while only having slightly worse cost and recharge time. A single hit from Supercar is enough to destroy weaker enemies in a single blow, and if you can time one into range, even tough bosses will be sure to feel it, helped by Supercar also having guaranteed knockback on any traited enemy that survives the hit, regaining some ground even if it doesn't kill them. Supercar also has guaranteed Barrier Breaker and Shield Piercer, the latter of which also makes him one of the most powerful anti-Aku units around thanks to being the current only non-Uber unit with guaranteed Shield Pierce; sneaking a Supercar into range of a powerful Aku can shave off a huge amount of effective health and send them reeling, and can sometimes completely obliterate ArmoredButFrail Aku who rely entirely on their Shield for survival, such as Ackey, Miz Devil, or Fallen Bear. The downside is that it costs a hefty amount of Behemoth Stones to hatch and is locked behing Empress' Excavation 3, but it's a managable price to pay for a free unit that can easily pull its weight for the rest of the game.
* While Teacher [=BearCat=] is normally a strong, but balanced unit — being able to deal insane damage to traitless or Black enemies with a fast recharge time, but having low HP and short range — its True Form, Cadaver [=BearCat=], is an incredible anti-Zombie attacker. It keeps the same stats as before and just targets zombies instead of traitless. However, because most Zombies burrow into your backlines, a well-timed Cadaver [=BearCat=] is almost guaranteed to land a hit on the surfacing Zombie, dishing out nearly 50,000 damage at level 30 with a single hit. This is enough to outright OneHitKill Zombie peons, as well as a few of the frailer ones like Zuche, and even bulkier Zombies will likely be sent reeling by the attack. While it's outranged by most Zombies, it's able to land hits on a good number of them anyway; Cadaver Bear is the only one it can't touch after its initial burrow, and it otherwise only struggles to hit Zir Zeal or Zang Roo. Due to its fast recharge time, it can be spawned often to handle a ZergRush of burrowing Zombies, or stack up quickly on the Zombies it does outrange, with a stack of them being able to annihilate even tanky Zombies like Li'l Zyclone or Dread Bore. It's clearly intended to be a very late-game unit, as it's locked behind beating not just Kappy Jr., but his Revenge stages — but with the advent of Stone Cat and the anti-Surge talents for Gato Amigo and Beefcake Cat, it's possible to get Cadaver [=BearCat=] much earlier than anticipated.
* Stone Cat is a LethalJokeCharacter, with a huge emphasis on the "lethal" part. It's a very strange meatshield, being a StoneWall which uses a SuicideAttack — it rushes forward at incredible speed, rams into a single enemy, and then breaks, with the breaking animation taking a little over a second, but it's almost impossible for it to die until the animation finishes due to its absurdly high 340,000 HP at level 30. Coupled with its cheap cost of $360, a recharge of less than 5 seconds, and full immunity to almost all status effects, this already makes Stone an excellent choice for holding on to ground against strong enemy pushers, preventing enemies from advancing after a backline enemy attacks, and buying time for cats with an OverlyLongFightingAnimation to land a hit. However, what takes Stone from "strong" to "degenerate" is its synergy with research combos. Due to it having a fairly short cooldown, research combos can shave significant chunks of time off of Stone's cooldown, with the commonly-used combo of Biohazard and Bony Bone reducing its cooldown from 4.87 seconds down to 3.14 seconds, letting it wall off enemies for much greater periods of time across the course of a battle. With enough combos, it's even possible to keep certain enemies such as Kappy Jr. trapped in an endless loop of attacking and missing via carefully-timed Stones, making their stages much easier to handle. Stone doesn't have any real counters, either, with the only enemies which can somewhat reliably break through it being Toxic enemies like Gobble and Zollow (which are fairly rare), or enormous rushes of high-DPS melee enemies like Angelic Gories. As a result of this, Stone is used in the strategies for a sizeable amount of late-game stages, and there's very rarely any downside to including it in your lineup.
* The true form of Hip Hop Cat, Can Can Cat. For a cost of just $675 and a relatively short cooldown, it has a colossal amount of HP and attack — nearly 40,000 HP and damage at level 30, and over 60,000 at level 50 in addition to being able to benefit from plus-levels as a decently common Super Rare.At the hypothetical maximum level of 50+70, a single Can Can Cat would have 94,500 HP and attack. A single Can Can has stats matching or surpassing that of many Uber Rares, allowing it to hold its ground for a surprising amount of time and duel powerful foes that most cats couldn't imagine facing, with its only real downfalls being are its slow attacks and single target. As a bonus, it can also Slow Red enemies for a whopping 4 seconds, and is immune to Warp to let it get up close to Starred Aliens. Its talent upgrades are no slouch either - in addition to inflating its stats even more, it can get the double money ability to gain massive amounts of cash from anything it kills, target Aliens to act as a psuedo crowd control unit, and greatly boost its movement speed so it can act as a powerful rush attacker as well.
* Nerd Cat was already a decent unit by virtue of its astronomical 1200 range (more than double that of most units normally considered super-backliners), but its True Form, Cyberpunk Cat, is one of the most powerful non-Ubers in the game. In addition to having higher attack power, it gains the ability to slow any non-Metal enemies for 2 seconds per attack. While this is balanced when only one is on the field, stacking up more can lengthen the effect greatly, crippling most enemies that get hit from a safe distance. With Talents, the slow can last for 4~4.8 seconds (depending on what percent your fruit treasures are), which is more than half of his time between attacks, making him into a very effective support unit and allowing a stack of 2+ Cyberpunks to permanently immobilize almost everything on the map. His other talents can also help him, lowering his cost, letting him break Barriers, and giving him a guaranteed chance to survive a lethal blow in case any enemy actually manages to get to him.
* The true form of Swimmer Cat, Fishman Cat. Swimmer was already a great rush unit thanks to being incredibly fast and dealing massive damage to Floating enemies, but Fishman takes this up to eleven, increasing Swimmer's attack, defense, and speed further. However, the most significant change it receives is a range increase, which actually allows it to outrange all of the Teacher Bun Bun variants save for Mecha-Bun's Omni Strike, Bun Bun Symbiote's shockwave, and Relic Bun-Bun (whom he's not even effective against). All of these combine to make a fantastic rush unit that can also deliver crushing blows to any floating enemy on the stage. While his Talents aren't as overpowered as some Super Rares', they're still great to have, as they can let Fishman slow Floating enemies while boosting his HP, attack, and speed even more.
* Weightlifter Cat's true form, Pizza Cat, is one of the best, if not the best, non-Uber anti-Blacks one could hope for (Level 30 stats): high damage (15725, and that’s not even on black enemies, in which case the damage will be multiplied by 3 or 4 depending on your Void Fruit treasures), high hp (33150) and pretty decent range for an Anti-Black. His real ace in the hole, however, is his talents. Decreasing his price (from [=910/1365/1820=] to [=710/1165/1520=]), a 50% chance to slow blacks for 2 seconds and a 30% chance to do a level 2 shockwave with each attack. Combine him with Bombercat and meatshields and he will allow you to make mincemeat out of practically any Black enemies that isn't immune to freeze. If that wasn’t enough, because of his shockwaves, lowered cost, and high damage, his general use is good as the waves will spread his high damage to anyone unfortunate enough to be in its way (including the notorious Le'noir) and potentially deal double damage on the enemy/enemies that helped trigger his wave, as waves are considered a separate attack from the main attack.
* Despite being completely useless in most situations, Healer has been arguably the premiere unit for cheesing difficult stages since his release. In his True Form, his stats are pathetic, with terrible attack and HP, a slow attack rate and speed, and a cooldown of nearly a minute...but he also has an area attack that inflicts a lengthy Freeze to all enemy types besides Metal. Initially, this just makes him a more clunky Bombercat/[=iCat=] that works on all traits, but against any non-Metal trait that has a Fruit Treasure to their name (all of them besides Traitless, Relic, and Aku), equipping a small and medium Freeze Up combo will allow a single Healer to permanently StunLock any amount of enemies as long as he gets the first hit in, which can be set up by timing him into range, using other debuffers or the Thunderbolt Cannon, or for free if he happens to outrange the target or they're at the base. This has a wide range of applications depending on the stage and has the potential to snap normally difficult maps in two: he can stall the last enemy of a wave to buy time for cash generation or stacking an ungodly amount of long-distance units, let you build a stack of Warlock and Pierres to instakill the base without letting anything spawn, freeze groups of enemies until they hit the enemy limit and prevent a powerful threat from even spawning, or just permanently stun a boss to let your damage dealers beat it to a pulp without any fear of retaliation. Against Traitless bosses, even without a true permafreeze Healer can shine even more due to forming a powerful combo with Tourist Cat (who can cover Healer's downtime and extend the chain-stun while knocking the target back), which when utilized properly has the potential to cheese even the Heavenly Tower bosses. The only downside is that he's a time-limited unit exclusive to the VideoGame/MercStoria collab and its reruns.
* Master Uril was already a fairly high-tier Legend unit for his long-lasting Surges and ability to lock down Relics, but his True Form as Esoteric Uril potentially makes him one of the only Legend units that can truly be considered broken due to just how much it does for him. Right off the bat, Uril enjoys a hefty 30% HP buff and 50% attack buff to his already good stats, the latter of which is particularly devastating as the damage buff is effectively four times as strong due to his Level 3 Surge. Uril also gets the ability to target Aku, along with gaining the Strong and Curse abilities to go with his Slow, which turns him from merely a wide-range crowd controller into a genuine powerhouse that can control and gradually melt down both Relics and Akus at the same time, while Curse can almost permanently disable the Relics' own Curses along with any annoying statuses inflicted by Aku. In addition to damage, the Strong trait's damage reduction also makes him ridiculously bulky for a psuedo-backliner, with a Level 50 Uril having almost 300k effective HP against his targeted traits along with 3 knockbacks to reposition; he also gets a 20 second reduction to his cooldown time, so even if he dies, he's probably lasted long enough to just send out another. To help his new role, Uril also gets a range extension (giving him 405 range) and Surge Immune, which helps him safely gun down midrangers and avoid being sniped by enemy Surges, which in particular makes him laugh off the death Surges of powerful Aku like Condemned Peng or Fallen Bear, as well as Counter-Surge units like the Brainwashed Cats or Ibulijon. As an added bonus, Uril also gets Behemoth Slayer, which isn't as much of a help since a lot of Behemoths have Surge Immune, but still helps him take on any Behemoth that isn't, with him obliterating anything unfortunate enough to be an Aku/Relic Behemoth due to his stacking multipliers. All of this turns into a unit that is capable of surpassing even many Ubers in viability, and can almost single-handedly obliterate Relic or Aku-centric stages with as few as one supporting unit, with pretty much the only thing he's missing being Shield Piercer. The only caveat is that obtaining him requires you to fully clear both the Heavenly Tower (for the unit) and Infernal Tower (for the evolution), but if you can grab the True Forms of the UL Legends beforehand, you'll have a considerably easier time with the Infernal Tower.
