!!!The 1960s series and movies
* Day of Disaster has the bridge technicians thinking Brains may be insane and have escaped from an asylum.
** Even better when Lady Penelope rescues him from a psychiatrist and he catches her speaking into her [[ShoePhone makeup kit]], leading him to wonder if ''he'' needs to see psychiatrist!
** Earlier in the episode the Tracys learn that one of them accidentally ate one of the edible transmitters they have for emergencies. Alan had a light lunch before going on a run, so he can't have eaten it, leaving Scott, Virgil and Gordon as the suspects. Jeff tracks the signal to the room they're sitting in and sends the boys to their room one by one, chastising them for eating it in the first place. After Scott and Gordon leave, Jeff decides Virgil is responsible and sends him to his room to await the transmitter dissolver...but the signal is still in the room once he's left, and Tintin has brought in the transmitter dissolver. Jeff can only laugh at himself.
-->'''Jeff:''' All right Tintin. I'll come quietly.
-->''Alan hides behind a magazine and shakes with silent laughter''
* In "The Man from [=MI5=]", when they're in Monte Carlo, Lady Penelope gives Parker the night off. As he's leaving, Lady Penelope asks him what he's doing with the bag he's carrying. He starts to tell her that he's taking it in case he wins anything at the casino he's going to. [[EpicFail Then the bag falls open and all his burglary tools fall out]].
** Later, Lady Penelope asks him how he did at the casino, and he admits, sadly, that he lost. She asks how much he lost, to which Parker replies that it was ''what'' he lost. After a bit more prodding and uncertain murmuring....
-->'''Penelope:''' Come on, you can tell me.\
'''Parker:''' Your yacht, m'lady.
* "Vault of Death":
** Parker's roasting of Lil (the Creighton-Ward Mansion's cook) and his disgusted reactions to what Lady Penelope and Lord Silton will be eating for dinner.
** Lady Penelope's driving. The funny part is seeing her guest and Parker are in the backseat, covering their eyes.
* "Edge of Impact": The Hood, feeling smug that he's gotten away from the police, certain that Red Arrow is destoryed and the gold will be his, ends up going over the broken bridge, smashing into a cliff and falling into a river. General Bron's response to this seals it.
-->'''General Bron:''' You... fool! What was that bang I heard?! Not only have you let International Rescue ruin my plans, [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking but you have proved]] ''[[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking you cannot even DRIVE A CAR!!]]'' You must fend for yourself, now!
* Several from "The Mighty Atom":
** Parker and Kyrano fight over the drinks tray (notice that David Graham voices both characters at the same time).
-->'''Parker:''' Take your mitts off my tray!
** Lady Penelope screams at the robotic mouse (off-screen).
** The Hood crushes the robotic mouse after discovering photos of a terrified Lady Penelope.
-->'''The Hood:''' You stupid, foolish, idiotic failure!
* Alan's dream in ''Thunderbirds Are Go''. [[BigLippedAlligatorMoment Who the hell thought that up?]]
** Before that, after being told he and Tin-Tin aren't allowed to leave the base (despite Scott and Virgil being allowed without a second thought), Alan angrily declares he's going to bed. In a rather Seinfeld-esque moment:
-->'''Tin-Tin''' But won't you have some coffee, Alan?
-->'''Alan''' No thanks! It keeps me awake!
* The ending of the episode "Cry Wolf", Tony and Bob let Scott drive in the cart they use as Thunderbirds 2, only for him to turn out to be too heavy for the cart and ends up crashing through the barn and into some rubbish bins, it's topped by what Scott says after his bumpy ride:
--> '''Scott''': [[DeadpanSnarker The things I do for International Rescue...]]
* In "Danger at Ocean Deep", Parker switches a bottle of champagne (to be used for launching Ocean Pioneer II) with "pure tonic water", resulting in Parker and fellow chauffeur Stevens drinking copious toasts to Lady Penelope.
* Several from "The Cham-Cham", both involving Parker:
** Parker decks a sniper before he can shoot Penelope and Tin-Tin, but both end up rolling down the hill in a large HumanSnowball.
** After catching some hooks from Thunderbird 2 with an umbrella, Parker is launched from the cable car by the sudden stop. He is unharmed, though, since he floats to the ground with the umbrella [[Film/MaryPoppins Mary Poppins-style]].
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ntf9C6adZkI One commercial from 1993]] had the traditional countdown-- only for ''Thunderbird 1'' to stay on its' launchpad, much to the bafflement of the narrator, who [[RepeatedCueTardyResponse repeats "Thunderbirds are go!"]] again. Still no response. Turns out Scott's on break, eating a [=KitKat=]. At the end of the ad, the narrator frustratedly shouts "THUNDERBIRDS, GO!"
* "The Stately Homes Robberies":
** After Lady Penelope crashes the crooks' helijet, one of the crooks can be seen still trying to operate the controls even though the jet has been completely blown up.
** When Lady Penelope is confronting the crooks, one of them can be seen waving his arms around like a child having a tantrum.
** When Penelope and Parker are returning the jewels, Parker has a brief fantasy where he imagines himself as a king wearing the crown jewels. Penelope has to snap him out of it.

!!!The 2004 movie

* As a MythologyGag to the series' use of human hands in close-ups, they did the inverse during the ''Thunderbird 1'' launch- a ''puppet'' hand suddenly replaces Fermat's!.
* When Lady Penelope arrives to pick Alan up from school, he loudly (and around other people) pesters her if she's on a mission. She tells him to quieten down and "try to be discreet" as she is an undercover agent. Parked outside is ''FAB-1'', the ''most conspicuous car in existence.'' So much for "discreet".
* Earlier in the movie, Brains is seen fiddling around with an invention of his, which allows him to levitate a cell phone on his workstation- [[FunnyBackgroundEvent completely unaware he's managing to lift]] [[AchievementsInIgnorance the Mole behind him as well]].
* When Parker is flying FAB-1 to Tracy Island, Lady Penelope is casually reading items from a newspaper, to which Parker replies in his usual stoic form. She then casually adds "Oh, and England won the football last night.", causing [[NotSoStoic Parker to cheer wildly]] -- and briefly lose control of FAB-1, tossing Alan and Fermat around before he regains control.
** The fact that Lady Penelope ''doesn't'' get tossed around implies Parker does this ''a lot.''
* The Hood's LargeHam antics (along with his goons) can be pretty funny at times. Like when he has Brains [[ToTheBatpole activate the command and control center]], he's taken off-guard by the room's rotating, and Ben Kingsley's facial expressions just sell it. He's probably thinking "Whoa, didn't expect this. Gotta keep my self from falling over."
** When he tries to make Brains do it just before hand, his response? "[[CurseCutShort Fu- Fa- Fu- NO WAY!]]" The Hood's expression indicates he didn't think Brains was gonna swear at him.
** And when Jeff asks him who he is. He replies almost casually "Oh you can call me The Hood.", while he's looking at the floor. What was he looking at? The stuff that made the room rotate?
* This exchange:
-->'''Alan:''' Still think everything can be explained by science?
-->'''Fermat:''' Not girls!
* Alan asks where they're going to find something to solder with. Fermat and Tin-Tin look at each other and grin. He asks what they're looking at. Cut to him screaming as they rip the braces out of his mouth.
** When he mutters that he's going to kill her (muffled by the pliers Tin-Tin was using), Fermat asks what he said. Tin-Tin snarks that it was probably an apology, and they sneer at each other.
* Heck, most of Alan and Tin-Tin's BelligerentSexualTension is pretty funny.
* At one point, Alan cheers that he was able to escape the bad guys...only to look back and realize that he lost his friends.
