'''As a Moments subpage, all spoilers are unmarked [[Administrivia/SpoilersOff as per policy.]] Administrivia/YouHaveBeenWarned.'''
----
* The [[https://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/schmitts-gay/3505912 Schmitts Gay fake commercial]]. Where it is filmed as shot for shot parody of the original Schmidt's beer commercial. Where the dialog and opening intro match the original exactly, except instead of a group of athletic women rising out of the pool, it's a bunch of athletic men which reveals the twist about the [[StraightGay two protagonists]].
* "The Creator/ChrisFarley Show", with Chris meeting Music/PaulMcCartney. Also a SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome.
-->'''Chris:''' You.. you remember when you went to Japan.. and, uh, and at the airport they arrested you ’cause you had some pot, and.. it made all the papers, and everything..?\
'''Paul:''' Well, to be honest, Chris, I’d kind of like to forget all of that.\
'''Chris:''' ''(smacks himself)'' IDIOT! That’s so stupid! What a dumb question!\
'''Paul:''' No, no, no, Chris. I get asked that all the time in interviews. Maria Shriver asked the same question last week.\
'''Chris:''' Really? ''(pause)'' Did you know that she’s married to Arnold Schwartzenegger?\
'''Paul:''' Yeah, I've heard that.\
'''Chris:''' ... Did you see ''[[Film/TheTerminator Terminator]]''?
* The Schweddy Balls sketch. Even funnier if you close your eyes during it.
* Any [[MemeticBadass Bill Brasky]] sketch. "I once saw him scissor kick Creator/AngelaLansbury!"
* "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmqeZl8OI2M Do not taunt]] HappyFunBall."
* A site devoted to transcribing ''SNL'' sketches [[http://snltranscripts.jt.org/95/1995.phtml notes]] that the "[[https://youtu.be/Nc0FeUMQIA4 Wake Up and Smile]]" sketch in Season 21 defined how the show was recovering from season 20 (which, had its moments, but was really suffering from SeasonalRot in the same way the show was in its 6th and 11th seasons), and indeed it did — the audience response to the revelation of the winner in the battle between the host (Creator/WillFerrell) and the weatherman is one of true, and truly ''shocked'', laughter. Four words: "'''The weatherman is DEAD!'''"
* [[https://youtu.be/9iDOCLOqFyw Jingleheimer Junction.]] The Junction Gang's [[GenreBlindness inability to see what the big deal is]] and [[OnlySaneMan Jingleheimer Joe]]'s [[GenreSavvy increasingly-violent reactions to what's going on]] make it even funnier.
* From a 1993 episode, Creator/ChristopherWalken as "Ed Glosser, Trivial Psychic", a spoof of his movie ''Film/TheDeadZone'' where Walken is an office worker who can foretell events whenever he makes contact with people but they're all insignificant:
-->'''New Employee:''' (''played by Rob Schneider'') Nice to meet you! (''shakes Ed's hand and suddenly he and Ed act like a shock of electricity goes between them'')\
'''Ed Glosser:''' (''falls into his trance'') Tomorrow... on the way to work... you're gonna buy a cup of coffee...\
'''New Employee:''' (''anxious'') Yeah?\
'''Ed Glosser:''' Then you're gonna hail a cab...\
'''New Employee:''' Uh huh! Does the cab crash?!\
'''Ed Glosser:''' No.. you're gonna leave the coffee in the cab!\
'''New Employee:''' Okay.. I guess I'll just have to get another cup when I get here.\
'''Ed Glosser:''' (''grabs him by the shoulders'') Look! You don't get it! [[FauxHorrific You're wasting coffee]]!
* The real Janet Reno appearing in the final "Janet Reno's Dance Party" sketch. "It's Reno time!"
* The debut of [[https://youtu.be/Xv2VIEY9-A8 Matt Foley, Motivational Speaker]], during which Creator/DavidSpade is visibly ''struggling'' to keep from {{Corpsing}} and Creator/ChristinaApplegate is hiding behind her hair to keep from being seen laughing.
-->'''Matt Foley:''' Now, let’s get started by me giving you a little bit of a scenario of what '''my''' life is all about! First off, I am 35 years old, I am thrice divorced, and I live in a '''VAN''' down by the '''RIVER'''!
** This was shortly followed up [[https://youtu.be/1LyqPdZjQTY by Hartman hiring him again]] to ScareEmStraight regarding Halloween pranks.
* Creator/BobNewhart hosts? Why not reference the famous "Hi, Bob!" JustForFun/DrinkingGame. With Chris Farley and Chris Elliot [[https://youtu.be/vh9pZWCd8MU going shot-for-shot with one another]] while people chastise Bob for "encouraging" people playing the game--he actively wasn't--[[HypocriticalHumor while they are unknowingly sending Farley (especially) to higher levels of drunkenness]]. For additional context, they were standing over ''a tray'' of shot glasses. When that was exhausted, a waitress brought over another with even more. Even as Chris and Chris are falling over one another, the waitress comes back with a third tray as the sketch ends.
* During the 1993 World Series, the opening skit was that poking fun at the Blue Jays/Phillies series. It showed the Phillies in their dugout while "O Canada" was being sung, but each and every one of the Phillies were A) not standing at attention, B) had their caps or helmets on, and C) were chewing Chewin' Tobacco and occasionally spitting on the ground — all spot-on representations of the at-the-time Phillies. Extra points go to Creator/ChrisFarley, whose impersonation of John Kruk was ''dead on''.
* Creator/ChrisFarley, in his last ''SNL'' appearance before his untimely death, playing the [[TropeNamer Trope]]-[[ElNinoIsSpanishForTheNino naming]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H0-pHnykC9s El Nino.]]
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQYVRr0EYBA Jimmy Tango's FAT Busters]]. '''RIDE THE SNAKE.'''
* The "Gap Girls" sketches. Creator/ChrisFarley, Creator/DavidSpade and Creator/AdamSandler as teenaged girls hanging out at a mall food court.
** Aside from three grown men trying their best to imitate teenage girls, one of Farley's reactions is legendary:
--->'''Kristy (Spade):''' God I love these fries.
--->'''Cindy (Farley):''' ''(laughing)'' If you love 'em so much why don't ya marry them?! Can I have some?
--->(''Cindy starts shoveling down fries before Kristy even responds'')
--->'''Kristy (Spade):''' Uh sure, Cindy, go ahead.
--->'''Cindy (Farley):''' Oh God these are ''good!''
--->'''Lucy (Sandler):''' Uh, Cindy can you leave some for us?
--->'''Kristy (Spade):''' I thought you were, um...trying to lose weight...?
--->'''Cindy (Farley):''' ''(grabbing Spade, with Farley briefly dropping the teenage girl routine)'' LAY OFF ME, I'M STARVING! ...ahaha, diet starts Monday!
** Lucy, Adam Sandler's character, gets super upset when Kristy and Cindy joke about Michael Jackson being a child molester.
--->'''Lucy''': That's not fair! You guys already convicted him! All his charges are based on hearsay and conjenture! It's all circumstantial and anecdotal evidence!
--->'''Kristy''': ''What?''
--->'''Lucy''': I'm just telling you what I heard.
--->'''Kristy''': Do you even know what those words mean?
--->'''Lucy''': No! ''(Starts giggling)''
* One of the few times Creator/PhilHartman ever corpsed during his tenure. By the end of [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgEe28dOViU this skit,]] he's quite visibly having difficulty keeping it together. Apparently Hartman was thinking about the absurdity of the situation, and how FrankensteinsMonster would deal with it, and then he thought about how the Monster would sound laughing. [[HilarityEnsues It just got worse from there]].
-->'''Frankenstein''': FIRE--''([[ThrowItIn realizes he's going the wrong way]])''--BAD! ''(smashes through back wall of set)''
* The 1992 sketch where President-elect UsefulNotes/BillClinton (Creator/PhilHartman) stops by a [=McDonald=]'s while jogging with his Secret Service agents (Creator/KevinNealon and Creator/TimMeadows). He talks with every diner in there while taking a bite out of their food.
-->'''Clinton:''' I just want to mingle with the American people, talk with some real folks... and maybe get a Diet Coke, or something...
-->'''Secret Service Agent #1''': Fine. But please don't tell Mrs. Clinton.
-->'''Clinton:''' Jim, let me tell you something -- there's gonna be ''a lot of things'' we don't tell Mrs. Clinton about!
* "Unforgivable," a commercial spoofing Natalie Cole's duet with her dead father Nat King Cole "Unforgettable". This time, Natalie (Ellen Cleghorne) sings along with recordings of her dad's old dead friends, like Creator/SammyDavisJr (Creator/TimMeadows), Creator/EthelMerman (Creator/JuliaSweeney), Creator/JudyGarland (Creator/MikeMyers), [[Music/TheMamasAndThePapas Mama Cass]] (Creator/ChrisFarley), young (Creator/RobSchneider) AND old Music/ElvisPresley (Creator/JohnGoodman) and even Tammy Wynette (Creator/MelanieHutsell) who's actually still alive, and she's '''pissed''':
-->''(Natalie Cole sings "Stand By Your Man")''\
'''Tammy Wynette:''' Hey! I am NOT dead!\
'''Natalie Cole:''' (singing) ''[[RepeatAfterMe I am not dead]]''\
'''Tammy Wynette:''' This is how rumors gets started!\
'''Natalie Cole:''' ''This is how rumors get started''\
'''Tammy Wynette:''' Cut it out, bitch!\
'''Natalie Cole:''' ''Cut it out, biiitch''
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVsQLlk-T0s The infamous Cowbell sketch]]. A performance such as Creator/ChristopherWalken's, in which he got ''the entire assembled cast'' to [[{{Corpsing}} corpse]] due to his LargeHam performance was an absolute joy to see.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMNNl7La9UI "OVER THE WEEKEND, YOU STUPID BITCH!"]] The part that really sells it is Creator/ChrisFarley's "What now?!" expression, practically daring his co-stars to start corpsing.
* Creator/ChrisFarley and Creator/PatrickSwayze [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stqG2ihMvP0 auditioning]] as ChippendalesDancers.
** As many have pointed out, Swayze does a great job [[OhCrap acting concerned]] that he could really lose. It makes the bit even funnier.
* The first ''Series/TheMcLaughlinGroup'' sketch with Creator/DanaCarvey as host and moderator John [=McLaughlin=] who always yells "WRONG!" interrupting a member of the group when they try to give an answer and gives his answer which is usually insane. In another sketch, after he declares a prediction on how the show will start to be "WRONG!" he declares the subsequent rimshot "WRONG!" And on an earlier issue:
-->'''John [=McLaughlin=]:''' ''[rapidly]'' Jack, wrong! Pat, wrong! Fred, wrong! Morton, wrong!
** The Halloween edition of that skit, which had [=McLaughlin=] himself showing up and taking over the discussion.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VdQKVDUBu2g The coffee commercial sketch]], spoofing Folger's "We've secretly replaced their coffee" commercials, showing an outtake in which a customer played by Creator/ChrisFarley [[BerserkButton goes batshit]] when he's informed [[FelonyMisdemeanor this isn't the coffee he originally ordered]].
-->'''Knorben Knussen:''' Mr. Huff, how do feel about your experience on hidden camera?
-->'''Mr. Huff:''' An-gry...
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7SdIJimk-w8 The Sinatra Group]] is an all-time classic whose premise is Music/FrankSinatra (Creator/PhilHartman) hosting a roundtable of music discussions which featured Music/SineadOConnor (Jan Hooks), Music/BillyIdol (Music/{{Sting}}), Luther Campbell (Creator/ChrisRock), Steve Lawrence (Creator/MikeMyers) and Eydie Gorme (Victoria Jackson). This sketch's hilarity ranges from Sinatra insisting that Campbell has talent, Sting's pretty dead-on Billy Idol impression, and the numerous Sinead O'Connor nicknames ("Sinbad", "Uncle Fester", "Sign Aid") but the capper is what may be one of the single greatest lines ever uttered on SNL. Robert Smigel, who wrote this sketch, has explained that he'd come up with the line years before -- it was just a matter of figuring out the kind of person who would actually ''say'' it and giving it to them!
-->'''Sinatra:''' [[BadassBoast You don't scare me, I got CHUNKS of guys like you in my STOOL!]]
* The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4Gh_IcK8UM Old Glory Robot Insurance]] commercial wouldn't work in most normal cases, but with Sam Waterston in the sketch as the spokesman, it's one of the greatest commercials in SNL history. E!'s countdown of greatest SNL moments reveals that everyone was confused by Waterston's delivery at the initial readthrough -- until he explained that he was approaching it from the perspective of [[MoneyDearBoy someone who was only in it for the money]]. Knowing this makes the sketch even funnier.
* From the first time Charles Barkley hosted (in 1993), there was the monologue where he challenges Barney the Dinosaur to a game of basketball -- and Barney gets his ass handed to him (to the point that stuffing is coming out of tears in the costume and his fake eye is hanging out). Made all the funnier when the two become friends in the end and walk off the court to the end theme of ''Series/BarneyAndFriends''.
* In a fantastic parody of ''Film/{{Planet of the Apes|1968}}'', the first fifteen minutes of the episode hosted by Creator/CharltonHeston from season 19 (he hosted before in season 12, but that episode never had this sketch), he oversleeps in his dressing room for a very '''long''' time and wakes up the show is taken over by apes (really people in ape masks, of course)! The people in the opening credits were all replaced by apes -- their names referencing actual characters from the movie series -- and even the band members and the audience during the monologue were apes!
** During the cold open Heston finds the regular human cast all locked up in a cage all dirty with long hair and dressed in rags. He goes to talk to Phil but he has a blank look on his face and sees a big scar on the side of his head:
-->'''Charlton Heston:''' Oh damn you! Damn you all to hell! You [[{{Lobotomy}} cut out his brain!]] ''(goes to Creator/ChrisFarley next oh him)'' Chris! Chris what about you? Talk to me! Are you okay?\
''(sees Chris has a dumb smile on his face like he's been lobotomized like Phil)''
-->'''Heston:''' Oh my god you've cut out his brain too!
-->'''Tim Meadows:''' No, Mr. Heston, Chris is fine, he's always like this.
-->'''Chris Farley:''' ''{{Film/The Ten Commandments|1956}}'' was awesome!
* From a 1995 "Hollywood Minute" segment of "Weekend Update", Creator/DavidSpade says [[TakeThat "Look, children, it's a falling star! Make a wish!"]] as he mocks Creator/EddieMurphy's (then-)lackluster career. Even though this ''really'' [[BerserkButton pissed Murphy off]] (and it was met with shocked groans from the audience), it's hilariously scathing.
* The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXyW5w5RRFY "Herlihy Boy" sketch]] with Creator/AdamSandler and Creator/ChrisFarley. Chris makes a hilarious "Heh?" sound after each line, while Adam struggles so hard to maintain composure as Farley loses his temper:
-->'''Chris Farley:''' Can we '''STOP THIS CRUEL GAME, AND ALLOW THE BOY TO KEEP ONE SHRED OF DIGNITY?! FOR GOD'S SAKE'S, I CAN'T STAND TO SEE HIM IN ALL THIS PAIN! [[PunctuatedForEmphasis YOU! VICIOUS! BASTARDS!]] LET HIM MOVE IN WITH YOU! IS IT SO BAD TO SEE SOMEBODY HAPPY?! SO JUST LET HIM MOVE IN!! For the LOVE OF GOD, LET THE BOY MOVE IN WITH YOU!! GOOD LORD!'''
** In a follow-up sketch, the Herlihy Boy's now offering dog sitting services and escalates to begging people to let him be their dog. Farley's character almost launches into another angry tirade [[MoodWhiplash before he stops and calmly states he's not entirely sure what they're supposed to be doing at this point]]. As soon as the Herlihy Boy confirms he wants to be someone's dog, Farley goes right back to screaming '''"GOOD LORD! LET THE BOY BE YOUR DOG! HE JUST WANTS TO BE LOVED! IF YOU CAN'T SEE THAT THIS DOG NEEDS A HOME, WELL THEN YOU MY FRIEND ARE A JACKASS!!!!"'''
* A sketch from a 1993 Creator/JeffGoldblum episode where a street guitarist (Rob Schneider) in a subway station who gets angry when a rider played by Goldblum tries to give him money. The guitarist keeps insisting he's not a beggar even though everything he sings suggests otherwise:
-->Please give me money\
I'm very hungry.\
Please give me money\
So I can eat.\
I don't have another job\
This is what I do for a living.\
Please give me money\
So I won't starve.
** Later, Adam Sandler asks if he can join him on harmonica. Schneider enthusiastically agrees, only for his next verse to command Sandler to go away because he'd rather play alone. Sandler says he'll go, but Schneider insists he stay, and then sings the following:
--->You didn't go away\
So now I have to kill you\
When you are not looking\
I'll push you into the next train.
** Also from this episode, the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kd9TIkbwEM8 "Wave Starter at a Baseball Game"]] (Goldblum) ''really'' wants people to appreciate his efforts.
* In an otherwise lackluster season, the Creator/DavidHydePierce episode of Season 20 had some good moments. In one of them, he and Michael [=McKean=] play accountants burning the midnight oil in order to improve the fine print of a contract. During the sketch, Michael begins to tap a pencil against his desk, which annoys David. "Sorry, it's a nervous habit." But David has an even weirder "nervous habit". "You're shearing a sheep. Could you cut it out? It's very distracting. If I can't tap the pencil, I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't shear."
* Creator/ChrisFarley's impersonation of New York City mayor's Rudy Giuliani's hyperactive young son.
* On October 23 1993, during ''Weekend Update with Kevin Nealon'', Creator/ChrisFarley appeared [[https://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/weekend-update-segment---philadelphia-slobs/n10472 as Philadelphia Phillies player John Kruk]] for a commentary. This was also the same night [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1993_World_Series#Game_6 Game 6 of the World Series]] took place between the Phillies and the Toronto Blue Jays, the latter leading three games to two at the time. Nealon asks him why he’s not in Toronto at the game. [[OhCrap Realizing there was a game that same night]], Kruk becomes speechless and embarrassed. Kruk then asks dejectedly what happened at the game, to which Nealon replied "Toronto won 8-6," which also meant the Blue Jays won the World Series. This lead Kruk to get even more flustered. What also makes this skit funnier is that ''Weekend Update'' occurred right after the game was over.
* ''Space: The Infinite Universe with Harry Caray'', with Ferrell's impersonation of the memorably eccentric Cubs announcer going down as one of his iconic moments. Creator/JeffGoldblum, the only other actor in the skit, has a really tough time not corpsing at Ferrell!Caray's nonsensical babble ("It's a simple question, would you eat the moon if it was made out of barbecued spare ribs?! Just say yes and we'll move on!") and at one point, completely breaks down to the point where the camera stays on Ferrell while Goldblum works it out with the crowd going wild. Also delivers a fantastic BrickJoke that's so good, Ferrell almost corpses himself before delivering it ("That's why my friends call me 'Whiskers'!"). And never once is it brought up why Harry Caray is hosting a science show in the first place.
* Caray's interview with Linda Ham (Joan Allen) is similar, but adding to the surrealism, the real Harry Caray had actually died nine months earlier. A deeply confused Ham struggles with her prepared remarks for a few seconds and then just gives up:
-->'''Linda Ham:''' Please, please forgive me for asking this, but didn't you ''die''?
-->'''Harry Caray:''' Yes I did. What's your point?
-->'''Linda Ham:''' Uh... oh, nothing.
* The first time the Wrestling/{{WWE}} did a crossover with SNL (read: Wrestling/DwayneJohnson hosted). To wit:
** The Rock appearing on a morning talk show and freaking out the hosts just with his presence alone. It caps off with him singing [[Music/ElvisPresley "Are You Lonesome Tonight?"]] (with Wrestling/MickFoley providing backup vocals while Wrestling/TheBigShow does interpretive dance in the background)
** The Nicotrel skit, where The Rock is a live-in smoking habit breaker:
--->'''Husband''': ''(pulls out a pack of cigarettes)'' Now, whenever I want a cigarette--''(get snatched out of his seat by The Rock from behind)'' OH GOD NO...\
'''Nick O. Trell''': STOP SMOKING! ''(punches the husband a few times)'' Here's how it works...''(punch)'' Nick lives with you...''(punch)'' Nick sees you smoking...''(punch)'' Nick gets angry--Nick gets angry, you don't smoke, period. ''([[ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill wails on the husband before chucking him out the front window]])''
** This also has a run-in by other wrestler friends, with Wrestling/TripleH, Wrestling/TheBigShow and Wrestling/MickFoley trying to stop the Rock...only to beat him up harder. Mick even drops a People's Elbow!
* In a sketch spoofing the 1992 Presidential debates, featuring Creator/PhilHartman as UsefulNotes/BillClinton and Creator/DanaCarvey as UsefulNotes/GeorgeHWBush [[ActingForTwo and Ross Perot]], Clinton imagines Bush as an old woman in a silly dress, Bush imagines Clinton as a bong-smoking hippie, and Bush ''and'' Clinton imagine Perot as a Munchkin from ''Film/TheWizardOfOz''.
* From the 1999 episode hosted by Creator/JerrySeinfeld, Seinfeld after being sent to prison in the ''{{Series/Seinfeld}}'' finale is transferred to the one seen on the prison series ''Series/{{Oz}}''. Which was filmed on the actual set used for the show, with the very same actors who appear in it - making it a rare moment where instead of just being a parody like most ''Saturday Night Live'' sketches about movies or TV show, it instead ends up coming off as an unofficial {{Crossover}} between ''Oz'' and ''Seinfeld''. The fastidious Jerry blithely goes through his daily routine while interacting with that show's characters like white supremacist Schillinger and his bitch/nemesis Tobias Beecher. Things like PrisonRape are talked about like about the mundane minutia on his own show:
-->'''Jerry Seinfeld:''' You missed out on the make-up sodomy?
-->'''Tobias Beecher:''' I missed out on the sodomy!
-->'''Jerry:''' The make-up sodomy's the best part of being nailed to a gym floor!
-->'''Beecher:''' Missed out, baby!
** And in a nod to ''Seinfeld'''s most famous episode:
--->'''Jerry''': ''(To Schillinger, O'Reilly and Augustus)'' Whoever goes the longest without committing male rape wins the Contest.
*** The first person to fold out of the bet? '''''[[WheelchairAntics Augustus.]]'''''
* Creator/DanaCarvey returning to host in 1996 and playing NBC anchor Tom Brokaw being coaxed by offscreen producer (Robert Smigel) into recording various contingency announcements of the death of former President UsefulNotes/GeraldFord. It includes unlikely scenarios as Ford overdosing on crack cocaine and eaten by wolves. (This skit was originally performed on an unaired episode of ''Series/TheDanaCarveyShow''.)
* From the 1996 Creator/RobertDowneyJr episode, a [[https://youtu.be/qNzNeGw8Fmo spoof]] of ''Film/WestSideStory1961'' with Norm [=MacDonald=] as a gang leader wondering why and how his friends are suddenly able to spontaneously go into a choreographed song and dance.
* Creator/BarbraStreisand [[https://youtu.be/oiJkANps0Qw?t=7m6s dropping in]] on an episode of "Coffee Talk with Linda Richman". Note that Streisand wasn't even a guest that week -- she dropped in entirely by surprise after a nearby performance and Creator/MikeMyers, Music/{{Madonna}}, and Roseanne Barr [[EnforcedMethodActing screamed like fangirls]], with Madonna even channeling [[Film/WaynesWorld Garth]] by bowing to Barbra.
-->'''Linda''': That's all the time we have, I have to go and die now!
* Another fun movie spoof for a guest host monologue: Creator/BillPaxton mentions how nice the cast has been to him all week, but cutting to backstage we learn that it's a cruel setup for the old ''Film/{{Carrie|1976}}'' pig's blood prank (complete with split-screens). They didn't count on Paxton having psychic powers of his own...once he's managed to set the studio and the conniving cast members on fire, he cheerfully assures the audience (apparently spared from the extra-crispy treatment) that there's a great show coming up!
** From the same episode, an alternate ending to ''Film/{{Titanic 1997}}'' where Paxton's character and his salvage crew get tired of listening to Old Rose' story and beat her up. Then, we cut to Creator/JamesCameron, who reveals that this ending was scrapped after a poor test screening, and the sketch ends with Cameron smoking a cigar lit by a burning dollar bill.
* From the Creator/LucyLawless episode, Lucy as Music/FleetwoodMac singer Music/StevieNicks doing a commercial for her new Tex-Mex restaurant "Stevie Nicks' Fajita Roundup". Lucy does a dead on impression of Nicks singing all her famous songs but with Mexican food items placed in them!
-->''(sings to the tune of "Rhiannon")'' "Chicken fajitas taste real fine/Wouldn't you love to eat them?
-->My chips and salsa are mighty fine/No one round here can beat 'em."
* From 1994, Creator/AdamSandler performing his song "Lunchlady Land" on guitar with Creator/ChrisFarley dancing around as the "lunchlady" and most of the other cast members and a few writers dressed as various food items and Kevin Nealon as "Sloppy Joe". Sandler breaks as Farley and Nealon slow dance together.
* From the Emilio Estevez episode, Estevez, Sandler, Farley, and Spade as bodybuilders hosting a show called "How Much Ya Bench?" When discussing actors they don't like, Estevez's character, Frankie, makes fun of Creator/CharlieSheen (Estevez's real life brother) and says he will beat him up. Later on, Sheen calls the show and BreaksTheFourthWall by threatening Estevez himself to which the latter tries explaining that it's just a sketch.
-->'''Frankie''': All right, next caller. You’re on. How much ya bench?
-->'''Charlie Sheen''': ''Hey, steroid-boy. This is Charlie Sheen. [[BringIt You want a piece of me?]]''
-->'''Frankie''': Yeah! Where you at, pretty boy?
-->'''Charlie Sheen''': ''[[TheVillainKnowsWhereYouLive You know where I live,]] [[BreakingTheFourthWall Emilio.]] [[OhCrap I'll be right here.]]''
-->'''Frankie/Emilio:''' ''(trying to not break character)'' Hey, Charlie. Come on, it’s just a sketch.
-->'''Charlie Sheen:''' ''Oh, yeah? Well it’s just a beatin’! Get ready for it!'' [hangs up]
* This [[http://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/transit-workers/n10376?snl=1 bit]] that perfectly sums up riding the NYC subway back in those days.
* This [[https://youtu.be/CYeEAx-0sGg Olympics]] spoof which is not only funny, but eerily accurate, as everyone was falling left and right at the Olympics that year.
* The [[https://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/happy-smile-patrol/2860769 Happy Smile Patrol]] skit. A pre-taped kids show gets cornier and cornier as the news interruptions get more gruesome.
* The message from the actual George H.W. Bush during one episode, addressing Dana Carvey's impression of him.
--> '''Bush''': In all my years of government service, I never once said "Na ga da."[[labelnote:Note]]("not gonna do it.")[[/labelnote]]
* [[https://youtu.be/MkyNaSz-zZA "Hub's Gyros"]] in the April 10, 1993 episode hosted by Creator/JasonAlexander is the 90s successor to the "Cheezeborger! Cheezeborger!" sketch, with Hub (Creator/RobSchneider) and his co-workers (Creator/ChrisFarley, Robert Smigel, and Creator/AdamSandler) repeatedly asking customers questions like "You like-a the juice, huh?" or "You like-a the sauce, huh?", [[LampshadeHanging eventually acknowledging]] [[OverlyLongGag how long and drawn-out the entire sketch was getting]].
* When Creator/MikeMyers returns to host after leaving the show, he sings a song about how excited he is that he gets to host and tells all the cast members they can eventually host one day too. He then bumps into his old cast-mate Creator/TimMeadows:
-->'''Mike:''' Thanks for coming by to support me!\
'''Tim:''' Mike, I'm still in the cast.\
'''Mike:'''... Didn't you leave with Farley and Spade?\
'''Tim:''' No.\
'''Mike:''' ... Well I'm sure you'll host. Bye!
* Introducing [[https://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/bioflex/2861339 Bioflex]], the world's first perfect total workout system. What sells it is the perfectly serious infomercial-style narration describing and highlighting onscreen the various muscle groups being exercised as if what's going on is something more than just a NoHoldsBarredBeatdown by a vicious FrazettaMan.
* Shaun Mondavi, stepson of the famous Robert Mondavi, [[https://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/shaun-mondavi-vineyards/2872692 tries to promote his own wine label]]... despite the fact that he's got no idea how to make wine, and the random concoction he's come up with even sends ''him'' into dry heaves.
* From the Creator/SharonStone episode. Aside from her monologue being a parody of the interrogation scene from ''Film/BasicInstinct'', in one skit, she plays a beautiful woman sitting at a bar, completely lonely because all the men are so intimidated by her beauty that they turn into babbling idiots everytime they try to talk to her. Until one guy--who's considerably less attractive than she is--finally works up the nerve to do so and suddenly ''she's'' the moron who can't string a sentence together.
* Wayne and Garth's special report on the Gulf War, where they award a Best/Worst list of media coverage. Worst correspondent name goes to Wolf Blitzer because "[[RealityIsUnrealistic It's so obvious the guy made it up for the war]]."
-->'''Wayne:''' Yeah! I know, it's like, "Hi, we now take you to our war correspondent, Howitzer Explosion Guy."
* February 7, 1998: Moses (Creator/JohnGoodman) presents the Ten Commandments to the Israelites, but when he gets to the Seventh Commandment, "Thou shalt not commit adultery", UsefulNotes/BillClinton (Creator/DarrellHammond) asks whether some things would count as adultery, but eventually, [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere Moses gets so sick of Clinton's questions he breaks the Commandment tablets and leaves]].
* From the Creator/GwynethPaltrow episode: Jack Perkins (Hammond) announces that A&E is going to replace him as host of ''Biography'' with former ''CBS This Morning'' host Harry Smith. So, he presents "The Biography of Harry Smith," in which Smith is accused of being the son of Adolf Hitler and a baboon, responsible for the Manson family becoming drug-crazed murderers, and [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking addicted to sniffing other people's farts]]. Hell, practically every moment of this skit.
-->'''Paula Zahn:''' Of all the things that impress me about Harry, I would have to say the most compelling is his integrity, both as a journalist and as a man.\
'''Perkins:''' ''(behind the camera, drunk)'' Why do you lie so much?\
'''Zahn:''' Excuse me?\
'''Perkins:''' He stinks, and so do you!\
'''Zahn:''' Hey, what the hell is going on here?
* February 6, 1993: The "Weekend Update" segment has a "Point/Counterpoint" segment between Music/MickJagger (Creator/MikeMyers) and Music/KeithRichards (played by the real Mick), that culminates with Mick!Keith yelling "Mick, you ignorant slut!".
