1	* Any moment where you play the Poké Flute within a Pikachu's earshot.

3	* Meowth [[TheDogBitesBack getting hit with Pidgey's gust]].
4	** Dancing Meowth, which, of course, requires the [=PokéFlute=] or using Pester Balls to simply save Meowth from the vengeful Pidgey.
5	* You can find a sleeping Snorlax on the Beach stage. Simply taking a photo won't yield any satisfactory results, but hit it with a Pester Ball and it'll sit up and scratch its stomach for a few seconds. Use the Poké Flute, and it will suddenly jump up and ''dance!''
6	* In the beach level, an Eevee is seen playing with a pink ball. When you throw Pokémon Food or a Pester Ball at it, the ball is revealed to be a Chansey. Its egg also flies right up into the air, which the Chansey catches in its pouch.
7	* The first Pikachu you see in the Tunnel stage. Take its picture, and it'll run off until it hops on the first Electrode. And then Electrode [[StuffBlowingUp explodes]] with Pikachu unharmed but startled.
8	* The Volcano stage has a group of Charmander yelling "Char!" over and over. Michael Haigney's voice especially makes it funny.
9	** If the first Charmander in the stage reaches Pokémon Food thrown by you before the Magmar next to it does, [[DisproportionateRetribution Magmar will get so mad, it will attack Charmander with fire breath]]. [[TheDogBitesBack Charmander then evolves into Charmeleon, scaring Magmar into playing dead]].
10	** Throw Pokémon Food right between two Magmar, and they will fight over it, knocking each other out with Flamethrower if they both reached it at the same time.
11	* The River stage is a cornucopia of comedy. We have Bulbasaur's "Bul-ba!" when it gets hit with a Pester Ball, the Slowpoke, and the funniest part of the stage is Psyduck. If you hit the yellow ducky with Pokémon Food or a Pester Ball, it sinks into the water, but it'll continuously pop out of the water and quack.
12	* The Cave stage has the Ditto posing as Bulbasaur, as well as Pikachu being kidnapped by a Zubat. If you rescue Pikachu by pelting Pester Balls at Zubat, it'll fly down on balloons it sprouts from its back.
13	** Jigglypuff getting upset at players who interrupt its singing by either throwing an apple or playing the [=PokéFlute=].
14	* Upon entering the Valley, three Squirtle swim in front of the vehicle. They show up again later to knock a Mankey off a cliff, as if it were a bowling pin.
15	* The sound Pikachu makes after it eats Pokémon food. CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
16	* The official strategy guide has this gem when explaining the ZERO-ONE's hovercraft mode.
17	--> Since the crumbling rock walls of the Cave are too unstable to support a vehicle, jet thrusters activate to enable the ZERO-ONE to hover safely. Unfortunately, [[ComicallyMissingThePoint there are no in-flight snacks on this trip]].
18	* If, for whatever reason, you took a photo of a Pokémon, with their rear end pointed at the camera, and then show it to Oak, his reaction is pretty funny.
19	* One of Mew's boss patterns is it literally wiggling its feet at you.
20	* A few of Oak's bonus criteria are worth a chuckle, as they make him come across as EasilyImpressed.
