1	* When Bowser Jr. returns to the (now airborne) Bowser Castle, a group of brainwashed Goombas ask him to take a seat and that the "theater" is only in a merely temporary state of nonexistence.
2	* One of Ludwig's sub-captain skills is to coerce an enemy on the opposite team into joining the Koopa Troop by making [[UnreadablyFastText rapid-fire deals]]. If they're convinced, they leave the battle, angering the enemy leader. If they ''refuse'', Ludwig cuts the deal and gets a stat boost, clearly snubbed.
3	* When Jr finds Iggy suffering from amnesia on the beach, he speaks entirely in outdated phrases and sayings with a handy translation appearing on the bottom of the screen. Which in turn is far more eloquent than anything he ever said before. The reason for this is that the sage Kuzzle thought he was his grandson Charlie and tried to teach him how to be "hip". After getting Iggy back to normal, Kaley passes by whom Kuzzle ALSO mistakes for his granddaughter. And he can't tell which one of them she is!
4	* As inspiring Bowser Junior’s end speech is, when he asks “Is it so wrong to help my dad try to take over the Mushroom Kingdom?” Most fans can’t help but respond with a FlatYes.
5	* Ludwig gets into a heated Pose-off with Dieter, mimicking his poses as the other characters either watching silently or ignoring them. By the end both of them are clearly winded.
6	** In a throwaway line, Kamek calls the both of them "amateurs", as if he could do better.
7	** After the final battle, Ludwig decides to do those poses again in celebration.
8	* When Bowser Jr. Is thinking back on how badly he treated The Koopalings, one of the scenes has Kaley in the background. He wasn't really paying attention to her, so she spends the whole flashback [[FunnyBackgroundEvent looking around and spinning mindlessly.]]
9	* Captain Koopa Troopa decided to reinvent himself from a RhymesOnADime gimmick to a full-blown PungeonMaster. [[CannotTellAJoke He's as good at it as you'd expect]]. He doesn't even get ChirpingCrickets, just plain old wind.
