* The term "Brother" seems like a rather odd term to use to describe relationships with other people regardless of gender, but then you find out in the second game that ''[[VideoGame/MegaManBattleNetwork Lan Hikari]] started the system, and he based it off his bond with Hub''. You see, he notices that whenever he and Hub worked together, miracles could happen due to this "Link Power", and decided to try and connect the world through this. He succeeded, to say the least. Also, 'brother' sounds like 'broader'. So 'brotherband' can be read as 'broader band', a pun on broadband.
* Gemini Spark, Crown Thunder, and Hollow are all the most powerful fighters in their own class? Why? They're [[ShockAndAwe Elec]]-[[ElementalPowers Type]], which means that their powers are the closest to electromagnetism proper, where as all the other powers are modified into the elements.
[[AC: Mega Man Star Force]]
* In the first game, how is an elementary school student like Luna allowed to drive a car? Self driving car aside, when Taurus possesses it, its top speed is still slow enough for Geo to outrun without wave changing (around 9 mph). It's not so safe that Geo shouldn't get out of the way, but the driver/car can brake quickly, people in their way can evade it, and crashing the car causes fewer injuries.
* Mr. Shepar's philosophy is that children shouldn't only know how to study and take tests, and his dungeon puzzles reflect what he hates. The puzzles are rapid math and trivia questions, most reasonable, but some that can't be solved in the time given (ex. How many U's are in UUUUUUUUUUUUUUU). Since the questions repeat, it's easy to memorize the answers and skim the questions. The result is mindlessly answering rote questions, exactly what Mr. Shepar opposes.
* Ophiuca's dungeon wallpaper shows a snake being eaten by a pitcher plant. The constellation Ophiuchus isn't just a snake, it's the snake-bearer that has been interpreted as Apollo restraining a serpent.
* Omega-Xis isn't really based on any sort of constellation, unlike the rest of the [=FM=]-ians. Considering, as it turns out, he isn't one, him not matching up with them makes a lot more sense.
* It seems that Andromeda is a stupid name for a world-destroying war machine, until you realize that the FM-King's name, Cepheus, is also that of the mythological Andromeda's father, both of whom also are constellations in the sky to fit in with the theme. Andromeda is also the name of the largest nearby galaxy which will someday collide with and eat our galaxy. This could throw our solar system into the combined mass of Sagittarius A star and Andromeda's supermassive blackhole or kick it out of the combined galaxy entirely. Either way, it would be a pretty big world ending event though it would take some time.

[[AC: Mega Man Star Force 2]]
* It would seem like a missed opportunity that [[TheRival Rogue]] [[MirrorBoss doesn't use the same tools as the player]]. His Rogue Break is treated as a regular attack instead of a Giga Card like the player's version and the Satellite Admins's respective [[SignatureMove Giga Cards]] during their boss fights, and he never uses any Mega Cards or even the Rogue Tribes that the player can use. However it actually does make sense when you take several factors into account:
** The Tribe forms require [=MegaMan=] to embrace the Tribes within their respective OOPArts and their Link Power, an act which goes completely against Rogue's identity due to his past experiences with large groups of people; even if he were to theoretically subjugate the OOPArts so he could use their power, the Tribes would either reject Rogue for his selfishness or consume his soul. Furthermore, the Rogue Tribes require the player to have their Tribe Form and all 6 Indie Frags, and since Rogue would never use a Tribe Form or accept Link Power, he wouldn't be able to use any of the Rogue Tribe forms anyway.
** Another would be that the only people Rogue could easily get Mega Cards from are [[TheDragon Hollow]] or [[SycophanticServant Dark Phantom]], neither of whom he has any reason to trust; the only alternatives would be deleting the various bosses you fight, but since most of them are people that Hyde is manipulating, Solo runs the risk of Hyde ratting him out to Vega for undermining her plans, which also preventing Solo from carrying out his own plans to return to Mu and restore it to greatness. The only other options are Geo's friends, and Solo sees them as a bunch of weaklings [[FriendshipHatingAntagonist whose bonds with Geo disgust him]], and because Solo does not have the patience to gain stronger Mega Cards or cultivate any of the benefits derived from the friendships and bonds that he despises.
** Furthermore, Rogue is a hyper-individualistic person who relies only on his own power. Therefore even if he only used Mega and Giga Cards like the player does, the very idea that would have effectively [[SummonMagic summon other people to fight for him]] goes against his own personal philosophy and would also be an insult to his pride as a warrior.
* Apollo Flame's mother is implied to be Le Mu, though it makes more sense in the Japanese version where it's called Ra Mu. Apollo and Ra are both Sun gods from Greek and Egyptian mythology respectfully.
** Further more, Ra Mu's strongest form is called Ra Mu XA. In the Japanese version XA is actually the first two letters of the word χάος -the Greek word for Chaos-, which is a reference to the first Greek deity, much like how Ra Mu is considered the God of EM Waves and as such, the first EM being to exist.

* [[http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessage.php?board=946070&topic=50677820 A topic on]] Website/GameFAQs shows quite a few people didn't realize that Wizard is a pun on the type of program.
* Though the HandWave for Apollo Flame's resurrection by Sirius is somewhat iffy (for starters Apollo Flame being in a different universe), on a few levels it does make sense:
** It's confirmed that Star Force 2's post-game is canon because [=MegaMan=] recognizes Apollo Flame from their previous fight, meaning that Sirius has justification for resurrecting one of the strongest EM warriors in the universe
** Apollo Flame is an EM-being and in-game, bosses leave EM ghosts behind that can be refought. Despite being destroyed, the Black Hole Server allowed Sirius to find the latest version of Apollo Flame's EM data (post-defeat) and resurrect Apollo from a back up file.
** Apollo's slight change in character could either be interpreted as Sirius trying to rewrite his personality, only for Apollo's pride to allow him to keep his sense of self (and because Apollo is implied to know how to rewrite EM-Beings as established in [=SF2=]'s postgame) or because Apollo's time with Sirius allowed him to expand his horizons and develop a purpose beyond his mother's programming.
* Out of all the bosses that have the Σ suffix, why Apollo Flame, Moon Destroyer, Sirius and Crimson Dragon specifically? Aside from one of them being the FinalBoss, one being an OptionalBoss and the other two being [[{{Superboss}} Superbosses]], there's another reason: ThemeNaming! Their names are a reference to the Sun, Moon, Stars and Meteors respectively.
** To a lesser extent, Rogue ZZ makes far more sense when you remember that Rogue's abilities make him an {{Expy}} of [=Bass.EXE=] and that Bass's strongest form in Battle Network 4/5 is called Bass XX, who is also purple and has dark powers.
* While Rogue actually has a good reason to reject the mechanics players would use (i.e Brotherbands, Link Power, Mega Cards and Giga Cards etc), his Rogue ZZ form weaponizes the power of Noise. However since Rogue would reject the Noise Forms used the player [[FriendshipHatingAntagonist out of principle]] and Rogue Noise would be redundant [[ShapedLikeItself because he is Rogue]], that means that Rogue would likely use his attacks to build up his Noise Meter to access the Meteor Server in order to make use of the powerful battle cards stored in its Meteor Folders.

[[AC: General]]
* While Geo Stelar may be a good person who values his friends and uses his vast selection of battle cards for the good of the world, what if there was someone else out there like him who is TheSociopath? A person who uses Brotherbands solely for their benefits, and cuts people off when better options come along, serving as a {{Deconstruction}} of the PowerofFriendship, and being a VaryingTacticsBoss whose battle cards are chosen based on their raw power in addition to having a transformation similar to yours.
[[AC: Mega Man Star Force]]
* Star Force 1 mentions that Kelvin and his crew managed to escape from the FM Aliens with Omega-Xis' help. Come Star Force 3, no mention is made of the others with Kelvin alone inside of Meteor G. Given that numerous characters mention how Kelvin is close to death, it's entirely possible the rest of the EM humans suffered the same fate.
[[AC: Mega Man Star Force 2]]
* During Star Force 2's post-game, its implied that Apollo Flame destroyed the planet and killed most of the cast, while [[ReforgedIntoAMinion recreating some of the game's bosses]] as his IF Warriors. The [[BadFuture Alternate Future]] happened because the world descended into chaos due to the Precursor of Ruin, something which happened because that world's [=MegaMan=] [[TheBadGuyWins lost to Le Mu.]] However Lady Vega's Mu Empire never came to be either, leading to an outcome where Apollo Flame is born and [[OmnicidalManiac proceeds to kill everyone.]] Noticeably, Rogue is nowhere to be seen at all and isn't resurrected as an IF Warrior, implying that Apollo [[DeaderThanDead killed him permanently.]] or he lost to Hollow during their fight in Mu.
