3''The Gunman'' is a 2015 action film based on the novel ''The Prone Gunman'' by Jean-Patrick Manchette and directed by Pierre Morel (who also directed ''Film/District13'', the first ''Film/{{Taken}}'' movie, and ''Film/FromParisWithLove''). It stars Creator/SeanPenn, Creator/IdrisElba, Creator/RayWinstone, Mark Rylance, and Creator/JavierBardem.

5In 2006, a professional assassin working for the government named Jim Terrier is hired to take out the Mining Minister in the Congo, forcing him to abandon his girlfriend and go into hiding while the assassination triggers more chaos within the Congo. 8 years later, Jim comes out of hiding and soon discovers that there's a price being put on his head. He must now try and reconnect with his old team and girlfriend while avoiding not only the men hired to kill him, but also his brain damage that has been caused by his time as an assassin.
