Ultimately this makes it very difficult to kill Uploaded.

So it's not ''that'' bad.
82	* SenseFreak: Ghosts (Humans who spend most of their time outside physical bodies) refer to the sensation as "skin shock" when they return to a physical body and become fascinated by something trivial.

While the hacking abilities of the Humans give them a major advantage compared to the computing power of the other races, they don't have any Element-Zero-based technology yet, which is one of the reasons they can't just conquer the galaxy to unite it against the Destroyers/Reapers.
