3Richard Kuen Loo (October 1, 1903 – November 20, 1983) was a Chinese-American character actor who starred in over 170 films and TV series between between 1931 and 1982.

5He was best known for his portrayal of villainous Japanese military officers in American propaganda films produced during World War II. He continued acting well into his 70s, one of his final roles was as Hai Fat in ''Film/TheManWithTheGoldenGun''.
