8	Emily Olivia Leah Blunt (born 23 February 1983 in London) is an English-American actress.

10	Blunt began her acting career in the early 2000s in various stage, TV film and miniseries roles, eventually making her feature film debut in Creator/PawelPawlikowski's 2004 lesbian romantic drama ''Film/MySummerOfLove''. She rocketed to international attention two years later after appearing in the TV film ''Gideon's Daughter'' alongside ''Film/TheDevilWearsPrada''. The former film won her a UsefulNotes/GoldenGlobe for Best Supporting Actress, while the latter got her nominated for the UsefulNotes/{{BAFTA}}'s Orange Rising Star Award.
