2	Deborah Ann Ryan (born May 13, 1993) is an American actress and [[IdolSinger singer]], best known for starring in the Creator/DisneyChannel original series ''Series/TheSuiteLifeOnDeck'' and ''Series/{{Jessie}}'' in the late 2000s and early 2010s. The series established Ryan as a TeenIdol, and she was a regular feature on other Disney Channel programs, including the TV films ''[[Film/SixteenWishes 16 Wishes]]'' and ''Film/RadioRebel''.
