!!Phil Matibag

->Voiced by: Ramon Lopez

A Filipino-American, self-centered jerkass who lives in Daly City with his uncle, Tito Dick.
----
* ButtMonkey: Not to the extent of Jack, but when it comes to Tito Dick, Phil can be the butt of the joke.
* FatAndSkinny: The skinny to Jack's fat.
* GagPenis: As his superhero alter ago, TT Boy (from "titi" or "tite", Pinoy equivalent of "dick") where he has jizz-based superpowers. This is in direct contrast to his status as the "Choden One", where his penis comes to life and fights Creator/JeanClaudeVanDamme's chode.
* Jerkass: His defining character trait. His character bio outright describes him as a grown up, Filipino gangsta Cartman.
* JerkassHasAPoint: In one episode, Chita calls plastic surgery damaging for peoples' self-esteem and insists that people should appreciate their natural beauty. Phil responds by calling her a "phony-ass bitch". While undeniably rude, he's not wrong, since hypocrite Chita admitted to having gotten plastic surgery in the past and fell head-over-heels for Jack after he became muscular through plastic surgery.
* LeanAndMean: A skinny, yet mean asshole who's one of the main characters.
* ParentalAbandonment: Phil's dad is a tribal leader in the Philippines who abandoned him on the doorstep of Tito Dick for some reason.
* PunnyName: His name is a play on the phrase "Fill my tea bag." "Matibag" is a real Filipino surname, though, and means "to fall/break apart".
* SirSwearsALot: Phil has a pretty dirty mouth.
* TheStoner: Smoking weed is another of his favorite hobbies, though he's nothing compared to Ed.
* TeenyWeenie: He has a chode, and is the "Choden One".
* UnexplainedAccent: Despite being a Filipino-American from San Francisco, he has a Joisey Bronx-sounding accent.
* UnsympatheticComedyProtagonist: He has zero social graces, is very impulsive, and is very dirty-minded.
* VillainProtagonist: Phil is either this or a SociopathicHero.

!!Jackson Colero

->Voiced by: Rex Navarette (season 1), Joey Guila (season 2)

Phil's cousin who just moved from the Phillipines to live in the United States with his cousin and uncle. Compared to Phil, he is a much nicer and level-headed person.
----
* BrownNote: As Kid Utot, he has the ability to make people shit themselves violently through chanting.
* ButtMonkey[=/=]TheChewToy: A lot of bad stuff happens to him.
* DisappearedDad: Jack mentions in "Fatherland" that he doesn't know who his father is, just like Phil. When Phil asks him why he doesn't care to find out, he responds with "Just because, Phil." Phil seems to understand.
* DitzyGenius: While he can invent a robot, he isn't really well-aware of his surroundings.
* FatAndSkinny: The fat to Phil's skinny.
* FishOutOfWater: He has trouble adjusting to life in America after moving from the Philippines.
* GadgeteerGenius: He did make a tarsier cyborg, after all.
* Gasshole: As his superhero alter ego, Kid Utot (Kid Fart).
* LoveAtFirstSight: With Chita.
* NiceGuy: Well, certainly a lot nicer than Phil, though sometimes it's clear Phil is having a bad influence on him.
* TheOtherDarrin: His voice was recast in Season 2.
* PunnyName: His name is a play on "jakolero", which means someone who masturbates a lot in Pinoy slang, the verb form "jakol" probably being a mutation of "jack off", itself from "jerk off".A more old-fashioned Filipino equivalent is "salsal", which means "to blunt".
* SimpletonVoice: He has one, despite being smart enough to make robot body parts for Horat. He is, however, quite stupid when it comes to being StreetSmart.
* StarCrossedLovers: With Chita.
* StreetSmart: Inverted. He's book smart, and street dumb.

!!Horatio 2.0 (AKA Horat)

->Voiced by: Jesse Hernandez

Jack's pet cyborg tarsier. He's extremely rude and foul-mouthed, much like Phil.
----
* Cyborg: He's half tarsier, half robot.
* DungFu: He throws his own crap at people if they annoy him.
* HairTriggerTemper: It really doesn't take much to set Horat off.
* IntelligibleUnintelligible: None of the characters have any problems understanding his high-pitched, robotic voice. However, viewers might have trouble understanding him due to his heavily filtered voice. This was obviously a problem, since later episodes feature subtitles for his dialogue.
* Jerkass: When he isn't throwing poo or attacking people, he's just generally an asshole.
* NonHumanSidekick: He's this to Jack.
* NWordPrivileges: He says in "Blackapino" that you don't have to be black to say it, as long as there's no black dudes around.
* SirSwearsALot: Much like Phil, he's got a dirty mouth, and tends to call everyone "bitch".
* SpeechImpairedAnimal: His high-pitched robotic chipmunk voice is very difficult to understand, at least for the viewers. There's a reason later episodes feature subtitles for his dialogue.
* TheStoner: He tries to kill himself when all the world's weed disappears in "420".
* WeCanRebuildHim: Jack apparently found Horat as he was close to death, and saved him by giving him cybernetic body parts.

!!Richard "Tito Dick" Cabesa

->Voiced by: Rex Navarette (season 1), Joey Guila (season 2)

Phil and Jack's tito (uncle). Despite being a lot older than his nephews, he's still just as much of a party animal as Phil.
----
* ADickInName: His name is Dick, and he's a "dick".
* BadLiar: He's very bad at trying to hide the identity of Phil's real father. At first, he tries convincing him that his dad died at birth. After that doesn't work, he tries to convince him that his dad's name was Milky Liquor, based on products he saw at the grocery store.
* BigBad: In "TT Boy and Kid Utot", where he plans to take over California and make it an annex of the Philippines with an army of Filipino children. And yes, this episode is canon and gets referenced later.
* CoolOldGuy: He's in his sixties, but he can still party with the best of them.
** His bio mentions he was the member of one of the first boy-bands, "The Boy Friends", and was famous in the 1970s until the band disbanded. He's now striving to become famous again.
* DirtyOldMan: As the song says, "he raised Phil and loves the ladies!". He even has a strange fascination with Music/HilaryDuff.
* DoNotCallMePaul: His real name is Richard Cabesa, but he evidently doesn't like being called that. Considering what his name means, it's not hard to see why (see PunnyName).
* EverythingsSparklyWithJewelry: His gold necklace, belt buckle and wristbands are constantly sparkling. His "Evil Dick" persona adds a ruby-studded suit.
* FishEyes: He seems to have some kind of problem with his eyes where they look in completely opposite directions. When he demands that Phil make eye contact with him in the first episode, Phil has no idea where to look.
* FullNameBasis: He's almost always called "Tito Dick", though this isn't his real name. It's an accurate portrayal of Filipino honorifics, though, since uncles and aunts are always called tito/tita (from Spanish tío/tía).
* Jerkass: Tito Dick lives up to his name.
* ManipulativeBastard: He is very manipulative of Phil, often guilt tripping him into doing what he wants.
* NoodleIncident: Was arrested once for smuggling dolphins into the United States.
* TheOtherDarrin: Both his and Jack's voices were recast in Season 2.
* PunnyName: His real name, Richard Cabesa. The shortened version of Richard is "Dick", and Cabesa is Spanish for "Head", making his real name a play between languages on "Dick Head."

!!Chita Custorera

->Voiced by: Rhia Abarquez

Phil's friend who works at his favorite bar. Jack quickly develops a crush on her when he first meets her.
----
* GamerChick: One of her hobbies is playing Xbox.
* Hypocrite: She gives her friends crap for getting plastic surgery in "Got Surgery?", despite the fact that she had breast implants, nose-jobs and lip injections.
* NiceGirl: She's certainly a lot nicer than Phil, but she can still have her moments.
* ReluctantFanserviceGirl: Despite the way she dresses, she never seems to be happy when she gets attention from guys... which is understandable, Jerkass considering the cast of the show. Even the creators mentioned she's made up of what they like in a woman.
* StarCrossedLovers: With Jack.

!!Supporting characters:

!!Cherry Pie
->Voiced by: Rex Navarette

A Vietnamese trans woman who constantly hits on Phil, Jack, and other males in the area.
----
* AbhorrentAdmirer: Towards all of the men on the show.
* AsianSpeekeeEngrish: English is very obviously not Cherry's first language.
* BadLiar: She (and the show's theme song) claims that she's still a virgin, when she once raped a police officer for confusing her for a prostitute.
* DamselInDistress: Kidnapped by Dwayne in "Blind Dick".
* EasySexChange: Her original name was Joseph Gotmytan. Apparently she doesn't want to get rid of her male genitals, though. In "Got Surgery?" she just gets breast implants as opposed to a full sex-change operation.
* FluffyFashionFeathers: Wears blue and yellow feather boas.
* ForeignCussWord: If she gets really angry, she'll start cussing in her native tongue.
* Jerkass
* NoodleIncident: Her act of rape is never actually mentioned in the show, and is only mentioned in her bio.

!!Dwayne Futon
->Voiced by: Jesse Hernandez

The landlord of the building that Phil, Jack and Tito Dick live in. He's a goofy white guy who is constantly the butt of everyone's jokes.
----
* ButtMonkey: Absolutely nobody respects him.
* TheDragon: In the "TT Boy and Kit Utot" episode, he's helping Evil Dick take over California.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Often puts himself around the other characters, but it's clear they have no respect or tolerance for him. Him being their landlord means they have no choice but to put up with him.
* IJustWantToHaveFriends: He really wants to be friends with the main cast, but he just annoys them.
* MadeOfIron: During the prologue, Horat throws him off the balcony after he tells Dick that animals are banned in the apartments. However, he seems to be fine in other episodes.
* MistreatmentInducedBetrayal: Sabotages Evil Dick's (unseen) belt buckle weapon because he "doesn't want to be anyone's bitch".
* NiceGuy: He's probably the most overtly friendly character on the show, though his nosiness and touchiness often annoys everyone else.
* NosyNeighbor: He's always butting into everyone's business when they don't want him around, which is all the time.
* TokenWhite: He's the only white character among the main and supporting cast.

!!Ed
->Voiced by: Jesse Hernandez

A stoner mechanic who works at a custom car shop with Angel.
----
* Cloudcuckoolander: Being stoned out of his mind 24/7, he's obviously not all there in the head.
* CoolShades
* EruditeStoner: While Phil might be a stoner, Ed puts him to shame.
* GreaseMonkey: He runs a custom car shop.
* Jerkass: He's not above killing people, as he joins Angel in trying to shoot Jack after a failed attempt to be gangsta. However, when he finds out it was Jack they shot at, he's at least regretful of his actions.
* YoungerThanTheyLook: He's only seventeen, though he could definitely pass as someone in their twenties or thirties.

!!Angel
->Voiced by: Jesse Hernandez

Ed's business partner, a tough-as-nails Mexican-American.
----
* CoolCar: He has a custom car shop, so this is a given. He has a low-rider car with hydraulics and flames painted on the sides.
* GreaseMonkey: He runs a custom car shop.
* Jerkass: His response to Jack (stupidly) trying to assert his dominance over him in an attempt to be gangsta? Try to shoot him with an assault rifle. He does regret his actions when he finds out it's Jack, though.
* MeaningfulName: Apparently, he's an actual angel according to one episode, and receives permission from God to resurrect Jack.
* SirSwearsALot: Possibly the worst offender on the show, and that's saying a lot.
* SlasherSmile: His standard facial expression.
* TattooedCrook: He has "Mister" and "Angel" tattooed on each arm. He also has two teardrop tattoos under his left eye, implying that he's killed people in prison. He also attempts to kill Jack in one episode with an assault rifle.

!!Sanjee
->Voiced by: Ramon Lopez

An Indian man who runs a liquor store, but also sells pornography.
----
* AsianStoreOwner: He's from India and runs a store.
* BestialityIsDepraved: He mentions a desire to give anal sex to farm animals and baby dolphins in "Got Surgery?"
* BigOlUnibrow
* DirtyOldMan: He's an older Indian man who sells pornography, usually on the bizarre and disgusting side of the spectrum.
* NoIndoorVoice: He is constantly shouting, and over enunciates every word he says.
* RagingStiffie: He's shown with one in the intro and first episode, pelvic thrusting outside his store.

!!Willy
A local homeless man who speaks entirely in gibberish.
----
* FlatCharacter: He really doesn't have any character other than being a gross homeless man. Even the "Exposing the Nutshack" video has him called a token bum who's just there to round out the cast of stereotypical Tenderloin San Francisco residents.
* Gasshole: In "Chode Warrior."
* TheUnintelligible: He doesn't speak coherent English. He only speaks in an incoherent mumble.

!!Manu
A large Hawaiian man with an oddly high-pitched voice.
----
* VocalDissonance: Despite his large size, his voice is very high-pitched.

!!Jerome and Jamal
->Voiced by: Jerome Castro and Jamar Logan

Two hoodlum brothers who occasionally show up to antagonize Phil, Jack and their friends.
----
* HeroKiller: Jerome ends up shooting Jack in the head for going over their graffiti tags with his own. Angel gets Jesus to bring him back, though.
* IdenticalStranger: Possibly. At one point in "Blackapino", Jack and Horat are watching TV, and a character called Mixmaster Nutmouth walks on stage. He looks exactly like Jerome and has the exact same lisp as him (In fact, it's worse, since his lisp causes his mouth to froth up with spit), but neither Jack or Horat ever acknowledge that he's Jerome.
* Jerkass: In a show full of them, they're considered antagonists.
* SpeechImpediment: Jerome has a noticeable lisp. Whenever he gets really angry, he tends to burst into heavy ebonics and his lisp gets even worse. He often needs Jamal to explain to others what he's saying.

!!Rainbow Scout
->Voiced by: Jesse Hernandez

A very large and promiscuous gay man.
----
* FlatCharacter: He's a walking gay stereotype and an excuse to make gay jokes, and that's about it.
* MachoCamp: He's very muscular, but acts like a CampGay.
* NewJobAsThePlotDemands: Every time he appears, he has a different job, usually one that can satisfy his lust for men, such as working as a cavity searcher at the airport, or as a doctor who gives rectal examinations.
* SissyVillain: Not a major villain per se, but is one whenever the plot demands such as in "Blind Dick" and "Blackapino"
