The protagonist of the game. The little cousin of the 7th Stand User who joined the Stardust Crusaders in their quest to Egypt, the protagonist is a new student who just arrived in Morioh with their family...

----
* BadPowersGoodPeople: Some Stands can be downright nasty (Ace of Spades, Maneater, Wrecking Crew) but will be used for good if playing as a Good character.
* MirrorCharacter: To the Joestars. The Joestars are stuck in a generational conflict against DIO and his followers, with ramifications affecting their lives, friends, and the world. The 7th Stand User's family isn't exempt from this and has been caught up in the Joestar's fate to protect the world from evil. With the advent of Vins and her minions from the previous game, along with the reveal that one of the antagonists is Vins's husband, who (presumably) wants revenge on the 7th Stand User's family, they found themselves in their own conflict aside from the one they're already in. Like the Joestars, the 7th Stand User's family will have to deal with the consequences of Vins' actions, her followers, and their impact on the world.
* PlayboyBunny: Alternate costume for female main characters, coming back from the previous game.

[[folder: The 18 Possible PC Stands]]
Like the first game, all of the PC’s Stands are based on a personality test the player does in the beginning. Each of them has their own abilities that can be used in game, both in battle and in interactions in the overworld.

----
* FightingSpirit: What most stands are.
* HeartIsAnAwesomePower: It wouldn’t be ''Jojo'' if this weren’t in play. Most of the Stands can do various attacks since either their abilities or powers cover it, as well as have different uses on the overworld.
* MusicalThemeNaming: Par for the course for a ''Jojo'' game. Unlike the manga focused mostly on classical rock and pop music, the game also delves into metal, hip-hop and rap names.
* PersonalityPowers: Granted they’re given after doing a personality test at the start of the game, this trope is in full effect, and each of them goes with a specific personality type and has powers befitting that personality.
* PlayerPersonalityQuiz: How they’re all determined. This time, it's Rohan Kishibe who delivers it by way of reading your life through Heaven's Door.

!Ace Of Spades
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ace_of_spades.png]]
Ace Of Spades can memorize the cause of death of a wandering soul it comes across and associate it to a poker hand. Once in battle, its user draws cards from a poker deck (part of Ace Of Spades) and inflicts the "death" corresponding to the drawn hand to its target.

----
* FightLikeACardPlayer: Subverted in that it's in-game. Ace of Spades' power comes from whatever card combinations it gets, which it uses to replicate a death upon the target.
* GlassCannon: While possessing some of the most destructive elemental abilities in the game, Ace of Spades has fairly low defense.
* GoodOldFisticuffs: Even without its cards, Ace of Spades can perform strong but basic attacks to defend its user.
* MeaningfulAppearance: Ace of Spades wears the spade symbol as a hat.
* PersonalityPowers: "Speak up! Say something at least! You seem so meek and shy that it's impossible to learn anything from you. You seem open to being around others, but you can't seem to let them know how you feel. Maybe it would help if others had something interesting to say?"
* ShoutOut: It does have a physical form, but the card holder looks exactly like a duel disk from Anime/{{Yugioh}}. Also, one to the {{Music/Motorhead}} song.
* SoulPower: Ace of Spades uses its ability to "learn" the deaths of the souls it encounters in the game. This allows it to force that death on others - for example, a drowning death can be applied to a person on land and they would start drowning even if no water was nearby.

!Danger! High Voltage
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/danger21_high_voltage.png]]
Danger! High Voltage consists of a group of six electric jellyfish that boost the electric conductivity of their target, allowing it to charge batteries, short-circuit machines or electrocute targets.

----
* BoringButPractical: Aside from having good range and power, this Stand is average in just about every other area.
* DamageIncreasingDebuff: This stand has a unique status effect called Conductive which makes enemies take more damage from electric attacks.
* ElectricJellyfish: A group of six, to be precise.
* PersonalityPowers: "How fun! You're great at parties, surely! You don't let anything get you down, and you can always bring smiles to a room. People enjoy your company, and you enjoy them. One might even say you see too many nice things, at the expense of reality, but who cares? Life is meant to be enjoyed, I once heard someone say."
* SwissArmySuperpower: As stated above Danger! High Voltage can utilize its electricity for a variety of purposes. From charging a battery to cheating arcade/pachinko machines to even tasering someone.
* ShockAndAwe: Danger! High Voltage is an electric Stand, much like Red Hot Chili Pepper.
* ShoutOut: To Music/ElectricSix, being a Stand consisting of six electric creatures and named after the song of the same name.

!Danger Zone
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dangerzone.png]]
A control Stand, Danger Zone affects probabilities in any area it can surround, making potential hazards such as a car speeding, having a much higher chance of causing harm to its targets.

----
* LuckManipulationMechanic: This is how its power works in a nutshell.
* {{Ouroboros}}: How it appears.
* PersonalityPowers: "I trust you know what you're doing. You see things through to the end, and nothing will stop you from doing it. No matter how difficult, or how out there, you always seem to finish what you start. This has value, especially as a manga-ka, but sometimes there are some things that should be dropped before you become too committed. Life can throw you curve balls, and you must become flexible."
* ShoutOut: To Music/KennyLoggins.
* WalkingDisasterArea: Most of its attacks fall into this category - car crashes, lightning strikes, and worse.
* WindsOfDestinyChange: Danger Zone controls the probability of events within its range.

!Helter Skelter
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/helter_skelter.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:Left to Right: Act 1, 2, and 3]]
A 3-ACT Stand, Helter Skelter works with heat. ACT 1 allows the user to create small quantities of fire by friction. ACT 2 can in addition reduce heat in its target, causing ice to appear. ACT 3 goes back to heat creation, using a flamethrower to generate and fire super-heated plasma.

----
* AnIcePerson: ACT 2's powers.
* FrictionBurn: Helter Skelter ACT 1 has this power.
* ElementalPunch: Helter Skelter can do this in ACT 1 or ACT 2, with heat and cold, respectively.
* PersonalityPowers: "How sneaky! A whoopie cushion beneath my seat? I could never imagine! You relish in playing pranks and being coy. You don't let others feel a moment of peace. Your nature makes it hard to like you, or even be around you. Still, you keep people on their toes, and that has some value in its own way."
* PlasmaCannon: ACT 3 comes equipped with one.
* PlayingWithFire: ACT 1's powers.
* ShoutOut: To the song on Music/TheBeatles album, Music/TheWhiteAlbum.

!Hip To Be Square
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/it27s_hip_to_fuck_bees.png]]
A construction-based Stand, Hip To Be Square can create duplicates of objects and people on the fly. Anything that affects or damages the copy reflect the damage or effect to its original.

----
* CloningBodyParts: The power can be applied to the user to create multi-punches or kicks.
* CloningGambit: Can be done at higher levels.
* DestructiveTeleportation: Hip To Be Square has the ability to clone objects or people, and damage done to the clone transfers to the original.
* ExpendableClone: The copies made by this stand will stand there and take any punishment the characters can dish out.
* PersonalityPowers: "Just like Solomon, you try to find the best solution that will benefit everyone. Though, in this case, it wasn't quite as magnanimous. You make sure that everyone's story is heard, and you want everyone to work together. Of course, you're only working toward fairness, not what's best. Perhaps you should take the lead sometimes?"
* ShoutOut: To Music/HueyLewisAndTheNews.

!Light Up The Night
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/itslit.png]]
A light-based Stand that amplifies artificial sources of light, turning them into powerful lasers, blinding strobes, or holograms. As a last resort, Light Up The Night creates artificial light itself for self-defense.

----
* CyberCyclops: Light Up The Night only has one eye.
* EnergyWeapon: Its main mode of attack.
* LightEmUp: Its power amplifies artificial light sources into strobes, lasers, and illusions.
* MasterOfIllusion: By bending light, this stand can create powerful illusions and holographic images.
* MundaneUtility: Its ability to produce light is also useful to have it act as a light source.
* PersonalityPowers: "The world is just waiting to be explored, you read once. I agree, there's always something new to learn, and you're eager to be there to do it. You aren't afraid of much, and because of that you can give people the boost they need to try something new. On the other hand, you might need to think through your decisions better, because being willing does not mean you are able."
* ShoutOut: To Music/TheProtomen.

!Maneater
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/whoah_oh_here_she_comes.png]]
A school of feral carnivorous fish that can swim through anything, Maneater's appetite is only matched by its lack of discernment, causing it to attack allies caught in its range. The school of fish can fuse together, taking the form of a siren.

----
* FriendlyTarget: Maneater targets enemies and allies indiscriminately.
* OurMermaidsAreDifferent: It appears as a mermaid when taking a full form.
* PersonalityPowers: "You're so rude! You only seem to take pleasure in being mean to others! You can't stand people who act nice to each other, maybe because it seems so fake to you. Some might go as far to call you a cynic about people being kind to one another. Still, you seem to be decent at heart. Maybe you're waiting for someone to come along and fix you?"
* ShoutOut: To Music/HallAndOates.
* TheSwarm: Wrecking Crew and Maneater both come in swarms of small, biting things.

!Motörhead
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/motorhead.png]]
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/motohead_bike_mode.png]]
[[caption-width-right:300:Cycle Mode]]
A full-body suit covering its user and affecting the momentum of people and items, including itself. In addition to be able to speed up or down things, Motörhead can turn itself into a motorcycle, allowing it to move to ludicrous speed.

----
* BulletCatch: Reducing the velocity of bullets allows them to be caught or avoided.
* CoolBike: In "Cycle Mode" Motorhead allows the user to speed around town, much like Howlin Wolf' and Wildhearts in the first game.
* EasyLogistics: Averted. Motorhead requires oil and gasoline to use some of its capacities as well as his Bike Mode.
* MySuitIsAlsoSuper: In its initial form, Motorhead appears as a suit around the user, like Oasis and White Album.
* NecessaryDrawback: For all of Motörhead's strengths, it still comes with a few weaknesses.
** The Stand is limited to its user, as it is a suit.
** While it can make objects thrown appear faster than the human eye, the user itself can not move that fast off of its motorcycle mode.
** Motörhead cannot move as fast in things that limit movement, like water or quicksand, for example.
** The Stand’s biggest crutch is that it requires maintenance to maintain itself in peak condition. Standard motor oil is all it needs, but if this is neglected, Motörhead will be weaker than its potential. Thankfully, however, even a neglected Motörhead is still stronger and faster than the average human or even the average stand.
* PersonalityPowers: "Angry and sad in one breath? You impress me. You let your emotions guide you through life. It's amazing, but also exhausting. Your mind is always clouded by bad ideas and thoughts based on what others say or do. You are honest, in that regard, but very vulnerable."
* ShoutOut: To {{Music/Motorhead}}.
* SuperSpeed: Its power can affect velocity and momentum, allowing incredible speed boosts.
* TransformingVehicle: Motorhead can transform into a ride-able motorcycle.

!New York Minute
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/new_york_minute.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:Left to Right: Act 1, 2, and 3]]
An ACT Stand able to manipulate time by affecting the vibration of molecules. New York Minute ACT 1 slows things down, ACT 2 speeds them up, ACT 3 goes on the offensive by causing said molecules to vibrate hard enough to damage the items (or person) they constitute.

----
* BishonenLine: It gets steadily more humanoid the higher in ACT it gets.
* PersonalityPowers: "You're pleasant to be around. I think I might even find you a decent friend if you didn't smell like alley sewage. You have such an approachable, likeable personality, people can't stand not being around you! Are you doing this just to make friends, or to use people? Sometimes, those motives are the most difficult to figure out."
* ShockwaveClap: New York Minute ACT 3 can do this through any surface.
* ShoutOut: To {{Music/The Eagles}}.
* TimeMaster: ACT 1 and ACT 2 deal with speeding things up at the molecular level, or slowing them down.

!Red Light Special
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/red_light_special.png]]
[[caption-width-right:300:Clocwise from top center: Ichi, Five, Quatre, Due, Drei]]
A group of five entities, numbered 1 to 5 and named respectively Ichi, Due, Drei, Quatre and Five, that affect one at a time the senses of their target, for good or bad. Ichi focuses on vision, Due on smell, Drei on hearing, Quatre on taste and Five on touch.

----
* BattleHarem: Red Light Special takes the form of 5 female stands.
* BilingualBonus: All of the stands are named in numbers, each one in a different language. In the same order RLS comes in, the languages are Japanese, Italian, German, French and English.
* BlazingInfernoHellfireSauce: By controlling the sense of taste, RLS can impart extremely painful flavors on an enemy.
* BrownNote: Inherently harmful sensory input is the hallmark of this stand.
* CallBack: To the previous game's Specials stand.
* InnateNightVision: One of several eye-based powers.
* NumericalThemeNaming: All the Red Light Special members are named after their corresponding numbers in different languages.
* PersonalityPowers: "Dear Romeo, how much do you love your dear Juliet? Enough to die for her? You love everyone and everything, no matter how bad it might get. You see the best in everyone, and you don't let their negative attributes color your perception. I admire one who lets their idealism cloud their judgment, but I also scoff at such a notion as well."
* {{Pheromones}}: RLS can utilize these to confuse or bewilder enemies.
* SensoryOverload: The end-tier combination attack where all five forms strike at once.
* ShoutOut: To Music/{{TLC}}.
* StinkBomb: A scent-based offensive technique.
* SuperSenses: Each form of RLS emphasizes abilities based on a different physical sense.
* SymbolMotifClothing: Each stand in RLS has a particular accessory denoting which sense they control over.
** RLS 1 - Ichi has goggles on her forehead, signifying sight.
** RLS 2 - Due has a nose and mouthpiece somewhat like a gas mask, signifying smell.
** RLS 3 - Drei has earphones, signifying sound.
** RLS 4 - Quatre is the only one with a mouth, signifying taste.
** RLS 5 - Five is the only one with muscular-looking arms, signifying touch.
* XRayVision: Also possible with Red Light Special.

!Slim Shady
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/slim_shady.png]]
A shadow-based Stand, Slim Shady and his two acolytes, Stan and 8 Mile, can control shadows. In addition to inflict whatever they do to a person or an object's shadow to its source, it can pull its user in itself, turning it into a shadow to protect it.

----
* CastingAShadow: Anything Slim Shady does to a shadow affects the real object too - this includes being lifted or moved, and damaged or destroyed.
* LivingShadow: Slim Shady appears as a shadow and can drag its user into itself to protect them and become two dimensional.
* PersonalMook: It has two mini-shadows underneath its control - Stan and 8 Mile.
* PersonalityPowers: "How bright are you? Certainly smarter than the people you go to school with. A smart individual like yourself relishes the challenge of a difficult puzzle or a hard test because it means you can put your brain to work. Others might see you as analytical or cold, given how analytical you are, but those people wouldn't be saying that if they were as smart as you!"
* ShadowPin: One of Shady's signature moves, where it immobilizes an enemy by pinning their shadow to the ground with a knife.
* ShoutOut: To {{Music/Eminem}}. Its two acolytes are named after the song "Stan" and the film ''Film/EightMile''.
* WeakenedByTheLight: Subverted, as more light creates more shadows, making this stand stronger. If the whole room were dark, Slim Shady couldn't affect the shadows of individuals or objects.

!Space Oddity
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/space_5.png]]
By injecting nano-machines into its target, Space Oddity can take control of them and plague them with various effects. Its trump card is Major Tom, a small UFO accompanying it, and its gravity-suppressing tractor beam, allowing him to render its target helpless.

----
* GravityMaster: Major Tom's tractor beam can manipulate the gravity on the target.
* {{Nanomachines}}: Space Oddity works via injecting nanomachines into the bodies of enemies, causing a variety of effects.
* PersonalMook: It has one called Major Tom.
* PersonalityPowers: "Stay away, you say? You don't like being around people, and would prefer them to go away? What a life you must lead. You don't want to deal with anyone, at all, for any reason? You even understand this isn't healthy behavior, yet you still do it. Was there something so horrible that it made you so distant? I'd love to know."
* ShoutOut: To the Music/DavidBowie song of the same name. Major Tom is a prominent character in the song.
* StatusEffects: The main focus of this stands ability.
* TractorBeam: Space Oddity's Major Tom can use a tractor beam to pin enemies.

!Take On Me
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/taaaaake_oooooon_meeeeee.png]]
Take On Me can transfer damage and wounds from people to people and items to items, requiring healthy cells to be "paid" on organic targets to perform its damage transfer.

----
* CombatMedic: Both Josuke and MC with Take on Me can fill this role.
* DestructiveTeleportation: Take On Me has the ability to transfer wounds between people and damage between objects, allowing it to instantly heal an ally by swapping the damage over to an enemy.
* {{Foil}}: To Josuke's Stand, Crazy Diamond. Crazy Diamond is a tough, close-ranged Stand that can heal people and objects. Take On Me is a quick, long-ranged Stand that can do the same but moves the damage onto another thing to fix them. In terms of looks, Crazy Diamond is a humanoid covered in armor with large muscles representing that the Stand's a powerhouse. Take On Me looks like a thin robot a prefers to fight at long range or help other Stands, symbolizing its supporting role.
* PersonalityPowers: "Clint Eastwood? Superman? How best to describe someone as selfless as you? You want to fight for what's just and right in this world, and stand up for those who cannot do it themselves. Everyone admires a hero, but being heroic might also be dangerous. Having the courage to do something is not the same thing as being able. Maybe a mean streak will help you gain perspective?"
* ShoutOut: To Music/{{aha}}.

!Tenacious D
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tenaciousd.png]]
A "reconstructive" Stand that affects the properties of its target, Tenacious D can reduce items to a primordial paste that he can sculpt and mold, turning an item into another more simple and of a lesser quality item. On organic targets, it can warp them to either prevent them to hamper them or stretch its user's body.

----
* {{Expy}}: The ability to reform objects and turn them into something new brings Melone's Stand Baby Face from Part 5 to mind.
* ItemCrafting: Tenacious D can use its ability to warp and reshape an object into an object of lesser quality - it can turn a car into a table, but couldn't turn a broom into a television.
* MadeOfPlasticine: Things affected by Tenacious D's ability take on this quality.
* PersonalityPowers: "You're a bit of a wild child! Honestly, you frighten me with how excited you can get. You're constantly going and going, with so much energy to spare. People try to contain you, but you don't let their rules confine you. Maybe if you stop and consider your actions, think through your motives, you'll end up a bit better off?"
* RubberMan: By applying its power to the user, they can stretch and deform their bodies without injury, somewhat like how Hamon works on the Zoom Punch.
* ShoutOut: To Music/TenaciousD.

!The Stand
[[quoteright:187:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/za_stando.png]]
A Stand without any special power of its own, The Stand can copy other Stands and mimic their abilities and stats for a short period of time. Most telling, however, is that The Stand has incredibly high developmental potential compared to others.

----
* DiscardAndDraw: It can only have one ability copied at a time.
* DittoFighter: The Stand can, for example, copy the power of Crazy Diamond and heal objects via touch. On top of this, aside from mimicking the colors of the Stand it copies, The Stand also gets a stat boost to match said copied Stand.
* {{Expy}}: The ability to copy the powers of other enemies and their color palettes make The Stand parallel to [[Franchise/MegaMan Mega Man]]. Heck, even the band, The Protomen, based themselves on the Mega Man mythos.
* HourOfPower: If a new power isn't copied within five minutes, the existing power fades away.
* JackOfAllTrades: The Stand's ability to copy other Stands makes it a versatile Stand despite its meager base stats.
* NecessaryDrawback: With The Stand's power to copy the powers and stats of other Stands, you'd think it would be utterly busted. Well, yes and no. In a tweet to someone pointing this [[https://twitter.com/alc_luke/status/1433596282463875080 out]], The Stand's other weakness is that it uses a weaker version of the power it copies. For example, copying Star Platinum will allow it to stop time for 2 seconds instead of 5. In-game, this is shown by The Stand only copying four skills from ally/enemy users instead of their whole move list.
* PersonalityPowers: "I've never seen a more prideful individual... except me, of course. You have such faith in yourself and your abilities, it's incredible. You may even be so prideful as to not let the others take the glory. It's alright, I refuse to let others be better than me too."
* PowerCopying: The Stand has this ability, although it can only copy one power at a time.
* ShoutOut: Another to a song by Music/TheProtomen, whose full title is "The Stand (Man or Machine)".

!The Wall
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/anyway_here27s_wonderwall.png]]
A defensive Stand, The Wall emerges from any man-made wall nearby its user, copying its material, and protects it from damage with its own body. If no walls are around, he can form itself in any material the last wall he emerged from.

----
* ElementalArmor: The Wall appears by emerging from the nearest man-made wall, and takes on physical characteristics of that structure.
* {{Golem}}: The Wall takes on a roughly human shape, similar to a golem.
* PersonalityPowers: "You're a very caring person. You never let your friends think they are alone. They always have a friend, and you'll be there with a shoulder to cry on. Your loving nature makes you reliable, but you can't seem to take the lead on fixing a problem. Letting others know when they make bad decisions is better in the long run."
* RockMonster: Appears as a large humanoid composed of brick, stone, wood, or metal.
* ShoutOut: To the Music/PinkFloyd [[Music/TheWall album.]] In case you doubt it, the Stand has "ALL IN ALL" written all over itself.
* SuperToughness: This stand has the highest defense in the game.

!Velvet Revolver
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/velvet_revolver.png]]
A sentient and well-educated Stand, Velvet Revolver is a six-shooter that fires special bullets that affect the emotions and persona of its targets depending on the will of its user. In addition, its bullets will only affect the targets the user wants to affect, being completely harmless in the other case.

----
* BottomlessMagazines: The ammo which Velvet Revolver uses is part of itself, and replenishes automatically, though only six bullets at a time.
* EmotionControl: Velvet Revolver can manipulate the emotions of a person depending on what the user wants to make them feel.
* {{Expy}}: Being a Stand that's associated with revolvers brings Hol Horse's Stand Emperor from Part 3 and Guido Mista's Stand Sex Pistols from Part 5 to mind. While the sentient part of the Stand leans in more to the latter.
* ItCanThink: Unlike the other player Stands, Velvet Revolver is sentient and has a mind of its own.
* PersonalityPowers: "I can appreciate someone who gets to the point. You don't like wasting time, and you always make sure people know how you feel. It's not that you're trying to be rude, you just see more value in being honest. Sometimes people need to be told how it is, but maybe you'd gain more from being a bit more disingenuous?"
* ShoutOut: To Music/{{Slash|Musician}}.
* SmartGun: Velvet Revolver, literally.
* TalkingWeapon: Velvet Revolver is a talkative gun that is fond of making puns.
* TechnicalPacifist: Not the user, but the Stand itself believes it to be on. According to the Stand bio on Tumblr, Velvet Revolver has a very gentleman-like approach, fancying himself a pacifist to everything that happens to him; because of this, he can often clash with other Stand Users different from his own. However, Velvet Revolver will step up and do what's right when the situation calls it.
* TrickBullet: The bullets fired by Velvet Revolver have psychological effects instead of doing physical damage.

!Wrecking Crew
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/these_remind_me_of_plankton.png]]
A small army of locust-like creatures, Wrecking Crew can devour the atomic bonds between atoms and separate items from their components, such as paint from a wall. However, things "destroyed" can't be rebuilt in any way.

----
* HordeOfAlienLocusts: This stand appears as a cloud of termite-like creatures, and they can chew their way through the atomic structure of objects.
* PersonalityPowers: "Are you paying attention? I hope so! You seem so distracted when I speak, it's like you're not even there? Being so empty-headed can be a positive, as you seem so open to others and non-judgmental. On the other hand, you're very slow to pick up on things. Maybe you should be more aware of your actions..."
* ShoutOut: To Music/TheWreckingCrew.
* TheSwarm: Wrecking Crew and Maneater both come in swarms of small, biting things.

His Stand is The Hand.

----

!Rohan Kishibe (Stand: Heaven's Door)
A very successful manga author, Rohan is a very eccentric misanthrope with no sense of personal space. He throws his lot with Josuke when he discovers than the first victim of Yoshikage Kira was his childhood babysitter, who protected him with her life.
\
His Stand is Heaven's Door.

----

\
His (maybe?) Stand is Earth Wind and Fire.

----
* EquippableAlly: Mikitaka can turn into various items you can use, notably sneakers that you can wear, giving you a speed boost.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/cannedheat.png[softreturn]Art by Nexpill [[/labelnote]]]]
Jun Hogo is a young inspector and one of the few female officers in Japan active in criminal investigations and general police work. She's the protege of Ryohei Higashikata, and though she technically outranks him, she often turns to him for advice and support when doing fieldwork. After Ryohei's death, Jun investigates Josuke and the protagonist, believing they're linked.
\
Jun's a natural Stand User, and her Stand is Canned Heat, which can reflect almost any attack with a large shield attached to its arm.
----
* ArbitraryGunPower: Overlaps with RecklessGunUsage, as Jun doesn't see any problems shooting teenagers with her service revolver.
* AttackItsWeakPoint: Canned Heat can be damaged by hitting it directly instead of its shield.
* LuckilyMyShieldWillProtectMe: Canned Heat's main means of defense [[AttackReflector and offense]].
* ProperlyParanoid: Jun isn't wrong when she suspects the protagonist and Josuke are involved with Ryohei's death; she just has the wrong person.
* ShoutOut: To the Music/{{Jamiroquai}} song of the same name.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Milkshakes and fried chicken.

!Joe Harper (Stand: Creeping Death)
[[quoteright:200:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/joe_harper.png]]

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/creeping_death.png[softreturn]Art by Nexpill [[/labelnote]]]]
Joe Harper is an American salary-man who's transferred to Morioh as part of an employee exchange by Kameyu International, the parent company of Kameyu Market. Joe is a hard worker, but lately, he's been suffering from night terrors, and no matter what Joe does, they won't go away.
\
After being pricked by the Stand Arrow, he's granted the Stand Creeping Death. Creeping Death can "infect" the dreams of the people who meet its user, Joe Harper. Once it has a person in its claws, it will torture them with nightmares that feed on them.
----
* BlessedWithSuck: Joe is unfortunately not immune from his Stand's effects, and as a result, Joe is in a constant state of narcolepsy.
* BodyHorror: Even by Stand standards, Creeping Death is quite disgusting to look at; its head, if you call it that, is nothing more than a jaw with large teeth and has two more pairs of hands in place of feet.
* CantKillYouStillNeedYou: As with most Stands, if the user dies, the Stand dies with them. Creeping Death needs Joe alive, so he's not dying per se from the effects, but he's constantly tired and looking for a way to fix his sleeping habits.
* ExhaustedEyeBags: To tie in with the whole "sleep" theme.
* TheInsomniac: Joe can't sleep at all due to his Stand's effect.
* ShoutOut: To the Music/{{Metallica}} song of the same name.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: American tacos.

\
His Stand is Big In Japan.

----
* {{Kaiju}}: Big In Japan, being a radiation-breathing dinosaur, is Godzilla in all but name.
* LostFoodGrievance: The kid unleashes ''a miniature Godzilla'' against the person who took his lunch by accident. Justified as he's a small kid and thus doesn't have much restraint or self-control.
* PersonOfMassDestruction: Big In Japan can fire lethal radioactive blasts from its mouth.
* ShoutOut: To the Music/{{Alphaville}} song.

!Kim Pai Chu (Stand: Bodies)
A Korean exchange student who currently lives and studies in Morioh.
\
His Stand is Bodies.

\
His Stand is So Blue.
----
* DealWithTheDevil: Malcolm was given a pardon from jail by an unknown person. That anonymous person gave him an offer: he'll tell Malcolm what happened to his wife...in exchange for killing the Joestars; considering he's an opponent in the game, Malcolm accepted.
* HiddenDepths:
** Malcolm has a quiet fishing hobby, which eventually became his career when he returned home from the Vietnam war.
** Going by the color of his beret (maroon), he was involved in the Airborne forces.
* KangarooCourt: After the KKK destroyed his home, Malcolm was lynched and sent to jail by the racist police and justice system for a decade, even though he was entirely blameless.
* RealLifeWritesThePlot: So Blue's name was originally [[Music/Eiffel65 Blue (Da Ba Dee)]], but was changed following {{Music/Prince}}'s death.
* TimeMaster: So Blue's targets experience slower time when hit by its harpoons
* TheVietnamVet: His bio states he was drafted during the final days of the Vietnam war; adding the fact Malcolm has a Stand makes him even more dangerous.
* YouKilledMyFather: Maybe. His bio states Malcolm doesn't know what really happened to her. In his defense, he ''was'' in jail for a decade and believed the KKK killed Vins when they attacked their home.

!Jay Robinson
An amateur geologist and bank teller, Jay Robinson might not be a Stand user, but he possesses the next best thing to survive supernatural events in Morioh: Hamon.

!Oingo and Boingo (Stand: Khnum (Oingo), Thoth (Boingo))
Two Egyptian brothers and minor villains of Part 3. Originally servants of DIO, Oingo and Boingo turned a new leaf after the victory of the Stardust Crusaders and recently opened a private investigation agency specialized in Stand-related cases in Morioh.
\
Their respective Stands are Khnum and Thoth.

----
* CluelessDetective: Despite having ''[[YouCantFightFate Thoth]]'' as a Stand, they suck at their job and let the MC handle the legwork.
* HeelFaceTurn: After taking a beating in Egypt courtesy of Thoth's hazy predictions and Iggy, they decide to use their skills for a good cause.

!Tenmei Hanamiyako
An arts teacher at Morioh's high school, mostly known for his mysterious arrival in 1987 during a storm.
----
* SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute: ''Everything'' about him, down to his name [[note]]"Tenmei" was Kakyoin's original family name, but was published as "Noriyaki" due to a miscommunication between Araki and his editor[[/note]], screams "Part 4 Kakyoin". Whether it's a RedHerring or not remains to be seen.
