The closest he's even come to doing something truly heinous was in "Franchise Prequel" where he forms a corporation to defame people by posting lies about them on Facebook, including his arch enemies, Coon and Friends. Doesn't seem to understand the concept of bacteria (the mayonnaise plot) infecting disease, though as he thought it would just be annoying.
285	* MinionWithAnFInEvil: Being one of the more innocent kids in South Park, his attempt at being a supervillain as Professor Chaos tend to come across as cute and precocious then actually menacing. Whether his supervillain antics are taken seriously or not usually [[DependingOnTheWriter differs episode to episode]], though that is less based on Butters himself and more on the [[HumansAreMorons public at large]]. Subverted in "South Park: Post Covid: The Return of Covid", where he grows up into Vic Chaos and [[TookALevelInBadass becomes a genuine threat]].
