This was frequently acknowledged as a superpower by his fellow Reviewerverse, and when Angry Joe asked him how he does this in ''Hotel Awesome'', he says that he was just born with it and he never questions it.

Other than that, he thinks if an object, animal, or even person has gotten wet, no matter how slightly, they have been rendered "completely useless" and must be thrown onto the nearest garbage dump.

92	* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: In his first appearance, Old Man called Phelous "completely useless now" because he "hasn't been funny since ''Film/MacAndMe''", Phelous' first movie review. Being "not funny" has nothing to do with "being wet".
93	* EvenEvilHasStandards: While he isn't Father of the Year material, there are moments where he's disgusted with other fathers in animated fairy tales for their actions.
