Ten years later, Dewey decided to make up for this mistake by engineering another excuse to attack the Command Cluster by gradually stealing control over the military and getting rid of anyone who could talk sense into the world, made it seem like the Command Cluster was going to become a threat to humanity all over again by provoking the Scubs into action when Adrock had already put the cluster at rest, and took advantage of their gullibility in a time when they were already upset the Scubs remained agitated and caused destruction at times.]]
