He also posits that Betrayal is loyal to no one, even its Bearer or the other Elements.

The "default" persona Eldritch is aligned with Nurgle due to his kind nature, but he also has a Slaanesh personality called "Ardent" who comes out when someone he cares about is in danger, a Khorne personality named "Feral" when he comes into contact with violence, and "Sagacious" the Tzeentch personality, which comes out when he needs to do thinking and plotting.
