1	As a series that's essentially nothing ''but'' [[BigLippedAlligatorMoment Big Lipped Alligator Moments]], there's so many that it deserves it own page.

3	* From the first episode:
4	** Nerv becomes an Inuit for a few seconds, gets kicked by Necky, and lands on a box of cookies... and that's it.
5	** The countdown with the [[WesternAnimation/SpongeBobSquarePants Realistic Fish Head]].
6	* From the second episode:
7	** Nerv drawing [[Franchise/{{Pokemon}} Pikachu]] on the wall is never spoken of again.
8	** Necky kicks Nerv away, telling him to [[NonSequitur "Go read a book"]], and then Nerv is never seen (or spoken of) for the rest of the day.
9	* From the third episode:
10	** The news report, along with [[BrokenRecord repeated footage of a guy breaking his window over and over again]] then glitching out is only mentioned once. [[NonSequitur And even then it has nothing to do with the report.]]
11	** Nerv getting hit by a bus.
12	** The scene with Pac-man kicking fish is just a whole bunch of these.
13	*** First [[AmbiguousGender it]] kicks a fish into a classroom, where it just shows a clipart guy just walking away.
14	*** Then it kicks it into a gym, where it explodes into a blue screen with the words [[NonSequitur "dance to dance"]].
15	*** THEN it shows low quality footage of a guy dancing weirdly with a shirt that says "got corn?"
16	*** Then it kicks Billy Bass into a parking lot, where [[KillItWithFire it's shown on fire.]]
17	*** Lastly, it's shown kicking Necky across the city, where she explodes, runs around, and explodes again.
18	* From the fourth episode:
19	** The scene where an evil computer is shown coming to the screen with ''Platform/Atari2600'' noises... [[GainaxEnding where it ju]][[NoEnding st ends.]]
20	** Necky pressing a button to constantly spawn gifs of [[WesternAnimation/JimmyNeutronBoyGenius Jimmy Neutron]] is suddenly interuppted (and never spoken of again) by someone telling them to [[NonSequitur "Get out of my theater."]]
21	** The whole balloon popping sequence.
22	* From the [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros Mario]] minnestrone commercial:
23	** Mario breaking into Nerv's house.
