* Rango ''intentionally'' using the film's entire ChekhovsArmoury to defeat Jake and the mayor. Not only is it just awesome incarnate, it shows he's gone from a wannabe lying about being a hero to a real one.
* The identity of the Spirit of the West.
** Just the identity? Hell, that whole scene is just pure awesome.
* Every time Wounded Bird gets to be a ScarilyCompetentTracker, he almost feels like he could do a better job running the town than Rango.
** Hell, just make him the new Mayor! I wonder why they didn't do that after the end...
* The entire wagon chase. Bats with Gatling guns? "Ride of the Valkyries" played on banjos, with "The Blue Danube" thrown in for good measure? A cross-dressing chameleon? Yes, please.
** Don't forget the words that start that chase. After Rango says, "We've got your entire family surrounded!" The mole says, "My ''entire'' family?"
*** And before ''that'', even: "Reach for the sky!"
* Beans has a slightly less violent one: "My daddy was NOT a BURDEN!"
* It's a villainous and NightmareFuel example, but Rattlesnake Jake deserves one for this exchange, courtesy of Creator/BillNighy:
-->'''Ms. Beans:''' Go to hell!\
'''Jake:''' Where do you think I ''come'' from?
* Rango inventing the Rango persona is pretty impressive. Eating Bad Bill's cigar is also incredibly ballsy.
-->"[[BadassBoast You might say I'm from everywhere there's trouble brewing and hell waiting to be raised. You might say I'm what hell's already raised up. Name's...]] ''[[LineOfSightName Rango.]]''"
* After learning that the bank robbers are innocent, Rango figures out that the mayor is the one behind the water theft by remembering a few things the mayor and Beans said and putting the pieces together.
* Wounded Bird tries to back up Rango during his shootout with Jake despite how almost everyone is disillusioned with Rango and the odds are against them.
* Both the fake hawk Rango uses to frighten Jake and how little time it takes for Jake to see through the hoax are pretty cool.
* There's something cool about a dragonfly flying past and [[FurryReminder Rango eating it by sticking out his tongue]], without even turning his head.
* So, Rango's gone and brought water back to the town, tricked Jake into wasting ALL of his ammo, and has him at gunpoint point-blank.
-->'''Rango:''' It only takes one bullet.\
'''Jake:''' You ain't got the nerve...\
'''Rango:''' ''Try me.''
** Keep an eye on Jake's stunned reaction between this moment and when Rango and Beans are taken to the bank. The whole time Jake has it as if he's rethinking his opinion of the new sheriff. And that maybe the lone chameleon really was gonna shoot.
** And what better way for Rango to stare down a legendary outlaw than with a ClintSquint? In this moment, he ''becomes'' his idol in spirit ''and'' behavior.
* Jake's reaction after Rango successfully breaks out of the Bank of Dirt, knocking the Mayor on his shell and completely defusing the whole situation. And all with...
-->"One bullet... I tip my hat to you, one legend to another."
* Basically, every single frame containing Jake is a CMOA for ''someone''. Special mention goes to his introduction, which demonstrates exactly why he's TheDreaded in a scene that's as terrifying as it is awesome.
** He has a ''gun'' for a rattle. You don't get cooler than that.
** Which makes [[RespectedByTheRespected Rango earning his respect at the end]] even more awesome.
* The hawk showdown, in which Rango unintentionally provides proof for his whole "one bullet" spiel to the people of Dirt.
