* ValuesDissonance: In ''What's Up: Balloon to the Rescue'', Amanda ''immediately'' assumes Ching Ling to be ''Japanese''. In most other parts of North America and Latin America, the assumption is that all East Asians are ''Chinese''. This film was made in Brazil, which has a much larger Japanese diaspora than any other East Asian ethnic group. In Brazil, it's more common to assume an East Asian is Japanese rather than Chinese.

* TheProblemWithLicensedGames: There actually was a [[http://www.mobygames.com/game/little-cars-in-the-great-race licensed game]] based on ''The Little Cars'', seemingly made by a one-person company and barely distributed anywhere. Its quality? Well... For one, the game employs an ''interesting'' score system where you [[ScoringPoints receive one point every second]], and the racer with the ''most'' points, i.e. the slowest one, is considered the best one--suggesting that the developer [[CriticalResearchFailure doesn't quite grasp the concept of a "race"]].

This automotive abomination has a white ghostly body with [[RedEyesTakeWarning bright red eyes]], a voice normally heard from [[PsychopathicManchild psychopathic man-children]], and appears in the dead of night by a lake that isn't really there.
** In ''WesternAnimation/TheLittlePandaFighter'', Polaris's [[LaughingMad insane laughter]] is both this and a [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments funny moments]] (in a very {{Narm}}-ish way).
* AlternateCharacterInterpretation: The mouth of Amanda from ''Little & Big Monsters'' defaults to a smile regardless of what her eyes are doing, so she always looks like she's either on drugs or cooking up some diabolical scheme.
* AngstWhatAngst: Pancada is completely happy about the fact that [[spoiler: Polaris bet against him in the final fight.]]

* DesignatedHero: Princess Iria from ''The Frog Prince'' is portrayed as a spoiled {{Hypocrite}} who doesn't bother looking for a potential husband who meets her expectations. When she does meet a prince who wants to establish a sincere relationship with her, she's not listening to him. Some of her dialogue paints her as a tragic princess who wants to find love, but her attitude and background makes her look a lot worse.
* FanNickname: People have started calling the company "Brixar" (short for Brazilian Wannabe Pixar) after the ''WebVideo/ReactionAndReview'' of ''Gladiformers'' and ''Animation/{{Ratatoing}}''.
* HamAndCheese: J. David Brimmer (aka [[Anime/YuGiOh Odion]]) is CLEARLY having fun playing Polaris in ''WesternAnimation/TheLittlePandaFighter''.
* HilariousInHindsight: Their version of Rapunzel bears a considerable resemblance to [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyEquestriaGirlsRainbowRocks Adagio Dazzle]].
* JustHereForGodzilla: Many people who have watched these movies watch it for the English dub, done by none other than the [[Creator/FourKidsEntertainment 4Kids]] voice cast.

* {{Padding}}: Re-used animation is par for the course with low budget productions, but Video Brinquedo do it to a ludicrous extent. ''Ratatoing'' for instance uses the same lengthy "suiting up" montage three times, while ''WesternAnimation/TheLittlePandaFighter'' has a shot of Pancada very slowly walking over to his boss's desk used twice.

* RetroactiveRecognition: Some of the original Brazilian voice actors, such as [[Anime/SaintSeiyaOmega Alex Minei]] and [[Anime/YoKaiWatch Wallace Costa]], have moved onto better works.
* {{Sequelitis}}: The company has been pumping out a lot of sequels to ''[[WesternAnimation/{{Cars}} The Little Cars]]'' which are even worse than the first one.

** It greatly varies, but there are some truly funny things about their films as a whole.
** The [[HurricaneOfPuns endless barrage of car puns]] in ''The Little Cars'' is funny in an "I can't believe you actually said that" way.
* SpecialEffectsFailure: They're pretty much this to the entirety of the full CG animated movie genre. In other words, they're the polar opposite to Creator/{{Pixar}}.
** A stand-out example happens in ''The Little Cars''. The villain cheats at the race by dropping some tacks on the road, causing one of the racers to spin out of control. The race ends with him not paying attention and [[HoistByHisOwnPetard running over his own trap]]. However, the animators forgot to add the tacks to the scene where he drops them, so what happens instead is that the camera randomly cuts to a shot of the villain's taillights before one of the other racers suddenly spins off the track for no reason. The race ends with the villain running over some tacks that [[DeusExMachina just happened to be]] sitting on the track.
* TheyCopiedItSoItSucks: Video Brinquedo creates mockbusters of freshly-American animated films ''[[MoneyDearBoy for a living]]''.
* TookTheBadFilmSeriously: Despite the company's films being nothing but low-quality mockbusters, the English dub voice actors (mainly consisting of actors from [[Creator/FourKidsEntertainment 4Kids]]) were clearly doing their best with the material they were given.

* WTHCastingAgency: You'd never expect to say that in regards to some of the 4Kids actors appearing in the English dubs. Most notable are Creator/WayneGrayson, Creator/VeronicaTaylor, Creator/LisaOrtiz, Creator/MikePollock, the late Creator/MaddieBlaustein, and Creator/DanGreen! However, their ''Ratatoing'' dub also has Vibe Jones, Urd from ''Manga/AhMyGoddess''!
