Some are relieved since they wouldn't have to spend entire days beating the mode ''[[HereWeGoAgain all over again]]'' just to get to a minute-long cutscene, while another camp is disappointed to see that there is [[AntiClimax no reward for]] [[WeDoTheImpossible doing the impossible]]. Both groups were alleviated however, when Scott revealed that he would add an award on the menu (that is confirmed to be retroactive, thus it will appear automatically if 50/20 was completed beforehand).

* EarWorm: Dee Dee's songs.

* MostAnnoyingSound:
** Dee Dee's voice.
** No. 1 Crate whispering to you before obstructing your view with a loud buzzing noise.
** The [[VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys4 FNAF4]] Scream sound, due to being used by the two animatronics who get the most kills, Nightmarionne and Nightmare BB.

Beating your high score earns you a rather cathartic jingle.jingle.
** The industrial fan-like noise in the Old Man Consequences easter egg is weirdly calming if you know Old Man Consequences is actually a rather nice guy and isn't out to hurt you at all. [[spoiler:And if you've had it up to here with William Afton's shenanigans throughout the series, speeding the sound up gives you audio of him screaming in pain and terror for help that will never come to him. This one ''also'' counts as a CatharsisFactor]].
** If you're the kind of person who relishes in the more random aspects of the game, Dee Dee coming in to give you something new to play with can be this.

** Rockstar Freddy gained a memetic status with his CatchPhrase "Please deposit five coins" and his love for Faz-Coins being interpreted as a MoneyFetish. Rockstar Freddy's voice actor Kai Skrotzki [[ApprovalOfGod enjoys Rockstar Freddy's memetic status]], even nodding to it on his Website/Reddit AMA, Twitter and his interview with Dawko on the FNaF Show.

* UnexpectedCharacter: While some were expected, and others were included on demand, no one saw '''Phone Guy''' being included coming at all. Some people were also rather surprised that Jack-O-Chica made the cut rather than Nightmare Chica. ** To a lesser extent, ''all'' of the Mediocre Melodies have gained newfound popularity for their personalities given via their death quotes. Plenty of fanart shows up on the FNAF subreddit.

Due to Toy Freddy's unpredictability, strategy guides tell that the only way you can defend yourself against Toy Freddy is ''to have luck on your side''. * EnsembleDarkhorse: Mr. Hippo has certainly spiked in popularity with his kill screens.screens and monologues.

Added DiffLines:

* EvilIsSexy: The anime-inspired incarnations of Foxy and Toy Chica from the intermission cutscenes parody the trope. The former, despite being quite formidable in appearance, largely punishes his enemy through relatively tame punishments, while bragging about himself. And the latter is a blatant {{Yandere}} who uses increasingly flimsy justifications for her infatuations and actions. [[spoiler:And in a meta sense, the two symbolize the arrogant, predatory nature of William Afton, another character who's received the Evil Is Sexy treatment from fans]].

* JerkassWoobie: William Afton. If the theory that the game is about him condemned to his own personal hell is true, then he is this. To elaborate further, while he loses a lot of sympathy for being a mass murdering child killer and while his death was richly deserved, the fact that he's stuck daily fighting for his life against over 50 animatronics (some of whom he made himself and some including himself and his own daughter) and being violently ripped to shreds every time that he fails in some twisted purgatory or afterlife, with no chance to escape, is a horrifying fate even if he deserves it.

Added DiffLines:

* GoddamnedBoss: Nightmarionne slowly fades in while your cursor is on him, and if you don't move it quickly enough, it's GameOver for you. He's not terribly hard to deal with and will rarely get the drop on someone who's paying attention, but he's still a constant annoyance that needs to be dealt with throughout the night, and when you're first getting the hang of things or if your attention slips, he can easily end up killing you. If you're really unlucky, Nightmarionne can spawn right on top of your cursor at the very start of the night and end your run in ''less than a second'', as Scott himself found out while playtesting the game. ''Twice''.
--> '''Scott:''' ''(after his fourth death by Nightmarionne)'' Nightmarionne seems to be a real problem.
