* TheWoobie: Oddball. Poor thing is born without spots, becomes depressed when she realizes how different that makes her, and becomes borderline obsessed with getting some, to say nothing of the nightmare she goes through when she and her siblings are kidnapped by Cruella and [=LePelt=]. Fortunately, she manages to escape and become the {{Big Damn Hero|es}} with help from her unlikely friend Waddlesworth, leading all the captured puppies to safety and working with them to defeat Cruella for good, [[EarnYourHappyEnding and at the end, her spots finally come in]].

* MoralEventHorizon: Cruella crosses it when she tries framing Kevin for dognapping.

* SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome: Alonzo of all characters gets one near the end. After being pushed around by Cruella and Le Pelt, he finally rebels against both. He fights back against Le Pelt and, with the help of the workers there, is able to incapacitate him. Afterwards, he helps Chloe and Kevin escape from the cellar and tells them where Cruella is so that they can save the puppies and have her arrested.

* TearJerker: Weirdly enough, Cruella's relapse. She seems genuinely terrified of what she's becoming, with expressions and screams that basically translate to "No! I don't want to go back to that life!" Not helped by the very clear parallels of [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything an addict relapsing back into addiction]].

* HardTruthAesop: Two prominent ones:
** You can't force someone to change who they are even if it is for the better. They have to want it for themselves.
** Second chances must be earned, not handed out on a silver platter.

* VillainDecay: Cruella was noticeably less menacing than she was in the first (but still just as hammy).

* FamilyUnfriendlyAesop: You should never give a second chance to anybody. S/he will most probably become evil again if s/he's anywhere near the Big Ben, anyway. Whoever wrote that must have missed the fact that Cruella wasn't the only character in probation.

* MoralEventHorizon: Cruella crosses it ''three'' times! First when she tries framing Kevin for dognapping, second when she imprisons Chloe in the secret room in her mansion, and the third when she locks Kevin and Chloe in Le Pelt's cellar, gloating on how it'll be ''fun'' to get away with murder.

* EarWorm: "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j22a-bp8a2I Digga Digga Dog]]" by Oren Waters. Helps that it heavily samples Music/GeorgeClinton's "Atomic Dog".
