The opening cutscene from the console ports shows him suffer a HeroicBSOD thanks to his asshole neighbors, which causes him to snap and degrade from a normal guy to a revenge seeker. He retaliates though mental abuse, physical violence, and if that wasn't enough, plants cameras in his victim's home to film it all. Not enough? Woody THEN follows Rottweiler around the world to torment him further.
