Per thread: The "controversy" happened a decade ago and most people have forgotten about it. I've seen more discussions about the game itself than the censorship. On an unrelated note, slashed tropes shouldn't be allowed (Salvaged Gameplay Mechanic fits better) and there are some indentation issues.

* NightmareFuel: The scene in the sequel where Chou-Chou is dragged into Syrma's coffin, where she loses her powers and shrinks to a chibified version of herself, especially if you've watched maybe some Japanese porn, as she describes being covered in slimey stuff.
** Her screams as this is happening doesn't help make things better, either.
* OvershadowedByControversy: There's more discussion about the censorship in the duology than there is about the actual gameplay.

Up To Eleven is a defunct trope
Changed line(s) 9 (click to see context) from:
** This game uses many of Creator/NipponIchi[='s=] most famous tropes, such as [[UpToEleven absurd level and damage caps]], with the game highlighting that some attacks can be just shy of a trillion damage. In ''VideoGame/Disgaea5'', you get a trophy purely for causing 10 billion damage, and people have done damage combos where the damage count is in the quadrillions. Is there such a thing as 'Up To Twelve'?
