Nowadays, due to the many controversial adaptations they have produced over the years (most notably WesternAnimation/MastersOfTheUniverseRevelation, Film/DeathNote2017, Series/TheWitcher2019, Series/ResidentEvil2022, and Series/CowboyBebop2021, which was reviewed by Sage himself in a video), Netflix would be the last company people would ask to revive a beloved series.
