* Sad Teen Hotline: While the episode deals with Star and Tom's breakup, the events of the final arc are kickstarted by all access to the multiverse being cut off, meaning no one can travel back and forth between dimensions. And to make matters worse, all forms of communication to anyone outside of Earth are blocked. Because of this, Star decides to go back to Mewni, fearing that something is happening there.
* Jannanigans: It is finally revealed how Janna went to Mewni without the help of dimensional scissors: a hidden well under Britta's Tacos that leads to the Realm of Magic. Said well is the same blocked off well that Star and Moon went to during the events of "Conquer".

* "St. Olga's Reform School for Wayward Princesses": Being heard about in previous episodes, Star and Marco finally go to the titular school to rescue Princess Pony Head from the start of the series. Marco and Star manage to break down the school into revolution, hoping to make it more open, but there's a wide range of mysteries that develop in the process. Miss Heinous is revealed to have Facial Markings like Star's family and discovers from a hairpin Marco left behind that Earth is where she should focus her revenge. Further, in the castles is an eerie chamber covered with symbols, one of which resembles Star's wand and there is a depiction of monsters resembling Toffee in it.
* "Mewnipendence Day": Diving into the history of Star's people, we have the first rumblings of Star's own growing doubts in her way of life, seeing for the first time that the mewmans were more conquerors than pilgrims as she had originally believed. Meanwhile, Ludo's loyal [[TheDragon Dragon]] Buff Frog gets fired because he was beginning to suspect Toffee of ill intent.

* "Storm the Castle": Letís just put it that way: Marco is kidnapped by Toffee, and Star is unable to rescue him with brute force. Thus, Star destroys her wand to save Marco. Toffee is seemingly destroyed in the blast, and Ludo gets sent to another dimension, but the Wand does manage to reconstitute itself. Unfortunately, it got "cleaved" in half, and the other half of it is left missing.

* The Tavern at the End of the Multiverse: OH GOD. Eclipsa quickly deduces that Moon was the one who ordered Rhombulus to free Globgor from his prison. Meanwhile, Mina gathers all the monsters from Mewni to be pushed off a cliff, but can't do anything without Globgor. Quirky Guy dies after the Solarian mark causes him to explode. River rushes to the Magic Sanctuary with Globgor, who's getting worse by the minute. With all of this happening, Star becomes fed up with magic. After meeting Glossaryck at the tavern, she enters inside his eyeball to talk with him. After entering Glossaryck's dimension, she decides to destroy magic for good, believing that it's the only way to stop Mina. Glossaryck then takes Star back to the tapestry room, where all the past queens of Mewni (except for Moon and Eclipsa) come out of their tapestries as spirits who all look at Star with concern and disgust. There's a reason for that: Star's tapestry is complete, showing Star succeeding in her mission, with her family at her side and the monsters rejoicing alongside Globgor and Eclipsa. However, Marco is nowhere to be seen. Star could potentially destroy magic, but Marco will most likely return to Earth and Glossaryck will die. Star tries to change this outcome, but there is seemingly nothing she can do. Feeling that she has no other choice and realizing that ''Toffee'' was probably right this whole time, Star goes on with it and decides to ''destroy magic for good.'' '''''Cue the GrandFinale'''''...
* Cleaved: '''''Bang'''''. Hekapoo allows Star to enter the Realm of Magic, aware that she will die but she doesn't care since she knew magic was nothing but trouble. Moon and Eclipsa offer to help Star, but she decides to do this alone. Marco snatches the wand from Moon and goes into the portal with Star. Once they enter, Star is greeted with the Firstborn's skull while her mind starts being affected by the realm, but Marco's isn't for some reason. He soon realizes that eating Glossaryck's pudding makes them resist the effects of the Realm of Magic. After Star's mind is restored, they're confronted by Tom, who was corrupted by dark magic, and a corrupted unicorn. Meanwhile, River and Eddie reach the entrance of the Magic Sanctuary with Globgor, but are confronted by Mina. Both of them accidentally reveal the sanctuary's existence to Mina. Going back to Star, she tries to corrupt the magic using the Whispering Spell while Marco fights Tom, but her power isn't enough to corrupt the entire realm until Moon, Eclipsa and Meteora arrive. Marco manages to bring Tom back to normal, but not before being impaled by the unicorn, who then proceeds to go after Star. The four Royal Mewmans start using the Whispering Spell together, this time joined by Glossaryck and the spirits of the previous Butterfly queens. Mina enters the Realm of Magic through the Magic Sanctuary and tries to attack Star, but she's stopped by the corrupted unicorn. And then it happens: ''magic is destroyed''. The unicorns die, the wand is destroyed for good and the Realm of Magic starts to crumble. The past queens disappear, but not before Comet and Solaria give a tearful goodbye to their daughters. Glossaryck praises Star and waits for his upcoming demise. With magic being destroyed, the portals start to close. Star and Marco says goodbye to each other, but she immediately returns to the Realm of Magic since she doesn't want to lose Marco forever. Star arrives, but the portals are closed and Marco is still stuck inside the destroyed realm. Realizing that they can't return, Star and Marco embrace each other. Marco's cheekmarks return while Star's start to glow, which causes a giant magical vortex to engulf the two. And this is the end of the ''first half'' of the episode.
** Star is warped back to Mewni, who is found by Moon in the middle of the now destroyed Magic Sanctuary. With magic destroyed, Star and the rest of the mewmans are now regular humans, the Solarian warriors are back to normal, Glossaryck and the Magic High Comission are dead and the Solarian mark is gone for good. Mina survives, but declares to everyone that she's not going to give up so easily, as long as her ideas are still around. Mina leaves, but Manfred goes with her. As Glossaryck said, the magic warped everyone back to their homes, meaning Star can't ever see Marco, Janna, Talon, Kelly and Jorby ever again... or so it appears, but while Star checks on Ponyhead, Tom arrives and shows Star a ''giant portal in the sky''. Meanwhile on Earth, Britta's Tacos has been destroyed by an earthquake resulting from the Realm of Magic's destruction and Marco and Janna are warped back to safety. Marco faces the fact that he may never see Star ever again, but Janna tells him that she'll always be her friend. Marco and Janna then notices the same giant portal in the sky. Star and Marco then rush towards the portal before it closes, only for the portal to explode, and as soon as the dust clears... SURPRISE!!! Star and Marco are reunited once again, but in the process, something truly bizzarre has happened: ''Earth, Mewni, and possibly every other dimension visited throughout the series are LITERALLY CLEAVED TOGETHER! [[TheEndOrIsIt The End?]]''

* The Right Way: OH GOD. Star arrives at the right moment to save Eclipsa from the Solarian Knight's attack with the help of her friends. Eclipsa goes back to the temple and discovers that Globgor's condition has gotten worse. Turns out the wound caused by the Solarian Blade is so dangerous that it can kill anyone who's been marked by it, including monsters. Meanwhile, Star's friends, as well as some villagers, are attacked by the knight and marked by the blade. Star fends off the knight with the help of Janna and Eclipsa, but is overpowered and almost marked with the blade. Eclipsa then uses the Spell With No Name to save Star, which finally defeats the Solarian Knight. Right before the episode ends, Marco reunites with Star and warns her that Mina is coming. The Solarian Knight that Eclipsa defeated ''was NOT Mina as previously assumed''. Cue the real Mina Loveberry and '''''her army of Solarian Super Warriors approaching.'''''

* Escape from the Pie Folk: Star and co. finally find Moon, but she isn't quite ready to leave Pie Island yet. She's lost most of her memory after spending so long in the Realm of Magic. But why does she feel more at home on Pie Island than on Mewni? Remember Festivia the Fun, the peasant girl that King Shastacan had Meteora swapped out with? (If the [[ConsummateLiar Pie King]] is to be believed) She was born a Pie Folk, left behind by accident, taken in by the Magical High Commission, and raised to succeed Eclipsa in Meteora's place. This means every Butterfly monarch following Eclipsa's original reign is not only not of royal blood, but (possibly) isn't even Mewman, and this includes Star herself.

* The Tavern at the End of the Multiverse: '''''[[HolyShitQuotient Bang]]'''''.'''''Bang'''''. Feeling that she has no other choice and realizing that ''Toffee'' was probably right this whole time, Star goes on with it and decides to ''destroy magic for good.'' * Toffee: [[GenreTurningPoint My god.]] The culmination of the seven-part season premiere has Star finally arrive back in her kingdom to take it back from Ludo. In trying to remove Toffee from Ludo's piece of the wand, she ends up trapping herself within it, where she discovers Toffee has been corrupting all the good magic in the universe. Tricking Moon, Toffee regenerates himself while leaving Star behind, after which he breaks the wand. Star, now in limbo with Glossaryck, manages to "dive deep" into the magic and purify ALL of it, escaping the magical void and gaining a Golden SuperMode that she uses to blast Toffee into goo. Ludo finishes the job, then asks to be sent away to think about his life. But with Toffee's death, Eclipsa is slowly being released from her prison.

Marco faces the fact that he may never see Star ever again, but Janna tells him that she'll always be her friend. Marco and Janna then notices the same giant portal in the sky. Once they enter, Star is greeted with the Firstborn's skull while her mind starts being affected by the realm, but Marco isn't affected for some reason. Marco soon realizes that eating Glossaryck's pudding makes them resist the effects of the Realm of Magic. After Star's mind is restored, they're confronted by Tom, who was corrupted by dark magic, and a corrupted unicorn. Meanwhile, River and Eddie reaches at the entrance of the Magic Sanctuary with Globgor, but are confronted by Mina. Both of them accidentally reveals the sanctuary's existence to Mina. The past queens disappear, but not before Comet and Solaria gives a tearful goodbye to their daughters. Glossaryck praises Star and waits for his upcoming demise. With magic being destroyed, the portals starts to close. Star and Marco says goodbye to each other, but she immediately returns to the Realm of Magic since she doesn't want to lose Marco forever. Star arrives, but the portals are closed and Marco is still stuck inside the destroyed realm. Realizing that they can't return, Star and Marco embraces each other. SURPRISE!!! Star and Marco are reunited once again, but in process, something truly unthinkable has happened: '''''Earth and every other dimension are CLEAVED TOGETHER. [[TheEndOrIsIt The End?]]'''''
