* EverythingsBetterWithPrincesses: [[SubvertedTrope Evidently not]]; the space princess from Puppycat's story betrayed her space outlaw paramour to her father's army of space warlocks and inadvertently turned him into a monster as a result. [[spoiler: That monster seems to be Puppycat]].

* DoubleMeaning: Wallace's words ("That's your ending? It's awful!") could mean both the ending of Puppycat's tale or [[spoiler:Puppycat's own fate, after the reveal that he's the outlaw.]]

On June 11th 2018 [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jiHtqxiwoao&t=0s a teaser]] was uploaded on the Cartoon Hangover Youtube channel for a (potential) sequel to the series. Titled ''Bee and Puppycat: Lazy in Space'' and was released on September 26th 2019, little is known about it other than that it will expand upon the world of its lead characters, and with animation duties switching over from Creator/DongWooAnimation to Creator/OLMIncorporated. The show is also slated for expanding time; now going up to half hour shorts instead of 5-10 minutes per episode as in the original series. [[http://beeandpuppycat.com/ Now has a website.]]

Added DiffLines:

* SocialServicesDoesNotExist: Cardamon's mother is in a coma (and he appears to be the only one caring for her) and the only other person in his apartment is his dog. Nobody does anything about this, even when he takes over his mother's role as landlord, despite him being only elementary school-age.

* HeroesPreferSwords: Bee can summon a sword in times of need. [[spoiler:Subverted in that she evidently favours [[ManBitesMan her teeth]].]]

* BloodlessCarnage: Despite the show generally being tame and easily watchable by all ages, this is averted. Notable in Donut: [[spoiler:Deckard falls to the ground and hits his head on some small jewels, and a visible gash of blood is visible, which he even touches with his hand and sees. Fortunately, it's not a serious injury, and he patches it up with a band aid not long after.]]

Added DiffLines:

* PrecisionFStrike: Generally the show is appropriate for almost anyone to watch, but characters sometimes say mild swear words like "ass" once in a while. Nothing beyond that though.

* GettingCrapPastTheRadar: It may not be intentional, but Puppycat's speech can sound like swearing.
