According to the Internet Movie Firearms Database his pistols are Colt Single Action Army revolvers with fake extra barrels underneath the real ones. Whiskey fires about 24 times so these must be Statesman designed custom weapons that hold 12 rounds each, double the usual amount for the real world weapons. So fantasy firearms but not actually bottomless.
