* PromptlessBranchingPoint: In the Dunes, if you head towards the Oasis without exhausting the kill counter on a Genocide route, the game will warn you about it. However, there is no warning in Steamworks, where the encounters will stop once you enter the control room, and there's a save point in the room right after it, meaning that you can accidentally abort the route and then save over it. This isn't helped by the fact that Flowey tells you not to bother killing the enemies here as they are robots (who aren't possessed by ghosts) and don't give out EXP.

While Integrity is indeed portrayed as particularly violent, calling them outright malicious isn't entirely correct. They are stated to have attacked Kanako and Dalv; however, Dalv himself admits "I'm the one who got hostile first." In addition, while Integrity resisting attempts to merge with Chujin indeed caused problems for the Ketsukane family, it's unreasonable to claim malice because Integrity refuses to help the man who (inadvertently) had her killed.

* BitchInSheepsClothing: [[spoiler:Near the end of a neutral route, Flowey betrays Clover and reveals that he's been resetting Clover's progress for a long time, having manipulated them into killing Toriel to get them to leave the Ruins, only to be exasperated when they kept getting themself killed in the rest of the Underground. As a last resort, Flowey tampered with the switch in the Ruins to force them to take a different path, leading to the events in the game.
