Added DiffLines:

* CrateExpectations: Crates can be broken by pushing in on the Ring-Con. Sometimes this is required to stop them from blocking your path but there are also crates scattered about that can be broken for ingredient drops. There's even also a crate-smashing mini-game available.

Added DiffLines:

* FetchQuest: Some requests ask for specific smoothies or soups to which it is sometimes beneficial to go grinding for ingredients.

Added DiffLines:

* TheSpartanWay: The Kingdom of Sporta [[MeaningfulName (unsurprising given its name)]] is dedicated to intense training on a daily basis and missing even a single day is considered blasphemous. Unfortunately, the presence of Dragaux renders the citizens scared and weak except for the commander (and since he gets you to do everything for him under the pretence of training, he's likely just as inadequate to the job of getting rid of monsters).

* AndYourRewardIsClothes: Some of the sidequests you complete reward you a new top, bottoms or shoes which can give nice bonuses like extra defence or attack.

* UselessUsefulSpell: Healing routines. There really isn't much of a reason to ever use them outside of the gyms that require them - normal levels will almost never put you in a situation where you need to heal at all, and when you do, you can just drink a smoothie or two without losing your turn. The one time they ''might'' be of use is when the enemy shuts off your access to drinks - but when you die, it allows you to use the resurrecting smoothies despite this restriction, rendering even its situational use moot.

* AntiPoopSocking: Since the workouts can take a lot out of a player, the game makes a point of keeping tracking of play time and telling players to only play a reasonable amount every day.

Added DiffLines:

* MirrorBoss: The Four Masters attack the same way you do, using glowing projections crated by them performing exercises.

* ShesGotLegs: Befitting the Four Masters' leg expert, Allegra's well-toned legs are thicker than her torso and longer than the entire rest of her body.
