* UselessSpleen: Averted to a ridiculous degree. One of optional quests has you helping a downtrodden family of mother and son, where the mother is dying from a disease and needs a spleen transplant to stay alive. Dex has CriticalResearchFailure because she can suggest using the son's spleen for transplantation, but that's treated as the dumb idea it is. Removing a vital organ from him will cause him to die, leaving the mother without anyone to take care of her. And no, this is not a con on their part.

Likewise, Dex can be killed quite swiftly by the gun-wielding enemies, too, especially in the early game. -->'''Decker''': We were this close to an anarchist’s Eden. An AI seeing everything, loyal to nothing. It wouldn’t have been programmers dealing with Kether; it would have been politicians. How do you blackmail an AI if it don’t have no body doing the desiring, no family to be protecting? How do you bribe? We were this close to shaking up the entire system from the top down. Anything would have been possible.

* GameBreaker: Hacking enemies in AR, especially with the upgrade that makes it go twice as fast. The AR hack works on all enemies, stops time whilst you're in AR, has no cost or cooldown (other than taking 50HP of dump shock if all your focus is depleted due to viruses). The hack completely stuns enemies for ~5 second and makes most of them vulnerable to a OHKO from behind. If too many enemies surround you, just stun all of them, unload a few rounds/punches into one, rinse, repeat.
