* WhatCouldHaveBeen: According to WordOfGod, the 5th book of the series was supposed to be called ''The Kingdom of Supervillainy'' and would be one extended homage to ''Anime/TheCastleOfCagliostro'' as well as Gary vs. ComicBook/DoctorDoom. The story ended up being abandoned halfway through and was replaced with ''Literature/TheTournamentOfSupervillainy'' that was a ''Film/MortalKombat'' homage instead.
