* ScrewedByTheLawyers: Funimation began arranging for the second season of the anime to be released in a DVD/Blu-Ray combo in 2012, but it got temporarily shelved when Kadokawa said that the release would come too soon after the Japanese DVD releases, meaning that Funimation only released it on DVD.
