* RealLifeWritesThePlot: "A Golden Book Video Killers Quickie" was originally going to be another musical edition, poking fun at "A Child's First Nursery Songs," but the creators discovered the VHS tape was too worn to be presented in the episode, and so they just went along with it, creating a quickie showing a disadvantage of using VHS tapes on their series. Then during production, they learned that Music/{{Prince}} had passed away that day, and decided to include a segment at the end where Grumpy and Daffy react to the news.

* WhatCouldHaveBeen: Originally at the end of "Golden Book Video Killers IX", Stitch was supposed to team up with WesternAnimation/BugsBunny to scare Grumpy and Daffy with the white screen of death, but in the final version of the episode, only Bugs was seen, presumably because the creators of the show forgot Stitch by mistake.
