** In his review of the video game adaptation of ''[[{{WesternAnimation/GeorgeOfTheJungle2007}} George of the Jungle]]'' on the UsefulNotes/PlayStation2, he mistakes Dr. Scott for a chef. Considering that the show is somewhat obscure, this wouldn't be too bad... except Caddy maintains this assumption even after he looks up [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_of_the_Jungle_(2007_TV_series) the series' Wikipedia page]] that ''describes the show's main characters'' (along with the fact that said character is making a cure for the common cold in the game, which should have given him a bit of a hint).

** In a review of every ''Franchise/SpyroTheDragon'' game, Caddy was supposed to say "A Surprise Bouns Round!" but almost said "A Surprise ''Mexican'' Bouns Round" instead. After some {{Corpsing}}, it cuts to the Mexican Bouns Round anyways.

The Peter Pan section isn't displaying incorrect information, it's just Jim making a mistake and learning about it

** A more obvious one from the same video (which he had to learn the hard way) was him not knowing that ''Peter Pan: Return to Never Land'' on the [=PS1=] was actually just the [[MarketBasedTitle American version]] of ''Peter Pan: Adventures in Never Land'', which he had already covered in the video. He lamented that he didn't find this out until after he paid the premium to import it, even though he could have easily looked at screenshots and/or gameplay footage to ensure that he wouldn't have to play the same game twice. Additionally, in that segment, he either doesn't know or forgets to mention that the U.S. version was named after the then-recent DirectToVideo sequel ''WesternAnimation/ReturnToNeverLand'' as a sort of tie-in.

** During the ''VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys'' segment of ''The Scary World of Viral [=YouTube=] Horror Games, when playing the third game, he claims that the systems going down is based on luck, stating "they go down whenever they feel like it". However, there is a pattern to the system errors, with them going down through overuse or when attacked by phantom animatronics.

** Drums: in the ''VideoGame/SonicHeroes'' video, in a StupidStatementDanceMix in the ''VideoGame/SlyCooper'' retrospective, and several drum covers. His "making-of" video also shows that he's got a full electronic drum set, and was planning on making drum covers and drum videos, but it wasn't panning out at the time.

* AuthorsSavingThrow: The initial release of "The Demonic World of Disney [=PS1=] Games" was criticized for having a slur used against the LGBT community. While Caddy mocked the use of it in-character, the fact the slur was included at all got some shade thrown his way. As a result, Caddy removed the video, edited out the slur, and re-released the video with different footage the following day, apologizing for having the slur in the original video. Caddy did eventually reuse the footage with the slur in the Jesus Games video, but Caddy make it very clear that the character was "a twat" for using it and that the viewer shouldn't be like that.

*** Caddy intended to review a ''VideoGame/{{Spyro}}'' game for his 1 million subscriber special, but partially due to the aforementioned Website/YouTube purge, he ended up reviewing ''VideoGame/SpyroEnterTheDragonfly'' just after doing the Net Yaroze video. His "making-of" video ended up occurring just after he hit 1 million subscribers, which he noted in the video that at the time that video went live, he "may or may not" have hit a million. Caddy ended up later clarifying on Twitter that a video on ''Spyro'' would indeed be the celebration as promised, but it just so happened to take place before he had the ''Spyro'' video made. It would finally come to pass in December 2022 with ''The Legendary World of Spyro Games'', his longest video to date, in which he reviews every ''Spyro'' game, along with officially acknowledging the milestone at the beginning of the video.
